Abstract

The application of microbes on the seeds of rice plants, microbes can enter into the rice seed tissues and growth in seed tissues, these microbes can colonize and survive and develop in the seeds. Colonization will continue when the plant grows. This study aims to select the phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial consortium which can increase plant growth. Furthermore, choosing the best phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial consortium to test its effectiveness in increasing rice growth. The test method was carried out by soaking the rice seeds (seed treatment) on each mixture suspension for 24 hours. Sprout power was observed after 2 days of incubation and root length, shoot length, wet weight and dry weight of seedlings were observed after 5 days. The method uses a Completely Randomized Design one treatment factor. The selection of the eight best consortium isolates was chosen based on the ranking after each parameter was given the weight multiplied by the scoring. The explored samples from various ecosystems in Sigi Regency contain the phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial consortium. The isolates of the phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial consortium have a positive, neutral and negative influence on rice seed germination. Abstract

Pendekatan secara biologi, memanfaatkan konsorsium mikrob filosfer dan mikrob rizosfer merupakan langkah alternatif mengurangi dampak negatif penggunaan pupuk sintetik, untuk mencapai produksi padi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran konsorsium mikrob filosfer dan mikrob rizosfer terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Januari hingga Mei 2014, di Green House Indonesian Centre For Biodiversity and Biotecnology, Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan konsorsium mikrob terbaik hasil seleksi, yaitu konsorsium mikrob filosfer Fm48 dari daun tumbuhan Emmerrilia ovalis Miq Dandy dan konsorsium mikrob rizosfer R15 dari rizosfer tumbuhan Physalis angulata L. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor, yang terdiri atas tiga perlakuan, yaitu : pemberian pupuk N sintetik setengah dosis anjuran yaitu 30 N/ha, pemberian pupuk N sintetik sesuai dosis anjuran, yaitu 60 kg N/ha dan pemberian kombinasi konsorsium mikrob filosfer Fm48 dan mikrob rizosfer R15 dengan diberi pupuk N sintetik setengah dosis anjuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, aplikasi kombinasi konsorsium mikrob dengan pemberian pupuk N sintetik setengah dosis anjuran, meningkatkan jumlah anakan, bobot kering tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif dan bobot segar malai setara dengan pemberian pupuk N sintetik sesuai dosis anjuran. Biological approach, by utilizing phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial consortium, offers n alternative method to avoid the negative impact of synthetic fertilizer to the environment to achieve higher rice production. This research aims to study the role of phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbial consortium on the growth and yield of rice plants. The study was conducted from January to May 2014 in Green House Indonesian Centre For Biodiversity and Biotechnology, Bogor. Microbial consortium of phyllosphere Fm48 from plant leaves Emmerrilia ovalis Miq Dandy and microbial consortium of rhizosphere R15 from plant rhizosphere Physalis angulata L. are selected for this study. This research is designed in randomized block design with one factor, which consists of three treatments, namely: half recommended dose of synthetic N fertilizer (30 kg N/ha), recommended dose of Synthetic N fertilizer (60 kg N/ha), and a combination of microbial consortium of phyllosphere and rhizosphere microbes plus half recommended dose of synthetic N fertilizer. The results show that the applications of microbial consortium combined with half of recommended dose of synthetic N fertilizer, increases the number of tillers, plant dry weight, number of productive tillers, and panicles fresh weight equivalent to the use of recommended dosage of synthetic N fertilizer.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter adalah pendidikan yang mengembangkan dan menanamkan karakter bangsa pada diri peserta didik sehingga mereka memiliki nilai dan karakter sebagai karakter dirinya, menerapkan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kehidupan dirinya, sebagai anggota masyarakat, dan warga negara yang religius, nasionalis, produktif, dan kreatif. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pendidikan karakter yang terintegrasi dengan pembelajaran Matematika kelas XI MAN Model Banda Aceh. Responden meliputi guru mata pelajaran Matematika, dan siswa-siswi kelas XI. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui Pendidikan Karakter Pada Proses Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas XI MAN Model Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi pendidikan karakter dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan proses pembelajaran. Model yang digunakan adalah model Cooperatif Learning karena dalam memperlihatkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kerjasama, tanggungjawab, pantang menyerah, bekerja keras. Integrasi pendidikan karakter di dalam proses pembelajaran Matematika di MAN Model Banda Aceh dilaksanakan mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran dimana nilai-nilai karakter yang ditanamkan dan dikembangkan oleh guru matematika adalah religius, disiplin, kejujuran, pantang menyerah, rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

The aim of the research to find out whether there is a relationship between conformity and consumptive behavior of Muslim fashion products on online shop hijup consumers during the covid-19 pandemic?, to find out Is there a relationship between celebrity support and consumptive behavior in Muslim fashion products for online shop hijup consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic?, and to find out is there a relationship between conformity and celebrity support with the consumptive behavior of Muslim fashion products in online shop hijup consumers during the covid-19 pandemic?. . The research focuses on the relationship between conformity and celebrity support with the consumptive behavior of Muslim fashion products that are marketed online. The population of this research is online shop consumers who have purchased muslim fashion products at online shops and the sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model given to online shop consumers. Data analysis used multiple regression stepwise method using bivariate and multivariate method. The results of the analysis found that there is a relationship between conformity and celebrity support with consumptive behavior in online consumer muslim fashion products with a contribution of 67%. Thus the results of this research can state that the higher the conformity and support of celebrities, the higher the consumptive behavior of online shop consumers and vice versa

Abstract

Students in Islamic schools are expected to achieve the indicators of spiritual intelligence that have been predefined in the Learning Implementation Plan. However, in reality the values internalized to obtain the spiritual competence have not been able to completely change the characters of the students.This study aimed to analyze and to evaluate the achievement indicators of Islamic spiritual value competence, the methods of internalizing Islamic spiritual values, and the factors influencing the internalization of Islamic spiritual values for the students at two private Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic senior high schools), Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa and Darul Ihsan. The study used a qualitative approach, conducted in Ruhul Islam Anak Bangsa and Darul Ihsan from April 2016 to August 2018. Data collection techniques were interview, observation, self-assessment, peer assessment, and documentation. Data analysis was done by organizing and codifying the data, enriching the theory, interpreting data, and writing the report. Findings showed that in both schools the achievement indicators of Islamic spiritual values included instilling understanding and strengthening faith ('aqidah), initiating worship routines, showing steadfast (istiqāmah) and sincere (ikhlaṣ) attitudes in carrying out the practices of drawing close to Allah (taqarrub ilallāh), transforming bad behaviors into those that reflect religious values, displaying Islamic identity, and maintaining fraternity (ukhuwwah) in everyday life. The methods of internalizing these Islamic spiritual values were carried out by lecturing and religious gathering (halaqah), discussion (jadal), storytelling (qiṣṣah), dialogue (ḥiwar), conveying good messages (mau'iḍah al-hasanah), self-discipline (riyāḍah), role model (uswatun al-ḥasanah), conveying excellent rewards (tabsyir), outpouring thoughts and feelings (muḥāḍarah), encouragement and deterrence (targhib wa tarhīb), contemplation (tafakkur), pondering over (tadabbur), and concentration (tawajjuh). The success of internalizing the values was largely influenced by good relations between teachers and students, the learning methods applied, good learning environment conditions, adequate learning infrastructure and facilities, the commitment to the quality of education, and the participation of committees, founders, government, and stakeholders in the management of education. To conclude, value education should not separate spiritual and social attitudes. Social values can become spiritual when implemented under the teachings of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. The values that have been successfully internalized were those with a sense of well-being, such as the goodness rooted in a community.

Abstract

Gamma ray irradiation, especially applied at low doses, is one of methods to produce plant genetic diversity by means of micromutation. The objectives of this research was to determine the radiosensitivity of Argomulyo variety of soybeans (Glycine max (L) Merr) by gamma ray irradiation and to estimate genetic variablity of the crop after  irradiation. To determine the radiosensitivy, the seeds of Argomulyo variety were treated with gamma ray irradiation at  200 Gy, 400 Gy, 600 Gy, 800 Gy, and 1000 Gy. Curve-fit analysis was employed to find the Lethal Doses 50 (LD50) value . To evaluate the genetic variablity after irradiation with gamma ray, seeds of Argomulyo was irradiated under LD50  at doses of 0 Gy, 50 Gy, 100 Gy, 150 Gy, and 200 Gy.  The results showed that LD50 value was 457.17 Gy. The study found that for Argomulyo variety the LD20 was 490.93 Gy and the LD50 was 457.17 Gy.  Genetic variability was observed in various agronomic characters of M2 generation after low dose of gamma ray irradiation treatment of 50, 100, 150 and 200 Gy. The highest genetic variability was found at 200 Gy for plant height, number of productive nodes, and number of pods.  The variability of agronomic characters of soybean after irradiation was due to genetic factors. The highest heritability estimates was observed in plant height and number of productive pods. The succeding generation of putative mutants will be selected for productivity and drought tolerance.

Abstract

Analisis keragaman genetik mutan perlu dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana perubahan genetik yang terjadi dibanding varietas asalnya. Mikrosatelit merupakan penanda molekuler yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam analisis keragaman genetik mutan karena keberadaannya yang melimpah dalam genom tanaman, reproduksibilitas tinggi polimorfisme tinggi, dan bersifat kodominan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis keragaman genetik genotipe mutan cabai hasil iradiasi sinar gamma menggunakan penanda mikrosatelit serta memperoleh informasi tingkat polimorfisme dari penanda mikrosatelit yang digunakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2020 hingga Februari 2021 di Laboratorium Biologi Molekuler BB Biogen Bogor. Sebanyak sepuluh genotipe mutan cabai hasil iradiasi varietas Lingga generasi M2 yang menunjukkan perubahan pada ukuran buah dianalisis keragaman genetiknya menggunakan 27 penanda mikrosatelit. Kontruksi pohon filogenetik dan matriks kesamaan genetik dibuat menggunakan perangkat lunak NTSYS versi 2.1 sedangkan analisis polimorfisme marka dilakukan mengggunakan PowerMarker 3.25. Analisis filogenetik menunjukkan adanya pemisahan antara varietas Lingga dan genotipe mutan menjadi dua klaster pada koefisien kemiripan genetik 0,57. Dari kesepuluh genotipe mutan yang dianalisis terdapat tiga genotipe mutan dengan kemiripan genetik terendah dari varietas Lingga yaitu L275, L312, dan L352 dan satu genotipe dengan kemiripan genetik paling tinggi dengan varietas Lingga yaitu L106. Analisis tingkat polimorfisme menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam penanda mikrosatelit dengan tingkat informativitas tinggi (PIC >0,7) yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis keragaman genetik mutan maupun sebagai alat bantu seleksi pada generasi selanjutnya.

Abstract

The need for domestic wheat grains tends to increase, and one of the efforts to face this situation is the assembly of tropical wheat varieties. The approach taken through this research is hybridization followed by several generations of selection. This study aimed to predict heterosis and the crossed combinations that possibly produced transgressive segregants. The experiment was conducted from August 2016 to May 2017 at the experimental station of the Indonesian Ornamental Plants Research Center, Cipanas (1100 m asl), Cianjur Regency, West Java Province. The genetic materials were seven genotypes, namely Guri1, Guri2, Guri3, Guri6, HP1744, IS-Jarissa, and Vee, crossed with the Selayar variety. This experiment used a randomized complete block design with three replications. The treatment was 15 wheat genotypes (seven F1 genotypes and eight parent genotypes), so there were 45 experimental units. There were yield and yield component observations. The results showed that several characters in each F1 combination of crosses had a higher or lower mean value than their parents. There is a combination of crosses that have a high heterosis value. The action of genes that control yield and yield components of wheat are overdominant, partially dominant, and partially recessive gene actions. The cross combinations of Guri3/Selayar, Guri6/Selayar, Jarissa/Selayar, HP1744/Selayar, and Vee/Selayar have a greater chance to produce transgressive segregants than the others.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to obtain morpho-physiological characters performances maize inbreed on acid soil condition. The experiment was conducted in a Nested Design with three replications. The first factor was environment, the second factor was 16 inbreds of maize. The experiment was conducted at two environments : acid soil with criteria of Al-dd 0.2 me.100 g-1 and acid soil with criteria of Al-dd 1.87 me.100 g-1. Abstract

Abstrak : penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembelajarn kitab kuning sebagai sumber pengetahuan para santri Di Dayah Al-Madinatuddiniyah Babussalam Blang Bladeh Kabupaten Bireuen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini para guru dan  Murid Dayah Al-Madinatuddiniyah Babussalam. Sebagai informan akan ditentukan beberapa diantaranya dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, obesrvasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan mengunakan pendekatan dekriptif sehingga data yang terkumpul dianalisis sesuai tujuan penelitian dan dideskripsikan menjadi berabagai pernyataan yang bermakna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pendidikan dayah merupakan institusi pendidikan tertua di Aceh dalam penyebaran agama Islam.  Pendidikan dayah memiliki karakteristik: penekanan pencarian ilmu pengetahuan, penguasaan dan pengembangan atas dasar ibadah kepada Allah, memiliki pengakuan akan potensi dan kemampuan seseorang pelajar untuk berkembang dalam suatu kepribadian, pengetahuan bukan hanya untuk diketahui dan dikembangkan, melainkan sekaligus dipraktekkan dalam kehidupan. Metode pembelajaran yang berlaku pada pendidikan dayah adalah berbentuk talaqqi dan bersanad. Salah satu kelebihannya adalah ilmu yang diperoleh pada pendidikan dayah lebih barakah disebabkan oleh pelaku-pelakunya itu adalah orang-orang yang tulus dan ikhlas serta selalu mendekatkan diri kepada Allah.Katakunci : Kitab kuning, muslim, pasantrenAbstract : This study aims to find out how to learn the yellow book as a source of knowledge for students at Dayah Al-Madinatuddiniyah Babussalam Blang Bladeh, Bireuen Regency, Samples As informants, several teachers and administrators will be determined using a purposive sampling approach. The results showed that Islamic boarding schools were the oldest educational institutions in Aceh in spreading Islam. Dayah education has characteristics, emphasizing the search for knowledge, mastery and development on the basis of worship to Allah, having recognition of the potential and ability of a student to develop in a personality, knowledge is not only to be known and developed, but also to be practiced in life. The learning method that applies to dayah education is in the form of talaqqi and bersanad. One of the advantages is that the knowledge gained in dayah education is more blessed because the perpetrators are sincere and sincere and always draw closer to Allah.Keywords : The yellow book, Muslim, Islamic boarding school
