These service activities are aimed at; 1) provide insight into knowledge about institutional financial accounting, 2) Provide insight into knowledge about the importance of teacher understanding and mastery of institutional financial accounting material, 3) Provide the ability to develop personnel and knowledge of institutional financial accounting by seeking information related to the material, and 4) Providing provisions to Pekanbaru City Accounting MGMP teachers regarding learning models that can be carried out by teachers online, for example using google classrooms, zoom meetings, google meetings. The method of approach that will be taken to complete this program is to use the method of lectures, tutorials, and discussions. This training for teachers was held for 5 days in 5 different SMKs in Pekanbaru City. From this training, it is hoped that SMK teachers will be able to educate financial accounting institutions, especially village financial accountants, using online media, so that they can use this training as a means of ongoing training during the Covid-19 pandemic.

To better understand the impact of empowerment and locus of control on teachers' job satisfaction at State Elementary School, this study was conducted. Elementary school teachers were surveyed in the Bathin Solapan District of Bengkalis Regency in Indonesia. The Ex Post Facto model is used as a quantitative approach in the study. The Slovin formula was used to generate 67 samples from a population of a given size using proportional random sampling. In order to ensure the validity and reliability of a questionnaire, it was first tested in a controlled environment. Furthermore, multiple regression was used to analyze the data. According to the findings, both empowerment and locus of control had a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. And the two variables account for 68.3 % of the total, with the rest influenced by factors outside the scope of this investigation. They show a sense of responsibility for the assigned tasks by doing so. Teaching duties or work will be simple for teachers to help students achieve job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and competence on motivation and performance. The research was conducted at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Pekanbaru Riau. This research uses quantitative methods, with the aim of analyzing the performance of 82 employees in the HR department. Method of descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and hypotheses using the relevant statistical tests. The variables used are organizational culture and competence as independent variables, motivation and performance as dependent variables. Data analysis in this study conducted out by steps of WrapPLS-based structural equation modeling. The results of this study concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. On the other hand, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, but competence has a significant effect on employee performance. The organizational culture and competence do not affect employee performance through motivation indirectly. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap motivasi dan kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Pekanbaru Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja 82 karyawan di bagian HR . Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik yang relevan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah budaya organisasi dan kompetensi sebagai variabel bebas, motivasi dan kinerja sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis WrapPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Di lain pihak, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara tidak langsung budaya organisasi dan kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi.

Employee's performance is one of the parameters to assess the success of a company's management in terms of determining policies and achieving goals that have been set in a certain period. Things that support human resources for good performance, one of which is an organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and Citizenship (OCB) behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance mediated by the Behavior of Citizenship (OCB) on employees of PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra Province. Data was collected using a questionnaire given to 190 employees using simple random sampling technique. The descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research hypotheses using the relevant statistical tests. The variables used are organizational commitment and job satisfaction as independent variables. As bound variables are Citizenship (OCB) behavior and performance. Data analysis in this study was carried out by PLS-based structural equation modeling steps using the SmartPLS program. The results showed organizational commitment and job satisfaction both directly and indirectly had an effect on performance through OCB positively and significantly. OCB is also proven to be able to mediate organizational commitment and job satisfaction with performance. Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu parameter atau tolak ukur untuk menilai keberhasilan manajemen sebuah perusahaan dalam hal menentukan kebijakan dan pencapaian tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan dalam periode tertentu. Hal yang mendukung sumber daya manusia untuk kinerja yang baik, salah satunya adalah komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan Perilaku Citizenship (OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh Perilaku Citizenship (OCB) pada karyawan PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 190 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik responden dan hipotesis penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik yang relevan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerjasebagai variabel bebas. Sebagai variabel terikat adalah Perilaku Citizenship (OCB) dan kinerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah pemodelan persamaan struktural berbasis PLS dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui OCB secara positif dan signifikan. OCB juga terbukti mampu memediasi komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberadaan kepemilikan perusahaan (institusional dan asing) dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengungkapan pertanggungjawaban sosial pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 14 perusahaan dari tahun 2008 hingga 2009. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan yang terdapat direktori Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam buku Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Variabel independen yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Asing, variabel Kontrol adalah Return on Asset (ROA) dan Firm Size. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Secara parsial keberadaan kepemilikan baik Institusional maupun asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan pertanggungjawaban sosial, 2) secara bersama-sama kepemilikan Institusional, kepemilikan Asing, komisaris ROA dan Firm Size tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungakapan pertanggungjawaban sosial.KEYWORDS : CSR disclosure, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan asing, laporan tahunan

The implementation of development, especially in coastal areas of Riau Province, has not been able to improve the welfare of the people especially those living in rural areas. The disparity between rural and urban areas caused by bias and distortion of the development which more pro to urban economy. It causes disadvantaged areas that poor and underdeveloped. The strategy of disadvantaged areas development in Regency of Kepulauan Meranti is the development of agriculture sector based on agribusiness, because most of its population are farmers and fishermen. In the effort to spur the development from economic and social aspects in disadvantaged areas, then the program of rural development should prioritize the three main aspects, those are: 1) Improvement of People's Economy (Eradicate Poverty); 2) Improving the Quality of Human Resources (Alleviation of Ignorance); 3) Infrastructure Development.

In the 4.0 revolution era, teachers are required to have competencies and abilities that are in accordance with the demands of the times. Learning is not limited to face-to-face meetings between teachers and students in the classroom. The teaching and learning process can be done anywhere and anytime using the internet. This activity aims to improve teacher competence in using the internet based on the E-Learning method. This activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The preparatory stage is carried out by collecting data on elementary school teachers in Tualang District, making observations, giving permission to the training site, preparing the place and training materials. The implementation stage is carried out in two stages, namely the introduction of E-Learning-based learning with demonstration, discussion and question and answer methods and practicing E-Learning-based online learning. The results of the service activities show an increase in teacher competence in using the internet based on E-Learning. The evaluation and follow-up stages are carried out by evaluating the organizers and evaluating the participants. The training participants who took part in this activity were quite enthusiastic about participating in the material and conducting simulations. It is expected that participants who take part in training activities can manage learning using the internet based on the E-Learning method.

Kemiskinan menjadi masalah fenomenal sepanjang sejarah Indonesia sebagai nation-state. Kemiskinan tersebut menyebabkan daerah terabaikan dan terisolir. Ketimpangan pembangunan muncul dan berdampak terhadap semakin tertinggalnya perkampungan miskin terebut. Salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Riau yang merasakan kondisi tersebut adalah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Sebagian besar dari desa yang ada yakni 59 desa (80,82%) merupakan desa tertinggal. Jumlah rumah tangga sebanyak 45.564 KK, dan sebesar 56,76% (25.863 KK) merupakan rumah tangga miskin yang terdiri dari 114.496 jiwa. Pada hal daerah ini memiliki letak geografis yang strategis karena berada di jalur pelayaran dan perdagangan internasional selat malaka, berdekatan dengan negara tentangga Malaysia dan Singapura, serta berpotensi sebagai daerah hinterland dari kawasan Free Trade Zone Batam, Bintan dan Karimun (FTZ-BBK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun rencana strategis model pengembangan daerah tertinggal dalam upaya percepatam pembangunan ekonomi di pedesaan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui survey dengan metode perkembangan (Developmental Research). Untuk pengambilan sampel masyarakat miskin digunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode purposive sampling, analisis digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitaif dan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menemukan strategi pengembangan daerah pedesaan dalam upaya memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dengan pendekatan lintas sektoral di semua bidang. Penelitian juga menemukan model penurunan jumlah keluarga miskin dengan mengacu kepada empat prinsip strategi penurunan jumlah keluarga miskin.

This study aims to examine and analyze the communication spak and the work climate performance in which motivation is regarded as an intervening variable. The study was conducted at the Horticultural Food and Plantation Office of Riait Province.The data consist of primary data and secondary data. The population of this research are as big as 153 people. The needed data were collected by using a questionnaire addressed to 111 employees of the Hottikultura Food and Agriculture Service Office in Riau Province. The Slovin formula is used to carried the quistionare. Descriptive analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and research hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. The variables of communication and work climate are as independent variables, while performance is as the dependent variable, and the motivation is regarded as intervening or mediating variable. The path analysis is used to analyze the collected data.The results of the study indicate that communication directly influences significantly to motivation. Work climate has a direct significant effect on motivation the communication has a significant direct effect on performance. Whole work climate contributes positively to performance. The motivation correlates significantly on performance. Indirectly, motivation has an intensive mediating role in communication and the communication is over performance. The motivation has a positive median role on the influence of the work climate on performance. Increasing the effectiveness of communication and work climate are recommended to optimize employee performance and motivation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa . Penelitian ini dilakukan di UIN Suska Riau pada program studi pendidikan ekonomi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 92 orang. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan path analysis. Temuan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Tinggi rendahnya prestasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi hendaknya dosen memberikan soal soal yang menuntut kreativitas dan kekritisan mahasiswa terkait pemecahan masalah dalam pembelajaran sehingga prestasi belajar mahasiswa dapat meningkat.
