Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, model layanan, dan persepsi pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Hotel Tjampuhan & Spa Ubud Bali secara parsial dan secara simultan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 135 orang dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi parsial, analisis korelasi berganda, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan koefisien determinasi. Untuk uji mengunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan tangible memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien regresi X1 bernilai positif sebesar 0,263. Reliability memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien regresi X2 bernilai positif sebesar 0,277. Responsiveness memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien regresi X3 bernilai positif sebesar 0,187. Assurance memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien regresi X4 bernilai positif sebesar 0,257. Empathy memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien regresi X5 bernilai positif sebesar 0,283. Model layanan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien regresi X6 bernilai positif sebesar 0,296. Persepsi pelayanan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan koefisien regresi X7 bernilai positif sebesar 0,266. Secara simultan variabel tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, model layanan, dan persepsi pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Hotel Tjampuhan & Spa Ubud Bali, dengan kontribusi sebesar 96,1% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan penelitian juga didukung dengan uji F dimana F-hitung senilai 452,117 yang lebih besar dari F-tabel senilai 2,08, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kata kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Model Pelayanan, Persepsi Pelayanan, Kepuasan PelangganAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect to tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, service model, service perception on customer satisfaction at Tjampuhan Hotel & Spa Ubud Bali partially and simultaneously. The number of samples used was 135 people using the accidental sampling. The data analysis technique uses partial correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination. Test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, and F-test. Validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test, normality test, and multicollinearity test are all used to test these. The results of the partial study show that tangible has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a regression coefficient X1 positive value of 0.263. Reliability has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient X2 positive value of 0.277. Responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient X3 having a positive value of 0.187. Assurance has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a positive regression coefficient X4 positive value of 0.257. Empathy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a positive regression coefficient X5 positive value of 0.283. Service model has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a positive regression coefficient X6 having a positive value of 0.296. Service perception has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction with a positive regression coefficient of X7 positive value of 0.266. Simultaneously, the variables tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, service model, and service perception have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Tjampuhan Hotel & Spa Ubud Bali, with a contribution of 96.1% to customer satisfaction. The research findings are also supported by the F test where the F-count is 452.117, which is greater tan the F-table of 2.08, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Keywords: Service Quality, Service Model, Service Perception, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali bentuk-bentuk asimilasi budaya yang terjadi di Gereja protestan dan Katholik termasuk di dalmnya menggali bagaimana peran asimilasi tersebut dalam pemertahanan budaya dan bahasa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif-kualitatif dan melibatkan dua gereja yang merupakan gereja awal dan mempengaruhi keberadaan gereja-gereja berikutnya di Bali. Wawancara dan studi pustaka dilakukan untuk menemukan jawaban untuk setiap permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Asimilasi budaya dalam Gereja Protestan dan Katholik di Kabupaten Badung terjadi pada tataran bangunan, pakaian, tata ibadah, dan kegiatan kemasyarakatan. Asimilasi ini berpreran dalam pelestarian bahasa dan budaya Bali, secara tidak langsung bangunan fisik, tata keagamaan serta kegiatan-kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang mengusung budaya Bali akan mempengaruhi generasi muda untuk mempertahankan nila-nilai kebudayaan Bali. Abstract

ABSTRAKSalah satu kendala yang dihadapi usaha kecil, utamanya yang begerak di bidang produksi pangan industri rumah tangga adalah tuntutan kualitas dan cita rasa output produksi pada satu sisi, sedangkan pada sisi lain dihadapkan dengan fluktuasi harga faktor-faktor produksi. Selain itu, terbatasnya strategi pemasaran terutama yang terkait dengan penentuan merek, label, dan kemasan dagang menyebabkan masih rendahnya pendapatan dari produksi.Hal tersbut juga dihadapi oleh mitra IbM Universitas Dhyana Pura di Desa Bongan Kabupaten Tabanan yang memproduksi pangan industri rumah tangga yang berbentuk kudapan ladrang bawang. Program penerapan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menjawab tantangan mitra dengan cara memberi pendampingan yang berkaitan dengan standardisasi proses produksi, peningkatan efisiensi produksi, dan perbaikan strategi pemasaran.Kata kunci : Industri Rumah Tangga, Standardisasi Produksi, Pemasaran, dan EfisiensiABSTRACTOne classic problem faced by small scale production of food products is the demand for consistent taste and quality on one hand, while on the other hand is the fluctuation in the prices of input. Additionally, the limited marketing strategy particularly in terms of branding, labeling, and packaging result in low revenue from production. These problems are present in the business of two partners of Universitas Dhyana Pura that produce “ladrang bawang” (garlic crackers). Abstract

ABSTRAKDesa Karyasari Tabanan memiliki dua kelompok tani yang mengolah nira menjadi gula arenyaitu kelompok Tani Bunut Kuning dan Kelompok Tani Mutiara Merah. Kedua mitra masihterkendala dalam teknik dan inovasi proses produksi gula aren karena masih produksi 100% secara konvensional, hygiene sanitasi tempat produksi masih kurang, belum memiliki merekdagang dan kemasan, belum paham tentang pengajuan PIRT, belum memiliki manajemen usahayang sistematis dan belum profesional. Pelaksanaan program IbM Gula Aren di Desa KaryasariKabupaten Tabanan telah berjalan sesuai rencana dan tujuan awal yaitu memberikan pelatihanatau pendampingan atau sesuai solusi yang telah ditawarkan mengenai produksi gula aren padatdalam bentuk gula aren mini serta gula semut atau dalam bentuk serbuk, pelatihan pengemasanproduk serta membuat design label untuk produk gula aren, memberikan pelatihan mengenaihygiene sanitasi dan mekanisme pengajuan nomor P-IRT ke Dinas Kesehatan serta telahmelakukan uji proksimat dan uji bakteri/mikroorganisme di Laboratorium Universitas Udayana.Kata Kunci : Gula aren, gula semut, Karyasari Tabanan, Inovasi produk, PIRTABSTRACTKaryasari Tabanan village have two groups of farmers who process liquid of palm sugar intopalm sugar product, that are Bunut Kuning and Merah Mutiara Farmer Group. Abstract

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pembudidayaan dan pengolahan herbal di Desa Catur telah menghasilkan bibit tanaman herbal untuk dibagikan kepada warga, serta beberapa produk olahan herbal yang dikenal dengan Catur Wangi. Namun, karena suburnya lahan di Desa Catur, produktivitas kebun herbal induk dan kebun warga menjadi lebih tinggi daripada kebutuhan akan bahan-bahan untuk membuat produk-produk olahan herbal yang selama ini sudah diajarkan. Oleh karena itu, ada kelebihan pasokan bahan baku (excess supply) berupa hasil panen tanaman herbal, baik yang berupa daun, bunga, batang, maupun akar tanaman herbal. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk memberikan keterampilan untuk membuat simplisia bagi Kader PKK melalui UP2K di Desa Catur Kintamani Bangli. Dengan memiliki keterampilan ini, diharapkan para Kader PKK dapat memiliki keterampilan membuat simplisa yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri dan keluarga serta dapat mengembangkan dalam wirausaha berkaitan dengan pelayanan kesehatan sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga. Hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan mitra meningkat dari tidak tahu menjadi tahu tentang pengetahuan dan konsep dasar simplisia dan semua anggota mitra, mitra memiliki keterampilan dalam teknik pembuatan simplis ia, dan mitra memiliki produk simplisia herbal dengan menggunakan kemasan dan merek dagang yang menarik sehingga dapat meningkatkan harga jual

Abstract

This project aimed to introduce English vocabulary to young EFL learners at theelementary school level by using flashcards as a visual and interactive tool in order toincrease the effectiveness and engagement of vocabulary learning among young learners.It was carried out at BPI Fajar Kasih Siulan, with four boys and six girls in grades 1 to 3of elementary school participating. The project consisted of three phases, namelyobservation, teaching phase using flashcards, and evaluation. The use of flashcards isexpected to improve vocabulary acquisition among young learners by increasing theirunderstanding, memory, and motivation to learn English. The evaluation stage showedpositive results in the form of improved ability to recognize and recall vocabulary, and lessreliance on dictionaries—indicated by 97% recall at the end of the project for allvocabularies introduced, compared to only 45% initially. This project has potentialimplications for parents, schools, teachers, education authorities and young learners. Itmay pave the way for future development by exploring the use of technology andgamification to further enhance English language learning.

Abstract

Desa Munggu di Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung, Bali memilki tiga sekolahdasar yaitu SD No. 1 Munggu, SD No. 2 Munggu dan SD No. 3 Munggu. Salah satu kendalayang dihadapi adalah kurangnya kegiatan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan bagi siswa kelas1 dan kelas 2 di tengah liburan antar tahun ajaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut,mahasiswa KKNT Universitas Dhyana Pura melakukan kegiatan Summer School berbasispapan pintar untuk menggiatkan edukasi numerasi dan literasi siswa SD kelas 1 dan 2 di DesaMunggu selama masa liburan sekolah. Dari empat kali kegiatan, tim KKNT mendapatkan hasilbahwa terdapat peningkatan siswa dalam minat belajar melalui media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Munggu Tourism Village in Mengwi District, Badung Regency, Bali has a variety of natural(beach) and cultural tourism potential. One of the obstacles faced is the uneven readiness ofhuman resources in this tourist village in serving tourists and producing creative productssupporting tourism.The students of Thematic Community Service Programof Dhyana PuraUniversity conducted Munggu Mixer activities aimed at increasing the capacity of traders atMunggu Beach in serving guests with hospitality standards and in English, increasingunderstanding and practice of sanitary hygiene of tourism actors in Munggu. Fromseveralactivities carried out, it was found that there was an increase in the percentageofunderstanding of Munggu Village tourism supporting human resources in Englishcommunication, Hygiene and sanitation, and business digitalization.

Abstract

Semiotics, which is the science of signs, has become an increasingly interesting interdisciplinary area of study. As such, semiotics can also be used as both structural and pragmatic approach for translation studies, especially for studies in which meanings are difficult to comprehend including symbolic texts. This paper aims to uncover the role of semiotics in the translation of symbolic languages, especially religious texts. The study employs descriptive qualitative method to describe and interpret the data in the form of an analysis of symbolic text translation. This is to uncover the various attitudes and perspectives about the roles of semiotic science in the translation of religious texts. The findings of this study indicate that the semiotic perspective is able to reveal the dimensions of referential or conceptual meaning of the symbols through the appearance of a supplementary component, which connects literal and figurative meanings conventionally. This effort is carried out through the use of structural semiotic analysis tools, namely by exploring the relationships between symbolic meanings, both syntagmatically and paradigmatically.

Abstract

Resource-based competitive advantage has received considerable attention as a research topic in the field of strategic management and entrepreneurship. However, despite the emergence of RBV-related studies on competitive advantage during the uncertain times brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, a significant gap persists in understanding how firms can effectively navigate the complexities of this era. This article addresses this gap by conducting a comprehensive literature study that reviewed 16 academic papers published during 2021-2022, drawn using the rigorous SPIDER approach from reputable journals in selected databases. While prior research has explored the RBV in the context of competitive advantage, this study innovatively focuses on the unprecedented challenges posed by the pandemic and the accompanying VUCA environment. Following a content analysis, thematic analysis revealed six distinct streams of themes related to RBV and sustainable competitive advantage in this context—i.e., dynamic capability, innovation, intangible resources, organizational resilience, knowledge management, and circular economy. These themes and their intricate interplay represent an emerging trend of studies on competitive advantage from the RBV perspective, offering a novel lens through which to examine the impact of unprecedented disruptions like COVID-19. The managerial implication relates to how firms can identify the sources of competitive advantage, and how to sustain or even further expand firms’ competitive advantage following the global pandemic.
