Abstract

Keselamatan pasien telah menjadi isu global dan merupakan komponen penting dari mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Pelaporan insiden merupakan langkah pertama yang penting untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Sistem pelaporan Insiden keselamatan pasien memberikan informasi tentang terjadinya keselamatan pasien yaitu insiden untuk mengurangi risiko, memperbaiki sistem, belajar dari kesalahan, dan berbagai pembelajaran. Berdasarkan data pelaporan insiden keselamatanpasien di Indonesia periode 2006–2011 tercatat 877 insiden. Data tentang keselamatan pasien di Indonesia masih sulit diperoleh karena masalah pada sistem pelaporan, berdasarkan laporan tahunan untuk tahun 2011, hanya 132 insiden yang dilaporkan oleh 132 fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, karena terdapat 2.267 fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia maka kurang dari 6% jumlah total fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang berpartisipasi dalam pelaporan. Hal ini menunjukkan tingkat pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien yang rendah. Pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien merupakan salah satu kendali mutu untuk dapat memecahkan masalah sehingga kejadian yang sama tidak terulang kembali serta harus ditingkatkan agar tercipta budaya keselamatan pasien, namun yang menjadi permasalahan besar adalah adanya  hambatan-hambatan terkait  pelaporan  insiden,  terdapat  beberapa  faktor  yang  memengaruhi pelaporan  insiden  keselamatan  pasien antara lain faktor individu yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan terakhir, masa kerja dan status kepegawaian, faktor psikologi yaitu persepsi, sikap dan motivasi, serta faktor organisasi yaitu kepemimpinan. Abstract

Occupational exposure to particulate matter (PM₁₀) represents a significant health risk. Although the association between PM₁₀ exposure levels and impaired lung function has been well demonstrated in numerous studies, epidemiological literature shows highly contradictory findings regarding the relationship between exposure duration, commonly measured as “Length of Service” and lung function. To explore the sources of this inconsistency, this review examined literature published between 2020 and 2025 using a narrative synthesis approach. The analysis revealed that the divergent findings are not driven by biological factors, but rather by systematic methodological limitations. Non-significant results in several studies can be attributed to three major weaknesses: (1) Length of Service is a weak proxy variable that fails to capture the crucial intensity (dose) of exposure; (2) substantial statistical multicollinearity between Length of Service and Age, which distorts the estimated associations; and (3) the Healthy Worker Effect (HWE), a selection bias that is almost inevitable in occupational epidemiology studies especially those using cross-sectional designs, which systematically attenuates true associations. Therefore, non-significant findings related to Length of Service should not be interpreted as evidence of the absence of harm from chronic exposure. The relationship likely exists but is “masked” by design biases and the limitations of a weak proxy. Future research should avoid relying on Length of Service as a sole exposure indicator and instead adopt cumulative exposure metrics that are more representative.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to improve mathematical problem solving abilities using the STAD type cooperative learning model in Class XI Saintek 4 SMAN 2 Mataram Academic Year 2023/2024. This research is classroom action research (PTK). The classroom action research procedure for each cycle consists of four stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. The instruments used were teacher and student observation sheets, and student test sheets. Based on the research result, it shows that the results of students’ abilities increased from the initially low results obtained, namely 34,375 % to 91,428 %. the results of teacher observation and student’s observation which were initially low at the begininning of the cycle experienced a significant increase at the end of the cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the STAD Type Cooperative learning model can improve students' problem solving abilities so it is hoped that teachers will ensure that in the teacher's teaching and learning process can apply the STAD Type Cooperative learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of problem-based learning model on mathematical literacy of students of SMAN 1 Lembar. The method used in this research is quasi experimental method with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The subjects of this research were students of class X SMAN 1 Lembar. The samples used in this study were two classes where class X 1 as the experimental class and X 2 as the control class, then the two classes were given different treatments, namely the experimental class was given treatment with a problem-based learning model while the control class was given a conventional learning model (lecture). After being given treatment, in the form of a pre-test, then a posttest is given to determine the final ability of students. The instrument used in this study is to use a test consisting of 3 essay-shaped questions. The analysis technique used is using t-test statistical analysis with the help of SPSS 25. From the results of the hypothesis test the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of problem-based learning model on students' mathematical literacy.
