Abstract

The development of 5G technology presents great potential in the implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) by increasing communication speed, data security, and process automation. This article analyzes the role of 5G networks in supporting the IoT ecosystem with a descriptive qualitative approach. The main focus of this study is how aspects of automation, security, and speed in 5G networks contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of IoT systems in various industrial sectors. The results of the study show that 5G networks not only provide low latency and high throughput, but also face complex security challenges, which require innovative mitigation strategies. This study provides recommendations for the development of more resilient systems in dealing with cyber threats and optimizing IoT networks.

Abstract

Wakaf saham merupakan salah satu instrument yang termasuk dalam wakaf uang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek yang mempengaruhi regulator dalam perkembangan wakaf saham di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam dengan informan adalah para ekspert di bidang akademisi, praktisi keuangan syariah di sekuritas, nazhir, wakif dan regulator. Metode analisis data menggunakan ANP (Analytic Networking Process). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah, solusi dan strategi dari regulator terbagi atas aspek sanksi, perlindungan dan aturan operasional. Regulasi mengenai wakaf produktif seperti wakaf saham hingga hari ini belum terdapat pengaturan khusus yang mengatur mengenai wakaf saham secara rinci serta belum adanya dukungan penuh dari pemerintah terhadap regulasi wakaf saham Tantangan-tantangan dalam penerapan wakaf saham di Indonesia harus diperhatikan mengenai Aspek aturan operasional dimana mempunyai masalah utama yaitu belum adanya regulasi mengenai aturan jual beli wakaf saham berdasarkan nilai saham. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan pemerintah menerbitkan aturan teknis pengelolaan wakaf saham. Aspek perlindungan mempunyai masalah utama yaitu  wakaf saham keluar dari Daftar Efek Syariah (DES). Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut regulator perlu menerbitkan aturan saham yang diwakafkan keluar dari DES. Aspek sanksi mempunyai masalah utama yaitu sanksi untuk nazhir yang tidak professional mengelola wakaf saham. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut regulator perlu menerbitkan sanksi untuk nazhir yang tidak professional mengelola wakaf saham

Abstract

This research aims to increase the awareness of MA Al-Ulya Al Mubarok students about the importance of buying local products through effective marketing campaigns. This campaign is designed to instill the value of love and pride for domestic products from an early age, in line with the government's efforts and vocational education in supporting the development of local products. The methods used include education, socialization, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies that are in accordance with the characteristics of the millennial generation. The expected result is increased interest and participation of students in buying and promoting local products, so that it can support local economic growth and strengthen.

Abstract

This research observes fluctuations in working capital in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2018-2023 period and this research also explores the relationship between sales and net profit, with a focus on how sales can affect pharmaceutical companies' net profit.  This research aims to determine the effect of Working Capital and Sales on Net Profit in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2023 period. This research uses associative causality research methods with quantitative data types. 9 (nine) companies were selected from a total of 14 pharmaceutical companies as samples using the purposive sampling method. Analysis uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26.0. The results of the t test show that partially, Working Capital and Sales have a significant effect on Net Profit, with a sig value below 0.05 for each working capital ratio of 0.023 with a value of tcount > ttable (2.347 > 2.007) and sales of 0.004 with value tcount > ttable (3.059 > 2.007). The results of the f test also show that simultaneously, these two ratios have a significant effect on Net Profit, with a calculated F value of 77.494 > F table 3.18 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the conclusion of this research is that both partially and simultaneously, Working Capital and Sales on Net Profit have a significant effect on Net Profit in the Pharmaceutical Companies studied

Abstract

The Industry 4.0 era, marked by advances in information technology and digitalization, has fundamentally transformed the patterns of industrial relations in Indonesia. One significantly affected aspect is the practice of strikes as a form of collective worker action to demand rights and justice. Whereas strikes were previously associated with physical actions carried out directly at the workplace, digital forms of strikes have now emerged such as mass logouts, deactivating work application accounts, and mobilizing protests through social media. This transformation presents new challenges in regulation, implementation, and legal protection. Existing legal instruments, such as Law Number 13 of 2003 on Manpower and its implementing regulations, have yet to fully accommodate the dynamics of digitally-based strikes. This gap creates the potential for a legal vacuum and uncertainty in the enforcement of both workers’ rights and employers’ obligations. This article aims to analyze the legal dynamics of strikes in the digital era, focusing on the adequacy of the current normative framework, identifying regulatory gaps, and proposing necessary legal reforms. Using a normative approach and case studies particularly regarding strikes by online motorcycle taxi drivers in Indonesia this paper recommends the formulation of more responsive and inclusive regulations for non-conventional strike forms. This study is expected to offer both academic and practical contributions toward creating a labor law system that is adaptive, fair, and capable of ensuring a balance of interests between workers and employers in the digital age.

Abstract

This paper explores the economic thought and legal framework of Islamic economics during the era of Al-Syaibani, a significant figure in the history of Islamic economic thought known for his contributions to understanding the concepts of work and production within an Islamic context. Al-Syaibani emphasizes the role of humans as stewards (khalifah) on earth, responsible for utilizing resources in a manner that promotes the welfare of all beings. In his view, production activities are not merely about seeking profit but are also part of the obligation to create sustainable prosperity for humanity. His renowned work, "Kitab al-Kasb," serves as a foundational text in Islamic microeconomics, addressing critical issues related to income, production, and consumption while highlighting the importance of halal practices in every economic aspect. Al-Syaibani classifies various types of economic endeavors and emphasizes agriculture as the most fundamental activity to meet human needs. He also explains that work is a form of productivity that can lead individuals to sufficiency in worldly life while simultaneously drawing them closer to Allah. Al-Syaibani's perspective on work as a religious obligation illustrates the integration of spiritual values with economic activities. He argues that while wealth has its merits, the state of being poor, accompanied by gratitude and a focus on the hereafter, holds a higher value. This study illustrates how Al-Syaibani's economic principles remain relevant in contemporary discussions of Islamic economics, advocating for a balanced approach that harmonizes material needs with ethical and moral considerations. Thus, Al-Syaibani's thought provides a strong foundation for the development of Islamic economics that is not only profit-oriented but also aligned with moral and ethical values in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Kebutuhan cabai di Indonesia sangatlah tinggi, pusat data dan informasi tahun 2016 -2020 surplus cabe merah dan cabe rawit menurun itu di karenakan kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu mengakibatkan pembusukanpada cabai semakin cepat dan mengakibatkan kerugian kepada petani cabai.salah satu cara agar petani tidak terus mengalami kerugian dengan cara melakukan pengeringan pada cabai.setelah membaca data dari pusatdata dan sistem informasi pertanian maka penulis mendapatkan ide untuk membuat RANCANG BANGUN MESIN KONTROL SUHU UNTUK PENGERINGAN CABE BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO AT328. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (i) Merancang mesin pengeringan otomatis dengan pengendalian suhu berbasisarduino uno, (ii) Hubungan pengaruh parameter suhu dan aliran udara terhadap pengeringan Cabe dan (iii) Memperoleh efektivitas pengeringan Cabe otomatis. Hasil P1 yang menggunakan matahari mengeringkanCabe hingga kadar air 14.2% dengan RH 47.0 % dalam waktu 90 menit dan P2 yang menggunakan mesin pengering mengeringkan Cabe hingga kadar air 13.7% dengan RH 29.3 % dalam waktu 18 menit.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil pertanian yang baik. Namun perawatan pertanian di Indonesia masih banyak yang dilakunan secara manual seperti penyiraman dan pengontrolan suhu tanah. Penyiraman dan pengontrolan merupakan salah satu proses kegiatan pertanian yang rutin dilakukan. Proses ini tentunya tidak lepas dari rasa lelah, pegal, atau human error lainnya. Hal inilah yang menyebabkan petani banyak mengalami kerugian disamping terdapat factor eksternal. Dalam keadaan apapun, petani dituntut untuk tetap mempertahankan kesuburan dari lahannya denganmengeluarkan tenaga dan biaya ekstra. Tidak semua petani sanggup menutupi permasalahan tersebut sehingga inilah yang menjadi ide dalam penelitian ini alat penyiram tanaman otomatis berbasis Arduino untuk kebun pintar. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan juga perancangan alat. Alat ini menggunakan microcontroller jenis Arduinoyang diprogram berdasarkan deteksi sensor kelembaban tanah. Hasilnya sensor dapat membaca kelembaban tanah dengan tepat sehingga penyiramanpun dapat bekerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan lahan. Dengan alat ini kelembaban lahan naik hingga 67% secara otomatis

Abstract

A safety instrumented system (SIS) is specifically designed to protect personnel, pieces of equipment, and the environment by reducing the likelihood or severity of the impact of identified emergency events. This review has five objectives, i.e., (i) to find the layers of protection, (ii) to figure out and implement the SIS through life cycle step design, (iii) to find the Safety Integrity Level (SIL), (iv) to find the Safety Requirement Specification (SRS), and (v) to figure out and think about the SIS design that will be used. The study's methods are algorithms that a researcher uses to carry out research in stages of achievement and accordance with research objectives. Referring to the review proposed, five results have been achieved, which are guided by the process stages. The SIS design has been implemented and can be used as a reference for understanding the basic concepts and instrumentation of process control systems. The second is figuring out and implementing the SIS, which is an essential stage in the life-cycle step process. The third, the SIL determination, can be done using qualitative or quantitative methods that involve evaluating two risk components, e.g., probability and severity, and lies in the risk levels and the weighting structure. Furthermore, a matrix shows many of the factors that are used to determine the SIL levels. Fourth, the SRS consists of two parts, i.e., requirement specification of the functional and the integrity. Fifth, one of the considerations in designing the SIS is the separation between the SIS and the BPCS, thereby reducing the possibility of both systems failing simultaneously. Finally, the consequences range from minor injury to high death, and the main conclusion in this article is that the concept system will make it easier to find references or get predictions for determining instrumentations and creating a process control system.

Abstract

Tingginya ROE mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan yang baik dan menjadi daya tarik bagi investor dan calon investor yang akan membuat perkembangan di sektor property dan real estate lebih maju dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian negara ke arah yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah CR dan DER secara simultan dan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE pada perusahaan property dan real estate tahun 2018-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling adalah teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis statistik deskriptif, uji data panel, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji statistik F dan uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian melalui uji statistik F menunjukkan bahwa CR dan DER secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa CR secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE sedangkan DER secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROE.
