Abstract

This research purpose to test and analyze the influence supervision,discipline and motivation to employee performance at PT. Triplus Hitech. Data collection was done by distributing quests with as many samples 114 respondent and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data analysis used was statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. t test result show that the value supervision is 12.412> 1.981 with sig 0.000 1.981 with sig 0.000 1.981 eith sig 0.031 2.687 with sig 0.000<0.05, so simultaneously the variables of supervision,discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Focus Digisellindo Utama. The phenomenon of fluctuation of the customer satisfaction level for PT Focus Digisellindo Utama reflects the customer satisfaction has not been maximized. This research uses two independent variables which are product quality variable and service quality variable. The technique used in collecting data used in this research is the distribution of questionnaire using saturated sampling method, whereby the sample used in this research are amounting to 120 respondents. This research uses technical data analysis methods such as validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, and hypothesis test. The result of this research show that product quality and service quality variable partially does have positive influence and is significant towards the consumer satisfaction. Furthermore, product quality and service quality variable simultaneously does have positive influence and is significant towards the customer satisfaction of PT Focus Digisellindo Utama. Variables in this research have an influence od 98,2% towards the performance of employees. The rest 1,8% are influenced by other variables coming from outside of this research.

Abstract

Given that importance of human resources in the development and progress of a company, companies should consider human resources more than just company assets but as partners in business. As a partner in business, the company must be fair for what human resources have given to the company. This aims of studies were determining the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Dinamika Logamu Mulia. The designs of that studies using a researches designed and quantitatives causality research methods. The results of this study indicate that compensation (X1), and motivation (X2) have a partial, simultaneous effect. and significant on employee performance (Y). The results of the determination coefficient test show that compensation (X1) and motivation (X2) are 79.4 percent, while the remaining 20.6 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This Research aims to examine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer loyalty at Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and samples obtained as many as 120 samples using simple random sampling. And in data processing using SPSS version 25. Data T test results in this study show variable Quality of Service (X-1) has the valuet (2.001) > ttable (1.65765) and the significance value 0.048 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. And Variable Promotion (X2) has a valuet (7.655)>ttable (1.65765) and the significant value of 0,000 < 0.05 which means Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam. While the results of the F test show fcount (93.297) > ftable (2.68) with a significance value of 0.000 and or <0.05, which means significant. So we can conclude Service Quality variable (X1) and Promotion (X2) positive and significant effect simultaneously on Customer Loyalty (Y) Harmoni Suites Hotel Batam

Abstract

The hotel industry plays an important role as one of the supporting sectors for tourism. The hotel business is growing rapidly due to the increasing demand for such services as well as the growing opportunities for travel. In order to maintain the position held and to compete in the future, it is necessary to provide services and facilities by which old customers can be retained, and new customers can be attracted. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and facilities on satisfaction at Wisma Ramayana Tanjungbatu Kundur. In this research method is quantitative causality research. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 132 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the analysis of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linear regression analysis, t test and F test with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 22. The results showed that the quality of service, facilities had a significant partial and simultaneous significant effect on customer satisfaction.. The results of the R Square value test show that the quality of service and facilities is 83.1%, while the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the T test show that the value of the service quality of the t-count variable is 15.115 and the facility is 6.119, the value of these two variables is greater than the t-table so it can be concluded that the quality of service and facilities has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Madura serve as a crucial pillar of the local economy and play a vital role in maintaining the region’s social and cultural fabric. Despite their importance, MSMEs continue to face various structural hurdles, including restricted market access, limited digital skills, and a lack of capacity to transform local knowledge into products with commercial value. This research utilizes a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to explore and compile contextually relevant target market strategies tailored to MSMEs in Madura. The review encompasses a variety of national and international scholarly works that examine marketing strategies aligned with both local characteristics and global market trends. The study identifies three prominent strategies frequently employed by MSMEs in Madura: (1) community-driven marketing approaches that rely on social networks and mutual trust within local communities; (2) market segmentation coupled with digital adoption to reach broader audiences through online platforms; and (3) product innovation based on cultural uniqueness, such as traditional cuisine, artisanal crafts, and Madurese batik. While each strategy holds promising potential, they also pose specific implementation challenges that necessitate joint efforts from government bodies, academic institutions, and technology stakeholders. The research concludes by proposing the development of an adaptive strategic framework that combines these approaches to boost product competitiveness while preserving the cultural identity and sustainability of the local economy.

Abstract

في إندونسيا، لا يتعلم الطالب اللغة العربية في المؤسسة التربوية الإسلامية غير رسمية كالمعهد الأسلامي فقط، بل يتعلمها في المؤسسة التربوية الإسلامية الرسميةكما في المدرسة الإبتدائية أيضا. و على الرغم من ذلك، فإن نشأة اللغة العربية و اهتمام عليها قليلة، إفترض مجتمع المسلم أن اللغة العربية صعبة. و هذا الحال موؤثر إلى تطبيق تعليم اللغة العربية في المدرسة. فلذلك، تود الباحثة إلى الكشف و البيان كيف تطبيق تعليم اللغة العربية في المدرسة الإبتدائية. و يهدف هذا البحث المتواضع لمعرفة إجراء تعليم اللغة العربية، و لمعرفة مشكلات تعليم اللغة العربية و لمعرفة محاولة معلم اللغة العربية في حلّ المشكلات تعليم اللغة العربية في مدرسة أولاك-ألين الإبتدائية الإسلامية الحكومية و مدرسة والي صاغا الإبتدائية.و النوع من هذا البحث هو بحث الكيفي الوصفي. و يجري جمع البيانات من المراقبة و المقابلة و الموثقة. و يجري تحليل البيانات مع تحويل البيانات ثم تقديم البيانات ثم تحققّ البيانات و القيام بتحسينات عن طريق العثور على البيانات التي تحتاج إلى أن تأخذ الإستنتاجاتو تظهر هذه نتائج البحث أن المشكلة في تعليم اللغة العربية تتكون من المشكلة في علم اللغة و المشكلة في غير علم اللغة. أما المشكلة في علم اللغة هي تعذر الطلاب ترجمة القراءة باللغة العربية، و تعذّر الطلاب ترجمة الكتابة باللغة العربية، و تعذّر الطلاب كتابةالعربية بإملاء، و يشعر الطلاب الصعوبة في الترتيب أو الإتصال الحرف العربية، و نقص المفردات التي يملكها الطالب. أما المشكلة في غير علم اللغة هي ضيق وقت التعليمي، و عدم الإهتمام من أباء و أمهات الطلاب في أنشطة التعلّم للطلاب في المنزل خاصة في اللغة العربية، و نظراً لغياب وسائل ممارسة الأطفال للتحدث أو المحادثة في المجتمع، و عدم الكفاية على المرافق و البنية التحتية. و المحاولة البمذولة لمعالجة مشكلة تعليم اللغة العربية في علم اللغة هي يعطي معلّم اللغة العربية التعيينات لحفظ المفردات، يعطي المعلّم الممارسة لكتابة المفردات بإملاء، توفّر المدرسة مواضيع إضافية، توفّر المعلّم الدروس الإضافية الخاصة في الدينية و اللغة العربية، يستخدم معلّم اللغة العربية الأغنية كمقدمة للتعلم. و المحاولة البمذولة لمعالجة مشكلة تعليم اللغة العربية في غير علم اللغة هي تحديد و تصنيف معلّم اللغة العربية قدرة الطلاب في معرفة اللغة العربية ، يحاول المعلّم اللغة العربية المواد التعليمية القائمة على باوير-بوينت لجعل استخدام الوسائل الموجودة، نشت الحكومة الأنطمة المتعلّقة بالتعييرات لتخصيص ساعة درس اللغة العربية، يعطي المعلم الرسالة للإهتمام تقدّم التعليم من الطلاب، يعطي المدرسة برنامج إضافيّ، يسعى المعلّم الفرصة للطلاب للسؤال و أعطاء الأسئلة حول الموضوع، سواء في أثناء التعليم أو بعدها

Abstract

Background: The background of this research is based on the rapid development of digital technology, which has transformed the ways students interact, access information, learn, and engage in civic life. Conversely, the role of students as active and reflective digital citizens has not been extensively explored in academic literature.Aims: This research aims to analyze the digital competencies of higher education students in Indonesia, with a focus on how their digital skills support their roles as digital citizens, both in academic contexts and in digital civic participation.Methods: The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey conducted with 145 students from various study programs. The survey instrument measures several dimensions of digital competency, including information literacy, digital research, communication, and engagement on platforms.Results: The results indicate that 85% of students demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of information and communication technology (ICT) for academic purposes. However, participation in digital civic activities remains low, with competency levels ranging only from 46.8% to 52.8%. The majority of students exhibit a utilitarian orientation, showing high levels of usage for entertainment and learning (74.8%) but demonstrating moderate competencies in information literacy (74.6%), digital research (67.2%), and digital communication (61.7%).Conclusion: These findings suggest a need for enhanced digital civic education that not only focuses on technical aspects but also aims to develop ethical, creative, and participatory capacities among students as responsible digital citizens.
