Abstract

Pendidikan tidak hanya dimaknai sebagai proses transfer ilmu, melainkan juga sebagai instrumen pembentukan karakter peserta didik yang berintegritas. Namun demikian, dalam praktiknya, peran pendidik kerap tereduksi hanya sebatas pengajar (al-mu’allim), tanpa optimalisasi fungsi sebagai pembina moral (al-murabbi) dan penyuci jiwa (al-muzakki). Padahal, dalam perspektif Al-Qur’an dan Hadits, pendidik memikul tanggung jawab multidimensional yang mencakup aspek intelektual, spiritual, dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara tematik peran pendidik dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik berdasarkan sumber otoritatif Islam serta meninjau relevansinya terhadap kebutuhan sistem pendidikan modern yang berorientasi pada nilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan metode tafsir maudhu’i. Sumber data meliputi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, hadits Nabi, serta literatur kontemporer yang relevan dengan pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam praktik pendidikan formal masih belum berjalan secara sistematis. Di sisi lain, Al-Qur’an dan Hadits telah menawarkan paradigma mendalam mengenai fungsi pendidik sebagai agen transformasi peradaban. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi teoritik dalam memperkuat wacana rekonstruksi peran pendidik berbasis nilai-nilai profetik yang kontekstual dengan tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of formative evaluation in improving students’ academic achievement. Formative evaluation is a type of continuous assessment conducted during the learning process to monitor students’ progress, provide feedback, and improve teaching strategies. The research method employed is a qualitative approach using literature study and descriptive analysis techniques. The findings indicate that the application of formative evaluation enhances learning motivation, improves conceptual understanding, and positively impacts students’ academic achievement. Therefore, formative evaluation is highly effective in improving learning outcomes when applied systematically and consistently.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in building students’ character and work ethic at SMK Ar-Rahman Medan. The research employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation at the partner school. The findings indicate that the implementation of educational policies is carried out through well-prepared planning, socialization, training, as well as continuous monitoring and evaluation. The curriculum applied integrates P5-based learning and deep learning, adjusted to each grade level through online, offline, and blended learning modes. PAI teachers adopt various strategies such as lectures, group discussions, Problem-Based Learning (PBL), and Project-Based Learning (PJBL), while also utilizing educational technology according to students’ majors. In developing religious character, discipline, and work ethic, the school provides strong support through programs such as Malam Bina Iman dan Takwa (MABIT), Qur’an learning, and the habituation of congregational prayers. The role of PAI teachers is evident in shaping students’ sense of responsibility, discipline, and motivation to learn through role modeling, habituation, and adaptive approaches to their psychological conditions. The results show significant impacts, including increased student awareness of discipline, communication ethics, responsibility, and self-control. Thus, the implementation of PAI teachers’ roles at SMK Ar-Rahman Medan proves to be significant in fostering Islamic character and a positive work ethic among students.

Abstract

Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik kronik dengan prevalensi tinggi dan berpotensi menimbulkan komplikasi serius seperti ulkus diabetik. Ulkus diabetik sering menjadi penyebab utama amputasi, terutama bila disertai infeksi kronik yang dapat memperburuk kerusakan jaringan dan meningkatkan risiko penyebaran ke struktur lebih dalam. Penanganan ulkus diabetik terinfeksi masih belum optimal akibat kurangnya pemahaman mengenai proses infeksi kronik, terbatasnya edukasi pasien, serta belum tersedianya protokol standar di sebagian fasilitas kesehatan, sehingga banyak kasus berkembang menjadi infeksi kronik berat hingga berujung pada amputasi. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran infeksi kronik sebagai faktor risiko amputasi pada ulkus diabetik melalui tinjauan berbagai literatur ilmiah. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada database PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan Google Scholar terhadap publikasi tahun 2020–2024 dengan kriteria inklusi berupa artikel berbahasa Inggris atau Indonesia yang membahas ulkus diabetik, infeksi kronik, dan amputasi pada jurnal terakreditasi. Sebanyak sepuluh artikel memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa infeksi kronik secara signifikan meningkatkan risiko amputasi, terutama bila disertai osteomielitis atau necrotizing soft tissue infection. Faktor yang berperan antara lain keterlambatan diagnosis, kontrol glikemik yang buruk, dan resistensi antibiotik, dengan variasi desain studi seperti laporan kasus, studi potong lintang, dan tinjauan sistematis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa infeksi kronik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan risiko amputasi pada ulkus diabetik, sehingga deteksi dini dan penanganan multidisipliner sangat diperlukan untuk menurunkan angka amputasi.

Abstract

Bullying di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan serius yang tidak hanya berdampak pada perkembangan psikologis dan akademik peserta didik, tetapi juga merupakan bentuk pelanggaran hak asasi manusia. Data Komnas HAM Republik Indonesia menunjukkan 80 persen pelajar di Indonesia pernah mengalami bullying, namun mayoritas korban memilih untuk diam. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk penyuluhan hukum yang bertujuan untuk mewujudkan sekolah bebas bullying melalui kesadaran hak asasi manusia di MAN 1 Kendari. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 17 Mei 2025 menggunakan metode ceramah dan dialog yang melibatkan narasumber, siswa, guru, dan juga dihadiri mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pencegahan bullying memerlukan pendekatan berbasis HAM melalui empat strategi utama: (1) pengembangan kebijakan anti-bullying; (2) edukasi dan kesadaran HAM; (3) pendidikan karakter berbasis empati dan toleransi; dan (4) sistem pelaporan anonim serta pengawasan rutin dari sekolah. Keberhasilan implementasi membutuhkan sinergi seluruh elemen sekolah meliputi siswa yang berani melaporkan, guru yang responsif, orang tua yang komunikatif, dan sekolah yang konsisten menerapkan sanksi yang edukatif. Penyuluhan ini diharapkan menjadi fondasi kesadaran hukum dalam mewujudkan MAN 1 Kendari sebagai sekolah ramah anak yang aman, nyaman, dan menghargai keberagaman.

Abstract

Rural development plays an important role in improving community welfare and equitable development in Indonesia. Samaenre Village, which has abundant natural resource potential, still faces a number of challenges in terms of education, infrastructure, and health. This study aims to provide solutions to four main problems: the unavailability of school name gates, unclear hamlet boundaries, lack of education about healthy snacks, and low literacy skills of students at SDN 1 Samaenre Village. The methods used include data collection through observation and interviews, as well as the implementation of a structured community empowerment program. The results of the community service show that the construction of school gates helps strengthen school identity, the affirmation of hamlet boundaries reduces the potential for administrative conflict, education about healthy snacks increases students' awareness of the importance of nutritional intake, and literacy assistance successfully improves students' literacy skills. This program has a positive impact on improving the quality of education, health, and welfare of the Samaenre Village community.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the extent to which students' vocabulary mastery is related to the accuracy of their translation in the narrative text "The Legend of Roro Jonggrang" in Indonesian. The research was conducted using a quantitative research design with correlational methods. The data was obtained from a questionnaire which was created via Google Forms and distributed online via the WhatsApp application. With a significance value (p-value) of 0.000, which is less than the cutoff of 0.05, the results showed a significant link between vocabulary and translation accuracy. The findings of the study have a big impact on language instruction, especially when it comes to teaching English in Indonesia. Educators should prioritize vocabulary development to enhance students' translation skills and overall language proficiency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good government governance and the performance of village apparatus on the accountability of managing village funds, using descriptive quantitative analysis, using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS. The results of the study show while the performance of village apparatus has a positive effect on the accountability of managing village funds, it can be seen in the results of the partial test (t test) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, and where this shows a positive direction which can be seen in the calculated t value of 5.596 greater than the t-table of 1.998. And two independent variables simultaneously (together) have a positive effect on village fund management accountability, which can be seen from the significance value of the simultaneous test (f test) where the significance value is 0.00> 0.05, or Fcount is greater than ftable. Where the positive direction shows that the Fcount value is 32.248 while the ftable is 3.15. While the level of influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable can be seen from the adjusted R Square value of 0.298 or 29.8%. This indicates that the accountability variable for village fund management can be influenced by good government governance variables and village apparatus performance variables by 29.8%, while the remaining 70.2% is explained by other variables not present in this study.

Abstract

In fact, parenting jurisprudence does not only target children physically until they are mumayyiz (able to choose and choose good actions) as is found in many classical jurisprudence books, but also their psychology, including their mental and economic readiness for marriage. Until now, the main trigger for many cases of stunting is still caused by early marriage. Early marriage occurs because child care is only oriented towards meeting the child's physical needs, while spiritual needs still do not receive significant attention. Efforts in this direction can be made by contextualizing parenting jurisprudence that parenting is not only about the child's physical aspects but also spiritual aspects and economic readiness. This is reflected in the history of the Prophet's life as a child, receiving maximum nurturing education both regarding his physical and psychological well-being, as well as economic readiness, with the Prophet being included in every trade mission with his uncle. The implications of this contextualization of parenting jurisprudence are at least a new orientation of parenting jurisprudence in efforts to minimize stunting. Apart from that, it also serves as a legal standing for child care activities to comprehensively pay attention to children's physical, psychological and economic readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the dominating level of substitution, augmentation, modification and redefinition (SAMR) use by the teachers in teaching English and the reasons of the English teachers use that level, namely substitution, augmentation, modification and redefinition (SAMR). This research was conducted in January 2023 from 3 English teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. This research used descriptive qualitative method, and the instruments used are observation and interviews.The findings of this study indicate that of the four levels of the SAMR model, the most dominant used by English teachers is at the substitution level. And the lowest usage is redefinition. The second finding is the reason why the English teachers are at this level is due to a lack of IT-related knowledge, insufficient school facilities, and a lack of spaces that can assist teachers in improving their IT skills.
