Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the strategy for developing a management system for strengthening the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities through the use of literature study techniques such as observation, comparison of research journals, book collection, and other reading sources. Data analysis entails several steps, including data reduction, visualization, and conclusion drawing. According to the findings and analysis of the strategy for developing a management system for enhancing the accreditation of study programs for institutions, the strategy will focus on enhancing the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities. According to his findings, the strategy for developing a management system for strengthening institutional study programs based on the strengthening of study programs at Islamic religious universities can have an effect on increasing the accreditation of service study programs, performance, governance, budgets, and the reputation of institutions and study programs. As demonstrated by the data in this study, implementing a management system development strategy centered on enhancing the accreditation of study programs at Islamic religious universities can result in a number of benefits, including the following: a) strengthening organizational governance; b) developing a strong knowledge base; c) cultivating a proactive culture of continuous improvement; d) adhering to applicable laws and regulations; and e) ensuring that, as a result, thinking centered on strengthening the accreditation of study programs has developed into a way of thinking that is embedded in stakeholders and decision makers throughout the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and review: (1) teacher performance models that are built based on the associative causal relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables, (2) the effect of interpersonal communication on job satisfaction, (3) the effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance, (4) the effect of satisfaction on teacher performance. This research was conducted in elementary schools with 154 respondents from 28 public elementary schools in Pidie Jaya. For questionnaire data collection with five alternative answer choices, while for the performance variable is done by observation using an observation sheet. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The instrument used was preceded by a trial to respondents outside the sample to obtain a valid and relative instrument. Validity test uses product moment correlation, whereas to test its reliability with the Alpha formula from Cronbach. Before testing the hypothesis first, the analysis requirements test is calculated including the data normality test and the regression linearity test. The results showed (1) obtained by the teacher performance model, (2) Interpersonal communication had a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, (3) Interpersonal communication had a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (4)Job satisfaction had a positive direct effect on teacher performance. Based on the acceptance of research hypotheses, a theoretical model or fixed model is found that describes the structure of the causal relationship between Interpersonal Communication variables, organizational culture, job satisfaction, work motivation and teacher performance while to test its reliability with the Alpha formula from Cronbach.

Abstract

The success of private and public higher education organizations in implementing the Tridharma, namely teaching, research and service, is largely determined by the performance of lecturers as human resources who manage the Tridharma process. Therefore, the performance of lecturers must be managed properly in order to be successful and efficient in achieving educational goals, and to ensure an increase in the quality of higher education. To obtain optimal lecturer performance at a private university, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities. Lecturers who have controlled emotional intelligence and good cognitive abilities will have good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities on lecturer performance. The number of samples set in this study were 146 lecturers as respondents. As an independent variable, namely emotional intelligence and cognitive ability and the dependent variable is the performance of the lecturer. For data collection is done by using a questionnaire with five answer choices. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. The instrument used was first tested on respondents outside the sample to get a valid and reliable instrument. The validity test uses the Product Moment correlation, while to test the reliability it uses the Alpha formula from Cronbac. Before testing the hypothesis, the analysis requirements test is calculated which includes: data normality test and regression linearity test. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable had a direct positive effect on lecturer performance by 3.2%, and the cognitive ability variable had a direct positive effect on lecturer performance by 5.5%.
