Abstract

Job satisfaction is a major concern for the organization to achieve effective performance. Each member/employee has citizenship behavior on activities that do and job satisfaction is believed to be related to the behavior of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).This study by taking a sample of Non Governmental Organizations (NGO) in Java, which is an organization that is engaged in social and institutional performance is determined by the workers who work to serve the community. Interesting to observe when the OCB research concerning the role of employees in a social institution. So the application of this research carried out by the context in social institutions, especially NGO.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the positive effect of pay satisfaction on OCB, but the benefits did not significantly affect satisfaction positively on OCB and antecedent factors (pay satisfaction and benefits satisfaction) together - at no significant effect on OCB.

Abstract

This study evaluates the influence of service quality on customer loyalty in motorbike and saloons hairdressing shops in Yogyakarta. The service quality is measured using five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. The service quality is indeed considered the strongest competitive weapon by many organizations with respect to service. Sample is chosen utilizing purposive sampling method. 220 respondents of motorbike and 215 respondents of saloons hairdressing shops are employed. Data analysis is then conducted using regression analysis. This research finds that the five dimensions of service quality significantly influence the customer loyalty to employees and customer loyalty to the business. The dimension of tangibles strongly influences the customer loyalty to the business. To marketers, this finding provides for a long-term perspective of service management. In the conclusion, several suggestions for future research are given, which is to broaden service types so as to acquire higher generalization with more varied population.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SDN Beka dengan menggunakan Metode Kooperatif Tipe STAD. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam empat tahap penelitian yaitu: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Observasi dan (4) Refleksi. Keempat tahap ini dilaksankan dalam dua siklus, kemudian masing-masing siklus dikembangakn menjadi dua kali pertemuan. Dalam setiap siklus pertemuan pertama belajar kelompokn dan pertemuan kedua dilakukan persentasie kelompok lalu dilanjutkan dengan tes akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar  48% dan daya serap individu 64,40% , jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 11 orang siswa dari 25 orang siswa. Hasil observasi aktivitas guru pada sikus I sebesar 67,31% dengan kategori cukup sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 83,33% dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 63,46% sedangkan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus  diperoleh persentase sebesar 81,25% dan KBK sebesar 88% pada siklus II dengan daya serap individu sebesar 75,20% dengan kategori baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Kooperatif Tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA. Kata Kunci: Kooperatif Tipe STAD, Hasil Belajar Siswa, IPA

Abstract

Fivestar Reflexology branch Meruya located in West Jakarta is one of the hospitality industries which is owned by PT Panca Abadi Bersama that provides breakthrough of healthy and relaxation. The basic objective of this research is to determine the influence service quality to customer behavioral intention through customer satisfaction on Fivestar Reflexology branch Meruya. The method used in this study is the path analysis. The result shows that service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Subsequent findings, found that service quality was also has direct and positive effect on customer behavioral intention. From these results, it was found that the implementation of service quality on customer behavioral intention through the mediation customer satisfaction is more influential than directly.

Abstract

This  study is based on the probelum, How will Waitrs Quality to the Satisfaction of participants Qur’an Centre Elementary Students in Batam, Purpose of this study was to determine the extent of in fluence of the reliability to the satisfaction of students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the extent of the in fluencere sponsiveness to participantsatis faction students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the extent of the in fluence of participantastis faction guarantee to students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the exent of participantastis faction penaruhys empathy for students in elementary Qur’an Centre, to determine the extent of the effect of evidence physical to the satisfaction of participants in elementary learners Qur,an Centre, and to determine the extent of the in fluence of reliabelty, responsiveness,assurance,empathy,and   physicale evidence toget her to the satisfaction of students in elementary scool participants Qur’an Centre, the method used in this study is aquantitative method to analyze the data required.           Subjec is of this study was 100 students in the elementary Qur’an Centre which consists of students of class I,II and III  the data that 1 useprimary data, question in resandsecondary data, the data is collectedirectly from adminitrasion. Based on the analysis of the results obtained there is a positive and significant effect of the variable reliability of the satiftion variable, there is positive and significan variable responivenss to satisfaction, there is a positive and significan timpacton satisfaction guarantee variable, there are significan positive and significan tphyicale vidence of the satisfaction variable, and there is  positive and  significan timpacttoge the rofall independent variable (reliability, responsiveness ,assurance, empathy and tangilbele) on the dependent variable (satisfaction).

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of students’ learning activity on learning Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial using jigsaw type. The method of this research is classroom action research with participation collaborative charachteristics. The subject of this research is fourth grade students of SD Negeri Trans Marong. Technique of data analysis used is direct observation and documentation technique. The tool of data collecting is IPKG I observation sheet and IPKG II observation sheet. Based on the data analysis, in the first cycle, teacher’s ability on planning is 3.21, and 3.51 in the second cycle II, and 3.74 in the third cycle. Meanwhile, teacher’s ability on implementing is 3.19 in the first cycle, 3.50 in the second cycle and 3.75 in the second cycle. The students’ learning activity gets 70.83% in the first cycle, 73.96 % in the second cycle, and 79.17% in the third cycle. From the first until third cycle, students’learning activity improve 8.34 point. In conclusion, there is an improvement on students’ learning activity in learning Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial using jigsaw type.  Keywords : Improvement, Learning Activity, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Jigsaw Type

Abstract

Munculnya media sosial telah membuka peluang baru bagi merek untuk terhubung dengan konsumen secara langsung dan lebih organik. Saat ini perusahaan harus mengevaluasi dan mengubah strategi pemasaran mereka terkait periklanan melalui media sosial. Pemasaran melalui influencer di media sosial terus meningkat dan bahkan merupakan salah satu tren pemasaran terbesar 2017 . Perkembangan teknologi digital telah menyebabkan sebagian besar populasi dunia mendapatkan akses ke internet. Instagram saat ini banyak digunakan untuk memasarkan suatu produk. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mencoba menganalisis influencer dan pengaruhnya terhadap perilaku konsumen, hasil analisis memberikan informasi bahwa pengaruh Yudha Refrizal terhadap perilaku konsumen memiliki hasil yang kuat, yaitu nilai R 0,966 atau 96,6 persen dan koefisien 0,879 dan signifikansi 0,000 sehingga Anda mendapatkan pengaruh signifikan dan positif.

Abstract

Islamic da'wah is carried out in all sectors, including health. Likewise, Tuberculosis (TB) Care Aisyiyah in Sinjai Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the form of Aisyiyah preaching through TB Care cadres. This type of research, qualitative, data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis applied in this study started from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Aisyiyah preaching through TB Care cadres started from mentoring. Assistance of TB Care cadres is carried out periodically, the first visit is called sampling and becomes a discussion partner with patients, and patients' families starting from information on treatment, healing and health (starting from monitoring taking medication for a period of six months to the recovery stage). Furthermore, the form of da'wah carried out by TB Care cadres in broadcasting da'wah through three forms, namely da'wah by oral bill, da'wah bil hal and da'wah bil qalam. The implication of this research is that the delivery of da'wah for TB Care cadres should be optimized by providing knowledge related to da'wah for TB Care cadres.***Dakwah Islam dilakukan di semua sektor, termasuk kesehatan. Begitu juga yang dilakukan oleh Tuberculosis (TB) Care Aisyiyah di Kabupaten Sinjai. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bentuk dakwah Aisyiyah melalui kader TB Care. Jenis penelitian, kualitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah Aisyiyah melalui kader TB Care dimulai dari pendampingan. Pendampingan kader TB Care dilakukan secara berkala, kunjungan pertama disebut dengan pengambilan sampel serta menjadi mitra diskusi terhadap pasien, dan keluarga pasien mulai dari Informasi pengobatan, kesembuhan dan kesehatan (mulai dari pengawasan minum obat selama kurung waktu enam bulan sampai pada tahap kesembuhan). Selanjutnya bentuk dakwah yang dilakukan oleh kader TB Care dalam menyiarkan dakwah melalui tiga bentuk, yakni dakwah secara bil lisan, dakwah bil hal dan dakwah bil qalam. Implikasi penelitian ini bahwa  penyampaian dakwah kader TB Care hendaknya dioptimalkan dengan memberikan pengetahuan terkait dakwah terhadap kader TB Care.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian Indonesia. Koperasi adalah badan usahayang beranggotakan orang-seorang atau badan hukum koperasi dengan melandaskankegiatannya berdasar prinsip koperasi, sekaligus sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat atas asaskekeluargaan. Azas kekeluargaan menjadi kata kunci di dalam Pasal 33 ayat 1 UndangUndang Dasar 1945 dan di Pasal 1 UU Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian.SAK ETAP atau Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik merupakanstandar yang diterapkan untuk entitas tanpa akuntabilitas publik. Pelaporan keuangan koperasimengikuti prosedur dan standar SAK ETAP.Pelaporan keuangan berupa Neraca, Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Perubahan Ekuitas, LaporanArus Kas, dan Catatan Atas Laporan Keuangan, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam PGRI Ranting IPondok Ranji secara umum sudah menyajikan komponen laporan keuangan yang mendekatiklasifikasi dari SAK ETAP, hanya masih butuh penyesuaian dan pemahaman yang lebihmengenai penyajian dan pelaporan yang sesuai dengan SAK ETAP.Kata Kunci : Koperasi,SAK ETAPAbstractionCooperatives are one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy. Abstract

Bencana adalah peristiwa atau rangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu kehidupan dan penghidupan masyarakat yang disebabkan, baik oleh faktor alam dan/atau nonalam maupun faktor manusia sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa manusia, kerusakan lingkungan, kerugian harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu adanya pengetahuan tentang bencana dan pengurangan risiko bencana sejak dini pada anak dan masyarakat untuk dapat memberikan pemahaman dan pengarahan langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan saat terjadinya suatu ancaman bencana yang ada disekitar mereka. Berdasar analisis situasi dan permasalahan mitra tersebut maka diperlukan masyarakat yang harus siap menghadapi suatu bencana, mengantisipasi bencana dan beradaptasi dengan bencana, di kenal sebagai upaya mitigasi bencana. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah kegiatan sosialisasi tanggap bencana kepada anak untuk mengedukasi mitigasi bencana di lokasi mitra yaitu di Desa Temiang Kapuas. Peningkatan pengetahuan tanggap terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana dapat dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dengan tujuan untuk mengedukasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yakni pengetahuan peserta (masyarakat dan anak-anak) yang mengikuti sosialisasi memliki pengetahuan yang baik dalam hal mitigasi bencana, terutama bencana banjir.
