Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce has made promotional strategies increasingly vital, with free shipping vouchers standing out as one of the most effective tools to enhance consumer engagement. Shopee, as a leading player in the digital marketplace, has effectively utilized this strategy to boost user transactions by consistently offering free shipping vouchers. This study aims to analyze the influence of such vouchers on consumer purchasing decisions, focusing on users in Kelurahan Rengas Pulau. A quantitative research approach was adopted using a descriptive associative method. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 200 respondents, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data were then analyzed using regression analysis to determine the relationship between the use of free shipping vouchers and consumer purchasing behavior. The results of the regression analysis showed a strong and statistically significant relationship, with a regression coefficient of 0.620 and a p-value of 0.000. This suggests that the presence of free shipping vouchers substantially increases the likelihood of consumers making purchases. These findings confirm that free shipping promotions are a key factor in shaping consumer behavior, especially in suburban areas like Kelurahan Rengas Pulau. In conclusion, free shipping vouchers not only attract potential customers but also contribute to an increase in sales transactions. Businesses and e-commerce platforms should consider incorporating similar promotional tactics to maintain competitiveness and enhance customer satisfaction. This study affirms the positive and significant effect of Shopee’s free shipping incentives on user purchasing decisions, highlighting their strategic importance in today’s competitive digital marketplace

Abstract

The Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) strategy is very important in learning Arabic because this method is student-centered, active, cooperative, and helps each other complete assignments through discussion. The purpose of this study was to explore the literature on the STAD method in Arabic subjects. This paper was a literature study. The data showed that the STAD is simpler than other cooperative learning strategies; it is a good model for teachers who are just starting to apply cooperative strategies in learning. The teachers should give attention to each stage in STAD in innovative ways so that students do not feel bored and can increase their learning motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Professionalism in Islamic education is one of the important aspects that determine the quality of learning and the achievement of educational goals. This article examines the concept of professionalism in Islamic education with a focus on educator competence, Islamic values, and character-based learning approaches. The professionalism of Islamic educators not only refers to the mastery of knowledge and teaching skills, but also includes moral integrity, appreciation of spiritual values, and the ability to build harmonious relationships with students. This study uses a qualitative approach and a literature review. The research data came from various scientific journal articles on the Google Scholar database. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively, namely descriptive analysis using content analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the professionalism of Islamic educators can be achieved through improving pedagogic competence, applying Islamic values in the learning process, and commitment to fostering the character of students. These findings affirm the importance of continuous training and development programs for educators to support the creation of a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also noble in character

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid growth of the e-commerce industry in Indonesia compels companies to actively evaluate customer satisfaction through tingkat kepuasant analysis of app reviews. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) and Naive Bayes algorithms in assessing user satisfaction levels of the Shopee app as a component of IT governance. The research data comprises 2,000 samples of Shopee user reviews collected from Google Play Store and App Store, classified into five rating categories: excellent, good, fair, poor, and bad, based on textual content analysis. The preprocessing stage involved text cleaning (removing stopwords and punctuation), feature extraction using TF-IDF, and an 80:20 split of the dataset (training and testing). The analysis revealed significant differences between the two algorithms. K-NN achieved an accuracy of 54% with the optimal parameter *K=5*, while Naive Bayes demonstrated superior performance with 98% accuracy. The low accuracy of K-NN is suspected to stem from its sensitivity to data imbalance and noise in text features, whereas Naive Bayes, with its probabilistic foundation, better handles the sparse characteristics of review data. These findings emphasize the criticality of selecting appropriate algorithms in IT governance for user satisfaction analysis. Naive Bayes is recommended as the optimal approach for text classification in e-commerce reviews, while K-NN requires refinement through techniques such as feature normalization or class imbalance handling. The study also highlights the need to integrate adaptive models, such as deep learning, to enhance accuracy in complex scenarios. For future research, expanding data scope or implementing multilingual analysis could serve as strategic steps to improve result generalization. Keywords: K-NN, Naive Bayes, E-commerce, user satisfaction, IT governance, Shopee. Abstrak: Perkembangan yang cepat dalam industri e-commerce di Indonesia mendorong perusahaan untuk secara aktif mengevaluasi kepuasan pelanggan melalui analisis kepuasan pelanggan dari ulasan aplikasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) dan Naive Bayes dalam menilai tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi Shopee sebagai komponen tata kelola teknologi informasi. Data penelitian mencakup 2000 sampel ulasan pengguna Shopee yang diambil dari Google Play Store dan App Store, dengan klasifikasi penilaian 5 kategori yaitu sangat puas, puas, cukup puas, kurang puas dan buruk pada konten teks. Proses pra-pemrosesan data melibatkan pembersihan teks (menghilangkan kata penghubung, tanda baca), ekstraksi ciri menggunakan TF-IDF, serta pembagian dataset menjadi 80% pelatihan dan 20% pengujian. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua algoritma. K-NN mencapai akurasi 58,50% dengan parameter *K=5*, sementara Naive Bayes menunjukkan performa lebih unggul dengan akurasi 100%. Rendahnya akurasi K-NN diduga berasal dari kepekaan algoritma terhadap ketidakseimbangan data dan gangguan pada fitur teks, sedangkan Naive Bayes, yang berbasis probabilitas, lebih mampu mengatasi karakteristik data yang jarang (sparse) dalam ulasan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pemilihan algoritma yang sesuai dalam tata kelola TI untuk analisis kepuasan pengguna. Naive Bayes direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan optimal untuk klasifikasi teks pada ulasan e-commerce, sedangkan K-NN perlu disempurnakan melalui teknik seperti normalisasi fitur atau penanganan ketidakseimbangan kelas. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi perlunya integrasi model adaptif, seperti deep learning, untuk meningkatkan akurasi dalam skenario yang lebih kompleks. Untuk penelitian mendatang, perluasan cakupan data atau penerapan analisis multibahasa dapat menjadi langkah strategis guna meningkatkan generalisasi hasil. Kata kunci: K-NN, Naive Bayes, E-commerce, Kepuasan Pengguna, Tata Kelola TI, Shopee.

Abstract

Children with intellectual disabilities often experience challenges in social interaction due to limited emotional regulation skills. This study aims to explore the role of emotion regulation in shaping the social interactions of children with intellectual disabilities. Using a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study method, the research focuses on a single student at SLB Amanah Padang. The findings reveal that the subject has difficulty recognizing, managing, and expressing emotions appropriately. Emotional regulation difficulties are closely linked to impulsive behavior, limited peer relationships, and emotional withdrawal. The unsupportive family environment further hinders emotional development, as the subject’s parents also have intellectual disabilities. Nevertheless, teacher support plays a crucial role in developing the child’s emotional and social skills through individualized approaches and positive reinforcement. This study underscores the importance of emotional intervention strategies in special education settings to improve both emotional regulation and social competence in children with intellectual disabilities.

Abstract

Nowadays, incorporating technology into education, including PAI, has become a necessity. This study examines the application of technology-based learning in children's education (PAI) in the digital era. Through literature review and case studies, this study identifies the challenges and opportunities that arise with the application of this PAI. The results of the study show that technology has increased students' access to learning resources and increased their motivation to learn. However, challenges such as digital inequality, lack of teachers' ability to use technology, and lack of adequate infrastructure still need to be addressed. The purpose of this research is to create an effective technology-based learning model for Islamic religious education. This model combines [the components of the model, such as face-to-face learning, e-learning, and project-based learning]. Using [research methods], this study tests the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. The results of the study show that [e.g., the model created can improve students' understanding of the concept of religion]. This study helps develop innovative learning models that are in accordance with the requirements of Islamic religious education in the digital era.

Abstract

Perubahan regulasi pajak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap strategi pengendalian biaya perusahaan. Studi ini menganalisis dampak langsung dan tidak langsung tentang bagaimana perubahan regulasi pajak terhadap strategi pengendalian biaya, serta strategi yang dapat diadopsi perusahaan untuk menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi literatur dan analisis kasus untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan strategi yang relevan. Signifikansi temuan ini terletak pada pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif tentang bagaimana perusahaan dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan perpajakan yang dinamis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan regulasi pajak memaksa perusahaan untuk mengadopsi strategi pengendalian biaya yang lebih adaptif, termasuk peningkatan efisiensi operasional, optimasi perencanaan pajak, diversifikasi bisnis, dan investasi dalam teknologi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan financial forecasting dalam menyusun strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif pada PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul, Tbk. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan mengkaji data penjualan tahun 2023 hingga 2024 dan memproyeksikan penjualan tahun 2025 menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi peningkatan penjualan sebesar 0,03% pada tahun 2025, yang didukung oleh tren inflasi menurun dan penyesuaian harga yang kompetitif dibandingkan dengan produk pesaing. Perusahaan disarankan mengoptimalkan biaya produksi dan menerapkan strategi pemasaran seperti diskon dan paket bundling untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dengan strategi yang tepat, diharapkan profitabilitas dan daya saing perusahaan dapat meningkat. Kata Kunci: Financial Forecasting, Strategi Harga, Efisiensi Biaya, PT Sido Muncul

Abstract

The manufacturing industry demands high production machine effectiveness to ensure smooth operations and maintain competitiveness. Issues related to machine effectiveness also occur at PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya, where the Palletizer machine recorded the highest downtime of 0.21%, compared to other production machines, indicating the need for a comprehensive performance evaluation. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Palletizer machine using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method and to identify potential failures through Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). A quantitative approach was employed in this research, with primary data collected through direct observation and recording of machine operational variables, while secondary data were obtained from production reports and company maintenance records. The OEE analysis was conducted based on three main parameters: availability, performance, and quality rate, whereas FMEA was applied to identify failure modes using the Risk Priority Number (RPN) as the assessment indicator. The results reveal that the OEE value of the Palletizer machine ranged between 84.42% and 90.10%, with both availability and quality rate meeting international standards, while performance remained below the world-class OEE benchmark. The Six Big Losses analysis indicated that the largest loss was caused by equipment failure, contributing 1.72% of the total downtime. Furthermore, the FMEA results showed that the sleding conveyor had the highest RPN value (343), followed by the push box and hydraulic pallet (336). Based on these findings, improvement efforts are recommended to focus on preventive maintenance of the sleding motor, scheduled replacement of hydraulic components, and routine inspections of the push box to minimize failure risks. Therefore, the integration of OEE and FMEA not only evaluates machine effectiveness but also provides strategic recommendations to reduce downtime and enhance sustainable productivity

Abstract

The administrative process for student reports related to Internships and Final Reports in the Language and Tourism Department is currently still done manually, making it inefficient and often leading to errors in writing letters and formatting inconsistencies between the resulting letters. The process of creating these letters takes approximately 3-5 working days depending on the presence of the head of the department who signs them, so students must continuously monitor the progress of the letters by visiting the department. To address this, a web-based SIABI application was developed. In comparison, through the SIABI Application, the service waiting time is targeted to be 1-2 working days with the ease of tracking the status of letter submissions through the application dashboard without the need to come to the department and prevent format inconsistencies between the letters submitted and those produced by the department. The method used in developing this application is the Waterfall R&D model. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SIABI application can provide convenience for students in submitting letters online, reduce the potential for errors, facilitate real-time tracking of letter statuses, and improve the accuracy of student administrative services.
