Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Fraud Hexagon yang terdiri atas Pressure, Opportunity, Rationalization, Capability, Ego dan Collusion serta pengaruh Financial Distress dengan Variabel Moderasi komite Audit Terhadap Kecurangan Laporan Keuangan. Populasi penelitian emiten Infrastruktur Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 43 sampel emiten, metode analisis yang yaitu Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Outer Model, Inner Model, dan Uji Moderasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa hanya Rationalization yang berpengaruh secara negatif signifikan terhadap Kecurangan Laporan Keuangan. Hasil penelitian untuk variabel moderasi yaitu Komite Audit tidak mampu memperlemah pengaruh Fraud Hexagon dan Financial Distress terhadap Kecurangan Laporan Keuangan.

Abstract

This study examines the role and impact of military leadership in the business sector in Indonesia, an important topic amidst the growing number of former military personnel occupying leadership positions in companies. The primary objective of this research is to analyze how military leadership styles are applied in business contexts and their impact on organizational performance. The research questions include: What is the role of military leadership in the business sector? What is its impact on business organizational performance? This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design and in-depth interviews as data collection techniques. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify key patterns and themes. The findings indicate that military leadership significantly contributes to organizational discipline and efficiency but faces challenges in flexibility and innovation. The conclusion of this research highlights the importance of adapting military leadership to the dynamic business environment and provides suggestions for further in-depth research.

Abstract

This research explores the role of green accounting in promoting sustainability and its impact on organizational performance. Using the literature review method, relevant literature is selected and evaluated to extract important findings. The findings show that the implementation of green accounting can improve the financial performance of companies, especially in Indonesia and MSMEs in Central Java, by reducing production costs and strengthening the company's reputation. The results of this study provide insight into green accounting practices and the importance of environmental awareness in a business context, as well as its implications for investment decisions and customer perceptions.

Abstract

School-age children are at risk of experiencing oral health problems. Efforts that can be made to prevent dental diseases in school-age children include brushing teeth. Dental cleanliness after brushing can be measured using the O'Leary Plaque Index. However, appropriate oral health education materials are needed to teach proper brushing techniques, including the use of dental phantoms. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of counseling using a dental phantom on the oral hygiene status of third-grade students at SDN 018 Sukagalih in Bandung City. This research method uses a pre-test design with a one-group pre-test design. The results of the study showed a reduction in dental plaque before and after receiving counseling using a dental phantom. It can be concluded that there is an effect of counseling using a dental phantom on oral hygiene status with a significant value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of the vision of XYZ University. The factors studied are democratic leadership, competence, and motivation. This research is important to understand how these factors contribute to the success of educational institutions in achieving the set vision. The research method used was survey research using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. Respondents in this study were staff and lecturers at XYZ University. The collected data were analyzed using regression techniques to identify the relationship between the variables studied. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant influence on the attainment of the vision of XYZ University. Democratic leadership that involves the active participation of all members of the university, strong competence of staff and lecturers, as well as high motivation to achieve a shared vision, are important factors in achieving the university's strategic goals. The implications of this research are the importance of building democratic leadership, increasing individual competency through training and development, and fostering high motivation among staff and lecturers. In the university context, these factors can become the basis for achieving the set vision, enhancing the university's reputation, and creating a quality academic environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the determinants of firm value through a systematic literature review focusing on corporate governance, risk management, internal control, and sustainability reporting. The data for this study are articles from indexed journals with firm value as the dependent variable. Based on 67 empirical articles published between 2015 and 2025, this review synthesizes recent findings to assess how financial and non-financial mechanisms contribute to firm valuation across institutional contexts. The data were analyzed using the systematic literature review (SLR) method. The results reveal that corporate governance—specifically board independence, ownership structure, and audit committee effectiveness—are the most widely studied determinants. Risk management and sustainability reporting are increasingly studied due to their strategic signaling and stakeholder engagement roles, while internal control is less explored despite its relevance for reporting reliability and investor confidence. This study contributes by offering a structured synthesis and proposing future research directions to strengthen theoretical and methodological approaches in firm value research.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan dari nilai perusahaan melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis dengan fokus pada tata kelola perusahaan, manajemen risiko, pengendalian internal, dan pelaporan keberlanjutan. Data penelitian ini adalah artikel-artikel dari jurnal terindeks dengan nilai Perusahaan sebagai variabel terikatnya. Berdasarkan 67 artikel empiris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 dan 2025, tinjauan ini mensintesiskan temuan terbaru untuk menilai bagaimana mekanisme keuangan dan non-keuangan berkontribusi pada penilaian perusahaan di berbagai konteks kelembagaan. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa tata kelola perusahaan—khususnya independensi dewan, struktur kepemilikan, dan efektivitas komite audit—menjadi determinan yang paling banyak diteliti. Manajemen risiko dan pelaporan keberlanjutan semakin banyak diteliti karena peran pensinyalan strategis dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, sementara pengendalian internal kurang dieksplorasi meskipun relevansinya untuk keandalan pelaporan dan kepercayaan investor. Studi ini berkontribusi dengan menawarkan sintesis terstruktur dan mengusulkan arah penelitian masa depan untuk memperkuat pendekatan teoritis dan metodologis dalam penelitian nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to evaluate and analyze the determinants of firm value, as well as to examine the mediating role of capital structure in the relationship between business risk, growth opportunities, and institutional ownership on firm value. The study focuses on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period from 2019 to 2023. The research sample comprises 104 companies selected purposively based on specific criteria relevant to the objectives of the study. To analyze both the direct and indirect relationships among the examined variables, the study employs path analysis as the analytical method. The findings of the study indicate that business risk has a negative effect on firm value. Conversely, growth opportunities and institutional ownership are found to have a positive impact on firm value. In addition, capital structure exhibits a significant positive effect on firm value. A key contribution of this study is the identification of capital structure as a significant mediating variable that strengthens the influence of business risk, growth opportunities, and institutional ownership on firm value. This study reveals that capital structure plays a dominant mediating role in the relationship between business risk, growth opportunities, and institutional ownership and firm value. The integrative model proposed in this research offers a novel perspective by positioning capital structure as a strategic mechanism for value creation. These findings contribute to the theoretical understanding of firm value determination, particularly within the context of emerging markets during the post-crisis period of 2019–2023.

Abstract

Gingivitis is an oral health disease characterized by inflammation of the gingival tissue that appears reddish. One way to prevent and treat gingivitis is to use mouthwash. Green tea herbal mouthwash is used to treat gingivitis. Green tea is known to have antimicrobial activity that causes gingivitis. The increase in public knowledge about green tea mouthwash increased by 41%. This shows public understanding of the benefits of green tea mouthwash for preventing gingivitis and the economic value of green tea herbal mouthwash products.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance through work motivation in textile and garment companies in West Java. Methodology/approach: The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is unknown, with a sample size of 370 respondents. The data used in this study are primary and secondary. The analytical tools used in this study include SmartPLS. The tests conducted in this study include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model, Outer Model, and Hypothesis Testing. Results/findings: The results of the study conducted on Textile and Garment Companies in West Java are as follows: 1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on motivation; 2) Work discipline has no effect and is not significant on motivation; 3) Compensation has no effect and is not significant on motivation; 4) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 7) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 8) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation; 9) Work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation; and 10) Compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation. Conclusions: The study concludes that self-efficacy significantly enhances both work motivation and employee performance, with motivation acting as a mediating factor. Work discipline directly improves performance but does not significantly affect motivation. Compensation shows no significant effect on either motivation or performance. Work motivation itself has a strong positive impact on performance. Indirectly, only self-efficacy improves performance via motivation, while work discipline and compensation do not demonstrate such mediation.. Limitations: This study is limited to Employee Performance and Work Motivation. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of factors that influence employee performance, focusing on factors such as self-efficacy, work discipline, compensation, and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the correlation between Self-Regulated Learning Strategies (SRLS) and Students’ English Achievement. The knowledge and application of SRLS will significantly influence learners academic achievement due to their autonomously participation and involvement in regulating their own learning. Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative study with 100 participants from grade first high school students, collected using random sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and English proficiency test. The result of this study shows that there is positive correlation between SRLS and Students’ English Achievement. Students who have better knowledge and use SRLS in their study are getting better achievement in English test because of their responsibility in learning. The refore, it is important for teachers to apply SRLS in the teaching and learning process to increase and foster the students’ implementation of SRLS in their learning.
