Abstract

This research is aimed at acknowledging the relation between intellectual intelligence and learning achievement of the students in the Dayah Almadinatuddiniyah Syamsuddhuha, Cot Murong, North Aceh. The research was conducted for 6 months, from June to December 2014. This research is a descriptive research using correlational plan. Variables in this research are intellectual intelligence as predictor variable and learning achievement as criterion variable. The population of this research comprises all 2nd and 3rd grade junior high school students and 2nd and 3rd grade senior high school students of the Almadinatuddiniyah Syamsuddhuha Integrated Islamic Boarding School for the academic year of 2014/2015 with the total number of 305 students. The samples were taken from 20% (61 students) of the total population (305 students) using the stratified proportional random sampling method. For research hypothetical test, data were analyzed with the parametric inferential statistical technique by using the moment product correlation, simple regression, double regression and partial correlation techniques. The research results show that there is significant relation between the students’ intellectual intelligence and learning achievement. The students’ intellectual intelligent and learning achievement has correlation coefficient as much as 0.9765 and the effective contribution given by the intellectual intelligence variable to the students’ learning achievement is 95.69%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi padagogik guru PAI di MAS Madat Kabupaten Aceh Timur, untuk mengetahui strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru pendidikan agama Islam di MAS Madat Kabupaten Aceh Timur.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kompetensi padagogik guru PAI di MAS Madat Kabupaten Aceh Timur meliputi kemampuan dalam memahami peserta didik, kemampuan dalam membuat perancangan pembelajaran, kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran, kemampuan dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar dan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimilikinya. Strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru pendidikan agama Islam di MAS Madat Kabupaten Aceh Timur antara lain:  mengirimkan guru untuk mengikuti diklat yang diadakan oleh Balai diklat baik di Sumatera Utara maupun di Aceh, melakukan studi banding kemadrasah yang lebih maju, meningkatkan budaya membaca, mengirimkan dewan guru dalam forum Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) PAI dan mengadakan seminar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara kasar kesiapan anak memasuki sekolah dasar berdasarkan hasil tes NST yang dilakukan di TK Kisaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jumlah 14 anak yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Nijmeegse Schoolbekwaamheids Test (NST) untuk mengetahui kematangan dalam mendukung kesiapan anak untuk masuk sekolah dasar. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik Statistik Sederhana. Hasil analisis data menggunakan NST, 21,42% menunjukkan tingkat kesiapan tertinggi, 57,14% berada pada kategori Siap Sekolah (Skala NST), dan 21,42% berada pada status siap sekolah (Skala NST). masih ragu Siap berangkat ke sekolah. Hasil analisis data penelitian menggunakan tes CPM, kemampuan intelektual 14 siswa berada di atas 28,57%, di atas 28,57%, dan di atas 35,71. kategori. Rata-rata (average) dan 7,14% masuk dalam subkategori (rendah).

Abstract

The Quran is the main literacy for Muslims, including elementary school children. However, for children with intellectual disabilities, the ability to read the Quran still faces its own challenges. This study aims to describe efforts to improve the ability to read the letters of the Quran in children with mild intellectual disabilities through the bil hikmah method. The study was conducted in class VIII B SLB Negeri 1 Padang, using an action research type with two cycles including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The informants in this study were three students with mild intellectual disabilities: MRF, ZM, and K. The results of the study are presented in the form of narratives and graphs that describe the process to the results of the improvement in the second cycle. In the first cycle, students MRF and ZM reached 65% and student K reached 60%, while in the second cycle, all three reached 85%. From these results, it can be concluded that the bil hikmah method is effective in improving the ability to read the letters of the Quran in children with mild intellectual disabilities. ABSTRAKAl-Quran adalah literasi utama bagi umat Muslim, termasuk anak-anak usia dasar. Namun, bagi anak-anak tunagrahita, kemampuan membaca Al-Quran masih menghadapi tantangan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan upaya peningkatan kemampuan membaca huruf Al-Quran pada anak tunagrahita ringan melalui metode bil hikmah. Penelitian dilakukan di kelas VIII B SLB Negeri 1 Padang, menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan dengan dua siklus yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga siswa tunagrahita ringan: MRF, ZM, dan K. Hasil penelitian disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan grafik yang menggambarkan proses hingga hasil peningkatan pada siklus kedua. Pada siklus pertama, siswa MRF dan ZM mencapai 65% dan siswa K mencapai 60%, sedangkan pada siklus kedua, ketiganya mencapai 85%. Dari hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode bil hikmah efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca huruf Al-Quran pada anak tunagrahita ringan.

Abstract

This study describes the management and utilization of household waste in the Sakinah Waste Bank. Waste banks are present as an alternative in household waste management, expected to help overcome waste management problems and reduce the amount of waste in landfills. This research aims to look at the management of household waste in the Sakinah Waste Bank, as well as the utilization of household waste through the Sakinah Waste Bank in the Batu Gadang Village community. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, then uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive sampling technique, with a total of 15 informants, consisting of 10 key informants and five ordinary informants. The results showed that the management of household waste in the Sakinah Waste Bank, there is a change in the view of waste from dirty and useless items to items that can be reprocessed. through the Sakinah Waste Bank, the community is educated on how to manage plastic recycled waste so that it will produce economic value for the community, especially customers of the Sakinah Waste Bank. The existence of the Sakinah Waste Bank also makes changes in the community, starting from the view of waste, the habit of managing waste to the economic benefits felt by the community.Abstrak: Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga di Bank Sampah Sakinah. Bank sampah hadir sebagai alternatif dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan sampah dan berkurangnya jumlah sampah di tempat pembuangan akhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga pada Bank Sampah Sakinah, serta pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga melalui Bank Sampah Sakinah di masyarakat Kelurahan Batu Gadang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, kemudian menggunakan teknik pengempulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan total 15 informan, yang terdiri dari 10 informan kunci dan lima informan biasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengeloaan sampah rumah tangga di Bank Sampah Sakinah, adanya perubahan pandangan terhadap sampah yang awal yang barang kotor dan tidak berguna menjadi barang yang dapat diolah kembali. melalui Bank Sampah Sakinah masyarakat diedukasi mengenai cara pengelolaan sampah daur ulang plastik hingga nantinya menghasilkan nilai ekonomis bagi masyarakat khususnya nasabah Bank Sampah Sakinah. Keberadaan Bank Sampah Sakinah juga membuat perubahan yang ada dimasyarakat mulai dari pandangan mengenai sampah, kebiasaan mengelola sampah hingga manfaat ekonomis yang dirasakan masyarakat.

Abstract

In Nagari Sungai Pinang, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province, from 2016 to 2021, there was a decline in both the extent and quality of Mangrove areas. In response to this, a conservation group was initiated by a local community member in 2016. This study aims to understand the perceptions of the Nagari Sungai Pinang community towards Mangrove forest conservation by examining their knowledge and utilization of mangroves. The researchers employed a qualitative case study method, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, participant observation, in-depth interviews, literature review, and documentation. The results indicate that the utilization of Mangrove plants by the community in Nagari Sungai Pinang is minimal and involves personal, subsistence, and commercial use, leading to a low intensity of exploitation. Consequently, the efforts by the community to independently maintain the Mangrove forests are minimal. This also contributes to the community's lack of interest in participating in conservation activities, compounded by their limited knowledge and understanding of the role of Mangrove forests in protecting ecosystems. As a result, the community's perceptions are divided into two groups: those who support and those who are indifferent to Mangrove forest conservation in Nagari Sungai Pinang. These differing perceptions are related to their livelihoods, residential locations, knowledge of Mangrove functions, and daily interactions with mangroves.Abstrak: Di Nagari Sungai Pinang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Barat, tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2021 kondisi Mangrove mengalami penurunan luas dan kualitas. Menanggapi hal tersebut, muncul kelompok konservasi yang diinisiasi oleh salah satu anggota masyarakat pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami persepsi masyarakat Nagari Sungai Pinang terhadap konservasi hutan Mangrove melalui pengetahuan dan cara masyarakat dalam  memanfaatkan Mangrove. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, observasi partisipasi, wawancara mendalam, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemanfaatan tumbuhan Mangrove oleh masyarakat di Nagari Sungai Pinang secara pribadi, subsistensi dan komersial dengan jumlah yang sangat sedikit sehingga intensitas pemanfaatannya tidak tinggi. Oleh karena itu usaha dalam mempertahankan keberadaan hutan Mangrove secara mandiri oleh masyarakat sangat kecil. Hal ini juga menjadi alasan bagi masyarakat kurang tertarik dalam berpartisipasi pada setiap kegiatan konservasi yang melibatkan masyarakat di samping kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang fungsi hutan Mangrove dalam melindungi ekosistem. Sehingga persepsi yang terbentuk terbagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok masyarakat yang mendukung dan masyarakat yang abai terhadap konservasi hutan Mangrove di Nagari Sungai Pinang. Persepsi masyarakat yang berbeda-beda berkaitan dengan mata pencaharian, lokasi tempat tinggal, pengetahuan mereka terhadap fungsi Mangrove itu sendiri serta interaksi mereka dengan Mangrove dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Enterobiosis in children remains a serious public health problem in many developing countries, including Indonesia. The epidemiology of Enterobiasis disease shows a high prevalence especially in areas with poor sanitation and limited access to health services. The pathophysiology of Enterobiasis disease involves infection with parasitic worms such as Enterobius vermicularis which can cause various health complications in children, including anemia, impaired growth, and impaired cognitive development. Service activities carried out by providing advice/support to Enterobiosis patients are considered through self-history, home visits by adopting a holistic and comprehensive family medicine approach. The aim of patient counseling/support is to increase awareness of the disease and improve the quality of life of the patient. The results of service activities and home visits show that patients have a better understanding of their disease and the level of compliance with treatment and healthy living behavior, which affects the success of treatment. Comprehensive treatment with a family medicine approach is needed to identify problems in various ways, support the success of therapy, and improve the quality of life of patients.

Abstract

One of the developmental efforts in the health sector is improving the availability of quality health services. Health itself is a fundamental human right and a key element of prosperity that must be realized within a country. Therefore, to support comprehensive health development, the health sector provides various services, one of which is home visit. Home visits are comprehensive health services designed to promote patient and family independence, providing health care directly at the patient's residence and integrating patients and their families into planned health service activities. A home visit service activity was conducted for a patient with bronchopneumonia within the Jeulingke Health Center's operational area in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City. Supervised by supervisors from the Family Medicine Section/Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. Home visits were performed twice per family. The objective was to evaluate treatment effectiveness and gather additional information about the patient's health status, as well as to assess the living conditions of the patient and their family. Home visit activities are complemented by the completion of the Family Folder, which includes a genogram, family life cycle, family map, family APGAR, family SCREEM, and family life line instruments.

Abstract

The existence of health services that are accessible, good quality, and answer the needs of community can improve public health. One of the programs provided by health center to resolve patient problems is the Home Visit. During the home visit, various accurate and up-to-date data will be obtained regarding the health condition of patients and family members, environmental conditions around the house, and relationships between family members. One of the supporting instruments that can be used for home visit as an effort to optimize health services is the availability of medical records in the form of a family folder. Community service activities carried out in the form of home visits to one patient with Type II Diabetes Mellitus in the working area of the Jeulingke Health Centre. Home visit activities to the preparation of reports are supervised by supervisors from the Family Medicine Department of the Faculty of Medicine, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. Home visits were carried out twice in one family. The aims are to evaluate treatment, obtain more information about the health condition of patient and family, patient-family relationship, living conditions to the environmental conditions around the patient and family members who live with the patient. Home visit activities are complemented by completing the family assessment tools which consists of a genogram, family life cycle, family map, family APGAR, family SCREEM and family life line.

Abstract

The high divorce rate in Padang City is the main concern in a community service program that aims to create a harmonious family through mentoring for members of the Lubuk Begalung branch of the Indonesian Muslimah Entrepreneurs Association (IPEMI). Mentoring involves emotional support, providing knowledge, and skills in identifying and overcoming family problems. This activity is carried out with a participatory and intensive approach, including training and workshops on family hope strategies based on Islamic teachings, which include faith values, prayer implementation, religious education, and family ethics. The implementation method includes needs analysis, work plan, implementation, and evaluation to ensure target achievement. The results of the activity showed an increase in the motivation and enthusiasm of community members in realizing a harmonious family based on Islamic teachings. It is hoped that similar activities can continue to be developed to achieve the goal of family welfare.
