The development of visual communication media at this time is very helpful in supporting information and communication. But often presented visual communication media are less effective and appropriate. While so many universities in Indonesia, the increasingly fierce competition in attracting new students. Media Visual Communication can be applied to college in introducing or raising the image and popularity or promote and provide information to prospective students. In essence, in this case the effectiveness of media campaigns assessed in spreading information, influence or persuade prospective students and new student to join the university. The method used by the questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of implemented that have been implemented such as brochures, banners, posters, billboards, catalogs, paper bag, flyers and merchandise. In conclusion, this article specifically assess visual communication media from case studies in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja considered effective and consistent contribution.. This study found a great opportunity to improve the promotion of additional digital marketing media campaign called the college through the stages resulting in some visual communication media that can be received by the target audience. The use of information technology has become a very influential factor in the company. Information technology is now in the direction of mobile smart devices (mobile / smartphones). One application of information and communication technology used is the development of employee attendance systems by utilizing GPS (Global Positioning System) which is associated with the filing function of employee leave. Employee attendance includes hours of entry and completion of work, while leave includes maternity leave, sick leave, annual leave, and leave for important reasons. The employee attendance and leave application development uses Android operating system based programming used in smartphones. By using the SWOT analysis method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) the problems that occur in the existing system are procedures for approval of attendance and leave which are still carried out outside the existing system. So it still has to ask for verbal approval to the boss after input leave in the system. The alternative problem solving provided aims to maximize the functions of the existing system in order to accommodate the needs of the employee leave procedure. The rapid development of the computer world that brings every individual or group of people will use information and communication technology in every activity. Likewise in the world of education, including libraries that utilize information and communication technology in managing the process of borrowing and returning library books. The benefits of making a web-based library information system include being able to save time where there is no need for manual recording, making it easier to find book data or library members, making it easier in making book loan reports and other reports and other benefits. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The making of software is done by a waterfall model consisting of: (1) needs analysis, (2) design, (3) implementation, and (4) testing. Then UML visual modeling is used which is the standardization of modeling language for object-oriented software development. The expected results of this study produce a web-based library information system using the YII Framework with MVC (Model View Controller) method in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey that can solve existing problems. The formulation of the problem of this research is how to build a library information system in SMA Karya Pembangunan Ciwidey so that it can present accurate and efficient information. The purpose of this research is to produce a library information system.

STMIK Dipanegara Makassar as an IT campus should rightly maximize the use of technology in an effort to improve the quality and productivity of lecturers and students. One of them is at the Research and Community Service Development Center (P4M) unit that handles the Field Work Plus lectures as well as the Research and Community Service of Internal Lecturers. Where the administration of data management is still using manual methods which of course can cause problems such as lost files, data collection that takes a long time and constrained information dissemination. Therefore, there needs to be an application that can manage administrative data where the application is built in the form of a web so that it can be used as a medium for disseminating information about activities that are the responsibility of P4M. This study uses observations and interviews in gathering data. With this system, P4M no longer needs to use manual methods in managing its administrative data and can use the system as a medium for spreading information.

In the current era where technology is increasingly developing so that it can change a pattern or habit of society, it can be used by anyone, anywhere. The Bina Muda Gemilang Foundation is no exception, which also takes advantage of technological developments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes. One of the business processes that run at this foundation, namely the data processing of client outreach activities, there are still many gaps where the error rate of data input is quite high. Also frequent date falsification of outreach activities and officer indiscipline in data input. This study aims to solve existing problems by creating a web-based system that is made using the programming languages PHP and MySQL for the database, which can facilitate business processes and minimize errors.

The certainty of getting diesel fuel oil for the purposes for fishing of fishermen needs to get serious attention from the government, this is due to the many irregularities seen in the fishermen's field before going to sea, to get diesel must deal with the availability of diesel with an affordable price level especially for fishermen who use fishing vessels with volumes of up to 30GT (Gross Ton) must deal with individuals who regulation seaworthy letters that ignore Article 86 of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation No. 30 of 2012 concerning Capture Fisheries Business in the Republic of Indonesia's Fisheries Management Area Indonesia is in the form of a Fishing License (SIPI) and a Fishing Vessel License (SIKPI), an Original Operation Feasibility Certificate (SLO) and an Original Sailing Certificate (SPB), which makes it difficult to obtain subsidized diesel fuel that fishermen should have with vessel qualifications up to 30GT. For this reason, the researchers built of arrangement for computerized fishermen's diesel fuelsupply so that the certainty of the availability of diesel fuel in accordance with its designation can be ensured, because all supply and distribution of diesel fuel is regulated to be carried out computerized.

Humans continue to innovate in the field of technology, from these innovations it is expected to meet the needs of human life. In educational institutions the role of administration is very important to improve the education system for the better. One of them is in the educational institution of SMKN 5 Tangerang Regency, where the student administration payment system is not optimal. Because the system has not been integrated in the institution. Where the operator will enter and store data in different files, according to the student administration payments made, as well as in making reports. Guardians of students find it difficult to monitor and know when payments are due and the results of student administration payments. So that it has not been able to simplify and accelerate student services related to the information needed by guardians, and the performance of operators. The researcher uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) development method and to analyze the problem the researcher uses PIECES (Performance, Information, Efficiency, Control, Economy, Service). The system is made using HTML, CSS, Java script, PHP and MySQL languages as the database. The system modeling uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results obtained from the research is a payment system and student savings data processing. So that it can help in student services, make it easier to get information for guardians and also the performance of operators in making payments and processing student savings data, as well as in recapitulation and report generation.

Background: One of the most important human organs in the respiratory system is the lung. The main function of the lung is the respiration process, which is responsible for pumping air into the body. The health of the lung organs is very important, because if this organ is disturbed it will affect the health of the rest of the body. One of the diseases that attacks the lungs is Tuberculosis (TB). TB disease can be cured, but if it is delayed in getting treatment it can increase the risk of death. Method: This research developed a Smear Negative Pulmonary Tuberculosis diagnosis model using the Deep Learning method using the Faster R-CNN algorithm. The data used in this research are x-ray images of the lungs at the Jakarta Repository Center - Indonesian Tuberculosis Eradication Center (JRC-PPTI) clinic, totaling 220 datasets. At the preprocessing stage, the images used for training and testing were used with a size of 1280 x 1280 to see the effect on the accuracy of the prediction results of the Faster RCNN model. The test results are in the form of accuracy values that reflect the performance of the Faster RCNN model in classifying normal (without TB) and abnormal (with TB) test data. Results: The research implementation carried out the training process and testing process for 75% of training images, and 25% for testing images. Training images are labeled using the Img label. In the testing stage of the faster RCNN model, the accuracy value was 62.04%, precision was 40.00%, recall was 64.52% and F1-score was 49.38%. Conclusion: From the results of this research it is concluded that the Faster RCNN model test results using the ResNet 50 model have an accuracy value of 62.04%, Precision of 40.00%, Recall of 64.52% and F1-score of 49.38%.

The Emergency Panic Button tool has been developed to provide quick response and accessibility in emergency situations. In this research, we designed and developed an Emergency Panic Button tool using the Arduino ESP32 Devkit V1. This tool allows users to easily trigger emergency signals, send help messages to Telegram, and includes user location information and monitoring of the user's body temperature. The development method includes the integration of electronic components such as buttons, communication modules such as GSM or Wi-Fi, and body temperature sensors. We use Arduino ESP32 Devkit V1 as the main platform and utilize the Telegram API software to send help messages to specified contacts. In this research, we study the theoretical foundations related to emergency systems, Arduino technology, integration with the Telegram API, and user body temperature training. We design and implement tools by developing Arduino programs that allow training panic buttons, sending emergency messages to Telegram, acquiring locations using GPS modules or other methods, as well as training the user's body temperature using temperature sensors.
