Abstract

Managerial Efficiency Theory of Profit explains that companies that are managed efficiently will earn profits above the average normal profit. This study aims to test this theory through the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Market Shere and Operational Cost-Operating Income (BOPO) on Return On Assets (ROA) of Conventional Banks in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2013-2017 period. By using a purposive technique, there were 8 sample companies according to the criteria for research needs and as many as 40 observational data for 5 years of observation. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis tools. The results of this study prove partially that Market Shere and LDR have a positive effect and BOPO has a negative effect on ROA, while simultaneously Market Shere, LDR and BOPO have a significant effect on ROA

Abstract

Information about ratiosWorking Capital to Total Asset and Debt Equity Ratio when viewed withsignaling theory will provide positive/negative signals to investors so that it will influence share prices. RatioFirmsize based on contingency theory, it is then tried as a moderator to evaluate the strengthening/weakening of the relationship. This research aims to determine the effectWorking Capital to Total Asset and Debt Equity Ratio to Firmsize-moderated Share Prices. The research population was 281 companies listed on the Southeast Asian stock exchange in the 2012-2020 period, then sampled using purposive sampling to obtain 17 sample companies according to the criteria. The data was then analyzed using Moderating Analysis Regression. The research results show. The research results showWorking Capital to Total Asset significant positive effect on stock prices,Debt Equity Ratio significant negative effect on stock prices, firmsize is able to moderate the effectworking capital to total asset on share prices and firm size are also able to moderate the influencedebt equity ratio to the stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of how employees perform their jobs and identify the broad legal framework that affects PT. XYZ. A diverse group of respondents participated in the saturated sampling strategy. The findings from the regression analysis show a significant correlation between the examined factors and employee performance. This regression model assesses the Omnibus Law, employee work performance, and motivation. The results of the regression tests indicate that the Omnibus Law has a considerable impact on employee performance, although with a relatively low significance level. Additionally, the motivation factor has a noteworthy positive effect on staff performance. The study's findings have key implications for PT. XYZ and similar organizations. First, the Omnibus Law's impact on employee performance highlights the need for training and compliance resources. Second, motivation and encouraging managers to establish recognition programs and career development opportunities are crucial. Lastly, the minimal impact of the Omnibus Law suggests that legal frameworks are not the sole performance influencers, prompting organizations to embrace a holistic approach that combines legal compliance with leadership support, workplace culture, and employee well-being initiatives.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio on Stock Returns with Return on Assets as a moderating variable on the Southeast Asian Stock Exchange. The data collected is secondary data with a documentation method in the form of the company's annual report. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is SPSS 26. The sampling method used in this research uses a purposive sampling technique and 11 company samples were obtained from a population of 225 companies. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, moderating regression analysis, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The partial research results conclude that the Current Ratio has no effect on Stock Returns, the Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Stock Returns. The research results simultaneously show that the Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio together have a significant effect on Stock Returns. In moderation, Return on Assets is able to moderate the relationship between the Current Ratio to Stock Returns and the Debt Equity Ratio to Stock Returns. Price Book to Value has a positive impact on Stock Returns

Abstract

Wayang is a Javanese cultural es-sence inherited hereditary, not just a spectacle and a guide how people should behave in life, but also an order that must dititeni kanti tliti (which is an all natural law that needed to be regularly and judi-ciously adder-ssed) kasunyatan towards and achieve real life. Java for men (men who understand the true) is a way of life puppets, how they behave with others and how aware essence as human beings and how they can relate to the creator.  Now a social function for the Javanese wayang has shifted and changed, especially for urban com-munities who consume urban mass culture. Formerly a puppet show and guidance, now they see the puppet confined to enjoy an entertainment. It is very different from an agrarian society tiggal Javanese rural, social function puppets as educational media, ritual, entertainment and information is often held, for example, for this ritual, the village clean, and Ruwatan. Even so if we want to look more deeply, in fact the presence of a puppet in the life of Javanese society is still very strong. In his subconscious, attitude and mindset of Javanese society is still very close to the puppet either visually or philosophy. This can be seen from the emergence of puppet forms that apply to the various fields of life. This paper discusses the above issues, namely the shifting function and the role of puppets in contem-porary Javanese life of the com-munity. Dig up some possible affinity with the Javanese wayang both visually and the philosophy, views of behavior and thought patterns in several aspects of social life, including in the art world recent practice. Keywords: Puppet, Javanese so-ciety, global culture, art.

Abstract

Nike dikenal sebagai merek global yang tidak hanya mengedepankan kualitas produknya, tetapijuga membangun citra merek yang kuat melalui berbagai strategi pemasaran. Citra merek yangbaik dan kualitas produk yang dianggap tinggi oleh konsumen dapat berperan penting dalamproses pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Studi ini akan menggali sejauh mana citra merekNike dan persepsi terhadap kualitas produknya mempengaruhi preferensi mahasiswa InstitutSTIAMI dalam memilih sepatu Nike dibandingkan merek lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui Pengaruh Citra Merek Dan Kualitas Produk Sepatu Import Nike TerhadapKeputusan Pembelian (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Institut STIAMI). Penelitian ini menggunakandata primer yang pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuisioner dan observasi. Dalampenelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis kuantitatif, analisis regresi linear berganda dananalisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahseluruh Mahasiswa Institut STIAMI tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 134 Mahasiswa. Hasil daripenelitian yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F menunjukan bahwa Citra MerekDan Kualitas Produk Sepatu Import Nike berpengaruh secara signifikan Terhadap KeputusanPembelian.

Abstract

Pengabdian  pada  masyarakat  ini bertujuan  untuk  memberikan  pengetahuan  tentang meningkatkan wawasan pengetahuan para Ta'mir  Masjid Desa  Purwomartani Kalasan Sleman dalam bidang manajemen.Pembinaan manajemen ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab Materiyang diberikan pada program pengabdian ini meliputi manajemen umum, manajemen keuangan, dan manajemen da'wah. Adapun pesertanya ada 23 orang jemah Mesjid di desa Puromartani.Berdasarkan  hasil  pengabdian  diperoleh  kesimpulan  bahwa  program  pengabdian  ini  sangatbermanfaat  bagi  ta'mir  masjid  baik dalam  rangka  menambah  wawasan tentang  manajemen  masjid yang lebih baik maupun sebagai mediasi mengurangi timbulnya friksi dalam tubuh ta'mir  masjid itu sendiri. Untuk menindaklanjuti program ini, pihak ta'mir  masjid   sangat mengharapkan agar kegiatan pengabdian sejenis diselenggarakan tidak hanya satu tahun sekali.Kata  kunci:   Pembinaan   dan Pengembangan   Kemampuan    Manajerial

Abstract

ABSTRACTEvery company in Indonesia is required to provide legal protection to workers by maintaining welfare and offering social security, reflecting the principles of mutual effort, family spirit, and cooperation in accordance with the spirit of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. This research aims to examine the legal protection and responsibility of expedition companies towards courier partners who experience workplace accidents. The research method used is normative juridical. The findings indicate that legal protection for courier partners is limited because labor laws focus on formal employment relationships and do not specifically address partnerships. Expedition companies must ensure courier safety through safe instructions, fair wages, provision of safety equipment, training, and mental health support, with more comprehensive regulations needed to effectively protect their rights.Keywords: Expedition Companies; Courier Partners; Accidents.ABSTRAKSetiap perusahaan di Indonesia wajib memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada pekerja melalui pemeliharaan kesejahteraan dan pemberian jaminan sosial yang mencerminkan asas usaha bersama, kekeluargaan, dan kegotongroyongan sesuai dengan semangat Pancasila dan Undang-Undang Dasar 1945. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Mengetahui perlindungan hukum dan tanggung jawab perusahaan ekspedisi terhadap kurir mitra yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perlindungan hukum untuk kurir mitra masih terbatas karena undang-undang ketenagakerjaan fokus pada hubungan kerja formal dan belum mengatur kemitraan secara spesifik. Perusahaan ekspedisi harus memastikan keselamatan kurir melalui instruksi yang aman, pembayaran upah adil, penyediaan peralatan keselamatan, pelatihan, dan dukungan kesehatan mental, serta regulasi yang lebih komprehensif diperlukan untuk melindungi hak-hak mereka secara efektif.Kata Kunci: Perusahaan Expedisi; Kurir Mitra; Kecelakaan

Abstract

The phenomenon of language attitudes shown by Bandung athletes in badminton competitions is more positive than Purwokerto athletes. However, this statement is certainly still an assumption, which requires empirical study. Therefore, the study aims to elaborate on the comparison of the language attitudes of Purwokerto and Bandung athletes in Badminton competitions. The problem that arises is the comparison of what kind of language attitudes are contained in the speech of Purwokerto and Bandung athletes. This research was conducted using qualitative. The relevant theory to use is the theory of Garvin and Mathiot. The approach used is sociolinguistic. The data of this study is in the form of speech with the data source in the form of the results of recordings and observations. The data collection techniques used in this study are tapping techniques and recording techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is an extralingual matching method including stages 1) reduced data collection in the context of data availability, 2) identification of data in accordance with the focus of the research. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in language attitudes between Purwokerto and Bandung athletes, (1) the language attitudes shown by Purwokerto athletes were more positive because they tended to speech that referred to loyalty and awareness of language norms, while the results of the data (2) Bandung athletes showed a positive attitude in the form of language pride. The implications of this research can be an opportunity for the study of language in the field of sociolinguistics by involving cultural and diverse backgrounds, as well as the defense of language attitudes as an appropriate alternative to improve communication varied with the characteristics of the region between coaches and athletes. ABSTRAK Fenomena sikap bahasa yang ditunjukkan oleh atlet Bandung dalam kompetisi Bulu tangkis, lebih positif daripada atlet Purwokerto. Namun, pernyataan ini tentu masih menjadi asumsi, yang memerlukan pengkajian empirik. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguraikan perbandingan sikap bahasa atlet Purwokerto dan Bandung dalam kompetisi Bulu tangkis. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah perbandingan sikap bahasa seperti apa yang terdapat dalam tuturan atlet Purwokerto dan Bandung. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan kualitatif. Teori yang relevan untuk digunakan yaitu teori dari Garvin dan Mathiot. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah sosiolinguistik. Data penelitian ini berupa tuturan dengan sumber datanya adalah berupa hasil dokumentasi rekaman dan observasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah teknik sadap dan teknik rekam. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode padan ekstralingual meliputi tahapan 1) pengumpulan data yang direduksi dalam konteks ketersediaan data, 2) pengidentifikasian data sesuai dengan fokus penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sikap bahasa antara atlet Purwokerto dan Bandung, (1) sikap bahasa yang ditunjukkan oleh atlet Purwokerto lebih positif karena cenderung pada tuturan yang merujuk pada kesetiaan dan kesadaran adanya norma bahasa, sementara hasil data (2) atlet Bandung sikap bahasa yang ditunjukkan adalah sikap positif berupa kebanggaan bahasa. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi peluang untuk pengkajian bahasa dalam bidang sosiolinguistik dengan melibatkan latar budaya dan beragam, juga pemertahanan sikap bahasa sebagai alternatif yang tepat untuk meningkatkan komunikasi bervariasi dengan ciri khas daerahnya antara pelatih dan atlet.

Abstract

Abstract. Freedom of speech is important in a democratic country, including Indonesia. The government has guaranteed freedom of speech by issuing a number of laws and regulations as its legal umbrella. One of the human rights guaranteed by the state is expressing opinions. The article on freedom of speech is regulated in the 1945 Constitution, Article 28F. Article 28E paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution states that everyone has the right to freedom of association, assembly, and expression of opinion. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia guarantees demonstrations in the form of free parades and pulpits and all the basic principles of organizing state life, therefore including them as constitutional rights, to protect, fulfill and promote them. Police members in carrying out their roles and functions cannot be separated from very basic rights such as human rights in general. There have even been plans to revise the TNI/POLRI Law to further strengthen the dual function that was once used by the New Order government as a tool to perpetuate power for 32 years and the Government at that time wanted to make the New Order government period with different methods but the same goals, so that it gives the impression that Jokowi is a neo-New Order leader which means a New Order style with more mature maneuvers and also updating methods for the succession of power and his cronies are the same as the New Order era.
