Abstract

Tomatoes are one of the most widely cultivated horticultural crops in the region Tuban Regency. One of the women farmer groups that often cultivate tomatoes is the Farmers Women’s Group in is the Farmers Women’s Group in Widang Subdistrict. The Farmers Women’s Group has tomato plants with high yields. But sometimes the price of tomatoes is very low causing the Farmers Women’s Group to experience significant losses. The author sees this condition as an opportunity to increase the use value of tomatoes so that they have a higher price. One of the efforts that can be done is by using tomatoes as raw material for making candied dried tomatoes. Candied dried tomatoes are a very popular food and have wide market opportunities. This has been proven by the high sales of candied dried tomatoes in several regions in Indonesia. The author sincerely hopes that this community service activity will be able to increase the income of the Farmers Women’s Group in Widang District. The Farmer Women's Group is able to make candied dried tomatoes into one of the foods and souvenirs that are in demand by tourists visiting the Tuban Regency area. Community service activities were carried out at the Agricultural Extension Center of Widang District, Tuban Regency, which was attended by around 15 farm women. This activity contains counseling related to the innovation of candied tomatoes, followed by planning and implementing activities to make sweets made from tomato fruit. Armed with knowledge and practice, participants from the Widang District Women Farmers Group were interested and planned to apply the idea and innovation of candied dried tomatoes during the next harvest season. Abstract

Dalam menjalankan jabatannya, Notaris wajib membuat akta dalam bentuk Minuta Akta dan menyimpannya sebagai bagian dari Protokol Notaris, sesuai dengan Pasal 16 ayat (1) huruf b UU Jabatan Notaris (UUJN). Minuta Akta, sebagai bagian dari Protokol Notaris dan Arsip Negara, harus diatur dan dikelola sesuai dengan UU No. 43 tahun 2009 tentang Kearsipan (UUK). Penelitian ini membahas tiga masalah utama: Kedudukan Minuta Akta sebagai Arsip Negara, efektivitas sistem penyimpanan protokol notaris, dan tanggung jawab notaris dalam penyimpanan minuta akta berdasarkan UU Jabatan Notaris dan UU Kearsipan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, dengan analisis bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier secara kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Minuta Akta digolongkan sebagai arsip Dinamis Vital. Efektivitas penyimpanan Protokol Notaris minimal harus mencakup penciptaan arsip, perolehan, pengelolaan, pemeliharaan, akses, penyelenggaraan, dan penyusutan arsip. Tanggung jawab Notaris dalam penyimpanan Minuta Akta berlandaskan pada Pasal 1 angka 8, Pasal 15 ayat (1), dan Pasal 16 ayat (1) huruf b UU Jabatan Notaris, bertujuan untuk menjaga keautentikan akta.

Abstract

Perubahan Iklim Merupakan salah satu isu yang menarik perhatian dari berbagai negara di dunia beberapa decade ini. Hal ini karena perubahan iklim Ibarat sebuah penyakit yang menular, dampak dari adanya perubahan iklim ini memang sangat luar biasa pengaruhnya karena bisa datag kapan saja tak kenal negara maju ataupun negara berkembang, negara dari benua mana semuanya akan kena getahnya tanpa kenal ruang dan waktu. Salah satu tanda – tanda itu mulai muncul saat ini diantaranya adalah mulai tidak menentunya musim, kenaikan suhu yang fluktuatif serta perubahan cuaca yang cukup signifikan. Di Indonesia sendiri, hal itu tampaknya sudah mulai terasa dampaknya saat ini seperti perubahan musim kemarau dan penghujan yang tidak konsisten, banjir rob dimana – dimana serta suhu panas nyang cukup ekstrem. Komitmen Pemerintah Indonesia, Sebagai keterlibatannya dalam mendukung upaya mitigasi perubahan iklim telah dibuktikan komitmennya berupa keterlibatannya dalam menandatangani persetujuan paris pada tanggal 22 April 2016 di New York, Amerika Serikat. Sebagai tindak lanjutnya terkait komitmen tersebut, Pemerintah Republik Indonesia mengeluarkan Undang – Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pengesahan Paris Agreement To The United Nations Framework Convention On Climate Change (Persetujuan Paris Atas Konvensi Kerangka Kerja Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa mengenai Perubahan Iklim). Kalimantan Tengah, sebagai salah satu Provinsi yang memiliki hutan yang cukup luas di Indonesia juga berperan dalam mensukseskan komitmen Indonesia dalam persetujuan paris. Salah satu bentuk keterlibatan tersebut yaitu Komitmen pemerintah provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam program Folu (Forestry And Other Land Uses) Net sink 2030. Adapun aksi mitigasi perubahan iklim yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam sektor Folu pada tahun 2023 – 2030 mencakup beberapa aksi diantaranya yaitu : 1). Penurunan emisi dari deforestasi dan degradasi hutan, 2). Pembangunan Hutan Tanaman, 3). Suistanable forest management, 4). Rehabilitasi Hutan, 5). Pengelolaan Ekosistem Gambut. Komitmen Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam Program Folu tersebut tentu perlu mendapat apresiasi, keterlibatan berbagai sektor dan juga masukan masyarakat di Kalimantan Tengah. Hal ini agar program tersebut mampu berjalan dengan baik dan pro terhadap pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di Kalimantan Tengah. Jangan ada unsur politis dalam implementasinya karena komitmen mitigasi perubahan iklim harus dilakukan dari hati untuk keselamatan dan kenyaman kehidupan masyarakat yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu penting kiranya agar dalam kegiatan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat lokal agar masyarakat lokal dapat diberdayakan dengan berbagai program strategisnya.

Abstract

A notary is a public official who has the authority to make authentic deeds and has other authorities as intended in Law no. 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Positions (UUJN) and based on other laws. The problem in this paper is how to provide documents by a notary to parties who have a direct interest in the deed, heirs or people who have the right to do so within the confidentiality limits of the notary's office. The notary's authority to provide documents as intended in article 54 UUJN is limited by the notary's obligation to keep it confidential as intended in article 16 paragraph (1) letter f, the exception is if there are statutory provisions that determine otherwise. The party with a direct interest in the deed, on the one hand, is the person who signs the deed in front of a notary or is a party to the deed, and on the other hand, this person is the person who has rights and obligations regarding what is regulated in the deed. Furthermore, those included in the heirs are the heirs of people or parties who have a direct interest in the deed. Meanwhile, a person who is categorized as a person who has rights is a person who has or obtains rights related to what is stated in the deed, although this person or party does not have to be the person who signed the deed.

Abstract

The fact that often happens that not a few Notaries / PPATs make mistakes, negligence, and ignore the laws and regulations so that in the end it causes problems in the future such as the case of granting guarantees on objects belonging to other people in Decision Number 2962 K / Pdt / 2019. The problems studied are the position of the sale and purchase object that has been transferred to another party, the position of granting collateral for the object that has been transferred and legal analysis of the application of the judge's law in the decision. The research method used is normative legal research which is presented descriptively. The research approach is carried out through the case approach method. Data sources are obtained from primary, tertiary and secondary legal sources. The data is analyzed through qualitative and deductive conclusions. The result of this research is that the seller who guarantees the object of sale and purchase that has been transferred to another party is an unlawful act because it violates the rights of others, contrary to the legal obligations of the perpetrator, contrary to decency and contrary to propriety in paying attention to the interests of self and property of others in the association of life. The granting of security over an object that has been transferred to another party results in the legal relationship to the land also shifting to the creditor. Abstract

Organizations have an important role in managing stress and the quality of work life of their employees, so paying attention to the conditions of the work environment and support from the organization is an important thing to do. However, the facts on the ground show that there are many unpleasant actions in the work environment which eventually lead to a decrease in the quality of work life and the emergence of occupational stress. This study examines the relationship between toxic workplace environment, occupational stress, and quality of work life which is moderated by organizational support. The sample technique used is purposive sampling, with the criteria being that employees working in Indonesia are at least 18 years old with a minimum working period of 1 year. The software used to assist data processing is SMART-PLS with the analysis used is SEM. The results of this study, sampling there is one hypothesis that is supported, namely the Toxic Workplace Environment has a significant positive effect on occupational stress and in this study organizational support cannot moderate the relationship between toxic workplace environment, occupational stress, quality of work life Keywords : toxic workplace environment, occupational stress, quality of work life, organizational support

Abstract

This study explores how policy advocacy campaigns delivered through TikTok shape the awareness and attitudes of Generation Z in Palangka Raya City. Although the platform has rapidly become a prominent channel for public information, academic research has not sufficiently examined how persuasive policy messages spread among young audiences within an environment driven by personalized digital algorithms. To address this gap, the study adopts the Diffusion of Innovation framework to understand how exposure to policy-oriented content influences the cognitive and attitudinal responses of TikTok users from Generation Z. Using a quantitative approach, the research engaged a group of respondents selected purposively from the local TikTok user population. Data were obtained through an online questionnaire that captured perceptions and behavioral tendencies, and the results were analyzed using a statistical model appropriate for measuring directional influence. The findings indicate that policy advocacy content on TikTok plays a meaningful role in enhancing both awareness and attitudes among young users in the city. These results demonstrate that the Diffusion of Innovation framework remains relevant for understanding message dissemination in contemporary digital media contexts. Moreover, the study shows that TikTok functions not only as an entertainment platform but also as an effective medium for government communication aimed at younger audiences. The research contributes to the field of digital policy communication by emphasizing the significance of platform-specific content dynamics and provides practical insights for policymakers seeking to improve engagement and understanding among Generation Z in an increasingly digital public sphere.

Abstract

Keberhasilan kebijakan bergantung pada efektivitas strategi komunikasi advokasi yang diterapkan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi komunikasi advokasi Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kota Palangka Raya terhadap tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat dalam kebijakan larangan penggunaan kantong plastik sekali pakai. Populasi dalam dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 150 masyarakat Kota Palangka Raya. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Krejcie dan Morgan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori terhadap 108 responen yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dan accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berbasis teori AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model regresi linear sederhana melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi advokasi DLH berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan masyarakat. Komunikasi advokasi yang baik akan membangun kesadaran ekologis dan mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat menuju kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan lingkungan.
