Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the assignment method, lecture method, and discussion method on the level of understanding of lecture material among accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta class of 2021. This research is motivated because the lecture method and assignment method are considered not to influence the level of understanding, while the discussion method does. level of understanding. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study was UMS accounting students Class of 2021, totaling 515 people. Based on the population, the sample taken was 34 people. The type of data used is primary data collected using questionnaire techniques. The research results show that: 1) t count (Task Assignment Method) 2.226 > 2.032; 2) t count (Lecture Method) 0.735 < 2.032; and 3) t count (Discussion Method) 3.415 > 2.032. The conclusion is that there is an influence between the assignment method and the discussion method on the level of understanding of lecture material among UMS Class of 2021 accounting students, while the lecture method has no influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memajukan literatur empiris tentang pemasaran media sosial secara signifikan dengan mengukur dampak dari interactivity dan vividness dari konten media sosial tiktok terhadap niat pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif dan desain penelitian kausal dengan metode pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling, metode nonprobability sampling. Data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian ini adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form, kemudian disebarkan kepada responden melalui media sosial. Terdapat tujuh hipotesis yang dirumuskan, satu hipotesis ditolak yaitu hipotesis interactivity terhadap purchase intention yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifkan. Hipotesis lainnya yaitu interactivity dan vividness terhadap consumer engagement, serta vividness terhadap purchase intention memiliki hasil positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak dari scarcity promotion atau promosi kelangkaan terhadap impulse buying dalam pengalaman belanja saat Flash Sale Shopee bagi pengguna Skintific pada mahasiswi Universitas Islam di Surakarta. Pada penelitian ini juga menguji variabel arousal atau gairah sebagai mediasi dalam mendorong pembelian impulsif pada Flash Sale. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form. Terdapat 220 sampel yang dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa limited time scarcity (LTS) berpengaruh terhadap pembelian impulsif namun tidak dengan limited quantity scarcity (LQS). Selain itu, LTS dan LQS berpengaruh terhadap gairah. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa gairah memiliki peran sebagai mediasi antara LTS dan LQS terhadap pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan pembelian makanan halal di destinasi wisata religi Kota Surakarta, dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 200 pengunjung wisata religi di Kota Surakarta, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner daring dengan skala Likert. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas), serta regresi linear berganda untuk menilai hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan fasilitas berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, kepuasan konsumen terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara variabel independen dan keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang menitikberatkan pada peningkatan kualitas produk, penetapan harga yang kompetitif, serta optimalisasi fasilitas dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen dan mendorong keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis risiko dan tindakan pencegahan terhadap kebocoran data pada Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di RS P Surakarta. Implementasi RME diwajibkan oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 24 Tahun 2022 untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan melalui integrasi digital. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi risiko terkait faktor fisik, human error, kesalahan sistem, interaksi sistem-pengguna, kompleksitas TI, danperetasan data eksternal. Tindakan pencegahan yang diterapkan menekankan prinsip keamanan informasi: kerahasiaan, integritas, autentikasi, ketersediaan, kontrol akses, dan non-repudiation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang dianalisis dengan kerangka Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko fisik berasal dari kondisi ruangan yang tidak stabil yang memengaruhi perangkat elektronik. Human error meliputi data yang tidak lengkap dan kesalahan input, sedangkan kesalahan sistem mengganggu penyimpanan dan pengambilan data. Kesalahan pengguna, seperti penggunaan auto-fill, serta kompleksitas TI memperburuk kerentanan. Tindakan pencegahan meliputi pembatasan akses fisik, penerapan autentikasi biometrik, enkripsi data, dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi staf dalam menggunakan RME secara aman. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan RME yang efektif membutuhkan protokol keamanan yang kuat, integrasi sistem, dan kepatuhan hukum untuk menjaga kepercayaan pasien serta perlindungan data. Rekomendasi mencakup pembaruan sistem secara berkala, pengembangan fitur bersama penyedia layanan TI, serta penelitian lanjutan untuk mengevaluasi hasil implementasi RME.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in fostering local economic growth. However, many MSMEs struggle with challenges in innovation management and digital marketing, which hinder their competitiveness. This community service initiative was designed to strengthen MSME capacity by offering training in business innovation, digital marketing strategies, and visual content creation for product promotion. The training program aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills to enhance business management, leverage digital platforms for marketing, and create compelling promotional content. The implementation process involved practical training sessions and continuous mentoring to ensure the effective application of the knowledge gained. The results demonstrated that MSME partners successfully adopted the strategies taught, leading to greater product visibility and increased competitiveness in the local market. The practical skills acquired through this program are expected to support long-term business sustainability and foster the growth of participating MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh presepsi harga, social media marketing, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variable mediasi studi kasus selat Vien’s Solo. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pelanggan selat Vien’s Solo dengan sampel 225 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik sampling probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Smart PLS versi 3.2.9. Metode pengujian data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi outer model, yang terdiri dari covergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reability, cronbach’s alpha dan uji multikolinieritas. Kemudian inner model yang terdiri dari coefficient determination, goodness of fit, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa presepsi harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Social media marketing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Citra merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Persepsi harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Social media marketing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Citra merek berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how satisfied and compliant cancer patients are with Dr. Moewardi Hospital's one-day care chemotherapy treatments, as well as how these factors relate to age, gender, education, and cancer type. Methods of research: This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and correlational design. One hundred individuals who satisfied the inclusion and exclusion criteria made up the study's sample. A questionnaire was employed as the data collection method. According to the study's findings, 53% of chemotherapy patients were very satisfied, 37% were satisfied, and 10% were fairly satisfied when the five primary quality characteristics of tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and reliability, were used to gauge their degree of satisfaction. 99% of cancer patients have complied with one-day care chemotherapy services. There is a noteworthy and favorable correlation between cancer patients' satisfaction and compliance with one-day care chemotherapy services. The main findings in this study indicate that most one-day care chemotherapy patients at Dr. Moewardi Hospital were very satisfied with the services provided, with a satisfaction level reaching 53%, and 99% of patients showed high compliance with the chemotherapy schedule. In addition, a significant and positive relationship was found between the level of satisfaction and patient compliance. Based on these findings, recommendations for further research are to explore non-demographic factors, such as socioeconomic status and family support, which may affect patient satisfaction and compliance, as well as to expand the study sample to obtain more comprehensive results.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of micro-influencers and celebrity endorsers on tourists’ interest and intention to visit Solo Safari. Grounded in the theories of persuasion, source credibility, and social influence, the study employs purposive sampling to target respondents with prior exposure to influencer content related to tourism, ensuring the relevance and contextual fit of the data. A total of 200 qualified respondents were selected, and data collection took place in Surakarta, Indonesia, from September to December 2024. Out of 234 collected responses, only valid entries were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The findings demonstrate that both micro-influencers and celebrity endorsers significantly influence tourist interest and visit intention. Micro-influencers drive engagement through authenticity, relatability, and audience trust, while celebrity endorsers contribute through their popularity and perceived expertise. Tourist interest acts as a mediating factor, bridging influencer impact and behavioral intention. While the sample size is adequate, expanding it in future research would improve representativeness, especially considering demographic factors such as age, gender, and nationality. Though context-specific, these findings may provide useful insights for similar urban tourism destinations, pending further cross-regional validation. Limitations related to PLS-SEM, such as model fit concerns, potential measurement bias, and multicollinearity, were addressed through validity and reliability tests to ensure robustness of the model.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of accessibility, facilities, pricing, and promotion on tourist trust and satisfaction, with loyalty as a mediating factor in halal tourism in Surakarta City. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 200 respondents through online questionnaires using a Likert scale. Purposive sampling was utilized to select participants meeting specific criteria. PLS-SEM was applied for data analysis due to its suitability for complex models. Findings reveal that competitive pricing, adequate facilities, seamless accessibility, and effective promotions significantly enhance satisfaction and loyalty, which, in turn, strengthen trust. Loyalty plays a crucial role in mediating these relationships. Destination managers should focus on infrastructure improvements, digital marketing, and service optimization based on periodic visitor evaluations. Future studies should explore the impact of cultural influences, environmental sustainability, and social media on tourist perceptions
