Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 44 teachers. The objectives of this study are 1). To test and analyze the simultaneous influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 2). To test and analyze the partial influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. 3.) To test and analyze the variables between education, training and teaching experience that have a dominant influence on the professionalism of teachers at SMA Negeri I Torjun, Sampang Regency. Abstract

Abstract The results showed that: 1) Reward had a significant positive effect on work performance with an original sample value of 0.566. 2) Reward has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with the original sample value of 0.330. 3) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance with the original sample value of 0.643. 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of 0.632. 5) Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant negative effect on work performance with an original sample value of -0.196. 6) Reward has no significant negative effect on work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of -0.065. 7) Work discipline has a significant negative effect on work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of -0.124.

Abstract

Dwi Budiyatno, 2022. The Effect of Work Ability on Employee Performance at the Sampang District Office, Sampang Regency Mediated by Motivation, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 94 respondents. In this study, the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this research are: 1). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee performance. 2). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee motivation. 3). To determine the significant effect of motivation on employee performance. 4). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee performance mediated by motivation. The results showed that: 1). Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.436 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 2). work ability has a positive and significant effect on motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.358 and the p-values ​​of 0.002. 5). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.502 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 6). Work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.179 and p-values ​​of 0.022.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan lingkungan kerja, motivasi, komitmen dan kinerja pegawai serta untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Panggungrejo melalui komitmen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di Kecamatan Panggungrejo Pasuruan sebanyak 44 orang, dengan tehnik pengambilan sampel secara sensus atau total sampling seingga didapat jumlah sampel sebesar 44 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling atau biasa disebut PLS-SEM. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, komitmen, dan kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kota Pasuruan dalam kategori yang tinggi, Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai. Lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen pegawai. Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung iklim organisasi dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Panggungrejo melalui disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 44 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 44 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil secara total atau menggunakan metode sensus sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Iklim organisasi, Perceived organizational support, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Panggungrejo Kota Pasuruan sudah baik . Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap disiplin adalah positif dan signifika. Pengaruh Perceived organizational support terhadap disiplin adalah positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja adalah positif dan tidak signifikan. Pengaruh Perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja adalah positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh Disiplin terhadap kinerja adalah positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja yang di intervening disiplin kerja adalah positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh perceived organizational support terhadap kinerja yang diintervening oleh disiplin kerja adalah positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work stress on nurse performance by considering the role of nursing service quality as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at the Bluto Health Center, Sumenep Regency, which is one of the first-level public health service centers in the area. The research method used a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 37 nurses became research respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique. The results showed that workload had a significant positive effect on the quality of nursing services (coefficient 0.461; p = 0.001) and nurse performance (coefficient 0.343; p = 0.003). Conversely, work stress had a significant negative impact on the quality of nursing services (coefficient -0.362; p = 0.02) but did not have a significant direct effect on nurse performance (coefficient -0.129; p = 0.290). In addition, the quality of nursing services is proven to have a significant positive effect on nurse performance (coefficient 0.526; p = 0.000). Furthermore, the quality of nursing services is proven to mediate the relationship between workload and work stress on performance. Workload increases performance through service quality (coefficient 0.243; p = 0.020), while work stress decreases performance through the same pathway (coefficient -0.191; p = 0.040). This study emphasizes the importance of managing workload and stress to improve nurse performance through improving the quality of nursing services.
