Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Ralph W. Tyler's Objective Model in curriculum development at SD Negeri 1 Linggasari Banyumas, with a focus on realizing students who are faithful, achieving, and cultured. Students are generally at lower middle economic level with adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process, both intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with a case study method. The study explores the application of Tyler's principles, for educational purposes, learning experiences, and evaluation into the school curriculum. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The sample used a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through thematic coding to identify patterns and findings. The results of the study indicate that the objective model is effective in aligning learning activities with the school vision, despite obstacles such as limited resources and diverse teacher competencies. This study can identify factors that influence the success of implementing this curriculum, so that further strategies can be formulated for improving and developing education in the future.

Abstract

Thisresearch purposes to analysis corolation between taking care system of parents with thegrowth on the early age children (3-4 years) in PAUD Dharma Wanita, Pojoksari villageSukomoro District Magetan Regency. The kind of research is obsevasional analitical withcross sectional researc desigh.The population is all of parent have children 3-4 years oldin PAUD Dharma Wnita, Pojoksari village are 30 parents,the great of samples use thetotal of population. The independent variable is parents’s taking care,while dependentvariable is the growth on the early age children (3-4 year ).The instrument to measuretaking care system is questioner with answer “ Never “ “Seldom” “Often” and growthuses KPSP.The data is analysed by univariate analysis with frequency distribution andbivariat analysis with chi square experiment with significant grade α ≤ 0,05. The resultsof research in get there is a relationship pattern foster parents with the development ofearly childhood (3-4 year). get mark ρ value 0,031 < α 0,05 with (r) 0,433 shows thatpower correlation being and direction of a positive relationship which means parallel.The conclusion of the research there is coralation between taking care system of parentsystem with the growt on the early age children in PAUD Dharma Wnita, Pojoksarivillage. Be suggested to Insthitution of healt service and Education service to giveillumination and socialiszation to parent have early age children about taking caresystem.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan belajar mengajar penataan sanggul gala di SMK Negeri 1 Sooko Mojokerto masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi. Model pembelajaran langsung merupakan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk mengajarkan kompetensi penataan sanggul gala karena model tersebut dapat membimbing siswa dalam memahami pengetahuan deklaratif dan prosedural. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan keterlakanaan sintaks oleh guru, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar siswa, dan respon siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdapat 4 tahap, yaitu perencanaan (planning), pelaksanaan (action), pengamatan (observing), dan refleksi. Penelitian ini menerapkan model pembelajaran langsung pada 22 siswa SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil observasi dan pembagian angket kepada siswa, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlaksanaan sintaks pembelajaran oleh guru sebesar 3,24 pada siklus I, kemudian di siklus II meningkat menjadi 3,61. Aktivitas siswa di siklus I sebesar 74,6% meningkat di siklus II menjadi 78,6%. Hasil belajar di siklus I sebesar 91% dengan nilai akhir rata-rata 79,9, meningkat di siklus II menjadi 100% dengan nilai akhir rata-rata sebesar 87,7. Sedangkan respon siswa secara keseluruhan mencapai 72-88%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran langsung dapat meningkatkan keterlaksanaan sintaks guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pelaksanaan penataan sanggul gala, serta menciptakan respon positif dari siswa SMKN 1 Sooko Mojokerto. Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran langsung, sanggul gala Abstract: Learning activities of bun setup of gala at vocational high school 1 Sooko Mojokerto used less variety of learning method. Direct instruction is suitable learning method to learn competence of gala&rsquo;s setup bun because these learning model is able to guide students in understanding declarative and practical knowledge. The aims of this research are describing the practical of learning syntax by teacher, students activities, learning outcomes of students, and student&rsquo;s responses.This research is the Classroom Action Research that consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 steps, are planning, action, observing, and reflection. This research implements the syntax of direct instruction&rsquo;s learning model to 22 students of vocational high school 1 Mojokerto. The data are gained by observing and quisionering, then they are analyzed descriptive qualitatively. The research&rsquo;s result are the score of learning syntax practical obtains 3.24 in first cycle, in second cycle increased to 3.61. Student&rsquo;s activities in first cycle obtains 74.6%, in second cycle increased to 78.6%. Learning outcomes completeness in first cycle obtains 91% with average final score 79.9, in second cycle increasd to 100% with average final score 87.7. After that, student&rsquo;s responses overall obtains 72-88%. Based on the research, can be concluded the implementation of direct instruction model is able to increase teacher&rsquo;s learning syntax practical, student&rsquo;s activities, and students learning outcomes in practice of bun setup of gala, also creates high positive responses from students of hairstyling at State School 1 Mojokerto. Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning of short story writing skills for class IX students at SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects in this study were teachers who carried out the planning, implementation, and assessment of learning and students who took part in learning the skills of writing short story texts for class IX of SMP Negeri 4 Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documents. The results showed that at the planning stage, the teacher had fully loaded all of the RPP components, including identity, KI, and KD, formulation of indicators, formulation of learning objectives, teaching materials, learning resources, learning media, learning models, learning methods, learning steps, and assessment. All aspects of the RPP have been fully contained in the RPP prepared by the teacher based on the assessment of the RPP analysis, this is appropriate because the RPP prepared by the teacher is the result obtained from the modified subject teacher consultation (MGMP). At the implementation stage of learning, it shows that the teacher has carried out learning with a scientific approach, namely exploration, elaboration, and closure. The implementation of learning uses the Discovery Learning model through syntax, which is carried out as a form of strategy in an effort to find out through various activities so that the teacher plays a role as a guide for students. The learning assessment carried out was in accordance with the assessment technique based on the 2013 Curriculum. The teacher assessed attitudes, knowledge, and skills.

Abstract

Abstract This study set out to ascertain the reading comprehension skills of SMA Negeri 2 Kaur's class XI pupils. In this work, a descriptive method with a quantitative approach was employed. The study's population consisted of 153 students from six classes in class XI at SMA Negeri 2 Kaur, 71 of whom were male and 82 of whom were female. A random sample procedure was utilized in this study to choose participants; 24 students, or 11% of the total, were chosen. The Student Reading Comprehension Ability Test was used as the method for gathering data. According to the study's findings, the average score for reading comprehension in Indonesian was 87.5 with a high understanding category, the ability to read comprehension in Biology with an average of 85.00 with a high understanding category, the ability to read comprehension in Islamic Religious Education with a value of 85.00 with a good category, and the ability to read comprehension in Geography with a value of 85.00 with a good ability category. From the overall results, students generally showed good reading comprehension abilities in all fields of study tested. The average value ranges between 85-87.5. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan informal yang tidak bergantung pada struktur formal organisasi menjadi semakin penting dalam konteks organisasi kontemporer yang mengadopsi struktur lebih datar dan kolaboratif. Dinamika kepemimpinan ini berperan krusial dalam pengambilan keputusan kelompok, namun penelitian tentang kepemimpinan informal dalam konteks representasi film masih jarang dilakukan, padahal film dapat memberikan gambaran kaya mengenai dinamika diskusi kelompok dan pengaruh non-formal yang relevan untuk merefleksikan praktik kepemimpinan dalam kehidupan nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana figur informal memengaruhi dinamika diskusi kelompok, membangun kepercayaan antar anggota, dan mengarahkan kelompok menuju konsensus melalui studi kasus film 12 Angry Men(1957). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer berupa adegan dandialog dalam film 12 Angry Men, serta data sekunder dari literatur akademik tentang kepemimpinan dan pengambilan keputusan kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter Juri 8, meskipun tidak memiliki posisi formal, mampu memimpin kelompok melalui lima karakteristik utama pengaruh interpersonal, kemampuan komunikasi persuasif, membangun konsensus, kepercayaan dan keteguhan moral, serta kemampuan menghadapi perbedaan pendapat. Temuan ini memperkuat bahwa kepemimpinan informal bergantung pada keterampilan interaksi sosial, kredibilitas personal, dan pengaruh sosial daripada otoritas formal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur kepemimpinan dengan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi organisasi dalam memanfaatkan potensi kepemimpinan informal untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang inklusif, adil, dan efektif, selaras dengan SDG 16 dan SDG 4.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the group investigation (GI) cooperativelearning model with the help of funnel counting media on the understanding ofmultiplication concepts in third grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Sawangan. Thisresearch is a type of pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest model. Theresearch subjects were all third grade students of MI Muhammadiyah Sawangan with asaturated sampling model. The sample taken as many as 16 students. The method of datacollection was carried out using an objective test in the form of multiple choice. Test thevalidity of the test instrument using the product moment while the reliability test usingCronbach alpha. The analysis prerequisite test used the normality test. Data analysis usedpaired sample t-test paramatretic test technique with the help of SPSS version 23.00 forwindows program. The results of this study indicate that the group investigation (GI)cooperative learning model with the help of funnel counting media has an effect onunderstanding the concept of multiplication. This is evidenced by The results of the pairedsample t-test analysis showed that the significance value was 0.000, which means less than0.05 (sig 0.000 <0.05). The calculation of the average score of the objective posttest objectivetest of 74.00 which is higher than the average value of the pretest objective test of 52.6.

Abstract

Latar Belakang yang mendorong penelitian ini adalah pola asuh orang tua yang mempengaruhi permasalahan pada anak yaitu salah satunya yang paling berpengaruh dalam mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh pola asuh Otoriter, pola asuh Demokratis dan pola asuh Permisif terhadap perilaku sosial anak pada usia 3 – 4 tahun di PAUD DJAOSYAN kabupaten Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini mengambil sampel 10 orang tua siswa. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku sosial anak dan variabel independennya adalah pola asuh Otoriter, pola asuh Demokratis, dan pola asuh Permisif. Sedangkan metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, Metode deskriptif kuantitatif adalah pencarian fakta dengan interpretasi yang tepat dan desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif kausal, asosiatif kausal adalah suatu penelitian yang mencari hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel yang lain yang mempunyai hubungan sebab akibat. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah pola asuh otoriter dan permisisf berpengaruh negatif dan pola asuh demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap perilakau sosial anak.

Abstract

Untuk mengevaluasi penerimaan bantuan pupuk NPK, studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, teknik klasifikasi data mining, wawancara dokumenter, dan prosedur pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Laeya, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Berikut ini adalah kesimpulan dari penelitian ini: Kelompok tani harus mengajukan proposal kepada pemerintah untuk meminta subsidi pupuk NPK agar memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Organisasi petani haruslah pemilik lahan dan berstatus sebagai petani agar memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan bantuan ini. Petani adalah pihak yang mendapatkan jumlah bantuan subsidi pupuk NPK yang berbeda, tergantung pada luas lahan yang mereka miliki. Dengan menggunakan kategorisasi data mining, para peneliti dalam studi ini mewawancarai 212 orang dari tujuh kelompok tani. Di mana kita dapat menemukan kategorisasi kelayakan untuk mendapatkan bantuan subsidi pupuk NPK? Jenis lahan dan status petani menentukan bagaimana penelitian ini diklasifikasikan. Dengan menggunakan kategorisasi penggalian data, para peneliti dalam studi ini mewawancarai 212 orang dari tujuh kelompok tani. Di mana kita dapat menemukan kategorisasi kelayakan untuk mendapatkan bantuan subsidi pupuk NPK? Jenis lahan dan status petani menentukan bagaimana pertanyaan ini diklasifikasikan. Jumlah tanggungan kepala rumah tangga, tingkat pendapatan, status lahan dan petani, serta luas lahan menjadi dasar dalam mengkategorikan penelitian ini.
