Abstract

Menari Tanon Village, Semarang, has a uniqueness and cultural diversity that is closely related to one of the mathematical concepts, namely geometry. So that it can be used as material for mathematics lessons in schools. This study aims to describe cultural activities in Menari Tanon Tourism Village, Semarang such as farming, livestock raising, dancing, and artifacts related to mathematics to be used as learning materials in elementary mathematics learning activities. The research method used is the method of observation and interviews with the Menari Village (Village Head, Founder of Dancing Tourism Village and Surrounding Communities). The results of the study show that Menari Tanon Village Semarang has cultural diversity related to learning mathematics in elementary schools such as recognizing flat shapes in farming activities, calculating geometric shapes in livestock activities, recognizing angles and lines in dancing activities, recognizing flat shapes on artifact studies. This research is expected to provide benefits for the development of elementary mathematics learning by raising the culture found in the Menari Tourism Village as a cultural tourism village.

Abstract

Abstract: The use of technology in education has been proven to provide a positive contribution to increasing students' mathematical learning motivation. The purpose of this Community Service is to explore how technology can foster students' mathematical learning motivation in grade V of SDN No. 053997 Sei Siur, Pangkalan Susu District, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. Through interactive and varied digital media, students can learn in a more interesting, flexible way, and according to their individual needs. Technology also allows for the creation of a more collaborative and communicative learning environment, which ultimately fosters curiosity, activeness, and enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, the integration of appropriate technology in fostering students' mathematical learning motivation is very important to support the achievement of educational goals optimally. Keywords: technology; mathematical learning motivation  Abstrak: Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar matematis siswa. Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana teknologi dapat dapat menumbuhkembangkan  motivasi belajar matematis siswa di kelas V SDN No. 053997 Sei Siur, Kec. Teknologi juga memungkinkan terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih kolaboratif dan komunikatif, yang pada akhirnya menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu, keaktifan, dan semangat belajar. Abstract

This study applies qualitative methods in the process of data collection and analysis. This study aims to analyze the story's structure in Dian Purnomo's novel, Perempuan Yang Menangis Kepada Bulan Hitam, using Greimas' narratological perspective. Greimas divides two structural models of narratology in his theory. The two models are the actantial model and the functional model. Two narratological models from Greimas aim to reveal the story's structure, showing the connection between women who are subject actants to get objects, so that the actors who become objects can show their strength as women. The study results show Magi Diela as an actant who becomes the Subject to fight for her freedom as a woman who becomes the Object. Magi Diela, as an actant charged with the task of being a subject, can show her power over her mind and body as a woman and leave the cultural discrimination she has received through Kawin Tangkap Culture. Although this is not an easy process, Magi Diela, as a subject, has to go through various situations that are exhausting both physically and psychologically. The results of the second model, namely the functional model, show three stages in which Magi must struggle as an actant burdened as a subject in the actantial model to get an object. The three stages of the functional structure model that Magie went through proved that she had managed to overcome her difficulties and misfortunes as a woman who lived in restraint and demonstrated the freedom she strived for.

Abstract

Metode Profile Matching merupakan salah satu dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, yaitu suatu system berbasis komputer guna membantu para pengambil keputusan dalam mengatasi permasalahannya untuk mendapatkan atau menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat. [spk] perhitungan dari metode profile matching cukup sederhana, yaitu dengan membandingkan GAP dengan nilai alternative dan kriteria. Ada beberapa hal yang penting yang perlu diketahui mengenai analisis GAP, yaitu table nilai bobot GAP [1]. Selain itu, analisis GAP juga harus memiliki konsep skala prioritas untuk stiap kriteria Karena kemudahan perhitungan dari metode profile matching serta kebutuhan dan tujuan penelitian yang juga sederhana maka peneliti mengambil judul implementasi perhitungan metode profile matching untuk membantu peneliti memberikan jawaban pada komutias akhwat sholeha khususnya kisaran dalam mendapatkan rumah singgah dakwah yang tepat atau cocok untuk dihuni. Adapun tahapan perhitungan dari Profile Matching adalah Penentuan Bobot Nilai GAP, lalu perhitungan dan pengelompokkan core factor dan secoundary factor, selanjutnya perhitungan nilai total tiap kompetensi kriteria dan terakhir perhitungan rangking [2], [3], [4]. Setelah mendapatkan hasil perhitungan yang tepat terhadap rumah singgah dakwah, perhitungan dihentikan dan hasil seleksi diberikan kepada founder KoAS. Hasil dari seleksi rumah singgah dakwah pada Komunitas akhwat Sholehah (KoAS) Kisaran berupa nama dan nilai.

Abstract

Abstract: Value-based community organizations, such as the Komunitas Akhwat Sholehah (KoAS) in Kisaran, face significant challenges in enforcing internal discipline. The manual and subjective process of imposing sanctions for violations often leads to perceptions of injustice, inconsistency, and inefficiency. This research aims to design and build a Decision Support System (DSS) model to assist the KoAS management in determining sanctions more objectively, transparently, and accountably. The research methodology uses a waterfall approach, including needs analysis, system design, model implementation, and testing through simulation. The core decision-making logic is implemented using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, chosen for its ability to accommodate various violation criteria simply and transparently. The result is a conceptual prototype and case simulation demonstrating the system's ability to process violation data based on weighted criteria to produce the most appropriate sanction recommendations. The main contribution is the application of a quantitative management tool (DSS/SAW) in the unique socio-technical context of a religious community, offering a technology-based internal governance model to enhance procedural justice and member trust.Keywords: Decision Support System; Governance; Procedural Justice; Simple Additive Weighting; Value-Based Community Abstrak: Organisasi komunitas berbasis nilai, seperti Komunitas Akhwat Sholehah (KoAS) di Kisaran, menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam menegakkan disiplin internal. Proses penjatuhan sanksi terhadap pelanggaran yang dilakukan secara manual dan subjektif sering kali menimbulkan persepsi ketidakadilan, inkonsistensi, dan inefisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat membantu pengurus KoAS dalam menentukan sanksi secara lebih objektif, transparan, dan akuntabel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan waterfall, yang mencakup tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi model, dan pengujian melalui simulasi. Logika pengambilan keputusan inti dalam sistem ini diimplementasikan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengakomodasi berbagai kriteria pelanggaran secara sederhana dan transparan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah prototipe konseptual dan simulasi kasus yang menunjukkan kemampuan sistem dalam memproses data pelanggaran berdasarkan kriteria yang telah dibobotkan untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi sanksi yang paling sesuai. Kontribusi utama dari penelitian ini adalah demonstrasi penerapan alat manajemen kuantitatif (SPK/SAW) dalam konteks sosio-teknis unik sebuah komunitas keagamaan, yang menawarkan sebuah model tata kelola internal berbasis teknologi untuk meningkatkan keadilan prosedural dan kepercayaan anggota.Kata kunci: Keadilan Prosedural; Komunitas Berbasis Nilai; Simple Additive Weighting; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Tata Kelola

Abstract

Komunitas Akhwat Sholehah Kisaran menghadapi tantangan dalam pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang masih bergantung pada metode konvensional, sehingga membatasi jangkauan pasar dan potensi pertumbuhan. Rendahnya pemahaman pemasaran digital dan adopsi teknologi menjadi kendala utama dalam akses pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan yang efektif. Program ini dirancang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut melalui dua pendekatan terintegrasi: teknologi dan matematika. Pendekatan pertama adalah sosialisasi website UMKM berbasis socio-technopreneur untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar melalui toko daring yang mudah diakses. Pendekatan kedua adalah pelatihan matematika terapan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan analisis biaya, penentuan harga, dan proyeksi laba guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup workshop, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan dampak nyata, di mana terjadi peningkatan omzet penjualan rata-rata sebesar 10-15% dalam tiga bulan pertama pasca-pelatihan, melampaui target awal sebesar 10%. Program ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa model pemberdayaan yang terukur dan kontribusi akademis dengan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan matematika terapan secara sistematis mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pengambilan keputusan strategis UMKM

Abstract

This article was written to deliver the idea of the need for digital literacy competencies for archival graduate students in an era of disruption to meet the needs of users and professional development so that in the end the success of digital literacy becomes a new benchmark for soft skills competencies for archiving program graduates. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using the FGD method for collecting data from informants, namely users and graduates of the archiving program itself. The results show that graduates of archives have not been able to meet the needs of soft skill competencies according to user demands, especially regarding the use of digital technology in supporting the implementation of tasks and jobs. It is suggested that college can facilitate the efforts to increase digital literacy competence through learning methods, in addition to students also trying to improve their experience in the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Currently, the involvement of MSMEs in the economic development process is very rapid, considering that their level of productivity must continue to be developed alongside large businesses. MSMEs contribute to labor absorption on average by 96.66% of the total national workforce, while large businesses only contribute an average of 3.32% to the national workforce. The high ability of MSMEs to create employment opportunities indicates that MSMEs have considerable potential to be developed throughout the country. However, on the other hand, MSMEs have many obstacles, namely limited working capital, low human resources, and lack of mastery of science and technology. Providing information and market networks, easy access to funding, assistance and increasing information technology capacity are efforts to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian MSMEs. Teluk Karya Village needs technology in the midst of globalization. Most of the problems faced are product marketing and their human resource knowledge is still lacking. This Community Service was carried out in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an effort to improve the E-Catalog to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan. This effort was motivated by the lack of implementation of the development of E-catalog technology and information in Teluk Karya Village, Lampihong District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan, which resulted in a lack of information on the use of marketing through social media, especially using E-Catalogs which could increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in Teluk Karya Village, District Lampihong is not optimal yet. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely: 1.) The role of E-Catalog for the Teluk Karya Village community in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the Village, 2.) Increasing the income of village communities, especially MSME actors, in conducting their businesses so that they can compete well and create sustainable community welfare.

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and interest rates on financing at Islamic banks in Banjarmasin city. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses quantitative methods. The data used is secondary data and time series. Data sourced from the pages of Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and data from Islamic Commercial Banks which are the objects of this study in the period 2014 to 2023. Findings: Based on the results of statistical data processing, the results of this study indicate that the value of Sig. Inflation variable (X1), amounting to 0.993> 0.05 and the tcount value of 0.009 < 2.571. Sig value. Interest Rate Variable (X2) is 0.066> 0.05 and the tcount value is -2.571 < 2.571. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the inflation and interest rate variables affect financing at Islamic banks in Banjarmasin City. This can be proven by the value of Fcount 2.825 > Ftable 4.45. Research implications: Based on the research results, it is known that although inflation and interest rates have no effect on financing in Islamic banks, the government must remain effective in controlling macroeconomic activities to maintain the stability of inflation and interest rates, so that economic stability can be guaranteed.
