Abstract

This research's objective is to examine the effect of technological characteristics on trust and satisfaction in using a charity crowdfunding platform so that the user will reuse the platform. The use of technology in excellent and sustainable online donation fundraising requires the fulfilment of technological characteristics. A study by Bhattacherjee (2001)) stated that continued use influences information technology's success. Another significant area in information systems research is user satisfaction because it is an essential factor in measuring the use and success of an information system (Bailey and Pearson, 1983; Ives et al., 1983; Doll and Torkzadeh, 1988; Delone and McLean, 1992 in Roca et al., 2006). This study used the purposive sampling method and tested the hypothesis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). This research proves that trust affects the satisfaction of using a charity crowdfunding platform, but not with technological characteristics. Meanwhile, users' satisfaction influences continued use but not trust. Keywords: Technology Characteristics, Continued Use, User Satisfaction, User Trust, Charity Crowdfunding Platform.

Abstract

Kabupaten Demak merupakan salah satu sentra pengahasil jambu air di Jawa Tengah.  Produksi jambu air di Kabupaten Demak mempunyai karakteristik mudah rusak dan berisiko jika terjadi panen raya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi  keputusan petani terhadap penanganan pasca panen jambu air. Sampel penelitian ini dimail sebanyak 72 petani dari tiga gapoktan yaitu Sekar Tani, Sido Maju, dan Tani Sentosa. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik binomial.   Hasil analisi menunjukkan bahwa keputusan petani untuk melakukan penanganan pasca panen dipenagruhi oleh variabel umur, harga dan pekerjaan luar usahatani (off farm). Umur petani yang relatif sudah lanjut usia menyebabkan penurunan peluang keputusan untuk melakukan penanganan pasca panen. Harga dan akses jaringan kerjasama memungkinkan peningkatan peluang keputusan petani untuk melakukan penanganan pasca panen. Oleh karena itu penting dilakukan pelatihan bagi generasi muda untuk pengelolaan usahatani jambu air yang lebih baik terutama penanganan pasca panen.Kata kunci: jambu air, keputusan petani, pascapanen

Abstract

This study examines the integration of the values of the Indonesian Constitution, particularly the teachings of Sunan Drajat, into oral medicine practices and their relevance to the role of modern pharmacists. Values such as empathy, social justice, and community-based services embodied in Sunan Drajat's Pepali Pitu and Catur Pitulung demonstrate substantial alignment with the ethics of the pharmaceutical profession. This study employed a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature review, normative analysis, and historical methods. The results demonstrate that these values can be systematically integrated into the curriculum, training, and practice of pharmacists. Visualizations through diagrams and graphs demonstrate increased public trust in pharmacists based on local values. This integration serves as a foundation for strengthening a healthcare service model that is not only clinical but also rooted in the culture and spirituality of the community.

Abstract

PT Wonojati Wijoyo is a company that produces furniture for export. In carrying out the production process, work accidents often occur. One of the causes is the factor of human negligence. Work accidents that have occurred include torn wounds due to being hit by a machine, legs hit by wood to make them swollen, fingers hit by machines to open wounds, fingers caught in blocks to open wounds. This study aims to determine the value of Human Error Probability (HEP) and recommend improvement strategies for activities that have the potential to cause human errors to minimize work accidents. The method used in the analysis of human error is the HEART method and the SHERPA method. The results showed that there are critical activities that have the potential for human error to occur, namely in 14 subtasks of 9 processes. The highest probability of human error is in the subtask of cutting wood plates using a circle machine with a HEP value of 0.88827 including the high category. While the lowest probability of human error is in the subtask of setting a copy machine with reference wood with a HEP value of 0.00372 including the medium category. One of the recommendations for improvement strategies to minimize work accidents is that the company needs to conduct training on K3 on a scheduled basis with an explanation of the risks that occur if you do not use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Abstract

Infrastructure development in an area, including the construction of toll roads, is aimed at developing a region and increasing the economy of the region. The construction of the toll road which is connected from Krian-Manyar-Gresik is carried out to facilitate traffic connecting the two cities. Traffic jams often occur at the link between the two cities. Congestion that occurs is usually caused by an increase in the volume of vehicles. Therefore, the construction of a toll road connecting the two cities is the best alternative. This research aimed to know government policies effectiveness in the construction of this toll road. The method used in this research is to use a dynamic system approach. From the results of the traffic simulation model design, it is found that the construction of toll roads is considered very influential and can be a way out of congestion problems. This is due to a decrease in the degree of saturation of congestion and although there is an increase from year to year, it is only slightly and not too significant. So the researchers suggest to continue the planned toll road construction project.

Abstract

Website Mejing Garden hadir menjawab kebutuhan Mitra PkM yang koleksinya belum terinventarisir dengan baik. Dikemas dalam bentuk website bertujuan mengenalkan kepada warga masyarakat koleksi taman anggrek satu-satunya di Gunung Kidul agar dapat menjadi sarana dan media edukasi bagi warga yang ingin berbudidaya anggrek khususnya di kawasan pegunungungan, khususnya di Kawasan Cagar Alam Geologi (KCAG) dan Geoheritage Gunungapi Purba Gunung Ireng. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Mejing Garden terdiri dari wawancara, inventarisasi data, rancang bangun dan sosialisasi yang dilakukan selama kurang lebih 4 (empat) bulan sejak bulan September 2023. Kendala yang dihadapi Mitra Pkm berupa kendala paradigma masyarakat yang masih menganggap budidaya anggrek mahal dan tidak mudah (sulit), keterbatasan modal usaha dan link/network, musim kemarau bekepanjangan (el nino) dan hama kutu gajah yang kerap melanda dan menghabisi koleksi anggrek yang ada. Tentunya dengan hadirnya Website Mejing Garden diharapkan dokumentasi koleksi anggrek Mejing Garden terinventarisasi dengan baik dan warga makin mengenal jenis-jenis anggrek di Mejing Garden yang mudah dibudidayakan di kawasan pegunungan.

Abstract

Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami banyak perubahan, salah satunya muncul keterampilan yang harus dimiliki setiap siswa yaitu keterampilan abad 21. Dengan itu, muncullah pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk mendorong siswa memiliki keterampilan abad 21. Artikel ini membahas pentingnya perancangan modul pembelajaran sebagai landasan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang mendorong kolaborasi dan kreativitas siswa. Melalui metode penelitian studi literatur konsep pembelajaran berbasis proyek, artikel ini menyoroti strategi perancangan modul yang tidak hanya memandu siswa dalam pencapaian kompetensi, tetapi juga memberikan ruang bagi kolaborasi aktif dan pengembangan potensi kreatif siswa. Diharapkan artikel ini dapat memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang cara mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek ke dalam modul ajar, membentuk lingkungan pembelajaran yang dinamis, inklusif, dan merangsang perkembangan kreativitas siswa.

Abstract

AbstractUnstable price fluctuations in the market have an impact on the crisis, in these conditions the government is required to present. But the presence of the government is not only the main way to out from the crisis, because the presence of the government is only one of four factors that can influence the functioning of the market mechanism. One of Islamic thinker who has an idea of market mechanisms and price fixing is Ibn Khaldun. One of his books that studies market mechanisms is the Muqoddimah. In the book of MuqaddimahIbn Khaldun wrote a special chapter discusses the mechanism of prices on the market, that chapter is titled “the prices in the city”.This article studies about Ibn Khaldun's Islamic Economic Thought, especially about market mechanisms and pricing in Islam. After analyzed, the authors conclude that according to Ibn Khaldun there are four factors that influence the process of the market mechanism: 1). Price Theory 2). Value Theory 3). Work Specialization 4). Country. While the price determination of Ibn Khaldun argues: 1). The government are not advised to intervene the market price, because it will have an impact on the market price instability. 2). Regarding to the Supply and Demand, Ibnu Khaldun argued that: The supply of staples for a big cities residents is much greater than the supply of staples for small cities residents. As for demand, Ibn Khaldun said: “If a city develops and its population increases, so people will prosper, then it will cause an increase in demand for goods, and consequently the prices will rise”. Key Word: Economic Balance, Market Mechanisms, Pricing and Ibn Khaldun

ABSTRACT In this globalization era, there are many issues in the development of global competition, including unlimited free competition in a particular region or country. This freedom to do business has become the demands and needs of the world community from any angle. So the existence of Human Resource Management (MSDI) is very important for Islamic banking in managing and using Human Resources that function productively, effectively, and efficiently to be able to survive and compete in the global arena.Human Resources is an infinite gift from Allah SWT, but if human resources are not managed properly, then an institution or company, even the country will be left behind and could be down. An institution, company and country that is unable to progress, the problem is not the quality of the Human Resources, but on the quality of Human Resources Management, how many bad the Human Resources there, if managed properly, it will produce  institutions, companies and developed countries. Abstract

Managing the production capability of a company is undoubtedly the main concentration in the manufacturing industry. Industries must consider the materials and resources supplied for making a master production schedule. The lack of material supply from a supplier results in the inefficiency of the production process. The supply disruption of raw materials results in problems for the rest of the stages in the production process. As a result, companies experience difficulties in meeting the predetermined target. This research used an integration of RCCP and CCR to solve the problem. Optimization of CCR implies the TOC (theory of constraint) principle by reducing the percentage of overload until reaching a balanced (optimal) condition. This research aims to balance and optimize the ongoing production process. It took place in a manufacturing company that produces building materials serving the market in Indonesia. The results show that during the observation period, the current production system has experienced system overload for about 70% of the production period. The results of the RCCP analysis provide recommendations for improving the master production schedule to increase the effectiveness of the production system.
