Abstract

ABSTRACT Diarrhea is defecation with a soft or liquid consistency, it can even be just water, more often than usual in one day. Diarrhea In general, diarrhea occurs as a result of consuming food and drinks contaminated with viruses, bacteria or parasites. According to the results of a survey conducted by the Ministry of Health, it is known that diarrhea is at the top of the list of 10 diseases that cause hospitalization in Indonesian hospitals.. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the epidemiology of diarrheal fever in Indonesia.. The method used in this research is a literature review by searching for relevant articles from electronic databases (Google Scholar). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The research results show several factors that can cause diarrhea in Indonesia, such as age, level of knowledge, nutritional status, hand washing habits. Diarrhea tends to be higher in groups with low education and those who work as farmers/fishermen and laborers. Based on the pattern of causes of death for all ages, diarrhea is the 13th leading cause of death with a proportion of 3.5%. Meanwhile, based on infectious diseases, diarrhea is the 3rd leading cause of death after TB and pneumonia. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended that there be increased implementation of health education by Community Health Centers, especially regarding diarrhea and the importance of clean living behavior and properly boiling drinking water as an effort to prevent diarrhea. Abstract

Sound scale management in instilling discipline in early childhood is very important because it can help children develop disciplined character. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the principal and 5 accompanying teachers. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study it was found that there were 3 stages in sound scale management in instilling discipline in early childhood, namely sound scale planning, sound scale implementation and sound scale evaluation. The planning of the sound scale was planned by the guidance counselor and then a meeting was held with the teacher and socialization to the parents of students, the implementation of the sound scale had 4 scales, scale 0, scale 1, scale 2, scale 3, scale 4. Scale 0 when the call to prayer is echoed, scale 1 talking with someone, scale 2 expressing opinions/speaking in small groups (3-20 people), scale 3 talking/playing in open spaces in large groups (20-50 people), scale 4 emergency: fire. Sound scale evaluation has advantages and disadvantages. The teacher has made a plan, implemented and evaluated which is able to develop a child's discipline attitude through habituation activities so that it can be concluded that the planning, implementation and evaluation carried out to instill discipline in children is in accordance with what is expected by the teacher.

Abstract

The National Health Insurance program started running in Indonesia on January 1, 2014. Along with the increasing number of National Health Insurance participants and health facilities, more criticism has emerged from various parties, including from National Health Insurance providers regarding the alleged fraud. Fraud can have a negative effect on finances, the standard of medical care, and the perpetrator's reputation. This study's goal was to assess the likelihood that fraud may occur at Dadi Regional Hospital in Makassar, Indonesia. The study also explored the procedures and policies in place for preventing the fraud. This qualitative study employed phenomenological design. The results of the study show that there is a fraud prevention system at Dadi Regional Hospital in the form of policy and guideline formulation, a culture of prevention, implementation of quality control, and cost control. Even though they already have a prevention system in place, there is still some lack of information being disseminated about the fraud prevention team established. There are still frequent discrepancies between the diagnosis code input in the National Health Insurance system and the patient's diagnosis Hence, the Internal Monitoring Unit is still in the process of establishing a fraud prevention system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perception and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Swiss Hotel Ambon. Perception and service quality are two essential factors that influence the overall customer experience during their stay. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, collecting data through questionnaires from 50 respondents who are guests of the Swiss Hotel Ambon. Data analysis was performed using SPSS to test validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that both perception and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.892 suggests that 89.2% of the variance in customer satisfaction can be explained by these two variables. In conclusion, the hotel must maintain and enhance customer perceptions and service quality to ensure high customer satisfaction, which can contribute to customer loyalty and a positive reputation in the competitive hospitality market

Abstract

Being a teacher is not only about mastering the subject matter to be delivered, but more than that. Teachers must have quite a lot of skills to create a more effective and quality learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive influence between the teaching skills of mathematics teachers on the achievement of students of SMK Negeri 2 Baubau class XI Motorcycle Department. This type of research is quantitative research with Ex Post Facto method. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 2 Baubau grade XI Motorcycle Department which amounted to one class consisting of 20 students. While the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The teacher teaching skills instrument that researchers used in this study was a questionnaire. While the achievement instrument in this study is the results of students' daily test scores. Based on the results of the study, the regression equation Y = 26.302 + 0.450X was obtained. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the teaching skills of mathematics teachers on the achievement of students of SMK Negeri 2 Baubau class XI Motorcycle Department.

Abstract

Studi dilaksanakan bertujuan agar bisa meningkatkan keterampilan baca al-Qur'an anak-anak berusia lima hingga enam tahun. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilakukan dalam dua siklus: pra-aksara, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini melibatkan lima belas orang yang berusia antara lima dan enam tahun. Studi ini menganalisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif Dalam studi ini, dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa hasil observasi sebelum tindakan (prasiklus) menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 anak, 14 anak (93%) berada Dalam kategori belum berkembang (BB), 1 anak (6%) tetap dalam kategori BB, 11 anak (73%) mulai berkembang (MB), dan 1 anak (6%) berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Pada Siklus II, tidak ada anak dalam kategori BB, tetapi 2 anak mulai berkembang (MB), dan 13 anak berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Ini menunjukkan bahwa kriteria keberhasilan yang ditargetkan telah tercapai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak-anak yang lebih muda. Penelitian tindakan kelas adalah jenis penelitian yang berbeda yang terdiri dari lima belas subjek dan dilakukan dalam dua siklus: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Studi ini mengumpulkan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes; analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebelas anak (sekitar 73%) yang kemampuan motorik halusnya masih belum berkembang, sementara empat anak (sekitar 27%) mulai menunjukkan perkembangan, dan tidak ada yang tumbuh sesuai dengan prediksi. Selain itu, pada siklus I, terlihat bahwa empat anak (sekitar 27%) masih berada dalam kategori belum berkembang, sembilan anak (sekitar 60%) mulai berkembang, dan dua anak (sekitar 13%) telah berkembang sesuai harapan. Pada siklus kedua, sekitar lima anak (33%) dan sepuluh anak (67%) telah berkembang sesuai harapan.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam akuntansi memerlukan pengembangan keterampilan holistik bagi mahasiswa. Kegiatan yang dilaksakan pada Program Studi Akuntansi Syariah IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital mahasiswa melalui pelatihan langsung. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap:  persiapan (pra-pengujian), pelaksanaan (penyajian dan praktik), dan evaluasi (penilaian keterampilan). Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan. Terdapat 63% mahasiswa yang ahli dalam teknologi digital, 21% memiliki pengetahuan tentang teknologi akuntansi, 10% memahami dasar-dasar teknologi dan hanya 5% yang mengalami kesulitan. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual, keterampilan praktis, dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam transformasi digital. Rekomendasinya mencakup pengintegrasian teknologi digital ke dalam kurikulum, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan kolaborasi dengan industri untuk mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi era digital yang semakin kompleks dan dinamis.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to understand profit accounting practices by binthe biluhuta sellers based on local cultural values.Method: This study uses an Islamic paradigm with an Islamic ethnomethodological approach. There are five data analysis stages: charity, knowledge, faith, revelation information, and courtesy.Results: The study results show that binthe biluhuta sellers practice value-sharing-based profit accounting, among others. This value is reflected through the use of profits not only to fulfill personal interests but profits from selling binthe biluhuta are also used to help each other. In Gorontalo's Islamic culture, elders often internalize the value of sharing among others through the expression "delo tutumulo lambi." The meaning of this expression is a statement of life that has benefited many people.Implications: The results of this study seek to preserve accounting based on local culture.Novelty: The novelty of this research is that it presents the concept of profit accounting by binthe biluhuta sellers on local cultural values and religiosity.

Abstract

The problem of this research is how to improve the cognitive abilities of Group B children through busybook play activities at RQ Insan Madani. The aim of the research is to enhance the cognitive abilities of Group B children at RQ Insan Madani by using busybook media. The subjects of the research are Group B children at RQ Insan Madani who still face challenges in cognitive development aspects. The research method is Classroom Action Research. The classroom action research model that will be used in this study is the Kurt Lewin model. The data collection techniques include direct observation conducted by the researcher, interviews, task assignments, and document analysis. There are three data analysis techniques: the researcher performs data reduction, then presents the data, and finally concludes the data. Based on the research results from the pre-cycle and cycle 1, it can be concluded that through busy book play activities, the cognitive abilities of group B children at RQ Insan Madani can be improved. This is seen from the change in condition when the initial state before the action (pre-cycle) is different from the state after the action in cycle 1.
