Abstract

Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menentukan kenyamanan pelat dan balok pada gedung parkir bertingkat sesuai standar ISO 2631 2022. Pembebanan yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah pada saat mobil diam dan bergetar. Dua metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimental dan numerik. Pada metode eksperimen diperoleh frekuensi alami pelat dan balok sebesar 6,15 Hz dengan percepatan 0,01436 m/s2, sedangkan pada analisis diperoleh frekuensi alami pelat dan balok sebesar 5,98 Hz dan percepatan 0,018872 m/s2. Perbandingan hasil eksperimen dan numerik untuk seluruh skenario adalah sekitar 12%, sehingga analisis pemodelan dengan aplikasi berbasis teknik sipil dapat digunakan untuk penguatan sebagai rekomendasi. Penguatan dilakukan dengan menambahkan kekakuan berupa IWF 300 x 150 x 6,5 (mm) pada arah x dan y. Tulangan dengan arah y (5 m) lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan dengan arah x (8 m) karena dapat meningkatkan frekuensi alami pelat sebesar 58% dan menurunkan percepatan sebesar 33%.

Abstract

Jabung Irrigation Area is one of the irrigation areas located in East Lampung Regency with an area of 7,288 hectares. Jabung Irrigation Area has a problem of uneven water distribution. This problem occurs in the downstream area due to damage to physical infrastructure, especially in tertiary irrigation canals, and sub-optimal operation and maintenance activities. Therefore, based on the Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 12/PRT/M/2015 concerning the Exploitation and Maintenance of Irrigation Networks, a study was conducted on determining the Irrigation System Performance Index (IKSI) of the tertiary network in the Jabung Irrigation Area. The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the tertiary irrigation system of the Jabung Irrigation Area which is useful for formulating follow-up programs such as repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the irrigation network. The research method was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method and direct assessment in the field as well as interviews. The assessment covers 6 aspects, namely the condition of physical infrastructure, crop productivity, supporting facilities, personnel organization, documentation, and Farmers' Water Users Association (P3A). The results showed that the performance of the tertiary irrigation network in the Jabung Irrigation Area is in good condition (70.54%).

Abstract

The number of vehicle usage, especially motorcycles, in Indonesia has significantly increased in the past 10 years, particularly among young people. This has had an impact on the declining air quality in public places, including on campus grounds. PM2.5, as one of the hazardous pollutants to health, needs to be given special attention regarding its dispersion concentration in areas heavily frequented by the public, such as parking lots on campus. This study analyzes the level of PM2.5 concentration in the campus parking lots at Universitas Lampung, with the aim of observing the pattern of PM2.5 pollution in the campus area, considering the increasing number of motorcycles entering the campus every year. The measurement of PM2.5 levels was conducted using a light scattering sensor in two parking lots with different microenvironments, and then its correlation with motorcycle activities at each location was analyzed using simple regression. Based on statistical analysis, it was found that the differences in microenvironments affect PM2.5 levels significantly. The number of motorcycle activities also has a positive correlation with the level of PM2.5, where the average PM2.5 concentration recorded has exceeded the threshold set by the government, which is 15 µg/m3 per day. However, the effect of the microenvironment in this study is stronger than the number of vehicles. Therefore, in the future, appropriate policies and strategies are needed to reduce PM2.5 concentrations in public areas, especially on campuses, to prevent the associated risks of the pollution.

Abstract

Bridges represent a vital component of strategic infrastructure, facilitating the movement of traffic and the distribution of logistics. Bridges facilitate connectivity between disparate geographical regions. It is of the utmost importance to prevent damage and failure of bridge structures. Bridge structure failure is the formation of local scour at the pillars and abutments of the bridge. The objective of this research is to assess the safety of the Way Sumanda-Sukamulya Bridge in regard to the potential for scour at the pillars and abutments. Topographic surveys, instantaneous discharge, and riverbed sediment gradation were conducted for the purpose of collecting data regarding the potential for scour. Ten years of rainfall data were obtained from the Mesuji-Sekampung BBWS, which served to corroborate the design flood discharge. An evaluation of scour was conducted using the HEC-RAS 1D.  The scour depth at the pillars ranged from 1.60 m to 1.89 m, while the scour depth at the abutments reached 2.28 m to 3.17 m. It was observed that the outer bend of the river presented a greater scour depth than the inner part. It is imperative that the Way Sumanda Bridge be periodically assessed to ensure that the risk of local scour is kept to an absolute minimum.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan iklim tropis yang memiliki dua musim, musim kemarau dan musim hujan. Pengukuran curah hujan di Indonesia dilakukan oleh beberapa badan, salah satu diantaranya adalah Badan Meteorologi Klimatologi dan Geofisika (BMKG) dan juga TRMM NASA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghitung nilai korelasi data curah hujan antara TRMM dan BMKG dengan mencari persamaan hubungan antar data dan menganalisis data curah hujannya. Data yang digunakan merupakan curah hujan harian dari tahun 1998-2012. Data dianalisis dalam bentuk data 7 harian, bulanan, dan tahunan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan jika data curah hujan yang diukur oleh TRMM memiliki kesamaan pola distribusi temporal curah hujan yang diukur oleh BMKG. Nilai korelasi antara data TRMM dan BMKG menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik jika menggunakan data bulanan, dimana nilai korelasi yang terbesar dari ketiga stasiun adalah,7281 di Stasiun Meteorologi H. Asan Hananjoedin dan yang terkecil adalah 0,5829 di Stasiun Meteorologi Depati Amir.

Abstract

Loss of land due to coastal erosion that occurs naturally by wave abrasion. Therefore, to protect the coast from erosion or other matters, a breakwater is needed which destroys the energy of the waves before reaching the shore. This is the background of the author in taking the title of the thesis about the Performance Analysis of Wave Attenuation in the Hollow Type Breakwater Submerged Type 2-D Physical Modeling. The variables used in this study were incident wave height (Ho), calm water level (ds), and breakwater type. The results of this study indicate that the damping coefficient (Cr) was obtained using a sinking breakwater without a hole with a calm water level (ds) of 2 cm of 0.479 which is the most effective damping produced in an experiment using a breakwater that is free from calm water surface (ds). 2 cm. The wave attenuation obtained from the wave defraction test using 2 types of breakwaters resulted that the breakwater without the damping hole was greater than using a perforated breakwater.

Abstract

A spillway building is usually a structure followed by a steep channel. Flow velocity is very dependent on the slope of the bottom channel which causes super critical flow. Besides being fast, the flow in a steep channel also has a considerable energy, so it must be able to be suppressed. The energy reduction in this study was attempted with a stepped spillway. Step weir is a modification of the standard profile for Ogee type weir. This is the background of the author in taking the title of the thesis about Comparative Analysis of Flow Patterns in Ogee and Stepped Overflow Buildings with 2-D Physical Models. The results of this study indicate that the results of the energy line height at the H3 (downstream overflow) point at the upstream height of 3 cm for Ogee are 2.68 cm, and for stepped it is 2.31 cm. There was a decrease in energy by 13.80%. This shows that the stepped spillway can absorb energy better than the Ogee type. The results of observing the flow pattern on the stepped spillway for each increase in the flow rate that overflow in the spillway can be concluded that the flow pattern that occurs is a transition flow to a skimming flow. Keywords: Energy Attenuation, Flow Pattern, Spillway, Stepped Spillway

Abstract

The construction of a transverse structure on a river such as a dam and weir needs to pay attention to environmental factors and the surrounding ecosystem, especially for the ecosystem in the river. Therefore, it is necessary to build a fishway or fish in the transverse river structure so that the river ecosystem which has migration characteristics from upstream to downstream or vice versa is not disturbed because the migration route is blocked. This is the background of the author in taking the title of the thesis Analysis of the Effect of Slope and Basic Shape of Fishway on the Eel Movement Ratio (Anguilla bicolor, sp). The results of this study indicate that eels are nocturnal or active at night. Eel activity most often occurs at a fishway angle of 30 ° by testing using a 0.5 inch pvc pipe foothold type, while the lowest activity occurs at a 35 ° fishway tilt angle by testing using a 1 inch pvc pipe foothold type. The most effective slope based on the test results is at a slope angle of 30 ° but for a slope of 50 ° it can still be said to be effective because the activity ratio shows almost double the activity. Keywords: Fishway, Footing Type, Eel Activity

Abstract

AbstrakSpillway atau disebut dengan bangunan pelimpah merupakan bangunan air yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengalirkan debit banjir yang masuk ke dalam waduk. Dalam perencanaan suatu bangunan air diperlukan penelitian terdahulu mengenai masalah penggerusan lokal (Local Scouring) yang terjadi akibat adanya kecepatan air dan turbulensi yang melampaui daya tahan dari dasar saluran pada bagian hilir bangunan. Dari analisis hidrolika penelitian ini menggunakan desain bangunan pelimpah Ogee and Stepped dengan model fisik 2-D dan sedimen yang digunakan adalah pasir dengan diameter seragam yaitu 1,8 mm atau lolos ayakan no. 16. Penelitian ini menunjukkan 5 kali pengamatan pola gerusan lokal di hilir bendung pada setiap percobaan selama 25 menit. Pengamatan gerusan meliputi besarnya debit dan kedalaman gerusan maksimum yang terjadi pada hilir bendung. Pada bangunan pelimpah Ogee Spillway gerusan maksimum (dsmax) terjadi pada ketinggian di hulu (H0) 3 cm sebesar 0,097 m dengan Lds sebesar 0,17 m dari hilir pelimpah. Pada bangunan pelimpah Stepped Spillway gerusan maksimum (dsmax) terjadi pada ketinggian di hulu (H0) 3 cm sebesar 0,125 m dengan Lds sebesar 0,09 m dari hilir pelimpah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar debit aliran, maka semakin besar kedalaman gerusan yang terjadi.  Kata kunci : Pelimpah Ogee and Stepped Spillway, Gerusan Lokal, Sedimen.

Abstract

Banjir yang sering terjadi di wilayah Jakarta dan sekitarnya yang hampir terjadi setiap tahunnya atau setiap musim penghujan datang menimbulkan kerugian harta benda, selain itu juga menggangu kegiatan perekonomian. Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi pengaruh kerugian yang disebabkan oleh banjir di kota Jakarta tersebut yaitu membangun 2 (dua) buah bendungan di Daerah Aliran Sungai Ciliwung yang terletak di hulu sungai yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor, yaitu Bendungan Sukamahi yang berfungsi sebagai pengendalian banjir sungai ciliwung oleh sebab itu dilakukan simulasi tampungan menggunakan program HEC-HMS 4.5.Penelitian ini dibutuhkan beberapa analisis antara lain meliputi hujan harian maksimum, curah hujan rancangan, hujan efektif, hidrograf satuan banjir rancangan, dan simulasi tampungan menggunakan program HEC-HMS 4.5.Berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjjukan bahwa curah hujan yang mungkin terjadi (PMP) mrncapai 571,7967 mm, debit banjir 2, 5, 10, 20, dan 50 tahun mencapai 56,6853 m3/det, 72,8729 m3/det, 84,1311 m3/det, 110,5354 m3/det. Selain debit banjir, dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan terowongan tertutup didapat kapasitas pelimpah dan volume tampungan dalam kala ulang 50 tahun yaitu didapat tinggi muka air maksimum yaitu 597,4 m, dengan kelebihan 0,65 m diatas spillway dengan volume sebesar 969400 m3.Kata kunci : HEC-HMS, Bendungan, PMP, Simulasi Tampungan.
