Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: Dengan tujuan untuk langkah-langlah penegakan dan penerapan hukum terhadap pelaku kejahatan penipuan dengan cara modus kerjasama penyediaan layanan wifi diwilayah Polisi Daerah Lampung dalam kasus putusan Nomor: 463/Pid.B/2024/PN Tjk. Untuk memahami atau guna mengetahui kendala apa saja pada proses penyelesaian kasus penerapan hukum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penipuan dengan cara atau metode tertentu kerjasama penyediaan layanan wifi pada perkara putusan Nomor: 463/Pid.B/2024/PN Tjk. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua jenis pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan yuridis normatif dan pendekatan empiris. Pendekatan yuridis normatif dilakukan dengan cara melakukan studi kepustakaan, yang melibatkan kegiatan membaca, mengunti, dan menganalisis berbagai teori hukum serta peraturan perundangan-undangan yang relevan dengan topik atau masalah yang sedang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana penipuan tersebut karena dalam kasus ini, pelaku memanfaatkan peluang dengan menawarkan kerjasama penyediaan layanan WiFi yang tampak menguntungkan, namun pada kenyataannya, tidak ada niat untuk memenuhi janji-janji yang diberikan. Penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku tindak pidana penipuan tersebut dengan melalui proses penyelidikan, penuntutan, dan peradilan menunjukkan pentingnya peran aparat penegak hukum dalam menangani kejahatan berbasis digital yang semakin berkembang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pemasaran digital terhadap efektivitas branding koperasi di era digital menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan mendokumentasi artikel yang terkait pada penelitian serupa, artikel yang didapat dan digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 artikel jurnal dapat diperoleh dari database google scholar dengan menggunakan aplikasi publish or perish .Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong koperasi untuk beradaptasi dengan strategi pemasaran digital guna memperkuat merek mereka di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur yang relevan untuk mengidentifikasi tren, strategi, dan dampak pemasaran digital terhadap keberhasilan branding koperasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital, termasuk penggunaan media sosial, optimasi mesin pencari, dan konten berbasis digital, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran merek, loyalitas pelanggan, dan daya saing koperasi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pengelola koperasi untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif dalam strategi branding mereka.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has human resources with a larger population of women than men. Human resources are used as basic capital in state development. The female population represents a larger share of assets and problems in the employment sector. However, in situations like this, women must be able to manage the potential and abilities in the form of training or education. So that women have a good place to elevate themselves, their families and their nation. Women can also have an important role in improving the family economy in various ways, one of which is entrepreneurship. Women who work will definitely earn income and become a source of income, giving them more freedom in managing personal and household finances. So, housewives have great potential as workers to help financially in the family for the sake of survival together. This research aims to analyze the role of housewives who work and have education on family income based on scientific studies through literature studies.

Abstract

Abstract: Secondary education plays an important role in shaping students' academic, social, and emotional skills and preparing them for further education or entering the workforce. One important aspect of education is the application of discipline through sanctions for violations of school rules. SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran currently still uses a manual system in recording and imposing sanctions, which is prone to errors, data loss, and is less efficient in decision making. This study aims to propose the implementation of a decision support system based on the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to determine more objective and transparent sanctions. The results of the application of the TOPSIS method in the process of determining objective sanctions for students at SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran are based on factors such as attendance, neatness, diligence, and student behavior, resulting in more accurate and systematic decisions. This study shows that the application of the TOPSIS method increases efficiency in determining sanctions for students and supports a fairer and data-based coaching process in schools.           Keywords: decision support system; discipline; sanctions; TOPSIS. Abstrak: Pendidikan menengah  memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keterampilan akademik, sosial, dan emosional peserta didik serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk pendidikan lebih lanjut atau masuk ke dunia kerja. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan adalah penerapan disiplin melalui sanksi terhadap pelanggaran aturan sekolah. SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan dan pemberian sanksi, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, serta kurang efisien dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengusulkan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menentukan sanksi yang lebih objektif dan transparan. Hasil dari penerapan metode TOPSIS dalam proses penentuan sanksi objektif pada peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Kisaran didasarkan pada faktor-faktor seperti kehadiran, kerapian, kerajinan, serta kelakuan siswa, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat dan sistematis. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS meningkatkan efisiensi dalam menentukan sanksi bagi siswa serta mendukung proses pembinaan yang lebih adil dan berbasis data di sekolah.Kata kunci: kedisiplinan; sanksi; sistem pendukung keputusan; TOPSIS.

Abstract

This paper is about the concept of money demand and monetary policy in the perspective of Islamic economics. Money and monetary policy are two interesting things to discuss in the study of Islamic economics. This is due to the dynamics of the monetary sector which is growing rapidly when compared to the development of the real sector, both in theory and in practice. In fact, monetary instruments dominate the global economic system and are increasingly taking root. Money greatly affects the economy of a country and this is related to monetary policy.

Abstract

The existence of financing in Islamic banking has several financing risks, one of which is the default of the customer due to death. Facing this risk, banks certainly have risk management so that this can be controlled which in the future does not make Islamic banking suffer losses. In writing this article using a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study, with the aim of describing the existence of life insurance in financing, risk mitigation and the benefits therein. The strategic step to mitigate risk that is most often used by banks is to provide financing life insurance cover as protection against financing in the face of this disaster, where the existence of insurance is a tool to bear customer financing obligations and as an action so as not to burden other heirs, if examined together there are two substances so that both parties (banks and customers) feel protected.

the empowerment of monetary policy can have a significant impact on economic growth especially in South Kalimantan, especially when viewed from the perspective of Islamic economic progress. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Quality Design, Accuracy, Speed and Security on service satisfaction for UM Banjarmasin students. This research was conducted on UM Banjarmasin students class of 2019, whose sample amounted to 79 students. The data source was obtained through questionnaires distributed to respondents and processed again using IBM SPSS 23 software, using Multiple Linear Regression tests and this study used quantitative methods. The results showed that the value of Sig. Variable Quality Design (X1), amounted to 0.04 < 0.05 and thitung 2.967 > 1.993 ttabel, Sig. Variable Accuracy (X2), amounted to 0.245 > 0.05 and thitung 1.173 < 1.993 ttabel, Sig. Variable Speed (X3) value of 0.025 < 0.05 and thitung of 2.284 > 1.993 ttabel, and Sig. Variable Security (X4) of 0.000 < 0.05 and thitung of 4.945 > 1.993 ttabel. The results showed that simultaneously the variables Quality Design, Accuracy, Speed, and Security had a positive effect on service satisfaction for UM Banjarmasin students. This can be seen by the Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the Fhitung value of 30.813 > 2.73 Ftabel.

Abstract

The present study investigates cognitive processes of students while understanding character dialogue in modern English literature through a qualitative approach. Highlighting inferential thinking and perspective-taking, the research aims to explore how learning individuals interpret and react to advanced literary dialogue. The findings of the study identify that learner apply inferential strategies to understand implied meaning, affective undertones, and relational dynamics in character dialogue. Furthermore, perspective-taking played a central role, as students were more able to empathize and interpret more deeply when they adopted multiple character perspectives. The study identifies challenges students face, such as the inability to maintain inferences and coping with novel points of view, particularly in cross-cultural contexts. Pedagogic implications indicate that the teaching of literature should explicitly promote inferential thinking, perspective-taking, and cultural awareness leading to a more empathetic, integrated reading of literature. The present study makes a contribution towards the increasing pool of literature documenting cognitive investment in literary learning that reveals how literary teaching can assist students' critical thinking and emotional intelligence through exploring character dialogue.

Abstract

This article was written to explain the strategic relationship between Islamic Education in facing changes in the Covid-19 pandemic era, how Islamic education, which in quantity shows progress, but in terms of quality is still questionable, it can be seen from the output of Islamic Education Institutions in taking employment opportunities in the country. alone is still far from people's expectations, this problem was exacerbated by the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic which changed the technology-based education system. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, while the data collection technique is in the form of documentation which is then analyzed. The results of the study show that the strategies carried out in developing Islamic Education in the face of Covid-19: First, Having a Second Morality Commitment, Outcome of Skills and Expertise, Third, Mastering Science, Technology and Innovative Ability, Fourth, Collaborating with stakeholders and foreign institutions.
