Many Tertiary hydrothermal altered dioritic composition intrusive rocks were found at the Randu Kuning area and its vicinity, Selogiri, including hornblende microdiorite, hornblende-pyroxene diorite and quartz diorite. The hydrothermal fluids which responsible for the alteration and mineralization at the area is associated with the occurence of the horblende microdiorite intrusion. The alteration zone at the Randu Kuning area and its vicinity can be divided intoseveral hydrothermal alteration zones, such as potassic (magnetite-biotite-K feldspar), prophyllitic (chlorite-magnetite-epidote-carbonate), phyllic (quartz-sericite-chlorite) and argillic (clay mineral-sericite). The alteration pattern in the Randu Kuning porphyry Cu-Au deposit is tipically a diorite model characterising by the domination of potassic alteration and prophyllitic zone. Phyllic and argillic alteration types are restrictive found within the fault zones. A lot of porphyry vein types were found and observed at the Randu Kuning area, and classified into at least seven vein types. The paragenetic sequence of those veins from theearliest to the latest respectively are 1). Magnetite-chalcopyrite±quartz-biotite veinlets, 2). Quartz±magnetite (A type) veins, 3). Banded/Laminated quartz-magnetite (M type) veins, 4). Quartz±K feldspar (B type)veins, 5). Quartz with thin centre line sulphide (AB type) veins, 6). Pyrite±chalcopyrite (C type) veinlets, and 7). Pyrite-quartz+chalcopyrire+carbonate (D type) veins. Gold and copper mineralisation of the Randu Kuning Porphyry Cu-Au deposit, mostly related to the presence of quartz veins/veinlets containing sulfide i.e. Quartz with thin centre line sulphide veins, Pyrite±chalcopyrite veinlets, and Pyrite-quartz+chalcopyrire+carbonate veins.

Tesis berjudul “Bimbingan Pra Nikah dan dampaknya Terhadap Pemahaman kehidupan Rumah Tangga Di Kecamatan Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong” dengan dua macam rumusan masalah, pertama Bagaimana pelaksanaan bimbingan pranikah bagi calon pengantin terhadap keharmonisan rumah tangga di KUA Kecamatan Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, kedua Bagaimana dampak bimbingan Pranikah terhadap Pemahaman Rumah Tangga di Kecamatan Curup Tengah. Dengan tujuan pertama untuk mengetahui peran bimbingan pranikah di KUA Kecamatan Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, kedua Untuk mengetahui dampal tingkat kisruh rumah tangga di Kecamatan Curup Tengah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong meningkat sedangkan calon pengantin telah dilakukan bimbingan pranikah. Memberikan bimbingan Perkawinan yang dilaksanakan oleh Kantor Urusan Agama dilaksanakan sebelum para peserta melaksanaan akad nikah dan dilaksanakan Sedangkan modul yang digunakan adalah buku Modul Bimbingan Perkawinan untuk Calon Pengantin dan buku Fondasi Keluarga Sakinah. Undang-undang perkawinan menjadi landasan hukum tentang bagaimana membentuk sebuah keluarga yang sah terutama dihadapan negara. Undang-undang ini menegaskan maksud dan tujuan perkawinan sebagai ikatan lahir dan batin antara seorang laki-laki dan perempuan sebagai suami istri. Ikatan ini dibangun dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Oleh karena itu, Undang-undang ini meletakkan syarat-syarat untuk melakukan perkawinan. Undang-undang ini juga membuat upaya pencegahan dan bahkan pembatalan terhadap perkawinan yang berpotensi tidak bahagia atau tidak sesuai dengan tujuan perkawinan

This article was the result of research of the influence POE (Prediction, Observation, Explanation) model to cognitive physics learning achievement and science process skills of students in physics learning at MAN. The purposes of the research were to study the influence of model to cognitive physics learning achievement and science process skills of students. This research was conducted in MAN 2 Jember. This type of research was experimental by post-test only control design. The population in this study were students of class X at MAN 2 Jember of Academic Year 2016/2017. Samples were taken with cluster random sampling, X IPA 2 selected as esperiment class and X IPA 4 selected as control class. The techniques of data collection were test, observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of data analysis used Independent Sample T-Test (SPSS 22). The results were obtained significance value of 0,000 for cognitive physics learning achievement of students and 0,0235 for science process skills of students. It can be concluded that model of POE (Prediction, Observation, Explanation) influence to cognitive learning achievement and science process skills of students. This experimental research related on the implementation of REACT (Relating,Experiencing, Applying, Cooperating, Transferring) learning model with realphenomenon photo media in learning physic at SMA Negeri 1 Pakusari in2016/2017 academic year. The objectives of this research were to describe thestudent’s learning activities and to study the effect of the model to the physiclearning achievment. The design of this research was post test only control groupdesign. The technique of data collection on this research were test, observation,documentation and interview. The student’s learning activity data was collected byobservation sheet and analyzed descriptively. The learning achievment data wascollected by using post test and analyzed by using Independent Sample t test onSPSS 22. Finding of the research were (1)the average of student’s learning activityuusing REACT learning model with real phenomenon photo media was 89,4% whichmeans active; (2) the difference between experiment class and control class is doneby obtained significant value (2-tailed) of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. It means the result of thisresearch proved that the use of REACT learning model with real phenomenon photomedia significantly affected the cognitive learning outcomes at tenth grade SMANegeri 1 Pakusari.Keywords: REACT learning model, real phenomenon photo media, learningachievement , learning activities

Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Partisipasi Masyarakat Terhadap Pemilihan Bupati Dan Wakil Bupati Nias Barat Tahun 2015”. Persoalan yang banyak dan sering terjadi hingga saat ini adalah kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat terhadap pemilu masih sangat rendah. Selain itu, kepercayaan publik terhadap figur calon Kepala Daerah kurang berpengaruh.Konsep dan defenisi partisipasi masyarakat merupakan hal yang mendukung tentang pemecahan permasalahan yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Landasan teori atau tinjauan pustaka sebagai pendukung dan pedoman dalam melakukan penelitian untuk mencari solusi dan jawaban dalam penyelesaaian permasalahan penelitian. Menurut (Budiardjo, 1998:2) memaknai partisipasi politik adalah : kegiatan seseorang atau kelompok orang untuk ikut serta secara aktif dalam kehidupan politik, yaitu dengan jalan memilih pimpinan Negara dan secara langsung atau tidak langsung, mempengaruhi kebijakan Pemerintah (public policy). Kegiatan ini mencakup tindakan seperti memberikan suara dalam pemilihan umum, menghadiri rapat umum, menjadi anggota suatu partai atau kelompok kepentingan, mengadakan hubungan (contacting) dengan pejabat Pemerintah atau anggota parlemen, dan sebagainya. Selanjutnya, membahas tentang konsep tata cara dalam melakukan penelitian serta bentuk/metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian guna memantapkan si peneliti mencari jawaban yang konkrit di lapangan. Selain itu, penentuan informan juga sangat diperlukan guna memperoleh informasi dan data yang akurat guna memperdalam pembahasan dalam penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode penelitian kaulitatif dan dengan informan berjumlah (16) orang.Kesimpulan, bahwasanya sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak penyelenggara pemilu masih belum efektif dan masih sangat kurang, peran partai politik juga masih kurang, kepemimpinan kepala desa yang tidak profesional, dan pola pikir masyarakat yang masih tradisional. Hal ini menyebabkan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pemilu kepala daerah Nias Barat khususnya di desa Hilisangawola.

Motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa sangat penting dalam membantu siswa untuk memperoleh hasil belajar dengan baik dan belajar itu salah satu tugas utama siswa. Kenyataannya, ditemukan fenomena motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa yang rendah di SMA Negeri 08 Rejang Lebong, keinginan siswa kurang untuk belajar, kurangnya pemahaman siswa dalam belajar. Salah satu jenis layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa di sekolah adalah layanan informasi dengan media audio visual. Oleh karena itu, rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat peningkatan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (post-test) pemberian layanan informasi dengan media audio visual. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengungkap apakah ada terdapat perbedaan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa sebelum (pre-test) dan sesudah (post-test) pemberian layanan informasi dengan media audio visual di SMA Negeri 08 Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan model Quasi Eksperiment dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 08 Rejang Lebong dengan jumlah siswa 102 orang dan sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang ditentukan secara purposive. Cara pengumpulan data melalui skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Paired Sampels T-Test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum layanan informasi dengan media audio visual efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa di sekolah. Secara khusus terdapat perbedaan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa di sekolah pada pre-test dan post-test setelah pemberian perlakuan menggunakan layanan informasi dengan media audio visual. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa di sekolah dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan informasi dengan media audio visual. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya melaksanakan layanan informasi dengan media audio visual di sekolah oleh konselor sekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kemandirian belajar siswa di sekolah.

This study discusses how to extend the influence of work on employee morale. Note obtained through the survey by distributing questionnaries by 84 respondents in the Administrative Office of the Mayor Tangerang.Analysis of data obtained from the calculation that R=0.723. In other words, the relationship of working facilities (X) of the Employee Morale (Y) is very strong. The the calculation of coefficient of determination (KD) R square of 52,3% (from 0.53 x 100%). Mean magnitude of the effect of giving employment facilities (X) 52,3%) influenced other causes outside of this regression, for example, allowances, salaries, leadership style, and others. While a simple linear regression equation of Y = 22.784 + 0.502 X, of the value of the regression can be interpreted that if the provision of employment facilities (X) value is 0, then the employee morale value of 22.784. Regression coefficient of variable of variable working facilities (X) of 0.502, menaing that if one increase the value, then the volume of work facilities (Y) will increase an increase of 0.502.

This research aims at evaluating the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of ISO 9001: 2008 in State Vocational High School 1 Surakarta and State Vocational High School 6 Surakarta through the Kirkpatrick model. The sample selection used the purposive sampling method with 77 teachers/staffs from the two schools. The data were collected with questionnaires and documentation. The implementation of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 in both schools based on the input variables can be categorized as "very good with the score of 95 points out of 100 points. The results of the 3-behavior level evaluation on the QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 Implementation showed that the area of a) HR; b) the infrastructure; and c) the education process control and services in the State Vocational High School 1 and 6 Surakarta fell in the category of "mostly achieved". The results of a level 4 evaluation indicated the result of the graduates’ quality in both schools can be categorized as good with the mean of 58.33. The QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 implementation proved to have a good effect on the school administration system in both schools where the granting of QMS of ISO 9001: 2008 certificates in line with the achievement of “A” school accreditation over the past 10 years.

As 2018 local election organizer, General Election Commissions (KPU) of North Sumatra plays an active role in succeeding of election activities and increases voter participation. This study aims at determining how the performance of The North Sumatera Provincial KPU in 2018. This research method is descriptive qualitative where data collected are in the form of words and images, not numbers as in quantitative research. This research was conducted in Medan at the Provincial KPU office and several agencies because the informants came from the party supporting both candidates for governor, Ombudsman, academic and KPU candidates. Based on the results of the study, the researchers conclude that, the North Sumatra Provincial KPU has served well and consistently in accordance with the tasks charged. From the eleven informants, eight have argued that the General Election Commission of North Sumatra Province already have a good category. One said the performance was classified as neutral, had done it but had not been significant in the quality difference from before. Two other informants said that it was not good because in some areas there was a re-election. General Election Commission of North Sumatra Province is not intervened by any party in carrying out their duties and in the dissemination of information such as socialization; it involves mass media so that the public knows all the stages. It has carried out its duties and functions in accordance with the provisions of the Election Law which have been designated as election organizers.

This research is motivated by the behavior and habits that often occur in the classroom or outside the classroom showing unfavorable behavior such as fighting with friends, being impolite and obedient to the teacher, fighting, bullying fellow friends, urinating in class, carrying lipstick and makeup, skipping class when class hours, stealing the teacher's motorbike, and smoking in the school environment. This study aims to determine the moral condition of students at SD Negeri 46 Seluma and the form of cooperation between PAI teachers and parents in fostering students' morals at SD Negeri 46 Seluma. This study used qualitative research methods. The informants of this research were principals, PAI teachers, classroom teachers, parents and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions/verification. good morals such as fellow students are still found fighting among friends and bullying fellow friends, students' morals towards teachers and parents are still lacking in respect and obedience, students' morals with the environment also have not shown maintaining the cleanliness of the school environment and home environment. The form of cooperation between PAI teachers and parents in fostering student morals at SD Negeri 46 Seluma is to invite parents to school and make direct visits to students' parents' homes. Analysis of the cooperation between PAI teachers and parents in fostering the morals of students at SD Negeri 46 Seluma with the collaboration of inviting parents to school and making direct visits to the students' parents' homes as for the changes obtained by students, namely not repeating, such as not fighting with fellow friends and not bullying others his friend again, the teacher is polite and doesn't pee carelessly anymore
