Abstract

Abstract. This study examines the role of the creative economy in contributing to regional economic growth by synthesizing empirical findings from reputable national and international research. Utilizing a simplified Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the analysis covers a 15-year period (2010–2025), focusing on scholarly works that link the creative and industrial economy to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). From an initial pool of 52 relevant publications, only 25 Scopus-indexed and 5 credible non-Scopus articles met the inclusion criteria for rigorous analysis. The review reveals that the creative economy holds substantial potential to enhance regional economic performance, especially in times of economic uncertainty. However, the magnitude and nature of its impact vary based on local policy frameworks, institutional readiness, and socioeconomic contexts. Supportive innovation ecosystems and well-aligned government policies are key enablers in maximizing the sector’s productivity and resilience. Furthermore, the findings underscore the global relevance of the creative economy, highlighting its adaptability across diverse regions and economic structures. Beyond synthesizing the current literature, this study identifies critical gaps and future research directions. These include examining how the creative economy can respond to emerging global challenges such as climate change, digital transformation, and economic inequality. The integration of advanced technologies to foster creativity and innovation also emerges as a strategic imperative for sustainable regional development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product attributes and beliefs on purchasing decisions for stock market products, with Attitude as a mediating variable. This is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population comprised all individuals/students who have made purchasing decisions, experience, or interest in investing in stocks in the Indonesian capital market, both those who have made stock investment transactions and those who have recently purchased shares. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The sample size was 275 respondents. The data used was primary. This study employed a quantitative data analysis method using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The results indicate that product attributes and beliefs positively and significantly influence consumer attitudes. Consumer attitudes and product attributes positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions. Beliefs have a positive but insignificant influence on buying decisions. Consumer attitudes can mediate the relationship between product attributes and beliefs on buying decisions.

Abstract

Introduction: Health services at PKU Muhammadiyah Sampangan Hospital require nurses to have good nursing management skills, but initial survey results show that there are still limitations in knowledge and skills in the areas of case rounds, conferences, patient classification, leadership, and communication using the ISBAR format. Objective: to improve nurses' knowledge and skills through a nursing management training and mentoring program. Methods: The program was conducted in 14 sessions using lectures, interactive discussions, case simulations, role plays, and live demonstrations in the treatment room. Evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in participants' abilities. Results: The program showed an increase in average knowledge in all aspects, including case rounds (59.77 to 69.09), ISBAR (81.43 to 90.00), conferences (95.91 to 98.18), leadership (73.68 to 85.53), and patient classification (82.63 to 91.42). Conclusion: This activity demonstrated that training and mentoring are effective in improving the nursing management competencies of nurses. Therefore, it is recommended that this activity be carried out continuously to support the quality of service and professionalism of nursing practice in hospitals

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively examine the influence of digital marketing strategies, investment in digital technology, and customer engagement on the business performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with digital transformation as a mediating variable. A case study was conducted on the MSME Es Teh Djanoko Bayat. This research employs a quantitative methodology with a causal design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 350 respondents and analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3 tool. The results indicate that digital marketing strategies and digital technology investment have a positive and significant effect on both digital transformation and performance improvement. Furthermore, digital transformation is proven to have a positive effect on performance. However, while digital customer engagement positively affects performance, it was found to have no significant effect on digital transformation. In conclusion, the effectiveness of digital marketing and technology investment are key drivers in the transformation process and company performance, while customer interaction impacts sales directly without triggering significant operational changes.
