Abstract

Teknologi sangat terkait erat dengan pendidikan dalam rangka membantu meningkatkan kualitas melalui perubahan proses manual menjadi komputerisasi. Pendidikan tinggi memerlukan catatan kinerja tenaga pendidik atau dosen secara efektif dan efisen. Kinerja harus dimonitor dan dievaluasi terkait dengan sistem reward and punishment. Penelitian ini membangun sistem informasi untuk memonitor kinerja tenaga pendidik di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Mutiara Mahakam (STIKES-MM) Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) melalui tahapan-tahapan dalam web engineering yang terdiri dari communication customer, planning, modelling, construction, dan feedback & delivery. Sistem telah berhasil dibangun, diimplementasikan, dan diuji. Uji kompatibilitas menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu berjalan dengan mudah pada sistem operasi yang berbeda versi. Uji kelayakan terhadap sistem mendapatkan persentase nilai sebesar 82,7% sehingga dinyatakan sangat layak.

Abstract

Image classification is a fairly easy task for humans, but for machines it is something that is very complex and is a major problem in the field of Computer Vision which has long been sought for a solution. There are many algorithms used for image classification, one of which is Convolutional Neural Network, which is the development of Multi Layer Perceptron (MLP) and is one of the algorithms of Deep Learning. This method has the most significant results in image recognition, because this method tries to imitate the image recognition system in the human visual cortex, so it has the ability to process image information. In this research the implementation of this method is done by using the Keras library with the Python programming language. The results showed the percentage of accuracy with K = 5 cross-validation obtained the highest level of accuracy of 80.36% and the highest average accuracy of 76.49%, and system accuracy of 72.02%. For the lowest accuracy obtained in the 4th and 5th testing with an accuracy value of 66.07%. The system that has been made has also been able to predict with the highest average prediction of 60.31%, and the highest prediction value of 65.47%.

Abstract

Keamanan merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan untuk melindungi informasi yang terdapat didalamnya yang mengacu pada kerahasiaan. Sebuah sistem yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet, akan memiliki tingkat kerawanan tinggi akan menjadi sebuah polemik bagi pemilik layanan sebuah informasi. Metode yang dilakukan adalah mengaudit webserver Open Jurnal System (O.J.S). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengekploitasi kerentanan pada webserver Open Jurnal Sistem (O.J.S). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan tool Open Web Aplication Security Project (OWASP). Pengujian ini bertujuan mencari vulnerability pada webserver Open Jurnal Sistem (OJS) adapun tingkatan vulnerability yang dideteksi dalam pengujian ini antara lain high risk, medium risk, low risk. tujuan mengamankan dari serangan SQL Injection maupun Cross Site Scripting XSS, karena akan membawa dampak kegagalan sistem. Manfaat dari pengujian ini sebagai alert atau peringatan. adanya serangan SQl Injection maupun serangan Cross Site Scripting XSS, oleh tool OWASP dalam mengaudit secara mandiri pada webserver Open Jurnal System sendiri.

Abstract

Plagiarisme secara konvensional dipandang sebagai pelanggaran ilmiah yang serius, pencurian terhadap ide-ide di pasar intelektual kompetitif. Kasus plagiarisme memiliki jumlah yang sangat besar di dalam sebuah lembaga, termasuk penulis yang tidak diketahui dan atribusi kepenulisan untuk para elit birokrasi. Ada banyak usaha yang dilakukan didalam sebuah lembaga untuk mengurangi stigma plagiarisme yang semakin kompetitif. Perkembangan internet yang intensif sekarang ini pun menyakibatkan ketersediaan akan jumlah informasi yang dapat diperoleh. Hal ini memungkinkan seseorang melakukan plagiarisme dari sebuah karya. Jadi menurut kamus besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI) plagiarisme berarti memetik atau menulis sebagian besar atau teks yang dimiliki oleh orang lain, menjiplak atau meniru tulisan dari karya orang lain, mencuri skripsi orang lain dan mengakui sebagai milik sendiri, mengutip karangan orang lain tanpa izin dari penulis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi untuk mendeteksi plagiarisme menggunakan algoritma Rabin-Karp. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dan dalam pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode prototipe. Aplikasi deteksi plagiarisme dihasilkan untuk sistem pelaporan berbasis web. Aplikasi yang dibangun berhasil mendeteksi kalimat yang sama pada judul, abtraksi dan kata kuci serta antara file terbanding dengan file yang ada di dalam repositori.

Abstract

Internet technology is increasingly developing, in accordance with the needs of an increasingly millennial society. The growth of internet technology has been accompanied by an increasing variety of attack techniques aimed at the media. BruteForce is one of the techniques of attack (hacking) against the internet network by hacking passwords from users who are active or inactive at that time. Through a process with a small application such as Hydra accompanied by telnet service, then hacking techniques with BruteForce can be run, to attack an internet network. The Hydra process and the telnet service referred to in the study are those that included a "wordlist" file containing user information and password data. The count to detect, whether entering the network is a BruteForce attack or just normal / normal network traffic, can be done with the Naïve Bayes theorem or the Naïve Bayes method. The purpose of the Naïve Bayes method, is to be able to distinguish and classify, which is attack traffic, which is normal / normal network traffic. The reason for using the Naïve Bayes method is that the formulation in this method is easier to calculate when classifying the type of network traffic. From the results of the classification, it can be used as a reference for a network administrator to be more careful and better understand how to protect and prevent attacks from hackers, especially those who use BruteForce hacking techniques. The hope of this research, can be understood and understood so that it can be very easy for a network administrator to distinguish between the two traffic on the network, whether it is attack traffic and / or normal / normal traffic that is through the display on the Wireshark tool.

Abstract

Face detection in digital photos aims to get the face area in the photo. Problems often occur when detecting faces, namely there is a lot of noise in digital photos so that it affects the detection process. Therefore, in this study apply the median filtering method to improve digital photos by reducing noise in the photos to be tested. The advantage of using this filter is to keep the edges smooth while reducing noise which aims to improve image quality. The ability of this method is measured using the parameters of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Noise to Signal Ratio (PNSR). When the MSE value obtained is low and the PNSR value obtained is high, the results can be said to be good. The method used to detect faces in this research, viola-jones, was chosen because it is one of the face detection procedures with a high level of accuracy and good computational ability. The sample used in this study consisted of 10 digital photos taken using a Samsung A11 smartphone camera with a resolution of 13 mega pixels and 8 mega pixels in JPEG format. The results obtained in this study are the best error values in MSE 0.9517 and PSNR 24.2804. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the mean filtering method is feasible to be used in the case of face detection in this digital photo.

Abstract

Along with the emergence of app digital wallet in Indonesia, the use of smartphone devices has the function not only as a communication tool, but also began to be used as a tool to perform payment transactions. There are some companies financial technology in Indonesia, which offers a digital wallet service. Behind the ease of that is given of the use of the app a digital wallet, the utilization of the negative-tipped in the case of cybercrime. This research will make the process of forensic on one of the wallet app digital popular in Indonesia, using the tools of forensic Belkasoft Evidence Center and MOBILedit Forensic Express, the process of forensic follow the guidelines on the method of Digital Forensic Research Workshop (DFRWS), which consists of several stages of forensic covers the identification, preservation, collection, examination, analysis and presentation.This study was conducted to provide an overview of the process of forensic on the application of a digital wallet to search for information, particularly related to transactions conducted on the application of digital wallets, so that the digital evidence obtained from the forensics process can be used as evidence pursuant to the UU ITE about the power of the law of evidence in the digital. From the research that has been done on the application of a digital wallet, managed to get the information in the form of user's data and history transaction activity, with a percentage of data found in the wallet app digital by 100%. Keywords: Forensic Mobile, Digital Evidence, Digital Wallet Apps, DFRWS Seiring dengan munculnya aplikasi dompet digital di Indonesia, penggunaan perangkat smartphone memiliki fungsi tidak hanya sebagai alat komunikasi, akan tetapi juga mulai digunakan sebagai alat untuk melakukan transaksi pembayaran. Terdapat beberapa perusahaan financial technology di Indonesia yang menawarkan layanan dompet digital. Dibalik kemudahan yang diberikan dari penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital, bisa saja terdapat pemanfaatan negatif yang berujung pada kasus cybercrime. Penelitian ini akan melakukan proses forensik pada salah satu aplikasi dompet digital yang popular digunakan di Indonesia, menggunakan tools forensik Belkasoft Evidence Center dan MOBILedit Forensic Express, proses forensik mengikuti pedoman metode Digital Forensik Research Workshop (DFRWS) yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan forensik meliputi  identification, preservation, collection, examination, analysis dan presentation, dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran proses forensik pada aplikasi dompet digital untuk mencari informasi, khususnya terkait aktivitas transaksi yang dilakukan pada aplikasi dompet digital, sehingga bukti digital yang didapatkan dari proses forensik dapat dijadikan sebagai barang bukti berdasarkan UU ITE tentang kekuatan hukum alat bukti digital. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada aplikasi dompet digital, berhasil mendapatkan informasi berupa data pengguna dan history aktivitas transaksi, dengan presentase data yang ditemukan pada aplikasi dompet digital sebesar 100%.Kata kunci: Forensik Mobile, Bukti Digital, Aplikasi Dompet Digital, DFRWS

Abstract

Consumption of fish as a food requirement for the fulfillment of community nutrition is increasing. This was followed by an increase in the amount of fish caught that were sold at fish markets. Market managers must be concerned about the dispersion of huge amounts of fish in the market in order to determine the freshness of the fish before it reaches the hands of consumers. So far, market managers have relied on traditional ways to determine the freshness of fish in circulation. The issue is that traditional solutions, such as the use expert assessment, demand a human physique that quickly experiences fatigue. Technological developments can be a solution to these problems, such as utilizing image processing techniques classification method. Image processing with the use of color features is an effective method to determine the freshness of fish. The classification method used in this research is the Naive Bayes method. This study aims to identify the freshness of fish based on digital images and determine the performance level of the method. The identification process uses the RGB color value feature of fisheye images. The stages of fish freshness identification include cropping, segmentation, RGB value extraction, training, and testing. The classification data are 210 RGB value of extraction images which are divided into 147 data for training and 63 data for testing. The research data were divided into fresh class, started to rot class, and rotted class. The research shows that the Naive Bayes algorithm can be used in the process of identifying the freshness level of fish based on fisheye images with a test accuracy rate of 79.37%.

Abstract

Acceptance of prospective new members is an activity that must be carried out in an organization to get good quality prospective members from the acceptance of members in the Muhammadiyah Student Association. The more prospective members who want to enter an organization, the more difficult it is to make decisions in selecting new prospective members. There are several organizations, the recruitment of prospective members is still mostly done professionally. This problem is caused by the absence of a system to be selected in the selection of new members. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen to conduct this research because this method can create a weight value after each one, then rank the attributes on each alternative from all alternatives, the alternative is a prospective new member based on the criteria that have been determined by the committee. This research will produce a system to simplify and speed up the selection of new members and the selection committee in making decisions for new members of the Muhammadiyah Student Association.

Abstract

Information technology used to improve hospital services, especially in patient registration services. This function is very useful during the new adaptation period to break down crowds in the registration queue and reduce the risk of transmission of covid 19, so many hospitals have developed an online registration system for outpatients. PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital has developed the SIPENDOL (Online Registration System) application which has been running since May 2020 and has never been evaluated. One of the basic instruments that can be used to evaluate technology acceptance is UTAUT (Unified Technology and Acceptance Use of Technology). UTAUT needs to be developed according to user requirements specifications regarding what technology will be evaluated. The development of the questionnaire needs to be tested for validity and reliability tests, aiming to determine the level of accuracy so that in the future the data will be widely used. The purpose of this study was to identify the validity and reliability of the questionnaire based on the UTAUT model on the dimensions of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions to evaluate the use of online registration in hospitals. Questionnaires were distributed to 30 online registration users at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the validity test using the Pearson product moment were declared to be 100% valid (r-count > r-table). The results of the reliability test were declared reliable because the value of the reliability coefficient (cronbach's alpha) was 0.905 > 0.361.
