Abstract

Human resources is very important role in carrying out activities in an organization or company. So companies need to strive for a safe working environment to maximize HR potential. One important aspect that must be considered in human resource management is the occupational safety and health system. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate how K3 management has been implemented by PT. DEF during the tank cleaning process using the HIRARC method. Tanks are an example of a confined space. which refers to an area that is quite large but has limited access in and out and is potentially dangerous because the atmosphere contains dangerous gases or air with the most extreme risk, namely that it can threaten worker safety. The results of this research are that in the 6 stages of the tank cleaning process there is a 46% moderate level risk, 31% high level risk, and 23% extreme level risk. After conducting a risk assessment analysis, it can be concluded that PT. DEF has been effective in implementing risk management in tank cleaning activities, this is proven by the company being able to reduce all risks in tank cleaning activities in an efficient manner. Abstract

PT.XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing, specifically in the production of granulated sugar. The problem that occurs in this company is the increasing number of gravel sugar defects by 18% or 1,019.52 tons. This number far exceeds the defect limit set by the company of 5% or 283.2 tons per month. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the risks of the sugar production process using the House of Risk (HOR) method and determine the best alternative for priority risk mitigation through the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method at PT.XYZ. The HOR method is used to identify and classify risks based on severity and likelihood. Furthermore, the ANP method is used to determine the priority of risk mitigation strategies by considering the interdependence between risks. The results of the study showed that through the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) approach, 25 risk events and 25 risk sources were obtained which will be used to determine the mitigation strategy in the House Of Risk (HOR) method. Based on the calculation results of the rate agreement for alternative (W) of 0.777778, it shows a fairly high level of conformity among respondents' answers in selecting risk mitigation alternatives. Based on the calculation results on the super decision software, the highest normalized value was obtained, namely in the Desuperheater alternative of 0.51145. With this research, it is expected to help companies in overcoming company problems and can increase profits for the company.

Abstract

Interest in sharia loans may be significantly lower than regular internet loans. Online Sharia loans are safer than conventional loans as they do not incur interest or usury and do not impose penalties for late payments. This study seeks to ascertain public perceptions regarding the utilization of Sharia-compliant P2P lending as a means to mitigate illicit online loan fraud. The employed methodology is a mixed methods research strategy, specifically quantitative utilizing the TAM model and qualitative through structured interviews, aimed at acquiring deeper insights from relevant sources. This research sample used 167 respondents with the criteria namely people who have knowledge or experience using Sharia P2P Lending. The research findings indicate that trust and comfort affect individuals' views and interest in utilizing P2P syariah lending. Attitudes affect individuals' desire to utilize Sharia P2P Lending, whereas risk perceptions do not influence their attitudes or interests. Moreover, the significance of Sharia P2P Lending is paramount, as it functions by Sharia principles that prioritize justice, transparency, and the avoidance of usury, gharar, and maysir. Digital literacy, particularly in financial matters, is essential to avert illicit online loan fraud.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, leading to a high level of urgency concerning environmental pollution. Currently, within the manufacturing sector, there is an increased emphasis on environmental protection and sustainable production, which has become a key priority for companies. One approach to preventing environmental pollution is the implementation of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM). PT. XYZ is one of the companies that has not yet fully implemented this concept. This is evident from the considerable amount of waste and scrap materials from ship production that remain poorly managed. Based on these circumstances, this study was conducted with the objective of evaluating the performance level of Green Supply Chain Management at the company. The research adopts the Green SCOR model, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for weighting and Objective Matrix (OMAX) for scoring. Data processing is carried out using five Green SCOR models: plan, source, make, deliver, and return, resulting in a total of 26 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Out of the 26 KPIs, 5 fall under the red category, 6 are categorized as yellow, and the remaining 15 are in the green category. The final performance score for Green SCM activities at the company is 7.890, which falls within the yellow category. This indicates an average performance level, where the achievement of the performance indicators has not yet reached the target, although it is nearing the desired goal.

Abstract

Socio-political uncertainty, sluggish economic growth, and the looming threat of a potential "Megathrust" along the southern coast of Java have significantly impacted tourism flow, as observed in Yogyakarta, Garut, and Sukabumi. Amid these challenges, the Special Region of Yogyakarta is actively pursuing its Regional Medium-Term Development Plan through 2025, positioning the area as a new center for economic growth. This paper explores the efforts of Jepitu Village to optimize the potential of marine-based geo-products as a strategic response. Community empowerment initiatives, including mentoring, training, and the application of innovative technologies, have been implemented to enhance local capacity and improve the marketing of marine geoproducts. These efforts have increased motivation and enthusiasm among local MSME partners to produce seafood-based products, improved community understanding of digital marketing systems, and taken initial steps toward implementation. The developed products have undergone testing for nutritional content, presentation aesthetics, and cooking methods. Looking forward, it is expected that the local community will be better equipped to anticipate socio-political and economic disruptions, and to engage in self-mitigation efforts in response to the ever-present threat of a "Megathrust" event.

Abstract

In Indonesia, carbon emissions declarations are still voluntary and their implementation by the business world is still rare. This study analyzes the potential environmental impacts and large emissions resulting from the supply chain traffic light (production and distribution) of traffic lights in two aspects at company in Sidoarjo. This study is relevant to the urgency of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 13, Climate Action. Which emphasizes climate change mitigation and environmentally friendly industrial innovation. Traffic light production and distribution were chosen because of their significant contribution to the company's operations, long production cycles, and high energy consumption. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) was applied to evaluate carbon dioxide emissions and environmental impacts at each process stage. The results showed that the processing and maintenance sub-production had the highest environmental impact, so process optimization was needed. The largest impact in the production cycle was human toxicity water with a value of 4.51. To reduce environmental effects, it is recommended to apply environmentally friendly technologies and optimize raw materials, such as the use of aluminum scrap and water recovery systems. These findings are expected to contribute to emission mitigation strategies and the formulation of sustainable policies for the traffic light manufacturing industry.
