Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of microcredit on the level of community welfare in Kecamatan Sumbawa, with study locations in Kelurahan Pekat and Brang Bara. Microcredit is positioned as one of the strategic instruments in efforts to empower the economy of low-income communities, especially through increasing access to financing, income generation, and social welfare. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The study population consisted of 100 micro-entrepreneurs in the two villages who had received microcredit from local financial institutions. The variables analyzed include ease of credit access (X1), credit repayment (X2), income (Y), and community welfare (Z) which acts as a mediating variable. The results of the analysis show that easy access to microcredit does not have a significant effect on income or community welfare. In contrast, the variable of microcredit repayment has a positive and significant effect on community welfare. In addition, income also has a positive and significant influence on welfare, indicating that an increase in income is a key factor in determining the economic and social welfare of microcredit recipient households. This finding confirms that the success of the microcredit program is more influenced by the effectiveness of the management and sustainability of the credit repayment system, rather than solely by the ease of access to financing.

Abstract

Aceh is a special autonomous region within the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, as recognized in Article 18B of the 1945 Constitution. The prolonged conflict between the Central Government and the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) was resolved through the Memorandum of Understanding in Helsinki, which laid the foundation for the establishment of the Wali Nanggroe Institution (LWN). The existence of the LWN is regulated under Law Number 11 of 2006 on the Governance of Aceh, as well as Aceh Qanun Number 8 of 2012 and Qanun Number 9 of 2013. The LWN is positioned as an independent customary leadership institution functioning as a unifying body for the Acehnese people under the leadership of the Wali Nanggroe. This study examines whether the existence of the LWN aligns with the concept of Aceh’s special autonomy, evaluates its effectiveness, analyzes its participation in governance, and formulates an ideal framework for its future role. The research employs a normative juridical method with a prescriptive analytical specification, complemented by an empirical juridical approach through literature review and field interviews. The findings indicate that the LWN has not functioned effectively. Its large institutional structure is disproportionate to its duties and functions, resulting in significant budgetary burdens. The perceived political alignment of the Wali Nanggroe has reduced public trust and weakened its neutral role as a unifying figure, particularly amid political dynamics between the Aceh Government and the Aceh Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRA). In addition, the lack of harmonious relations between the LWN and the Katibul Wali has hindered institutional performance. The study recommends revising the relevant qanun by simplifying the institutional structure, clarifying internal relations, and strengthening the independence and moral authority of the Wali Nanggroe within the framework of Aceh’s special autonomy.

Abstract

  The optimization of Social Capital in Indonesia’s sustainable rural tourism development is frequently constrained by inconsistent community participation. Previous research has demonstrated that a structured intervention, termed Social Engineering (SE), successfully optimizes Social Capital and triggers holistic village development. This study aims to test the universality and local contingency of that specific SE framework. Using the case study of Bukit Lawang village, we replicate the model's examination outside its original socio-cultural context in Sumatra (e.g., Java and Bali). The research posits that the success of this replication is fundamentally dependent on identifying socio-cultural contingency variables that necessitate adaptive implementation. The anticipated outcome is the formulation of an Adaptation Matrix for policy guidance, offering a tested implementation model to achieve inclusive, quantifiable (based on the Village Development Index/IPD), and sustainable growth across diverse cultural landscapes in Indonesia

Abstract

This study examines the impact of internal communication on employee loyalty in the event industry. A quantitative associative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and literature review from 33 current and former employees of CV Soundtrack Indonesia using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that internal communication has a significant and very strong relationship with employee loyalty, with an average internal communication score of 3.94. The regression equation obtained was Y = 1.965+0.465X with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.945. Internal communication explains 87.7% of employee loyalty, while the remaining 12.3% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Komunikasi tidak akan pernah lepas dari kehidupan masnusia. Manusia membutuhkan komunikasi untuk berinteraksi dengan makhluk sosial lainnya di manapun ia berada. Komunikasi tercipta baik melalui pesan verbal maupun non vabral yang terjadi pada makhluk sosial dan tidak luput dari bantuan lingkungan di sekitarnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui adaptasi speech code dalam komunikasi antar budaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data mengguanakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Adapaun analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi yang di alami warga pendatang terhadap warga lokal di kampung yafadas cenderung menggunakan asimilasi, integrasi, dan hibriditas budaya. Ketiga metode adaptasi ini sering di lakukan dalam prosesnya saat berinteraksi di kampung yafdas. Namun dari ketiga metode adaptasi speech code yang paling cocok di terapkan adalah hibriditas budaya. Hibriditas budaya ini sangat cocok bagi warga pendatang sebagai perantau karena masih dapat mempeertahankan speech code asalnya, sehingga warga pendatang dapat berbaur dan sering kali memakai atau meniru dialek warga lokal sebagai bentuk negosiasi serta adaptasi untuk menghasilkan persepsi yang memadai dari lingkungan masyarakat di kampung Yafdas.

Abstract

The quality of health services at the Public Health Center, or Public health, is greatly influenced by the process of providing health services. Quality is related to good service, namely the attitude or way of officers in serving customers or the community satisfactorily. The patient will be satisfied if the service he gets is at least the same or exceeds the patient's expectations. Meanwhile, dissatisfaction will arise if the results do not meet the patient's expectations. This study aimed to analyze service quality's effect on the satisfaction of low economic patient at the Jember Regency Health Center. The research uses quantitative research with survey methods. The population is a community with the poor category of DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) and participates in the National Health Insurance from the Social Service Of 230,411 people in 8 Public Health Center areas. The total sample was 384 respondents. A sampling of Simple Random techniques. Data collection in the form of documentation and interviews with questionnaires. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis was used to test the hypothesis of the influence of predisposing factors and enabling factors on service quality, the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Jember Regency Health Center, and the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Jember Regency Health Center with moderate variables that can strengthen or hinder the attitude of officers. The analysis is continued with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the LPPOM MPU Aceh supervision system in ensuring business operators’ post-certification commitment to halal certification. The background to the research is the phenomenon of inconsistent compliance by business operators with halal standards, as revealed by the 2023 inspection, which found that 26.4% of 87 businesses in Banda Aceh did not meet halal standards despite holding valid certificates. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, combining primary data from in-depth interviews with LPPOM MPU Aceh officials, halal auditors, and business operators, alongside secondary data from supervision reports and relevant regulations. The research findings indicate that LPPOM MPU Aceh implements a multi-layered supervision mechanism through routine and unannounced inspections, with 39 auditors overseeing 900–1,000 business units. Practices on the ground face complex challenges, including a limited auditor-to-business operator ratio (1:23–26), a lack of operational funding, and a gap in business operators’ understanding of the principles of the Halal Assurance System (SJPH), which reduces the effectiveness of supervision by 20–30% with coverage of only 60–70% of priority targets. Violations identified include the use of non-certified ingredients, cross-contamination, and non-compliance with product composition requirements. This study concludes that although the supervision system based on Aceh Qanun No. 8 of 2016 has served as a structured compliance framework, its effectiveness requires improvement through digital transformation grounded in risk management, institutional capacity building, and the development of a more adaptive supervision model tailored to SME characteristics.

Abstract

PT. Tri Alfa Sinar Mandiri, as a public facility management company, faces challenges in parking management efficiency, where the previous system had limitations in real-time visual monitoring and relied heavily on manual operator input. This manual process often leads to queues and is prone to errors in recording physical vehicle data. This research aims to implement a Smart Parking System based on Computer Vision using IP Cameras directly integrated with a Java-based desktop application. Unlike previous developments that used the Waterfall method, this study applies the Prototyping method to facilitate iterative testing of camera hardware integration and image processing library accuracy. The system is designed to automatically capture video streams when a vehicle is detected, perform visual validation without physical interaction, and store image data into the database. Test results demonstrate that the integration of Java Libraries with IP Cameras successfully displays real-time monitoring and accelerates transaction processes at entry and exit posts. This implementation provides a modern solution that significantly improves security and operational efficiency compared to conventional systems

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi, keberagaman budaya dan interaksi internasional semakin meningkat, menuntut sistem pendidikan, termasuk pendidikan Islam, untuk beradaptasi dengan dinamika tersebut. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi integrasi multikulturalisme dan resolusi konflik dalam pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam konteks global yang semakin pluralistik. Multikulturalisme dalam pendidikan Islam berupaya untuk menghargai dan mengakomodasi keberagaman budaya tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai inti agama. Sementara itu, resolusi konflik memainkan peran penting dalam mengelola perbedaan dan ketegangan yang muncul di lingkungan pendidikan yang multikultural. Artikel ini membahas pendekatan-pendekatan efektif dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikulturalisme ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam, pelatihan untuk pendidik, dan partisipasi komunitas. Studi kasus dari berbagai negara yang telah menerapkan praktik terbaik juga dianalisis untuk memberikan wawasan tentang strategi yang berhasil. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip multikulturalisme dan resolusi konflik secara efektif dapat memperkuat kualitas pendidikan Islam dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk berinteraksi secara positif dalam masyarakat global yang beragam. Rekomendasi diusulkan untuk pengembangan kurikulum, pelatihan guru, dan kebijakan pendidikan guna mendukung inklusi dan harmoni dalam pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika integritas akademik, khususnya plagiarisme dan kejujuran, dalam perspektif akhlak Islam pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi untuk memahami pengalaman mahasiswa terkait praktik integritas akademik. Subjek penelitian berjumlah delapan mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui purposive dan snowball sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi terbatas, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa telah memahami konsep integritas akademik serta menyadari bahwa plagiarisme bertentangan dengan nilai kejujuran (ṣidq) dan amanah dalam akhlak Islam. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara pemahaman dan praktik akibat tekanan akademik, orientasi nilai, manajemen waktu yang kurang baik, serta kemudahan akses teknologi. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai akhlak Islam, literasi digital beretika, dan sistem evaluasi yang menekankan proses serta kejujuran guna membangun budaya integritas akademik yang berkelanjutan.
