ABSTRACTThe purpose of this reasearch is to describe the increase of students activity and studying achievement in applying the Teams Games Tournament learning model by using puzzle on Subthee the beauty of cultural diversity of my country in the fourth grade of SDN Kalirungkut IV/580 Surabaya. This research is a class action research (PTK). This research is conductedin three cycles in which each cycles needs four steps or phases, they are planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection is obtained through observation and test. The subjects of this research are 26 fourth grade students of SDN Kalirungkut IV/580 Surabaya which consist of 16 male students and 10 female students. The result shows that the application of the cooperative type Teams Games Tournament learning model by using puzzle game can increase the students activity and studying achievement. It can be seen from the result of the research which shows the students activity enchancement from cycle I clasically teached 56% and include the category of enought mastery. In cycle II the students activity reached 70% and also include the category enough mastery. In cycle III it reached 82% and include the category of good mastery. The mastery percentage of the students studying achievement in cycle I clasically reached 46% (12 students). While in cycle II, it increased up to 77% (19 students) and more increased up to 85% (22 student) in cycle III which shows activity enchancement from cycle I until cycle IIIKeyword : Teams Games Tournament learning model ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran teams games tournament menggunakan media puzzle pada subtema indahnya keragaman budaya negeriku di kelas IV SDN Kalirungkut IV/580 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus di mana masing-masing siklus dilalui dengan empat tahapan, yaitu (1) perencanaan; (2) pelaksanaan; (3) observasi; (4) refleksi.Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes.Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Kalirungkut IV/580 dengan jumlah 26 siswa yang terdiri atas 16 siswa laki-laki dan 10 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dengan media permainan puzzle dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siswa dari siklus I secara klasikal mencapai 56% masuk kategori ketuntasan cukup.Siklus II aktivitas siswa mencapai 70%masuk kategori ketuntasan cukup.Pada siklus III mencapai 82% atau kategori ketuntasan baik.Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal siklus I mencapai 46% atau 12 siswa yang tuntas. Sedangakan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 77% atau 19 siswa tuntas dan meningkat lagi menjadi 85% atau 22 siswa pada siklus III.Kata Kunci: Model Kooperatif Teams Games Turnement.

Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari adanya pandemi Covid-19 adalah banyak masyarakat yang mengalami penurunan pendapatan atau bahkan kehilangan pekerjaan akibat Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK). Perekonomian saat ini sedang lesu, dikarenakan lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia mengalami cost yang tinggi, namun pendapatan yang diterima tidak mampu untuk mencukupi cost tersebut. Kemudian, selain itu akibat Pandemi Covid-19 ini, sistem pembelajaran tatap muka di kampus dinonaktifkan dan menggunakan sistem daring sehingga mahasiswa-mahasiswa yang tempat tinggalnya di luar kota Surabaya atau bahkan luar pulau tidak dapat pulang kampung karena adanya penerapan PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar) dan mereka khawatir akan menjadi pembawa virus apabila nekat untuk pulang sehingga mereka tetap tinggal di asrama/kos. Namun, akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini, mereka juga mengalami kesulitan uang saku dikarenakan ekonomi orang tuanya yang sedang sulit sehingga mereka juga kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-harinya. Aksi nyata kepedulian terhadap masyarakat terdampak pandemi Covid 19 telah terlaksana pada Hari Jumat, 2 Oktober 2020 di gedung G5 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Aksi kepedulian dengan memberikan bantuan 50 paket sembako ini disalurkan kepada civitas akademika FE Unesa untuk mencukupi kehidupan sehari-harinya yang mana pendapatan mereka menurun akibat pandemi Covid 19. Harapannya bantuan sembako ini akan mengurangi beban perekonomian masyarakat yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19.Keywords: Pandemi, Covid-19, Kepedulian, Sembako

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan besarnya pengaruh model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) berbasis kearifan lokal Madura terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Karduluk I. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dengan desain penelitian yaitu Prestest- Posttest Control Group Design. Responden penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV A sebanyak 20 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 20 siswa IV B sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t dengan rumus Independent Samples T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (a) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model VCT berbasis kearifan lokal madura terhadap motivasi belajar dari hasil analisis uji independent sample t-test adalah 2,512 Nilai ttabel pada (df.38) signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 1,686, apabila dibandingkan maka thitung > ttabel dengan hasil Sig. 2-tailed sebesar 0,16 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. (b) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model VCT berbasis kearifan lokal madura terhadap hasil belajar siswa dari analisis hasil uji independent sample t-test setelah dilakukan perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung adalah 6,047 Nilai ttabel pada (df.38) signifikansi 0,05 adalah 1,686, apabila dibandingkan maka thitung > ttabel dengan hasil Sig. 2-tailed sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak.

Gerakan literasi keluarga memiliki fungsi yang paling vital, karena keluarga mendidik anak dari mulai usia dini, bahkan dari dalam kandungan sekalipun. Keluarga yang di dalamnya terdapat orangtua memiliki peran sentral dalam membantu anak belajar di rumah, anak tidak akan bisa belajar efektif tanpa dukungan dan partisipasi aktif dari orang tua. Nilai literasi siswa yang baik tidak terlepas dari peran orang tua dalam memberikan pola pengasuhan yang baik kepada anak dalam kegiatan berliterasi. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran pola pengasuhan orangtua dalam perkembangan literasi siswa kelas I di SD Labschool UNESA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif eksploratif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Wawancara, Observasi dan Angket. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi, display dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan untuk kriteria keabsahan datanya menggunakan pengujian Kredibilitas yang terdiri dari perpanjangan pengamatan, triangulasi, menggunakan bahan referensi, serta analisis kasus negative. Hasil penelitian ini yang didapatkan bahwa pola pengasuhan orangtua memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam perkembangan literasi anak, dengan pola asuh yang baik dan benar dalam kegiatan-kegiatan yang berhubungan terhadap pembelajaran literasi maka anak juga akan memperoleh hasil yang baik dalam nilai literasinya.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the sector that absorbs the largest workforce in Indonesia up to 97% and is the most important part of the country's economy. When Indonesia experienced the monetary crisis in 1998, MSMEs were able to restore the Indonesian economy. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently hitting Indonesia, it causes a decline in production for MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency and contributes to the country's weak economy. This study aims to analyze and identify the factors that cause the decline in the existence of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency using SWOT analysis and analysis of internal and external factors, as well as strategies for developing MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which uses literature in the form of journals, papers, or seminar proceedings, and reports from government or private institutions, as a reference in data collection. The results of the research are in the form of development strategies according to the needs of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. This development research aims to develop contextual-based E-Module teaching materials for OTK sarana dan prasarana for class XI. In addition, this study aims to determine the feasibility of e-modules based on validation assessments and reviews by expert validators and to determine the level of practicality of e-modules developed based on teacher and student assessments after carrying out the trial phase. Thiagarajan's 4-D development model (Define-Design-Develop Disseminate) is used in the development of this e-module. This research was tested on 20 students of the OTKP expertise program class XI subjects OTK Sarana dan Prasarana. The data collection instrument used a material expert validation sheet, a linguist, a graphic expert, and a practicality questionnaire. Expert validation sheets and practicality questionnaires will be analyzed quantitatively using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study, showed the feasibility of validating e-module teaching materials by expert validators categorized as very strong interpretation so that it was declared feasible to be used in learning activities, especially OTK Sarana dan Prasarana. Then based on the practicality assessment by teachers and students, the interpretation is categorized as very practical so that the e-module developed is stated to be very practical for use in OTK Sarana dan Prasarana.

The purpose of this study is to produce teaching materials in the form of economic modules that are appropriate for learning activities with the feasibility of modules based on expert validation to assess the components of material, language, and graphics, and the effectiveness of the economics module from pretest-posttest and student responses. The model used in this study is a 4D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects in this study were students of class XI IPS MA Nurul Islam Pungging and the object developed was a module based on a scientific approach and project based learning on economics subjects in SMA/MA class XI in the second semester. The results of the validation of the experts showed that the feasibility of the material component was 92%, the language component was 91%, and the graphic component was 94%. The overall average is 94.7% in the very appropriate category and the student response is 96.66% in the very feasible category, and the effectiveness obtained from the classical completeness of students is 90% with a gain score of 0.76 in the high category. So it can be concluded that the economic module based on a scientific approach and project based learning is feasible to use in economics learning. The suggestion from this research is that it needs to be further developed in accordance with the progress of science and technology with an android-based system or application and the expansion of the material in the module up to one year.

Managing personal finances is not an easy thing for students due to the growing phenomenon of consumptive behavior. Even though they have been equipped with knowledge through courses on financial institutions and capital markets, students seem desperate to invest in the capital market due to several factors. This study aims to explain the effect of motivation and knowledge on interest in investing in the capital market in Students of the Economics Education Study Program, State University of Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. Determining the research population used a purposive sampling technique, namely students of the 2018 economics study program, a total of 62 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The analytical method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of motivation on investment interest in the capital market, there is a positive effect of knowledge on investment interest in the capital market and simultaneously motivation and knowledge have a positive effect on investment interest in the capital market in Unesa Economics Education Study Program students.Mengelola keuangan pribadi bukanlah hal yang mudah bagi mahasiswa dikarenakan fenomena perilaku konsumtif yang berkembang. Walaupun sudah dibekali pengetahuan melalui mata kuliah lembaga keuangan dan pasar modal, mahasiswa terkesan putus asa untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal karena beberapa faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi dan pengetahuan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penentuan populasi penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu mahasiswa prodi pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2018 yang berjumlah 62 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 24 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi terhadap minat investasi di pasar Modal, terdapat Pengaruh positif pengetahuan terhadap minat investasi di pasar modal dan secara simultan Motivasi dan pengetahuan berpengaruh positif terhadap Minat Investasi di Pasar Modal pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Ekonomi Unesa.

This study has the aim of testing the effectiveness of IT-based e-modules with Problem Based Learning (PBL) models in archiving subjects in order to improve student learning outcomes in class X OTKP SMK Sunan Giri Menganti. The approach used in this study is quantitative with experimental types of pretest-posttest control group. The research subjects include the experimental group namely X OTKP 1 and the control group namely X OTKP 2, totaling 20 students in each group. The data analysis technique used in this study is the N-Gain test to measure the effectiveness of learning outcomes. The results of this study are the average value of the experimental group, which is 0.84 or 84.12%, this shows that the value of the experimental group belongs to the high category and is effectively interpreted. While the average value of the control group is 0.41 or 40.70% is included in the medium category and is less effective. So learning to use IT-based e-modules with PBL models is more effective than conventional learning or lecture methods using Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp.

he ethnographic-based Outdoor learning method is a learning method that conducts learning outside the classroom with a cultural approach in an area. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Outdoor learning method on the activities of fifth grade students. The type of experimental method used is True-experimental through the Posttest Only Control Group Design procedure. The population used was class V at SDN Sidotopo Wetan IV and SDN Sidotopo Wetan V. Trials of questionnaire validation tests for 32 respondents with the provisions of tcount>ttable decided that 10 questionnaire were validated and reliable. The class prerequisite test uses the year-end assessment value using the homogeneity test through SPSS 25 with a value of 0.105>0.005 so that it is homogeneous. Testing the hypothesis through the T-test on the analysis of learning activities using numbers obtained a value of 0.002<0.05 so that Ha decision was accepted. . Based on the results of the study, it can be interpreted that the Ethnographic-Based Outdoor learning method has a positive and significant effect on the activities learning of fifth grade students.
