Abstract

Sekolah memiliki kriteria dan pendekatan penilaian tertentu dalam mengukur capaian kinerja dan performanya. SD Negeri 02 Dadapayam berhasil menunjukkan perbaikan performa yang berdampak penerimaan BOSP Kinerja dengan predikat sekolah berkemajuan terbaik. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan performa kinerja sekolah. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif studi kasus di SD Negeri 02 Dadapayam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penyusunan anggaran, pembukuan dan pemeriksaan dilakukan sangat baik. Penyusunan anggaran meliputi kegiatan identifikasi, penjabaran tujuan, penentuan prioritas, analisis dan rekomendasi alternatif. Kegiatan pembukuan meliputi pembukuan penerimaan, pengeluaran, dan penyimpanan. Pemeriksaan pembiayaan dilaksanakan untuk memastikan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efektivitas penggunaan dana. Rekomendasi penelitian ditujukan pada pihak terkait dalam pemberian dukungan penggalian berbagai program inovatif berdasar analisis kebutuhan dan prioritas program.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership, school culture, and job satisfaction on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Temanggung District. Employing a quantitative research approach with a survey method, data were collected from 152 teachers using validated questionnaires and analyzed with multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that transformational leadership contributes the highest impact on teacher performance (48.7%), followed by job satisfaction (38.7%) and school culture (37.4%). Simultaneously, these three variables account for 61.6% of the variance in teacher performance, indicating that the combination of effective leadership, positive school culture, and high job satisfaction significantly enhances teacher performance. The novelty of this research lies in its integrative model that simultaneously examines the roles of leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction in the context of Indonesian elementary education, particularly in Temanggung. However, this study is limited to a single district and focuses only on three independent variables. Future research should expand the scope to other regions and incorporate additional variables such as pedagogical competence, intrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment, possibly employing a mixed-methods approach. These extensions will provide deeper insights and more comprehensive recommendations for improving teacher performance and educational quality.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of academic quality management at SD Negeri Pringapus 02, Pringapus District, Semarang Regency, using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation with principals, teachers, committees, and supervisors. The findings show that quality management is applied consistently through the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Action) cycle. Planning is conducted in annual meetings involving stakeholders to design programs on teacher recruitment, curriculum evaluation, student admission, and infrastructure development. Implementation includes the Merdeka Curriculum, balanced teacher–student ratio, extracurricular and co-curricular activities, and continuous improvement of facilities. Monitoring is carried out through academic supervision by the principal, while corrective actions include coaching, in-house training, workshops, and teacher professional development. The study concludes that PDCA enhances teacher competence, school performance, and student achievement. It emphasizes participatory leadership and a quality-oriented culture while recommending future studies across diverse school contexts.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 188 guru. Analisis penelitian ini meliputi uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 50,2% dan sisanya sebesar 49,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain; (2) terdapat pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 47,6% dan sisanya sebesar 52,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain; (3) terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 35,6% dan sisanya sebesar 43,6% dan sisanya sebesar 56,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain; dan (4) terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 62,6% dan sisanya sebesar 37,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kenyataan yang menunjukkan rendahnya kualitas pendidikan SD di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora. Faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas pendidikan diantaranya adalah supervisi akademik, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh supervisi akademik, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora berjumlah 356 guru. Jumlah sampel penelitian 188 guru. Analisis penelitian ini meliputi analisis uji normalitas, uji liniearitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis meliputi uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif supervisi akademik terhadap kualitas pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 50,4%; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif lingkungan kerja terhadap kualitas pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 49,7%; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 48,6%; dan (4) terdapat pengaruh positif supervisi akademik, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pendidikan sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Todanan Kabupaten Blora sebesar 63,5%.

Abstract

The selection of potential leaders in schools in Indonesia is still problematic. The objective of this study to determine the effect of learning agility and digital literacy on the potential future school leaders. This article is based on a quantitative research approach with a comparative causal design, a sample of 380 people with a simple random sampling. The research held in Kendal Regency, 2024-2025 school year. The instrument was tested and the results were valid and reliable. The research data were tested for prerequisites which showed normal, homogeneous, and linear. The research hypothesis was tested with Pearson product-moment correlation, determination test, and linear regression. The study result shows that there is positive, significant, and strong influence of learning agility on the potential of future school leaders; there is a strong, positive, and considerable influence of digital literacy on the potential future school leaders; and there is also positive, significant and strong influence of learning agility and digital literacy together on the potential future school leaders. This research contributes to the development of educational leadership concept from the aspect of teacher leadership. It is concluded that the selection of prospective teacher leaders needs to consider learning agility and digital literacy.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of work discipline, workload, and organizational culture on the quality of education in public elementary schools in Patean District, Kendal Regency. The study employs a quantitative approach with an ex post facto and correlational design to examine the extent of influence these internal institutional factors exert on educational quality. The population consisted of 268 teachers and education personnel, from which 160 respondents were selected using proportional random sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 27. The results revealed that all three independent variables, work discipline, workload, and organizational culture, significantly and positively affect education quality, both partially and simultaneously. Among the variables, organizational culture demonstrated the strongest influence, indicating that schools with a collaborative, result-oriented, and stable culture are more likely to achieve high educational quality. Work discipline and workload also play essential roles in shaping teacher performance and daily school operations. The regression model explained 45.2% of the variance in educational quality. These findings confirm that improving school quality is not only dependent on external interventions such as curriculum or policy reforms, but is also significantly influenced by internal behavioral and cultural dynamics. Therefore, the study recommends that school leaders focus on strengthening organizational culture, enhancing professional discipline, and managing workloads effectively to promote sustainable improvements in educational outcomes.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine the effect of management information systems, transformational leadership, and school-based management on the quality of educational services in elementary schools in Boja District. This research uses a quantitative approach of the ex-post facto type. The population in this study was all elementary school teachers in the Boja District, Kendal Regency, totaling 138 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate random sampling, resulting in a sample of 103 teachers. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data sources consist of primary data (sourced from questionnaires) and secondary data (sourced from books, journals, and elementary school archives in the Boja District). Data analysis techniques include Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Structural Test, Effective Contribution, Relative Contribution, and Relative Contribution (SR) and Effective Contribution (SE). The research results show (1) There is an influence of management information systems on the quality of elementary school education services in Boja District of 76.4% with the highest contribution from the management information system dimension of 0.830 (83.0%), while the lowest dimension is system quality of 0.517 (51.7%), (2) There is an influence of transformational leadership on the quality of elementary school education services in Boja District of 76% with the highest contribution from the dimension that influences the highest transformational leadership from the intellectual stimulation dimension, namely 0.718 (71.8%). While the lowest dimension is Individualized influence of 0.474 (47.4%), (3) There is an influence of school-based management on the quality of elementary school education services in Boja District. of 79.3% with the highest contribution from the dimension that influences school-based management is the process dimension, namely 0.820 (82.0%). While the lowest dimension is educational input of 0.539 (53.9%). 4) There is an influence of management information systems, transformational leadership, and school-based management on the quality of elementary school education services in the Boja District of 84.4% with the highest contribution from the school-based management dimension of 79.3% and the lowest from the transformational leadership dimension of 76%.

Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran PAUD belum maksimal. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan peran kepala sekolah sebagai manajer, profesionalisme guru dan iklim keamanan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran PAUD di Ungaran Timur. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif expost facto, populasi 196 orang dan sampel penelitian 132 guru. Analisis menggunakan analisis prasarat dan uji hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh variabel terkait dengan persamaan regresi linear ganda ? = 41,594 + 0,148 X1 + 0,093 X2+ 0,240 X3.  Analisis uji F diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (35,343 > 2,68), signifikansinya (0,000 < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh dari ketiga variabel bebas  sebesar 44,0%. Rekomendasi penelitian diberikan pada sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui penciptaan lingkungan kondusif, guru profesional serta peran manajerial kepala sekolah yang mumpuni.

Abstract

Supervisi dan iklim sekolah merupakan faktor yang memengaruhi mutu PAUD. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik dan iklim sekolah terhadap mutu PAUD di Kecamatan Sumowono dan Bandungan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif expost facto. Sampel penelitian 121 guru. Data kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan statistik regresi linear. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Supervisi akademik berpengaruh terhadap Mutu PAUD (? = 43,236 + 1,005 X1). Kontribusi X1 sebesar 98,5%. Iklim Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Mutu PAUD (? = 59,227 + 1,070 X2). Kontribusi X2 sebesar 68,8%. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pihak terkait dapat meningkatkan kualitas supervisi dan menciptakan iklim sekolah yang lebih suportif untuk mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.
