Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola kemitraan di PT. Kebun Tebu Mas, mengetahui biaya serta pendapatan petani mitra. Analisis data berupa analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif berdasarkan data primer dan data skunder. Analisis kuntitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan usaha tani dan pendapatan biaya usaha tani dengan R/C ratio diperoleh dari masing-masing petani tebu mitra. Pola kemitraan antara petani dengan PT. Kebun Tebu Mas adalah pola kemitraan sub kontrak, yaitu setiap tahun petani yang ingin tetap bermitra dengan PT. Kebun Tebu Mas akan menanda tangani perpanjangan kontrak. Biaya produksi sebesar Rp.32.844.755 dan biaya penerimaan sebesar Rp.56.707.620 sehingga diperoleh nilai R/C Ratio sebesar 1,7. Pendapatan rata-rata petani yang diperoleh setelah bermitra dengan PT. Kebun Tebu Mas yaitu sebesar Rp. 23.862.865/ha.

Abstract

Terbatasnya literatur yang ada dalam pembahasan bangunan dasar ilmu pengetahuan melahirkan banyak pertanyaan. Apa itu bangunan dasar ilmu pengtahuan?,  Perlukah ilmu pengetahuan memiliki bangunan dasar? Bagaimana enam komponen tersebut menjadi sangat penting dalam ilmu pengetahuan?. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (Library Reasearch), dimana penulis mengumpulkan bermacam literatur yang relevan dan menjadikannya sebuah penelitian baru. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, Bangunan dasar ilmu pengetahuan menurut A.J Bahm merupakan sebuah landasan terstruktur yang terdiri atas enam komponen penting, hal tersebut menjadikan setiap ilmu pengetahuan harus mempunyai sebuah bangunan dasar, enam komponen dalam bangunan dasar  memberikan indikator dalam melahirkan sebuah ilmu pengetahuan diantaranya; Masalah, Sikap, Metode, Aktivitas. Kesimpulan dan Pengaruh. Dengan adanya indikator yang terstruktur tersebut, ilmu pengetahuan menjadi lebih kredibel dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Diharapkan, dengan adanya artikel ini, dapat menambah wawasan terkait dengan Bangunan Dasar Ilmu Pengetahuan baik bagi penulis maupun pembaca, serta dapat berimplikasi dalam kehidupan Masyarakat.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang hubungan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAN 1 Palembang. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Hubungan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di MAN 1 Palembang, 2) untuk mengetahui Pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di MAN 1 Palembang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, karena peneliti membutuhkan data-data dalam bentuk angka. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif kuantitatif, uji kolerasi, simultan dan parsial dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dengan yang dibuktikan menggunakan uji kolerasi pearson nilai Fhitung yaitu sebesar 4686,5 sedangkan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan 0,000 yang mana nilainya lebih kecil dari 0,05. 2) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru namun tidak signifikan  hal ini dibuktikan dengan perhitungan koefisien determinan dengan nilai 0,108. Angka tersebut mengandung arti bahwa variabel X berhubungan dengan variabel Y sebesar 10,8% atau tergolong  rendah,  sedangkan  sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

This study aims to assess the company's performance by analyzing financial aspects, service aspects, operational aspects, and human resource aspects at the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Water Drinking Magelang City. The performance assessment at the company has the aim of seeing and measuring the level of management performance in managing the BUMD and knowing the level of effectiveness and efficiency of management. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the Perumda Water Drinking Magelang City. This study uses data documentation techniques obtained from the financial statements of the Magelang City Water Company. The analysis used is an analysis of financial performance and non-financial performance based on the SPAM Implementation Improvement Agency (BPPSPAM) as a Non-Structural Institution at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. The results of the calculation of the analysis of financial aspects, service aspects, operational aspects, and human resource aspects at the Perumda in Magelang City show a healthy level of performance. This shows that the Magelang City Water Supply Corporation has performed well.

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar and Progressivism want changes for the better and with quality. Education practitioners, especially teachers, need to address the change process wisely. This study aims to describe Merdeka Belajar from the point of view of Progressivism in educational renewal—writing method with literature review (literature review). The literature review is carried out by collecting data from various sources of literature as a source of ideas to explore new ideas so that a new theoretical framework can be developed as a basis for solving problems. The results of the writing show that Merdeka Belajar is an effort towards quality education, creating innovative and fun education, and building superior, intelligent, creative human resources to face future challenges; The concept of Merdeka Belajar has parallels with the concept of Progressivism emphasizing independence and freedom for teachers, students, schools towards implementing education in a better direction; Merdeka Belajar in the perspective of Progressivism has relevance to the teacher as an agent of change. Based on these results, the agent of change for teachers implies that teachers are very influential in the renewal of quality education. He was changing himself to act professionally, encouraging students to always progress as a generation that will respond to the challenges of changing times, in line with the goal of Merdeka Belajar in the perspective of Progressivism.

Abstract

Low student learning outcomes can come from students, teachers, low motivation, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, students being less active in the learning process, and a lack of variety in learning methods and learning media used by teachers. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of mysterious envelope learning media on student motivation and learning outcomes in social studies subjects. This research uses a preexperimental design with one group preset-posttest. The sample for this research was class VIII E students at MTs Negeri 2 Probolinggo, totaling 20 students. Data analysis used SPSS 22, namely descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, paired/dependent t test. The research results obtained from questionnaire data and pretest and posttest scores for class VIII E MTs Negeri 2 Probolinggo students show that there are differences in learning motivation and student learning outcomes between before receiving treatment and after receiving treatment. Because the student learning motivation data has a value of t=52.838> 2.02269, thus H0 is rejected and Hi1 is accepted. And in the pretest-posttest value, the value of t = 23.006 > 2.02269, thus H0 is rejected and Hi2 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of the mysterious envelope learning media on students' motivation and social studies learning outcomes.

Abstract

Language and media are interesting topics to study. Considering that language has criteria in society, the media will not be spared as a means of communication. Over time, language has many variations that cannot be seen from just one aspect, but needs to be seen from other accompanying aspects. One of them is the “Why” aspect. The "why" aspect in language, especially news media, is now the target of why such things can appear in society, one of which is fake news (hoax). This research article is a type of qualitative descriptive research. This research takes the topic of forensic linguistics based on language crimes in the media. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method. The aims of this research are (1) to describe what forms of language crime are found in the spread of fake news (hoaxes) in the reporting of "Official Vaccine Certificates Without Vaccination" and (2) to describe aspects of a comprehensive perspective and its usefulness in society. The data in this study is a form of language crime in terms of defamation and criminality in news or photos circulating around the news "Official Vaccine Certificate Without Vaccination". The data source used in this study is online media which reports fake news (hoaxes) about "Official Vaccine Certificates Without Vaccination". The type of data collection technique uses the mark-reading technique (read-note). Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, and presenting data. The results of this study found that with media that has a wider variety and discussion, the news can become confusing and possibly fake news (hoax), considering that language and society cannot be seen from just one aspect. So that with the news circulating, it can result in defamation and criminality for the parties concerned or those who feel aggrieved. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to develop learning media of animated games in the subject of the History of Islamic Cultural, to determine product feasibility assessments from media experts, and teacher and student responses to media through questionnaires. This type of research is Research and Development (RD). The game is designed using the Construct 2 application. This research uses the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research produces learning media in the form of computer-based animation game applications. The results of the study concluded that the animated game learning media for the subject of the History of Islamic Cultural with material from the Umayyad Dynasty was in the “Very Good” category and was suitable for use.Keywords: Learning Media, Animation Game, History of Islamic Culture

Abstract

Poverty is defined as one of the recurring core problems in human life. Poverty is a problem that is often encountered but never resolved in both developing and developed countries. Understanding the extent to which the Human Development Index (IPM), Economic Growth (GDP), Capital Expenditure, and the Open Unemployment Rate affect the poverty rate in East Java Province from 2002-2021 are all the overall objectives of this research. This analysis uses multiple regression models using time series data. The results of this study show that the HDI and capital expenditures have a significant negative effect on the poverty rate in East Java. Meanwhile Economic Growth (GDP) and Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) have a positive and significant influence on Poverty in East Java.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aspek krusial dalam keberhasilan organisasi. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tantangan, strategi, dan inovasi dalam pengelolaan SDM di berbagai organisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan analisis dokumen dari praktisi SDM yang berpengalaman di berbagai industri. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tantangan utama seperti menarik dan mempertahankan talenta, membangun budaya organisasi yang positif, mengembangkan keterampilan karyawan, mengelola keanekaragaman, serta menjaga keseimbangan antara produktivitas dan kesejahteraan karyawan. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, organisasi menerapkan strategi seperti perekrutan yang efektif, program pengembangan kepemimpinan, pelatihan berkelanjutan, kebijakan kompensasi yang kompetitif, dan hubungan industrial yang harmonis. Selain itu, inovasi dalam pengelolaan SDM menjadi semakin penting, seperti analitik SDM, penggunaan teknologi AI dan machine learning, desain pengalaman karyawan, model kerja fleksibel, serta integrasi aspek keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi organisasi dalam mengembangkan praktik pengelolaan SDM yang efektif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan untuk menghadapi dinamika bisnis yang terus berubah dan menjaga daya saing.Keywords:  pengelolaan SDM; tantangan SDM; strategi SDM; inovasi SDM.
