Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of affective learning strategies in Akidah Akhlak subjects to enhance students' self-control at MTs Muhammadiyah 02 Purbalingga. Affective learning strategies focus on character development through the inculcation of religious values such as patience, honesty, and discipline, aimed at helping students manage their emotions, thoughts, and behavior in daily life. The research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with Akidah Akhlak teachers, the principal, and students, as well as classroom observation. Data analysis was conducted using thematic coding to identify patterns in the implementation of affective learning strategies and their impact on students' self-control. The findings indicate that the implementation of affective learning strategies is carried out through five main stages: receiving, responding, valuing, organization, and characterization. Each stage involves structured approaches, such as using inspirational stories from the Qur'an and Hadith, group discussions, value reflections, and case study simulations. These strategies successfully enhanced students' self-control, particularly in emotional regulation, wise decision-making, and consistent behavior aligned with Islamic values. This study concludes that affective learning strategies play a vital role in improving students' self-control. Systematic and collaborative implementation can assist madrasahs in producing a generation that is faithful, knowledgeable, and morally upright, in line with the vision of Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi retorika dalam pidato kenegaraan Presiden Prabowo Subianto pada Sidang Tahunan MPR RI Tahun 2025 serta relevansinya sebagai alternatif teknik pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara siswa. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keterampilan berbicara sebagai salah satu keterampilan berbicara sebagai salah satu keterampilan berbahasa produktif yang tidak hanya menuntut kelancaran berbahasa, tetapi juga kemampuan menyampaikan gagasan secara logis, persuasif, dan berkarakter. Dalam konteks pembelajaran, diperlukan teknik yang kontekstual dan inspiratif agar siswa mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berbicara secara efektif. Salah satu alternatif teknik pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan adalah teknik pemodelan pidato retoris, yaitu pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara melalui penyajian contoh pidato yang autentik sebagai model bagi siswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori Aristoteles yaitu ethos, pathos, dan logos. Data penelitian berupa video pidato Presiden Prabowo Subianto melalui kanal YouTube Kompas.com dan dianalisis melalui dokumentasi dan transkripsi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, dan menafsirkan data berdasarkan unsur ethos, pathos, dan logos, serta mengaitkannya dengan indikator keterampilaan berbicara siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Presiden Prabowo Subianto dominan dan konsisten menggunakan strategi retorika Aristoteles, strategi ethos untuk membangun kredibilitas dan citra dirinya sebagai seorang pemimpin, lalu pathos digunakan untuk membangkitkan emosional dan empati audiens, dan logos digunakan untuk menyampaikan argumen logis dan disertai data. Strategi retorika tersebut sejalan dengan keterampilan berbicara siswa yaitu sikap dan ekspresi, kejelasan pengucapan (artikulasi), ketepatan diksi, keterpaduan isi (koherensi), kesesuaian isi dengan tema, sikap dan ekspresi, intonasi dan volume suara. Oleh karena itu, pidato kenegaraan Presiden Prabowo Subianto dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif teknik pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara yang kontekstual, reflektif, dan inspiratif bagi siswa khususnya pada jejang SMA/MA/SMK kelas XI.

Abstract

 Analysis of Feminism Studies in the Novel entitled “Don’t Blame Me for Cheating” by Rifani April. The aim of this research is to find out the study of feminism contained in the novel ‘Don’t Blame Me for Cheating’ by Rifani April which is interesting to study so that it can be used as a message by researchers and readers. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method and the research technique used is a qualitative analysis technique, in the form of quotation and interpretation data from female characters in the novel ‘Don’t Blame Me for Cheating’ by Rifani April. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the research showed that there was one female figure who was studied regarding feminism from a Marxist perspective, namely the wife (Anna), who was full of love and attention to her husband (Dimas) for many years but was instead rewarded with painful betrayal. Shows how her husband systematically oppresses and abuses Anna, both verbally and emotionally. So Anna starts having an affair again with her old friend Reyhan with the aim of revenge so that Dimas feels what Anna feels. The conclusion that can be obtained from this research is the study of feminism carried out by husbands towards wives, such as belittling their feelings and controlling them, which leads to infidelity, injustice, oppression, and women’s psychological image rights in terms of reproduction. This gives rise to feelings of revenge carried out by the wife against her husband. To have an affair so that the husband is deterred from the behavior he has carried out during the marriage.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the company's performance by analyzing financial aspects, service aspects, operational aspects, and human resource aspects at the Regional Public Company (Perumda) Water Drinking Magelang City. The performance assessment at the company has the aim of seeing and measuring the level of management performance in managing the BUMD and knowing the level of effectiveness and efficiency of management. The research method used is descriptive quantitative by using secondary data obtained from the financial statements of the Perumda Water Drinking Magelang City. This study uses data documentation techniques obtained from the financial statements of the Magelang City Water Company. The analysis used is an analysis of financial performance and non-financial performance based on the SPAM Implementation Improvement Agency (BPPSPAM) as a Non-Structural Institution at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. The results of the calculation of the analysis of financial aspects, service aspects, operational aspects, and human resource aspects at the Perumda in Magelang City show a healthy level of performance. This shows that the Magelang City Water Supply Corporation has performed well.
