Abstract

A Santriwati, of course, does not rule out the opportunity to be able to start a business to maximize the potential of dragon fruit agricultural products. The aim of empowerment is to form a Millennial Santri Business Workshop at the Tanwirut Thullab Islamic Boarding School, encouraging understanding of the potential of dragon fruit, building an entrepreneurial spirit, and the process of making processed dragon fruit products. The situation analysis indicated that problems were found, including: the decline in selling prices at the peak of the dragon fruit harvest, the poverty level of female students when they left the boarding school, and a lack of understanding of the potential of Sambirejo Village. The empowerment participants included 38 female students aged 17 - 18 years and who were about to complete their education. The approach used during the process of implementing this empowerment is an approach that includes: team formation, formulating goals, gathering stakeholders, gathering needs, determining problem priority analysis, preparation, implementation, mentoring, review and evaluation, determining new needs and targets. As a result of empowering Santriwati, they gain understanding and skills to make processed Dragon Fruit Pudding, Jam and Jenang Grendul products as entrepreneurial provisions. The response shown by Santriwati, 72% gave a very positive response and 18% gave a positive response regarding product understanding, entrepreneurial spirit and the product manufacturing process. The series of empowering Santriwati in the Millennial Santri Business Workshop to build an entrepreneurial spirit starts from the stage of selecting ingredients, composition and processing of processed products that have the potential to be produced and sold to consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify issues surrounding the application of 4C-based learning. In addition, this study looks at how lecturers address issues that arise with their pupils. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Purposive sampling procedures were used in the selection of the 20 students and 2 lecturers participated in this study. Data were gathered by open-ended surveys, interviews, and observations. Data analysis involves gathering, condensing, presenting, and deriving conclusions using interactive models. Researchers found that lecturers tried to engage 4C based learning during their class. The necessary abilities, which include the capacity for critical and creative thought as well as collaboration and communication, must be tailored to the trends of the twenty-first century. Students' abilities to argue critically with others and to articulate their thoughts rationally serve as examples of this. Besides, students are able to exhibit their capacity for productive work, recognize the diversity within the team, show adaptability and a readiness to consider other people's viewpoints, assume joint accountability for group projects, and recognize the significance of each team member's contribution to a diverse group. They consider some applications such as Canva, Mind Master, Kahoot, and QR Code for their creativity supports. As well as, writing papers assignment is able to build students’ critical thinking skills. Students who possess critical thinking abilities may identify issues, come up with solutions, and gather and arrange data. Students’' ability to create topic papers and research papers serves as evidence of this.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a combination of scientific management theory and humanistic approach at IAIN Curup to enhance operational efficiency and employee well-being. Scientific management theory, developed by Frederick Taylor, emphasizes efficiency, standardization of procedures, and clear division of tasks, while the humanistic approach proposed by Henry Gantt highlights the importance of employees' social and psychological well-being and their involvement in decision-making processes. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis in the finance, planning, and staffing departments at IAIN Curup. The findings indicate that the combination of these two theories successfully creates a productive work environment that supports employee well-being. Standardized procedures improve efficiency and data accuracy, while the humanistic approach fosters motivation, participation, and employee loyalty. Challenges in implementing this combination include adaptation to new methods and balancing efficiency with well-being. The implications of this study highlight the importance of balanced management practices in improving the performance of educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in guiding morals and knowledge in Islamic education, and explore how the balance between these two aspects can be applied in the context of modern education. This study uses a literature study method by reviewing various library sources related to Islamic education, the role of teachers, and the integration of morals in learning. Data were obtained from books, journal articles, and other sources relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that teachers have a very important role in guiding students' morals and knowledge. Islamic education teaches the importance of balance between these two aspects, where teachers not only teach knowledge, but also shape students' characters according to Islamic values. The main challenge faced is how to integrate morals with knowledge in the increasingly modern and developing world of education. Teachers are expected to be able to carry out dual tasks in educating morals and knowledge to students. Therefore, an effective strategy in combining these two elements is very important to produce a generation with noble morals and knowledge. This study provides important insights into the strategic role of teachers in creating a balance between knowledge and morals in Islamic education.
