Abstract

This study examines the identification of legal protection for recipients of the COVID vaccine during the pandemic crisis in Indonesia, which is viewed from the point of view of the study of the health law. We believe that the Government certainly has some supporters and protectors in carrying out its policies, namely vaccination services for citizens. To discuss this topic, we are supported by some scientific publications, especially findings on vaccination studies in the context of legal protection for vaccine recipients and the legal basis for state action in implementing policies. We found data from various study sources from legal and health scientific journal publications, especially vaccination conflicts, both from international and domestic journals. In order to make it easier for us to take essential points as the findings of this study, first, we have listed them under the phenomenological approach, which is a method or method that we do to obtain information, then we examine them to get the gist of the relevant answers. Based on the data exposure and discussion, we found that in carrying out the vaccination program, the Government first has a responsibility, namely to ensure that its citizens are healthy and prosperous so that based on this obligation, the Government makes a policy. Then the Government also coordinates with health parties in the field and the community irregularities in its implementation. The Government is considered unable to carry out vaccinations as mandated by this policy because people still need awareness and belief to run optimally.

Abstract

Technology and science advances have impacted all sectors of life, including business, health, and education. This development is not only related to business affairs because it has an impact on the law, especially the protection of Copyright or intellectual rights. This study will discuss copyright protection in academic philosophical works in an era where technology is developing very quickly, impacting the increasing prevalence of electronic plagiarism. To facilitate this discussion, our data search was carried out using a qualitative approach: collecting all data from literature sources related to books, published articles, and other data sources. After collecting the data, the next effort is to examine it to get relevant answers to discuss. The attempt to answer the problems of this study is by using a cultural study approach, analyzing data, interpreting data, and drawing conclusions that meet the requirements of valid data findings. Finally, this study concludes that the results include, among others, the state has prepared rules in the form of protection of intellectual property rights which are described as one of the most fundamental rights in which the government has a role in protecting in the form of legal assistance so that all copyright documents can be protected. With this legal protection, the state respects the efforts of a person's Copyright with economic value and prevents all forms of copyright infringement.

Abstract

World institutions that regulate sports are under the authority of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Currently, two institutions in Indonesia, namely the in: Regional Sports Committee (RSC) and the Indonesian Olympic Committee (IOC). The Indonesian National Sports Committee (INSC) is the only organization authorized and responsible for managing, fostering, developing & coordinating the entire implementation of sports activities for each member's achievements in Indonesia. RSCis an independent and non-governmental body, meaning that sports activities return to the community. Judging from the historical aspect of the birth of Presidential Decree No. 72 of 2001, RSC was positioned as a single public legal entity that carried out coaching and development of sports and achievements. This study aimed to explain the existence, legality, and authority of RSC and IOC. This research is normative legal research with qualitative analysis using secondary data. The results of the research and analysis show that the two institutions legally go hand in hand and do not overlap.

Abstract

A partnership is a form of cooperation between micro, small and medium enterprises with large businesses which can be misused. For this reason, it is necessary to supervise the partnership agreement. The institution appointed to carry out supervision is the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU). This study was made with the aim of examining the concept of partnership supervision by the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU) and the legal remedies that can be taken in relation to the supervision carried out by KPPU. This research is normative legal research, which uses secondary data. The secondary data used is based on primary legal sources consisting of a series of applicable laws and regulations. The analysis was conducted qualitatively in order to examine the existing legal norms more deeply and comprehensively.
