Abstract

Pembangunan pangan di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) selama ini masih didominasi oleh pendekatan peningkatan produksi komoditas pertanian sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan konsumsi dan pertumbuhan penduduk. Pendekatan tersebut belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan pengelolaan sistem pangan secara menyeluruh, khususnya dalam menekan kehilangan pangan (food loss dan food waste) di sepanjang rantai pasok. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendekatan integratif dalam merajut sistem pangan Provinsi NTB dengan menghubungkan peningkatan produksi dan pengurangan kehilangan pangan sebagai strategi komplementer. Penulisan artikel menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis berbasis data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik, laporan pemerintah daerah Provinsi NTB, serta publikasi ilmiah nasional dan internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kehilangan pangan masih terjadi pada berbagai tahapan, terutama pada penanganan pascapanen dan distribusi, sehingga mengurangi efektivitas peningkatan produksi. Integrasi kebijakan produksi dan pengurangan kehilangan pangan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi sistem pangan daerah dan mendukung pembangunan pangan yang berkelanjutan di Provinsi NTB. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan produksi pangan di Provinsi NTB tidak serta-merta memperkuat ketahanan pangan tanpa pengurangan kehilangan pangan dalam sistem pascapanen dan distribusi.

Abstract

Roti manis merupakan salah satu jenis produk bakery yang digemari masyarakat dan berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai pangan fungsional melalui pemanfaatan serealia lokal seperti sorgum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio tepung terigu dan tepung sorgum terhadap karakteristik fisik, kimia, dan organoleptik roti manis komposit. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap satu faktor dengan perlakuan rasio tepung terigu:tepung sorgum (100:0; 95:5; 90:10; 85:15; 80:20; 70:30). Parameter yang diamati meliputi sifat kimia (kadar air, kadar abu, kadar serat kasar), fisik (volume pengembangan, warna crust dan crumb, serta tekstur instrumental), dan organoleptik (aroma, rasa, tekstur, dan warna). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung sorgum pada berbagai rasio memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap kadar air, kadar abu, kadar serat kasar, dan volume pengembangan roti manis, namun tidak berbeda nyata terhadap warna crumb, tekstur instrumental, serta seluruh parameter hedonik. Penambahan tepung sorgum sebanyak 15% (rasio 85:15) merupakan perlakuan terbaik yang menghasilkan roti manis dengan kadar air 24,51%; kadar abu 1,52%; kadar serat kasar 5,87%; volume pengembangan baik; serta aroma, rasa, tekstur, dan warna yang disukai panelis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan konsentrasi tepung glukomanan porang untuk menghasilkan minuman jelly wortel dengan sifat fungsional terbaik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap faktor tunggal yaitu konsentasi tepung glukomanan porang (0%, 0,1%, 0,2%, 0,3%, 0,4% dan 0,5%). Parameter yang diamati meliputi total padatan terlarut, aktivitas antioksidan, warna, tekstur aroma dan rasa. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan analisis keragaman Analysis of Variance pada taraf nyata 5% menggunakan Software Co-stat, dan jika terdapat perbedaan yang nyata dilakukan uji lanjut dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi tepung glukomanan porang memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap aktivitas antioksidan, tekstur dan warna (metode skoring), namun tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap total padatan terlarut, aroma dan rasa. Minuman jelly wortel dengan formulasi tepung glukomanan porang 0,2% merupakan perlakuan terbaik yang menghasilkan minuman jelly dengan total padatan terlarut 14,9°Brix, aktivitas antioksidan 92,75%, tekstur lunak sehingga mudah disedot serta aroma dan rasa yang agak disukai panelis

Abstract

This community engagement program aimed to enhance the digital marketing capacity of seaweed-based MSME actors in Ekas Village, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency through a participatory-based training approach. Conducted in August 2025, the program involved 30 participants. The training was structured into four stages: needs assessment, development of training modules, implementation of a digital marketing workshop, and evaluation using pre–post tests. The materials covered digital marketing strategies, visual content creation, the use of Instagram and WhatsApp Business, and brand identity strengthening. Evaluation results showed a 42% increase in participants’ understanding after the training. In addition, participants began independently applying digital marketing strategies, including creating promotional content, using business accounts, and developing digital catalogs. This program generated positive impacts such as increased product visibility and strengthened marketing networks for seaweed products. It is recommended that the program be continued through sustained mentoring and multi-stakeholder collaboration to support local economic resilience.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas digital marketing pelaku UMKM Rumput Laut di Desa Ekas, Kecamatan Jerowaru, Kabupaten Lombok Timur melalui pelatihan berbasis partisipatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Agustus 2025 dan melibatkan 30 peserta. Pelatihan dirancang dalam empat tahapan: analisis kebutuhan, penyusunan modul pelatihan, implementasi workshop digital marketing, serta evaluasi berbasis pre–post test. Materi mencakup strategi pemasaran digital, pembuatan konten visual, pemanfaatan Instagram dan WhatsApp Business, serta penguatan identitas merek (branding). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 42% setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, peserta mulai menerapkan strategi digital marketing secara mandiri, termasuk pembuatan konten promosi, penggunaan akun bisnis, dan penyusunan katalog digital. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan visibilitas produk rumput laut serta penguatan jejaring pemasaran. Program ini direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan melalui pendampingan berkelanjutan dan kolaborasi multi-stakeholder guna mendukung ketahanan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the post-evaluation of the Pontianak City Government Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) held by the Pontianak City Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) in 2023-2024. The variable studied was the impact of the PKP. The research applied a descriptive method, a quantitative approach, and an evaluation design. The population of all PKP alumni from 2023-2024 was 70 people using a total sampling technique. There were 66 alumni respondents and 61 mentors. The results showed that the integration of Pancasila leadership, servant leadership, and digital literacy resulted in significant changes in the leadership behavior of supervisory officials. This research empirically proves the effectiveness of a structured and contextual PKP program. Support from mentors, stakeholders, and team members is a supporting factor. Limited human resources, internet infrastructure, and the speed of digitalization policy changes require continuous intervention. The research produces four recommendations for further research and strengthens the theory of integrated leadership. Bureaucratic practitioners need to redesign leadership development programs in the Indonesian public sector with a more holistic and integrated approach.

Abstract

Robusta coffee is an important agricultural commodity in North Lombok Regency, Indonesia, contributing to rural livelihoods and regional economic development. However, the performance of the Robusta coffee agribusiness remains constrained by various external challenges while simultaneously presenting emerging opportunities. This study aims to identify and analyze the key challenges and opportunities affecting the development of Robusta coffee in North Lombok, and proposes strategies for expanding market for North Lombok Robusta coffee. The results show that the main challenges identified include fluctuating coffee prices, the low bargaining position of farmers and processors, inconsistent coffee bean quality, and limited access to subsidized fertilizers. Conversely, significant opportunities arise from increasing domestic and global demand for coffee, availability of government support programs, the potential for value-added coffee processing, and improved access to market and technical information. The findings indicate that opportunity-driven strategies, particularly those related to value addition, quality improvement, sustainable input management, and information utilization, can mitigate existing challenges and enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the Robusta coffee agribusiness in North Lombok. The study provides policy-relevant insights for stakeholders involved in regional coffee development, by outlining concrete intervention areas, such as productivity enhancement, quality improvement, institutional strengthening, and market access expansion, to support value chain upgrading and sustainable Robusta coffee development in North Lombok. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of regency-level analysis of Robusta coffee in North Lombok and reconceptualizes Robusta from a low-value commodity into high-value one through expanding markets with differentiated emerging specialty and sustainable products.

Abstract

It is appear that there is the limited understanding of how sustainable agricultural practices can be effectively linked to the production of quality foods that meet evolving market and consumer demands, as existing studies tend to address sustainability and food quality in isolation.  This paper highlights the importance practicing sustainable agriculture and meeting demand of quality foods for the good of whole society. This study applied a secondary data collection method to identify pathways for meeting the demand for quality foods through the practice of sustainable agriculture, using a qualitative descriptive analysis supported by thematic synthesis of policy documents, scientific literature, and sectoral reports.  The study found that Sustainable practices enhance soil fertility and structure, reduce chemical residues, and promote balanced nutrient cycling, which collectively improve the nutritional value and safety of food products. In addition, environmentally sound farming systems strengthen resilience to climate variability and reduce production risks, thereby supporting consistent food supply. From a socio-economic perspective, sustainable agriculture can increase farmers’ incomes through efficiency gains, reduced input costs, and access to premium markets for quality foods. The study highlighted that adopting sustainable agriculture is not only essential for environmental protection but also critical for ensuring the availability of high-quality foods that meet consumer expectations and support food security. Policy support, farmer capacity building, and market incentives are identified as key factors in accelerating the transition toward sustainable food systems. This study contributes by integrating sustainable agriculture practices with quality food demand through a systematic synthesis of secondary evidence, providing conceptual and policy-relevant insights to support the development of sustainable, quality-oriented food systems.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan masyarakat Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) masih menghadapi tantangan akibat ketergantungan pada pangan nasional, kerentanan distribusi, dan rendahnya pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran strategis pangan lokal dalam memperkuat ketahanan pangan masyarakat NTB. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis berbasis data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Kementerian Pertanian, dan laporan ketahanan pangan daerah. Analisis difokuskan pada keterkaitan dimensi ketersediaan, akses, dan stabilitas pangan dengan potensi serta pemanfaatan pangan lokal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi pangan lokal berperan penting dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan melalui diversifikasi konsumsi, penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga, dan peningkatan ketahanan terhadap guncangan pasokan pangan nasional. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada pendekatan integratif yang menempatkan pangan lokal sebagai pilar penguatan ketahanan pangan berbasis konteks wilayah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengarusutamaan pangan lokal dalam kebijakan pangan daerah sebagai strategi berkelanjutan memperkuat ketahanan pangan masyarakat NTB.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of Prophetic counseling methods into contemporary school-based mental health programs, with a particular focus on Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) in Indonesia. Amid increasing concerns over student mental health, there is a growing need for culturally and spiritually responsive counseling approaches. Prophetic counseling, derived from the teachings and practices of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), emphasizes empathy, active listening, moral guidance, and emotional regulation within a spiritual framework. This qualitative case study employed interviews, observations, and document analysis to examine how Islamic boarding schools incorporate these Prophetic principles into their student support systems. Findings indicate that combining modern psychological strategies with Prophetic values fosters a holistic and contextually appropriate mental health model, enhancing students' emotional well-being, resilience, and moral development. The study concludes that the synergy between Islamic ethical traditions and modern mental health practices can enrich school counseling frameworks and offers a model that can be adapted in other faith-based educational settings.
