Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of schools in raising students' political awareness at Aswaja Syamsul Falah Islamic Middle School and the obstacles faced by schools in raising students' political awareness at Aswaja Syamsul Falah Islamic Middle School. This research is a descriptive type qualitative research with purposive sampling technique. The informants in this research were 11 people consisting of the principal, deputy principal as well as a citizenship education teacher, OSIS supervisor, OSIS chairman, OSIS deputy chairman and 3 students of class VIII and 3 IX of Aswaja Syamsul Falah Islamic Middle School. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Next, the data validation technique uses a member check. The results of the research show that: 1) The role of the school in fostering students' political awareness at Aswaja Syamsul Falah Islamic Middle School is: a) the school as a forum for fostering student political participation through the election of the OSIS chairman, b) the school as a forum for forming a cadre of leaders through Basic Training Leadership (LDK), c) schools as a forum for providing political knowledge to students through Citizenship Education (PKn) learning. 2) The obstacles faced by schools in raising students' political awareness at Aswaja Syamsul Falah Islamic Middle School are the students themselves, namely the attitude of students who are: a) lazy, b) consider the activities of selecting the OSIS and LDK chairman to be useless for them and instead take up time. they are, c) students' lack of interest in Civics subject matter, and d) students' lack of curiosity

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN 6 Ampenan. pada proses pembelajaran IPA, dapat diketahui bahwa motivasi belajar siswa masih rendah dengan prestase prasiklus sebesar 20,83%. Hal ini terjadi karena guru masih menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang kurang tepat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut peneliti melakukan upaya perbaikan dengan menerapkan metode edutainment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi zat tunggal dan zat campuran melalui metode pembelajaran edutainment kelas V SDN 6 Ampenan Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan objek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 27 orang di SDN 6 Ampenan Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 yang dilaksanakan dari tanggal 22 Mei 2023 sampai 27 Mei 2023. Adapun data yang akan dianalisis dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan analisi kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dari hasil observasi motivasi belajar siswa dan data kualitatif dari hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa berdasarkan hasil observasi secara klasikal 44,44%. Sedangkan pada siklus II motivasi siswa secara klasikal sebesar 88,88%. Dengan demikian penerapan metode pembelajaran edutainment dapat meningkatakan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas V SDN 6 Ampenan Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kolaborasi antara orang tua dan guru terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Kolaborasi yang efektif antara dua pihak penting ini diyakini dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih kondusif, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada guru dan orang tua siswa di jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Orang tua cukup aktif 79.4 Sedang, Responsif terhadap Informasi dari gurunya Baik dan keterbukaan antara guru dan orang tua, kerjasama berada pada 79,0 sedang. Ini berarti adanya komunikasi yang terbuka, keterlibatan orang tua dalam kegiatan sekolah, serta sinergi antara guru dan orang tua dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran, Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kolaborasi orang tua dan guru terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa di SDN 49 Kota Bima. Kolaborasi yang intensif dan efektif dapat meningkatkan motivasi, kedisiplinan, dan hasil belajar siswa secara menyeluruh. berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa. Dengan demikian, kolaborasi yang terstruktur dan berkesinambungan antara orang tua dan guru menjadi faktor penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to explore the implementation of Differentiated Instruction (DI) in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of English language (EFL) learning in the Independent Curriculum at SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used to explore the perceptions of six teachers and six students through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that learning planning was not fully based on student profiles. Teachers used uniform lesson plans without differentiation of content, process, or product. DI implementation was carried out in a limited and situational manner, such as student grouping or peer tutoring assistance, but was not yet structured. Evaluation was still predominantly summative, without initial or formative assessments that could direct differentiation strategies. Teachers understood DI intuitively, but did not yet have a strong theoretical basis. Students expressed the need for more varied learning methods, according to their interests and learning styles. The main obstacles in implementing DI were time constraints, a large number of students, and minimal training. This study recommends teacher training in differentiation planning and formative assessment integration to support more adaptive and inclusive learning. Keywords: Differentiated Instruction, Merdeka Curriculum, Lesson Planning, Learning Evaluation, EFL

Abstract

This research is limited to work motivation and work compensation system, especially about the work targets applied and so is the compensation given by PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch has not been able to improve work discipline. The formulation of the problem in this study is . Does work motivation and compensation affect the work discipline of employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of employee work discipline at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. The population in this study amounted to 57 employees. To determine the sample size that can be representative of the population, this research approach is a quantitative approach. The test method uses SPSS. Based on the results of testing and analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation variables on employee performance discipline variables. There is a positive and significant influence of compensation system variables on employee performance discipline variables.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of HR quality on the service responsiveness of North Sumatra Province Regional Revenue Agency employees, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the service responsiveness of North Sumatra Province Regional Revenue Agency employees, to determine and analyze the influence of HR quality and organizational culture towards service responsiveness of North Sumatra Province Regional Revenue Agency employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sumatra Province, namely 176 employees and sampling was carried out using total sampling so that 64 respondents were used as samples. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive influence of the HR quality variable on the Service Responsiveness variable, thus partially there is a significant influence between the quality of human resources on employee service responsiveness, there is a positive influence of the Organizational Culture variable on the Service Responsiveness variable) thus partially there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture on employee Service Responsiveness. Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students through the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. The purpose of this study is to enhance students’ learning achievement by applying the CRT approach in class IV at SDN 6 Cakranegara. This research is a form of Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted with the assistance of the classroom teacher as a collaborator. The study was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The subjects of this study were 20 fourth-grade students of SDN 6 Cakranegara. Data were collected through tests and observations, and analyzed descriptively using percentages. The results of the study showed an improvement in students’ learning outcomes following the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach. This is evidenced by a learning achievement score of 0.93, categorized as high. The average learning outcomes of students before the implementation were in the low category. The average percentage of students’ learning motivation during the first cycle reached 0.63 (medium category), and increased to 0.92 (high category) in the second cycle. Observations also indicated that students became more persistent in completing tasks, resilient when facing difficulties, demonstrated high learning interest, enjoyed working independently, were able to defend their opinions, and showed enthusiasm in solving problems related to the learning materials.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in the subject of Pancasila Education through the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, focusing on enhancing students’ academic achievement during the learning process. The participants of this study were 25 students from SDN 6 Cakranegara. Data were collected through tests and observation sheets using a purposive sampling technique, and analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative methods.The findings revealed that, during the pre-cycle stage, the students’ classical mastery level was 28%, with 7 students achieving mastery and 18 students not yet meeting the criteria. After the implementation of the CRT learning model in Cycle I, the mastery level increased to 60%, with 15 students achieving mastery and 10 students remaining below the standard. In Cycle II, the mastery level further increased to 88%, with 22 students achieving mastery and only 3 students not yet achieving mastery. These results indicate that the implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching model is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes on the topic of cultural diversity within the context of unity and integrity in the Indonesian nation.
