Abstract

Tahu merupakan makanan yang sering dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Sebagaimana kita ketahui bersama, bahwa tahu ini mengandung protein yang tinggi. Bagi sebagian besar masyarakat, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan protein ini mereka memilih untuk mengonsumsi tahu. Saat ini di wilayah kampung Kradenan ini ada dua pengusaha tahu, yaitu: Tahu Sumedang dan Tahu Purwokerto. Kedua usaha tahu ini memilih lokasi di Kampung Karadenan karena lokasinya dekat dengan Sungai Kaligarang sehingga kebutuhan air sumur tercukupi, pasokan bahan baku juga mudah diperoleh. Untuk tenaga kerja, mereka mengambil dari wilayah masing-masing. Tenaga kerja usaha tahu Sumedang kebanyakan adalah dari daerah Sumedang. Tenaga kerja usaha tahu Purwokerto juga kebanyakan dari daerah Purwokerto. Adapun proses produksi dari kedua usaha tahu tersebut masih tradisional. Untuk usaha tahu Purwokerto sangat membutuhkan alat pengepres tahu supaya tahu yang dihasilkan bisa padat. Alat pengepres tahu yang sekarang digunakan adalah batu sebagai pemberat untuk mengepres tahu. Selain itu kedua usaha tahu juga membutuhkan bagaimana aspek manajemen khususnya pemasaran bisa diterapkan terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Hasil dari penerapan iptek ini adalah adanya transfer iptek berupa alat pengepres tahu yang lebih moderen, alat pencetak tahu, dan wajan yang akan bermanfaat dalam proses produksi. Dari aspek pemasaran hasil yang diperoleh adalah adanya perluasan pasar untuk kedua Usaha Tahu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and perception of prices on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. The population in this study is the Lenovo brand laptop users in Pati. The samples in this study using purposive sampling, ie sampling based on certain criteria, namely: those who are older and those who use and have the Lenovo brand laptops. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis can be concluded that in order to know the effect or no effect with positive and score <0,05: Brand image positive effect significant at .520 and 0,000 on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. The product quality has positive effect amounting to 0.117 and not significant at 0.087 on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. Perception prices positive effect significant at 0.344 and 0,000 on consumer purchasing decisions laptop Lenovo brand in Pati. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and price perception to customer satisfaction. The number of samples of this study were 100 respondents. Sampling technique that will be used in this research is by using purposive sampling method, that is sampling based on certain criteria. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the Effect of Service Quality, Product Quality on Satisfaction and Its Impact on KSP Sekawan Boja Customer Loyalty (Study on Savings Customers). This analysis uses independent variables namely Service Quality and Product Quality. The dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty.The sample of this study is the KSP savings customer Sekawan Boja. The sample is carried out by purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted with a questionnaire distributed directly to a sample of 100 questionnaires. Statistical methods use multiple linear regression analysis, by testing the statistical test hypothesis t.The results of this study indicate that service quality positively significantly affects customer satisfaction, product quality positively significantly affects customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction positively significantly affects customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of celebrity endorser, brand image, television advertising on purchasing decision. The population in this research were consumers of Luwak White Koffie products in Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency with a total sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling method. This research proposes three hypotheses, they are celebrity endorser has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and television advertising has a positive effect on purchase decisions. This research tested using instrumen test which include validity and reliability tests, and multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. Based on the statistic test, it can be concluded that celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, television advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, bank image on satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty of Bank BNI Taplus Tembalang Semarang Branch. The population in this study are customers who conduct transaction activities using BNI Taplus products at BNI Bank Tembalang Branch Semarang. The number of samples studied was as many as 100 people selected as respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires filled in by respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to examine the partial effect of each independent variable, namely product quality and bank image on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction and loyalty. The results of this study indicate that product quality and bank image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, followed by product quality, bank image and satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Bank BNI Taplus Tembalang Branch Semarang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas produk, citra merek dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Honda mobilio (studi pada PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang). Penelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pembeli konsumen Honda mobilio di PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda mobilio. Selanjutnya bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda mobilio serta persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Honda mobilio. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, persepsi tingkat suku bunga, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Obyek penelitian adalah nasabah Koperasi Bhakti Mahesa Abadi Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 nasabah. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, persepsi tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, serta lokasiberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of service quality, bank image and trust incustomer satisfaction Simpeda Central Java Bank savings Semarang Main Branch. This research wasconducted at the Central Java Bank Semarang Main Branch with a total sample of 100 respondents. Datacollection was done through a questionnaire with measurements using the Likert Scale five alternative answers.Non probability sampling sampling technique with purposive sampling data collection method. Purposivesampling criteria, namely respondents with a minimum age of 17 years, at least have become customers of BankJateng for one year and at least have done transactions three times. The data analysis technique used is linearregression analysis, while to test the hypothesis using the t test. Service quality has a positive and significanteffect on customer satisfaction, the image of the bank has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
