Abstract

Implementasi program pelatihan kerja kepala sekolah terkait dengan perekrutan staf pengajar di SDN Bucor Kulon I. Salah satu pemain kunci dalam hal ini adalah kepala sekolah, yang merupakan pengelola tanggung jawab manajemen dan teknologi pendidikan dan yang percaya bahwa dia akan melakukannya mampu mengelola sumber daya fakultas melalui metode seperti ujian sertifikasi guru, kursus pelatihan profesional, dan pemberian beasiswa siswa. Kata «kepala dan sekolah» digabungkan menjadi «kepala sekolah». Guru bisa disebut sebagai ketua atau pimpinan dalam suatu organisasi, tetapi sekolah adalah lembaga yang tugas utamanya adalah menyelenggarakan proses pengajaran. Pembelajaran adalah landasan dari semua kegiatan akademik; dibutuhkan bentuk interaksi antara siswa dan guru untuk memastikan bahwa setiap siswa memiliki keterampilan akademik, ekonomi, sosial, dan etika yang diperlukan. Target kepala sekolah memutuskan skala utama di rencana sekolah, targetkepala sekolah menentukan kebiasaan dan iklim sekolah yang kondusif dan inovatif dalam melakukan program sekolah, apa yang dikerjakan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of MSME taxpayer compliance in accordance with Law Number 7 of 2021 and to find out what factors influence MSME taxpayer compliance and provide a reference regarding MSME taxpayer compliance which can later be used as a research evaluation method in the field of taxation regarding subsequent MSME taxpayer compliance. The methodology used in this research is a literature review using narrative and descriptive techniques. The research results showed that there were 31 articles sourced from Sinta indexed journals for the 2021-2023 period. From the mapping that has been carried out, the research topic regarding taxpayer compliance dominates with 21 articles, while MSME taxpayer compliance has 9 articles, and Law Number 7 of 2021 has 1 article. Most researchers use quantitative methods as the basis of their research.

Abstract

Cognitive development is often identified with the development of intelligence. Cognitive development is the basis for the development of intelligence in children. In early childhood, knowledge is still subjective, and will develop into objective when it reaches adolescent and adult development. This is where it is important for teachers and parents to supervise children's lives in the surrounding environment. Based on the results of the findings obtained through activities to improve cognitive abilities to recognize colors using Pompom media, 2 (two) cycles were carried out through observing the ability to recognize colors and grouping colors using Pompom media. In the observation activity, the ability to recognize colors and group colors using pompom media starting from cycle I, cycle II shows that the students' ability to recognize colors and group colors using Pompom media is very good, this is in accordance with the percentage of observation results recognizing colors and grouping colors using Pompom media in cycle I namely the highest percentage from 75%, to 100% in cycle II. The overall average was from 48.4% in cycle I to 75.8% in cycle II.

Abstract

Penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan terjadinya resistensi kuman atau bakteri. Resistensi terhadap antibiotik merupakan suatu fenomena dimana bakteri menjadi kebal terhadap antibiotik dan tidak mampu membunuh atau kuman menjadi kebal terhadap obat Indonesia merupakan salah satu dari 12 negara yang paling rentan terkena resistensi antibiotik mencapai 53-62%, hal ini disebabkan oleh masyarakat yang berhenti minum antibiotik saat sudah merasa sembuh ketika mereka merasa sudah sembuh. Metode yang digunakan untuk promosi kesehatan menggunakan metode kombinasi. Metode kombinasi merupakan gabungan antara metode langsung dan tidak langsung. Metode langsung yang digunakan dalam edukasi DAGUSIBU antibiotik sebagai pencegahan resistensi ini menggunakan Slide Power Point. Metode tidak langsung menggunakan media leaflet dan poster. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang DAGUSIBU antibiotik kepada masyarakat Dusun Sambilegilor RW 54. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai pretets yang dilakukan sebesar 68,39% dan persentase nilai postest yang diperoleh peserta yaitu 83,33%. Hasil pretest dan postest didapatkan adanya peningkatan nilai setelah kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan pengetahuan dan kesadaran Ibu-ibu PKK akan DAGUSIBU antibiotik di masyarakat. Selain itu, hasil postest sangatlah penting untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh penyuluhan terhadap pengetahuan yang didapat oleh Ibu-ibu PKK. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyuluhan tentang DAGUSIBU antibiotik terhadap masyarakat Sambilegilor RW 54 Sleman menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan masyarakat dapat dilihat dari persentase nilai pretest yang diperoleh oleh masyarakat dari kategori cukup menjadi kategori baik setelah diberikan penyuluhan.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendekatan yang memastikan semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus, mendapatkan akses yang setara dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi model pembelajaran inklusif dalam meningkatkan akses pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah reguler. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen di beberapa sekolah inklusif. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inklusif memerlukan dukungan dari berbagai aspek, seperti kesiapan guru, kondisi kurikulum, fasilitas pendukung, serta peran orang tua dan masyarakat. Kendala utama yang ditemukan meliputi kurangnya pelatihan bagi tenaga pendidik, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan stigma sosial. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi penguatan kapasitas guru, peningkatan fasilitas pendidikan, serta kolaborasi antara sekolah, pemerintah, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih ramah dan aksesibel bagi semua siswa. Kesimpulan : Dengan implementasi yang tepat, pendidikan inklusif dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan prestasi akademik anak berkebutuhan khusus, serta mendorong terciptanya sistem pendidikan yang lebih adil dan berkelana.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the human development index and economic growth on unemployment and poverty in Aceh. This research uses secondary data with a time series of 2013-2022 with the scope of Jogjakarta province. This research model uses a path analysis model using the Eviews application. The results of this research show that the number of labor force directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty. The human development index directly has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level The number of labor force directly has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate. The human development index directly has a positive and significant effect on unemployment. The poverty level directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate. Indirectly, the number of labor force has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty. Indirectly, the human development index has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty.

Abstract

Early childhood education teachers in Indonesia often lack standardized tools to assess their pedagogical and professional competence. This study aims to develop and validate a reliable self-evaluation instrument by identifying key competency dimensions to support early childhood teachers in reflecting on their professional practices. The instrument consists of 39 items encompassing seven competency dimensions: evaluation and reflection skills, holistic educational approach, curriculum mastery, learning activity design, professionalism, technology integration, and communication. Data were collected using a 4-point Likert scale from 276 respondents for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and 978 respondents for confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). EFA was used to identify the instrument's underlying factor structure, while CFA tested the model's fit with empirical data. The EFA results indicate that seven factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted, explaining 60.378% of the total variance across the 39 items. CFA results confirm that the conceptual model aligns with empirical data, with all standardized loading factors found to be significant. Construct reliability, measured using Composite Reliability (CR), shows that four of the seven dimensions have satisfactory reliability (CR > 0.70), while the remaining three dimensions demonstrate moderate reliability. This study contributes to early childhood education by presenting a validated and reliable self-assessment instrument to measure early childhood teachers’ pedagogical and professional competence. The instrument supports teachers in reflecting on their teaching practices and promotes ongoing professional development. It also offers a foundational tool for policymakers and institutions to improve teacher quality. Future research can examine its applicability in various educational contexts and evaluate its effectiveness in guiding targeted development programs.

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan model pembelajaran guru yang kurang bervariasi. Guru menganggap bahwa model konvensional merupakan model pembelajaran tercepat dalam menyelesaikan materi sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Hidayah Miru Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy eksperimen dengan desain kontrol non-ekuivalen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Hidayah Miru Lamongan Semester II Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes prestasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan independent sample t-test diperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,532 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,015 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Oleh karena itu, ada pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif STAD terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa kelas VII MTs Al-Hidayah Miru Lamongan khususnya materi pemanasan global. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of Internet Banking services and their impact on customer satisfaction at State Owned Banks in Bandung before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The seven independent variables used are response speed, data security, ease of use, user interface quality, accessibility, service availability, service quality, and information and communication technology, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The survey method was used to collect data from 100 respondents who are customers of State-Owned Banks in Bandung. Multiple regression analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable accompanied by a different test. The results showed that Internet Banking Service Quality during and after the Covid 19 Pandemic period had a positive and significant effect simultaneously, while partially only the Service Quality and Information and Communication Technology variables had a positive and significant effect during and after Covid 19, while other variables had a positive effect but not significant. In addition, this study also concluded that there was a decrease in the Information and Communication Technology and Service Quality variables after the pandemic compared to during the pandemic from customer perceptions. The implication is that in the New Normal era, apart from the two dominant aspects mentioned above, there are indications that State Owned Bank is trying to improve its service quality through other variables to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The role of learning media in the learning process is very important because it can foster student interest and activeness. One of the media that can be used in the learning process is macromedia flash-based learning media. Macromedia flash media can combine images, writing and sound. This research and development aims to determine the feasibility of the product based on the validity, practicality and effectiveness of macromedia flash-based learning media on simple aircraft material. This research was developed using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages. The instruments used are validation sheets to determine the suitability of the media, student response questionnaires to determine the practicality and post test questions to determine the effectiveness of the media. The data obtained is qualitative data in the form of input and suggestions from validators and quantitative data in the form of assessment scores obtained from validation sheets of validation assessment results from media experts, material experts and practitioners, practicality data obtained from the results of student response questionnaires and data obtained from the completeness of learning outcomes. students in the form of a post test. Based on the research results, it is known that; 1) The validation result score was 90.7% with very valid criteria 2) The student response questionnaire score was 97% with very practical criteria 3) The post test score was 80% with effective criteria
