Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja pada PT Bumi Perkasa Permai anak perusahaan Modernland Realty, mengetahui pengaruh signifikan keadilan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, mengetahui pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sektor jasa pengelolaan gedung pada PT Bumi Perkasa Permai dengan jumlah sampel 125 responden, dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Google Form. Data diuji dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa kondisi keadilan organisasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja tergolong sangat tinggi. Selain itu, hasil uji data menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan keadilan organisasi serta budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Studi ini menyiratkan bahwa perusahaan harus mempertahankan sistem kompensasi yang adil, memberikan panduan kerja yang jelas, dan memastikan pengawasan yang konstruktif untuk mempertahankan kepuasan karyawan. Perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan keadilan prosedural melalui evaluasi rutin dan komunikasi dua arah sambil meningkatkan kepuasan finansial melalui peninjauan struktur gaji. Kata kunci: Keadilan organisasi; budaya organisasi; kepuasan kerja; manajemen gedung.

Abstract

Introduction: Microbial contamination in healthcare facilities, particularly in outpatient rooms, raises the risk of nosocomial infections and endangers the health of both patients and personnel. The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of three sterilizing methods—ultraviolet (UV) light, fogging, and drymist—in lowering bacterial counts and microbial species in university outpatient dental hospital. Methods: This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest procedure. This design involves assessing outcomes before and after sterilization in the same group to evaluate the intervention’s effects. Samples were collected before and after the sterilization process. Sterile swabs were used to gather microbial samples from surfaces such as examination tables, walls, and medical equipment within the outpatient area. The data were analyzed using paired t-tests and ANOVA. Results and Discussion: All three sterilizing methods were effective in lowering microbial counts, with the UV approach showing the greatest decrease (83.9%), followed by drymist (79.6%) and fogging (63.4%). However, ANOVA findings revealed no significant difference in effectiveness across the three techniques (p = 0.979). Nonetheless, certain bacterial species that are more resistant to sterilization survived after treatment. Conclusion: UV, fogging, and dry mist sterilizing technologies reduce microbial counts in comparable ways, although their performance may be impacted by ambient conditions and the types of bacteria presents. A mix of sterilizing procedures may be required for best results.

Abstract

Hipotermia merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama yang dialami oleh bayi baru lahir di Dusun Selorejo, Yogyakarta. Hal ini disebabkan oleh suhu udara yang dingin di kawasan lereng Gunung Merapi serta terbatasnya akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak melalui hibah alat penghangat bayi pintar berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang ditempatkan di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Kisti Arum. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara partisipatif, mencakup observasi, pelatihan teknis, dan evaluasi pemakaian alat. Alat tersebut mampu memantau suhu tubuh dan detak jantung bayi secara real-time. Evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang penanganan hipotermia serta efisiensi dalam menjaga stabilitas suhu tubuh bayi. Namun, kendala seperti keterbatasan akses internet dan pasokan listrik menjadi tantangan dalam optimalisasi alat ini. Kesimpulannya, program ini berhasil menurunkan risiko hipotermia dan memberikan inspirasi untuk penerapan teknologi serupa di wilayah lain. Meski demikian, diperlukan pengembangan infrastruktur dasar serta pemberdayaan masyarakat guna memastikan keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) remains a significant global public health issue, with rising prevalence, including in Indonesia. At the same time, numerous studies have investigated modifiable risk factors of T2DM. To date, stress, fruit, and green-leafy vegetable consumption as risk factors of T2DM remain limited. Purpose: This study investigated the association between stress, fruit, and green-leafy vegetable consumption with T2DM occurrence among individuals under the supervision of Kalasan Public Health Center, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 356 registered outpatients selected through purposive sampling. Stress levels were measured using the WHO Self-Reporting Questionnaire, while fruit and vegetable consumption was assessed using the Indonesia Basic Health Research 2018 questionnaire. T2DM status was determined based on fasting blood sugar levels recorded in medical records and confirmed by a physician's diagnosis. Results: Stress was linked to a higher probability of T2DM (Adjusted Odds Ratio (AOR)=2.61; 95% CI=1.25–5.44). Consuming fruit and green-leafy vegetables 2–3 times per week was associated with a lower likelihood of having T2DM (AOR=0.27; 95%  CI=0.13–0.56 and AOR=0.07; 95%CI=0.03–0.20, respectively). Conclusion: Stress increases the probability of T2DM. Fruit and green-leafy vegetable consumption 2-3 times per week was associated with a reduced likelihood of T2DM. These findings emphasize the need for targeted public health interventions promoting stress management and healthy dietary patterns strategies to mitigate T2DM risk in primary healthcare settings.

Abstract

Employee performance is a key indicator reflecting the quality of services in community health centers. At Marisa Health Center, Pohuwato District, various service-related issues such as delays, unfriendly staff behavior, and late program report submissions indicated suboptimal employee performance. This study aimed to determine factors associated with staff performance at Marisa Health Center. A quantitative cross-sectional design was used, involving 108 staff selected through total sampling. Data were collected using a validated and reliable questionnaire and analyzed through univariate, bivariate (Chi-square test), and multivariate (logistic regression with the Backward Likelihood Ratio method) analyses, with ethical approval number KEPK/UMP/162/IV/2025. The results showed no significant association between performance and education (p = 0.983), work motivation (p = 0.087), or physical work environment (p = 0.432). However, significant associations were found for work discipline (p = 0.015; PR = 1.642), organizational culture (p = 0.036; PR = 1.519), and job satisfaction (p = 0.008; PR = 1.700). Job satisfaction was the dominant factor influencing performance (Exp(B) = 2.818; p = 0.014), suggesting that dissatisfied employees were nearly three times more likely to perform poorly. These findings highlight the importance of improving satisfaction, discipline, and culture to enhance staff performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja satuan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di TK Sabili Bandung dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) sebagai alat ukur kinerja yang komprehensif. BSC digunakan untuk menilai kinerja berdasarkan empat perspektif utama, yaitu perspektif keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, dan pembelajaran serta pertumbuhan. Melalui evaluasi ini, diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi area-area yang perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di TK Sabili. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan BSC mampu memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kinerja PAUD, sekaligus menjadi dasar strategis dalam perencanaan peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengelola TK Sabili dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja dan mewujudkan visi misi pendidikan berkualitas bagi anak usia dini.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang masih menjadi tantangan di Indonesia, termasuk di Kecamatan Rantau Pulung, Kabupaten Kutai Timur, Kalimantan Timur. Tingginya angka stunting di wilayah ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang gizi, pola asuh yang tidak optimal, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap layanan kesehatan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan inovasi alternatif dalam program pengentasan stunting melalui pendekatan berbasis komunitas. Salah satu metode yang diterapkan adalah Emotional-Demonstration, yang menggabungkan edukasi emosional dan demonstrasi langsung untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan 50 orang terdiri dari tokoh masyarakat, tenaga kesehatan, dan kader kesehatan dengan memberikan penyuluhan interaktif, demonstrasi pengolahan makanan bergizi berbasis bahan lokal, serta penguatan peran kader posyandu yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 Juli 2024. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pentingnya gizi seimbang dan perilaku hidup sehat, yang diikuti oleh penurunan angka stunting pada anak usia di bawah lima tahun. Dengan adanya pendekatan inovatif ini, diharapkan program pengentasan stunting dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung perbaikan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Background: Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) is becoming an important issue among lecturers and academic staff due to the increasing use of digital devices. CVS causes symptoms such as dry eye fatigue, headaches, and neck and back pain that can affect teaching quality and individual well-being. This study aims to understand the relationship of CVS variables in lecturers and academic staff and management with existing literature; Method: A literature review was conducted by searching electronic data-based articles including Google Scholar and Pubmed using the keywords Computer Vision Syndrome, lecturer, academic staff, management. Inclusion criteria included articles from national and international accredited publications 2019-2024, full text, open access and cross sectional study research design. 10 articles were selected for analysis according to Prisma Guidelines; Results: Analysis of the literature showed that CVS risk factors consisted of individual factors, namely male, computer use more than four hours a day; for environmental factors, ergonomics and lighting were also influential. The importance of eye health awareness, educational interventions, adjustments to work ergonomics and the practice of eye exercises can reduce the risk of CVS and Conclusion: CVS is a significant problem among computer users especially in academic settings. Individual and environmental factors influence CVS symptoms. Prevention and management require a comprehensive approach with ergonomic adjustments, regular breaks and educational interventions. Eye exercise programs are effective in reducing symptoms. The challenge lies in developing evidence-based strategies to address individual responses. It is hoped that these measures can reduce the prevalence of CVS, improving the health and well-being of computer users.

Abstract

Background : Burnout can be described as a state of physical and psychological exhaustion from job demands or pressures at work that make a person experience prolonged stress. Purpose : This study conducted a systematic review of risk factors for burnout-induced hypertension among workers. Methods: The system review design with PICO and PRISMA flowchart was used; articles were selected from PubMed, ScienceDirect, and inclusion criteria were articles that had risk ratio and relative risk values in case-control or cohort studies. Results: This study analyzed 5 articles and found that chronic work stress can show chronic work stress increases the risk of metabolic syndrome (OR 2.25), no significant association between fatigue and hypertension (OR 0.62), moderate (OR 19.72) and severe (OR 32.55) stress increases the risk of hypertension, fatigue increases the risk of heart attack (RR 2.13). Conclusions: Burnout increases the risk of hypertension among workers. It is important for workers and companies to pay attention to the signs of fatigue and take appropriate precautions to keep their hearts healthy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of wages, workload, and work discipline on employee performance at Bakpia Latief MSME in Kediri. The research method employed is quantitative with a survey technique. The sample consists of 32 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data were obtained from documentation and literature review. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression preceded by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that wages have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload and work discipline do not have significant partial effects. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.579, indicating that 57.9% of employee performance variation can be explained by wages, workload, and work discipline. This study highlights the importance of a fair wage policy in enhancing performance, although other factors such as workload and discipline still need to be managed proportionally.
