Abstract

PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda has developed well, and the increase in assets each year is significant, but the problems that still arise in the organization are high employee anxiety, due to the rapid development of information technology (increasingly sophisticated), and the level of trust is still relatively low and Intention to Leave is still not good, becoming a phenomenon in this study. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of anxiety, IT Capability and trust on employee performance with Intention to Leave as an Intervening variable at PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population of the study were employees of PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda. The selection of respondents was carried out using the saturated non-probability sampling method with a total of 90 respondents. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that the variables anxiety, IT Capability and trust had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Intention to Leave of PT BPR Bank Jombang Perseroda employees.

Abstract

World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan inovatif, pengelolaan konflik, dan kesejahteraan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) anggota DPRD Kota Sungai Penuh, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan inovatif, pengelolaan konflik, dan kesejahteraan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang inovatif, pengelolaan konflik yang efektif, serta kesejahteraan kerja yang baik mampu mendorong perilaku kerja sukarela anggota DPRD dalam mendukung efektivitas organisasi. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,617, yang berarti 61,7% variasi OCB dapat dijelaskan oleh kepemimpinan inovatif, pengelolaan konflik, dan kesejahteraan kerja, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian Kata kunci: kepemimpinan inovatif, pengelolaan konflik, kesejahteraan kerja, Organizational citizenship behavior
