Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merangkum dan mengevaluasi potensi biji chia dan jintan hitam sebagai terapi untuk fibrosis hati, dengan meninjau berbagai studi ilmiah yang telah dipublikasikan antara tahun 2012 hingga 2022. Fibrosis hati merupakan respons penyembuhan luka akibat cedera berulang pada hati, seperti yang terjadi pada hepatitis virus, di mana regenerasi sel parenkim menggantikan sel yang mengalami nekrosis atau apoptosis. Biji-bijian seperti jintan hitam dan chia telah dikenal memiliki kandungan metabolit sekunder dengan sifat antioksidan dan anti-inflamasi. Jintan hitam berperan sebagai antioksidan dengan kemampuan "radical scavenging" yang efektif terhadap peroksidasi lipid dan degradasi deoxyribose, sedangkan biji chia dapat mengurangi produksi ROS dan nitrit, menghambat sekresi sitokin pro-inflamasi, serta meningkatkan ekspresi sitokin anti-inflamasi pada kondisi fibrosis hati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan tinjauan literatur dari jurnal ilmiah yang diakses melalui database seperti Pubmed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa kedua biji-bijian ini memiliki potensi signifikan dalam menurunkan kerusakan oksidatif dan inflamasi yang terkait dengan fibrosis hati. Kesimpulannya, jintan hitam dan biji chia berpotensi menjadi terapi adjuvan dalam pengelolaan fibrosis hati, namun penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menentukan dosis dan mekanisme aksi yang optimal. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah mendorong pengembangan lebih lanjut dari bahan alami sebagai alternatif terapi yang lebih aman dan efektif untuk mengatasi fibrosis hati.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using outdoor learning methods on the ability to write free poetry in Audio Visual A1 and A2 classes of Malay-Indonesian. The method used is an experimental method of the Quasi Experimental type using two classes, namely the experimental class of 37 students which given treatment in the form of outdoor learning methods and a control class of 35 students which was not given treatment as a comparison class. The data collection technique used a poetry writing essay test and a questionnaire to find out students' responses to the outdoor learning method. Based on the results of hypothesis testing data analysis using the t test at a significant level of 0.05, a T count of 2.592 and a T table of 1.997 are obtained. Because T count is greater than T table, namely 2.592 > 1.997. It can be concluded that accept H1, reject H0, thus it can be said that there is an influence on the use of outdoor learning methods. Based on the results of hypothesis testing data analysis using the t test at a significant level of 0.05, a T count of 2.592 and a T table of 1.997 are obtained. Because T count is greater than T table, namely 2.592 > 1.997. Abstract

Limited post-disaster food access emphasizes the importance of providing nutritious and easily consumed emergency food for all age groups, especially vulnerable pregnant women. Cookies, a potential emergency food, are formulated from highly nutritious local ingredients such as mocaf (Modified Cassava Flour), catfish flour (Pangasius sp.). This study aims to determine the effect of mocaf and patin fish flour formulations on the quality and nutritional value of Motin Cookies as an alternative emergency food for pregnant women. The research design was a one-factor CRD experimental study with mocaf and patin fish flour formulation formulations F1 (80%:20%), F2 (70%:30%), and F3 (55%:45%). The research method used a hedonic test to determine the organoleptic properties, calculation method to determine energy and carbohydrate content, titrimetry to determine protein content, gravimetry to determine fat content, ICP-OES to determine iron (Fe) content, and UV-Vis spectrophotometer to determine antioxidant activity values. The results of the study concluded that there were no significant differences in the hedonic test on the aspects of color, aroma, taste, texture and overall. Cookies with a 55%:45% formula have better acceptance than other formulas. The nutritional value of Motin Cookies per serving (50 grams) is 218.82 kcal of energy, 8.76 grams of protein, 8.81 grams of fat, 26.11 grams of carbohydrates, and 2.04 mg of iron. The antioxidant activity of Motin Cookies IC50 of 1325.79 mg/L is categorized as a very weak antioxidant. Further research is needed regarding the intervention of providing Motin Cookies as an alternative emergency food for pregnant women.

Abstract

Globally, approximately 149.2 million (22.2%) children under five years of age suffer from stunting. In Indonesia, the 2018 Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) reported a stunting prevalence of 30.8%. One nutrition intervention approach is the provision of supplementary foods utilizing local ingredients, including cookies. Cookies made from a combination of mung bean flour and pumpkin flour have the potential to serve as a high-protein and high-calcium snack for stunted toddlers. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different flour proportions on the organoleptic properties and nutritional content of the cookies. An experimental design was applied using three formulations: F1 (50%:50%), F2 (60%:40%), and F3 (70%:30%). Organoleptic evaluation was conducted using a hedonic test involving 30 semi-trained panelists. The results showed no significant differences in color, aroma, taste, texture, and overall acceptability among the formulations (p > 0.05). Formula F2 was identified as the most preferred, with an overall score of 5.63. Laboratory analysis of the selected formula revealed a protein content of 11.2 g and a calcium content of 254 mg per 100 g. Further studies are recommended to improve crispness and conduct proximate analysis to enhance the accuracy of nutritional data.

Abstract

The main cause of iron nutritional anemia in women is the lack of dietary iron (Fe) intake. Iron intake can be obtained from foods such as biscuits. Moringa flour and mung bean flour added as biscuit ingredients can be used as a high-iron snack in an effort to increase iron intake in adolescent girls. This study aims to determine the effect of the formulation of Moringa flour and mung bean flour on organoleptic properties and iron content. This research is an experimental study with a formulation ratio of F1 75%: 25%, F2 50%: 50% and F3 25%: 75%. The organoleptic test was carried out by 30 moderately trained people, then the best results were tested for iron levels by the ICP-OES method. Data analysis used the Kruskal Wallis test, followed by the Mann Whitney test method. The biscuit that has the highest score is the F1 formulation with a ratio of moringa flour and mung bean flour 75%: 25%. One serving is 60 grams and can meet 24% of iron needs. The results of the statistical test found a value (p (0.000) < (0.05)) which means that there is an effect of the formulation of Moringa flour and mung bean flour on the taste of biscuits, and there is an effect on aspects of taste, aroma, and texture of biscuits. This research can be continued by improving the texture of the product to further increase its acceptability and conducting research on the target.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Masalah kesehatan anak di dunia khususnya di negara berkembang merupakan salah satu masalah utama dalam bidang kesehatan. Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) di dunia masih tergolong tinggi. Imunisasi merupakan salah satu strategi yang efektif dan efisien dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan nasional dengan mencegah enam penyakit mematikan, yaitu : Tuberculosis, Poliomyelitis, Campak, Hepatitis B, Difteri, Pertussis, Tetanus dan Polio. Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi dasar terhadap kepatuhan pemberian imunisasi dasar pada bayi signifikan antara pengetahuan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi.Tujuan Penulisan : Untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang imunisasi dasar terhadap kepatuhan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak di Posyandu Ananda Wilayah Puskesmas Bahagia Kecamatan Babelan Kabupaten Bekasi Tahun 2023.Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan α = (<0,05). Pengambilan data dilakukan pada 54 responden.Hasil Penelitian : Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap (p = 0,132) dengan pengetahuan ibu yang kurang sebesar 55,6% dan ibu yang tidak patuh dalam pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anaknya sebesar 53,7%. Kesimpulan dan Saran : Kesimpulan yang didapatkan ada hubungan bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayi di posyandu Ananda di wilayah Puskesmas Bahagia Kecamatan Babelan-Bekasi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi instansi kesehatan agar dapat melakukan pembinaan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan serta kepatuhan ibu dalam pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap pada anak.

Abstract

ABSTRACTYogyakarta International Airport (YIA), located in a coastal alluvial area, is characterized by loose saturated sandy soils with high susceptibility to earthquake-induced liquefaction. Although rigid inclusion (RI) has been widely applied as a ground improvement method, its effectiveness in optimizing spacing configuration for liquefaction mitigation under site-specific conditions such as YIA has not been comprehensively evaluated. This study aims to assess the liquefaction potential beneath the runway area and to evaluate the performance of rigid inclusion with different spacing configurations. A two-dimensional dynamic numerical analysis was conducted using PLAXIS 2D under a Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) of 0.30 g. Four modeling scenarios were analyzed: without reinforcement and with rigid inclusion spacing of 3 m, 2.5 m, and 2 m. The results indicate that the unreinforced condition exhibits severe liquefaction potential, characterized by excess pore pressure ratio (RU) exceeding 1.0 and a safety factor (SF) below 1.0. The installation of rigid inclusion significantly reduces pore pressure development and improves soil stability. The most effective configuration is achieved at 2 m spacing, resulting in RU reduction to 0.19 and an increase in SF up to 5.29. These findings demonstrate that closer rigid inclusion spacing substantially enhances liquefaction resistance and provide a practical basis for optimizing ground improvement design in liquefaction-prone airport infrastructure.Keywords: liquefaction mitigation, rigid inclusion, soil stabilization, numerical modeling, PLAXIS 2D. ABSTRAKYogyakarta International Airport (YIA) yang berlokasi pada kawasan aluvial pesisir dicirikan oleh tanah pasir lepas jenuh air dengan kerentanan tinggi terhadap likuifaksi akibat gempa bumi. Meskipun rigid inclusion (RI) telah banyak diterapkan sebagai metode perbaikan tanah, efektivitasnya dalam mengoptimalkan konfigurasi jarak pemasangan untuk mitigasi likuifaksi pada kondisi tanah spesifik seperti di YIA belum dievaluasi secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai potensi likuifaksi di bawah area runway serta mengevaluasi kinerja rigid inclusion dengan variasi jarak pemasangan. Analisis numerik dinamis dua dimensi dilakukan menggunakan PLAXIS 2D dengan pembebanan gempa sebesar Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) 0,30 g. Empat skenario pemodelan dianalisis, yaitu tanpa perkuatan serta dengan rigid inclusion berjarak 3 m, 2,5 m, dan 2 m. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kondisi tanpa perkuatan memiliki potensi likuifaksi yang tinggi, ditandai dengan rasio tekanan air pori berlebih (RU) melebihi 1,0 dan faktor keamanan (SF) kurang dari 1,0. Penerapan rigid inclusion secara signifikan mampu menekan perkembangan tekanan air pori dan meningkatkan kestabilan tanah. Konfigurasi paling efektif diperoleh pada jarak 2 m dengan penurunan RU hingga 0,19 dan peningkatan SF mencapai 5,29. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa jarak rigid inclusion yang lebih rapat secara substansial meningkatkan ketahanan terhadap likuifaksi serta memberikan dasar praktis dalam optimasi desain perbaikan tanah pada infrastruktur bandara di kawasan rawan likuifaksi.Kata Kunci: liquefaction mitigation, rigid inclusion, soil stabilization, numerical modeling, PLAXIS 2D.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of affixation in narrative texts that highlight natural phenomena and the experiences of the speakers in them. Affixation is one of the morphological processes in Indonesian that plays an important role in word formation, word class changes, and the development of meaning in a discourse. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research data are in the form of linguistic units containing affixation processes found in the text, including prefixes, suffixes, infixes, and confixes. The data collection technique was carried out using the listening and note-taking method through careful reading of the analyzed text. The results of the study show that the analyzed text contains the use of prefixes, suffixes, and confixes, while infixes are not found. The dominant prefixes used include me-, di-, ber-, and ter- which function to form active verbs, passive verbs, and express states and events. Suffixes such as -an, -itas, and -nya play a role in forming concrete and abstract nouns, as well as providing emphasis on meaning in sentences. In addition, the confixes me-kan, me-i, and ke--an are used to form causative meanings, processes, and certain states or situations. The absence of infixes indicates that the text makes greater use of productive and commonly used affixation forms in modern Indonesian.

Abstract

Tanah ekspansif dapat menyebabkan struktur bangunan terangkat atau retak, oleh karena itu perlu adanya analisis tanah melalui pengujian fisis dan mekanis tanah, sehingga dapat mengetahui sifat pengembangan tanah di TPA Banjaranyar. Selain itu, analisis lanjutan menggunakan sofware plaxis 2D untuk mengetahui deformasi, phase displacement dan safety factor yang terjadi pada as built drawing. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium tanah dengan mengambil sampel tanah dan menganalisis menggunakan software metode elemen hingga (plaxis 2D). Hasil dari pengujian tanah menunjukan bahwa tanah tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sifat pengembangannya sedang. Untuk hasil analisis menggunakan sofware plaxis 2D pada as built drawing menunjukan kolam lindi tanpa pondasi mengalami deformasi sebesar 0,173 m jika diberi beban gempa sebesar 0,270 m, pada phase displacement sebesar 0,03521 m jika diberi beban gempa 1,093 m, safety factor sebesar 1,33 jika diberi beban gempa sebesar 1,03. Kolam lindi menggunakan pondasi footplate mengalami deformasi sebesar 0,146 m jika diberi beban gempa 0,172 m, pada phase displacement sebesar 0,03149 m jika diberi beban gempa sebesar 1,053 m, safety factor sebesar 1,43 jika diberi beban gempa sebesar 1,14. Sedangkan kolam lindi menggunakan pondasi footplate dan perkuatan lereng menggunakan borepile mengalami deformasi sebesar 0,017 m jika diberi beban gempa 0,0248, phase displacement sebesar 0,01990 m jika diberi beban gempa sebesar 0,04595 m, safety factor sebesar 1,63 jika diberi beban gempa sebesar 1,55 yang dimana safety factor tersebut sesuai dengan SNI 8460:2017

Abstract

Fructose has long been known as a sugar additive or sweetener, commonly found in soft drinks, pastries, and other processed foods. High levels of added sugar in the daily diet increase the risk of various metabolic disorders, including insulin resistance. Insulin resistance can lead to impaired endothelial function (endothelial dysfunction), which can lead to impaired vasodilation responses. Endothelial dysfunction can lead to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease (CHD), hypertension, and other vascular diseases. The aim of this study was to identify the potential of a combination of dadap serep (Erythrina subumbrans) and pegagan (Centella asiatica) to reduce the risk of endothelial dysfunction (as measured by nitric oxide (NO) levels) triggered by high fructose consumption. This research method is an in vivo experimental preventive using 36 rats divided into normal group, induction group, comparison group of curcumin 9 mg/kgBW, test group 1 EEPDS 50:100 mg/kgBW, test group 2 EEPDS 100:100 mg/kgBW and test group 3 EEPDS 100:50 mg/kgBW. Measurement of NO levels using the Griess method, while insulin resistance examination was carried out using the insulin tolerance test method. The results showed that the combination group of EEPDS 100:50 mg/kgBW was the group that showed the most optimal effect in maintaining endothelial function and had the best insulin sensitivity. The conclusion of this study shows that the combination of EEPDS 100:50 mg/kgBW is effective in maintaining insulin sensitivity and maintaining endothelial function in rats.
