Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that must be managed professionally. The phenomenon that occurs is that most non-profit organizations in Indonesia currently tend to emphasize the quality of programs and do not pay too much attention to the importance of financial management systems. This study aims to examine the quality phenomenon of Islamic boarding school financial reports based on pesantren accounting guidelines and PSAK No. 45.The method of this study is a pre-survey literature study in the form of confirmation of the availability of financial reports in Islamic boarding schools in several pesantren in Banyumas. This research proves that most of the reports presented by pesantren are financial reports that are only in the form of cash expenditure and cash receipts. Based on the results of studies of financial data and reports, it was found that most Islamic boarding schools had not applied PSAK No. 45 and the pesantren's accounting guidelines in preparing their financial statements. In conclusion, it is almost certain that there is no educational foundation that understands and uses PSAK No. 45. Accountability is therefore important because it will affect the legitimacy of boarding schools. Suggestions for further research are to do more in-depth research by looking at the phenomenon directly by emphasizing the importance of the knowledge and implementation of accounting in pesantren financial governance through accounting training in response to the phenomenon of ignorance of the quality of Islamic boarding school financial reports.

Abstract

Improving safe and healthy working conditions is a must, with an emphasis on identifying and mitigating workplace hazards. Safety Communication or Safety Talk plays a key role in preventing work accidents and increasing workers' understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3). This research focuses on the analysis of Safety Talk or Safety Communication in industry as a response to the urgency of occupational health and safety. In a systematic review, applying the PRISMA method to search and analyze recent papers (2018-2023) on Safety Talk or Safety Communication in various search engines, including Google Scholar and Pubmed. Eligibility criteria and a review process were used to select 7 high-quality articles, and Mendeley was used for reference management. The research results confirm the important role of safety communications in improving compliance and performance in various industries. A positive relationship was seen between safety discussions, PPE compliance, and PPE understanding. Safety cultures vary across the construction industry, and climate and crew cohesion support safety communication. Safety messages via text messages were successful in increasing supervisor compliance. Safety communication mediates the relationship between safety culture and performance in the petrochemical industry. Conclusions emphasize expanding safety communication efforts to strengthen safety culture and improve performance in the work environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Breast cancer is one of the PTM which is still a big problem in Indonesia with a fairly high number of deaths in women. To reduce mortality and the incidence of breast cancer can be done by screening early breast cancer, one of them by doing breast self-examination or breast self-examination. This research aims to find out the level of knowledge of Panggungharjo Village mothers about breast cancer with BSE behavior. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample of this research was taken using accidental sampling technique in the mothers of Panggungharjo Village, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. With a total sample of 35 people and using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The results showed that the knowledge of the mothers of Panggungharjo Village had increased from 65.71% to 68.57% and was classified in the good category. So that the knowledge to do and apply BSE behavior in everyday life will be better.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini yaitu produksi sampah anorganik meningkat pesat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu membentuk kelompok pengumpul sampah anorganik skala rumah tangga, memberikan edukasi pelatihan pemilahan sampah dan perencanaan kegiatan bank sampahselanjutnya. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah œPre Test Post Test Design. Pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku diukur sebelum dan  sesudah pelatihan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired t-test dan uji wilcoxon. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan memberikan edukasi mengenai sampah, focus group discussion (FGD), pelatihan pemilahan sampah rumah tangga, serta pre-post. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh edukasi terhadap pengetahuan (p-value: 0,968), sikap (p-value: 0,256) dan perilaku (p-value: 0,109)  peserta sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Hasil edukasi penyuluhan menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku warga mitra. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesadaran dari warga belum ada untuk memilah dan mengolah sampah anorganik menjadi lebih bernilai ekonomi

Abstract

ABSTRAK Skrining bank darah dan pengabdian kesehatan masyarakat melalui tes hemoglobin di kelurahan Pasalakan, Sumber, oleh mahasiswa AAK An Nasher Cirebon. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas skrining bank darah dalam mendeteksi tingkat hemoglobin rendah serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakann melibatkan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat, penyebaran angket, pengambilan sampel darah untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Hasil skrining bank darah didapatkan rata-rata kadar hemoglobin 13.21 g/dL. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil pemeriksaan hemoglobin dari skrining bank darah. Kata Kunci: Skrining Bank Darah, Hemoglobin, Kadar Hemoglobin.  ABSTRACT Blood bank screening and community health service through a hemoglobin test in the Pasalakan sub-district, Sumber, by AAK student An Nasher Cirebon. The main objective of this activity is to analyze the effectiveness of blood bank screening in detecting low hemoglobin levels and its impact on public health. The method involves outreach to the community, distributing questionnaires, and taking blood samples for further examination. Blood bank screening results showed an average hemoglobin level of 13.21 gr/dL. The conclusion of this community service activity is to get the results of a hemoglobin examination from a blood bank screening. Keywords: Blood Bank Screening, Hemoglobin, Hemoglobin Levels.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sifilis atau penyakit raja singa merupakan penyakit Infeksi Menular seksual (IMS) yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Treponema pallidum. Penyakit sifilis dapat menular melalui hubungan seksual, transfusi darah, dan dari ibu ke janin. Tes serologis untuk deteksi antibodi mencakup tes rnon-treponemal untuk menyaring dan mengevaluasi pengobatan serta tes treponemal untuk Konfirmasi diagnosis. Berdasarkan standar WHO, jumlah kebutuhan minimal darah di Indonesia sekitar 5,1 juta kantong darah pertahun (2% jumlah penduduk Indonesia), Data Kementerian Kesehatan menunjukkan pada 2016, kebutuhan total kantong darah se-Indonesia sekitar 5,1 juta kantong tapi yang tersedia hanya 4,2 juta atau sekitar 81% dari kebutuhan. Artinya, masih ada sekitar 19% atau 1 juta kantong darah yang belum terpenuhi. Donor darah atau donasi darah di Indonesia naik dalam 10 tahun namun masih kurang 20%. Jumlah pendonor darah di Indonesia dalam 10 tahun terakhir terjadi peningkatan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui skrining donor darah untuk sifilis pada masyarakat Kelurahan Pesalakan Kec. Sumber Kab. Cirebon. Didapatkan hasil RPR dan TP Rapid reaktif (terinfeksi sifilis) sebanyak 0 orang dan dengan hasil non reaktif (tidak terinfeksi sifilis) Kelurahan Pasalakan sebanyak 45 orang. Kata Kunci: Skrining Bank Darah, Tes Serologi, Sifilis, Transfusi Darah ABSTRACT Syphilis or lion king disease is a sexually transmitted infectious disease (STI) caused by the bacterium Treponema pallidum. Serological tests for antibody detection include rnon-treponemal tests to filter and evaluate treatment as well as treponemal testing for confirmation of diagnosis. According to WHO standards, the minimum blood requirement in Indonesia is about 5.1 million blood bags per year (2% of the Indonesian population), according to data from the Ministry of Health, in 2016, the total needs of Indonesians in blood bags are about 5,1 million bags but are available only 4.2 million or about 81% of the needs. I mean, there's still about 19% or 1 million blood bags out of stock. The number of blood donors in Indonesia has increased in the last 10 years but is still below 20%. This activity aims to find out the screening of blood donors for syphilis in the community Kelurahan Pesalakan Kec. Source Kab. Cirebon. RPR and Rapid Reactive (infected with syphilis) results were obtained of 0 people and with non-reactive (non-infected) results of 45 people. Keywords: Blood Bank Screening, Serology Test, Syphilis, Blood transfusion.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tes HBsAg (Hepatitis B Surface Antigen) adalah tes darah yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi keberadaan antigen permukaan virus hepatitis B. Tes ini penting untuk mengetahui apakah seseorang terinfeksi virus hepatitis B atau tidak. Virus ini merupakan salah satu dari berbagai virus yang menginfeksi hati. Faktor penyebabnya antara lain penggunaan jarum suntik secara bersamaan, hubungan seks bebas, melalui cairan tubuh penderita, serta dari ibu yang menderita hepatitis B kepada bayi yang akan dilahirkannya. Beberapa cara untuk mengobati dan mengendalikan penyakit hepatitis B adalah dengan menghindari berbagi peralatan pribadi, melakukan hubungan seksual yang aman, dan menjaga pola hidup sehat. Kematian dilaporkan di Amerika Serikat pada tingkat 1%. Infeksi Hepatitis B akut pada orang dewasa menyebabkan kesembuhan total dengan dikeluarkannya HBsAg dari darah dan produksi anti-HBs yang memberikan kekebalan terhadap infeksi berikutnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya pencegahan penyakit hepatitis B. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi kepada masyarakat dengan menyebarkan angket sebelum pengambilan sampel darah untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Hasil skrining bank darah menunjukkan pemeriksaan imunoserologi HBsAg non reaktif. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah seluruh responden dinyatakan sehat atau tidak tertular virus Hepatitis B. Saran dari kegiatan ini adalah agar responden tetap menjaga kesehatannya agar tetap sehat dan terhindar dari virus Hepatitis B. Kata Kunci: Hepatitis B, Pemeriksaan HBsAg, Skrining Bank Darah  ABSTRACT The HBsAg (Hepatitis B Surface Antigen) test is a blood test used to detect the presence of the hepatitis B virus surface antigen. This test is important to find out whether a person is infected with the hepatitis B virus or not. This virus is one of the various viruses that infect the liver. The causal factors include using injection needles at the same time, free sex, via the patient's body fluids, as well as from mothers suffering from hepatitis B to the babies they will give birth to. Some ways to treat and control hepatitis B are avoiding sharing personal equipment at the same time, having safe sexual relations, maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Deaths are reported in the United States at a rate of 1%. Acute Hepatitis B infection in adults causes complete recovery with the removal of HBsAg from the blood and the production of anti-HBs providing immunity against subsequent infections. The aim of this activity is to provide knowledge to the public about the importance of preventing hepatitis B. The method used is education to the public by distributing questionnaires before taking blood samples for further examination. The results of the blood bank screening showed that the HBsAg immunoserological examination was non-reactive. The conclusion of this activity is that all respondents were declared healthy or not infected with the Hepatitis B virus. The suggestion for this activity is for respondents to maintain their health so that they stay healthy and avoid the Hepatitis B virus. Keywords: Hepatitis B, Hbsag Test, Blood Bank Screening

Abstract

Community diagnosis is an activity to determine the existence of a problem by collecting data on the community. Community diagnosis is an activity to explore the main issues faced by the community based on existing facts and take strategies and follow-up plans to resolve these problems. The study aimed to determine the description of health problems through community diagnosis in Dukuh Demangan, Sewon District, Bantul Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative andqualitative. The study design used in implementing the Field Learning Experience is adescriptive study. After determining the priority of the problem using the Hanlon method. The result shows that hypertension is the priority of health problems in Dukuh Demangan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the right fulfillment of non-Muslim residents regarding the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh Province, Indonesia. It was a non-doctrinal legal study conducted in Banda Aceh City, Singkil, and Takengon. The primary data was obtained from the completion of questionnaires and interviews with non-Muslim religious leaders to supplement the required information, as well as secondary data, which consisted of various legal materials. The sample was selectedusing non-random purposive sampling, while data analysis was conducted quantitatively and qualitatively. The results based on the analysis of 244 questionnaires showed that the perception of non-Muslim residents regarding the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh tends to be positive. Furthermore, the number of residents who were worried before and after the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh decreased significantly from 29.5% to 9.4%. The guarantee of fulfilling the rights of non-Muslim residents can be compared to zimmi, as recognized in Islamic terminology. This comparison assumed that non-Muslim residents were within a jurisdiction and did not oppose the Islamic principles applied by a governance system.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat secara global termasuk di Indonesia. Permasalahan hipertensi seperti fenomena gunung es. Pada kenyataannya, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terkait hipertensi masih menunjukkan kategori rendah. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melakukan edukasi hipertensi untuk menekan angka prevalensi dan mencegah komplikasi timbulnya berbagai macam penyakit seperti stroke, gagal ginjal dan penyakit jantung. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu: brainstorming melalui musyawarah masyarakat desa, edukasi penyuluhan dan penyebaran poster serta evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan ini terlihatnya minat masyarakat dalam mengikuti seluruh tahapan kegiatan serta berdampak pada peningkatan gerakan masyarakat hidup sehat meliputi aktif berolahraga dan makan makanan yang tinggi serat.
