Abstract

Abstract. POSKO (Center Operation of Communication Community System) Jasuda is a place for micro business communities in tamalanrea sub-district which is partner in the services that have been done during KKN Unhas 99. Analysis result of the situation and condition shows that there are 3 things that need special treatment in POSKO Jasuda to develop business unit opportunity. These three things need to reintroduce BMC, hybrid digital assistance and improvement of existing information system. This service aims to reform management information system of the posko unit that can be used to assist small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that built. Reintroduce BMC to SMEs that built which is the fundamental business feasibility analysis and provide mentoring for business improvement and IT skill for staff in the posko unit so that comunity can develop and raise SMEs that built. In addition, the existing SIM in the posko will be upgraded to fulfill the needs of SMEs and to develop marketing system of social media for each tenant. This service activity is integrated with Hasanuddin University KKN program, especially general debriefing (preparation of the training modul, recruitment/registration and training/student training. Internal debriefing is done separately by each thematic scheme of KKN, adjusting provision for KKN participants’ before joining partner. Joint activities between students and SMEs community in POSKO JASUDA, start from BMC model introduction training, SMEs shaping process that is in line with the SIM advancing program and coaching training and 1 month of mentoring. KKN participants are divided in to 10 groups to assist tenants and 1 group for POSKO JASUDA. Result of this KKN-PPM service shows tremendous impact on the capacity and sustainability of tenants who are all micro-scale businesses.Keywords: ICT technology, BMC, KKN-PPM DiktiAbstrak. POSKO (Pusat Operasi Sistem Komunitas Komunikasi) Jasuda adalah suatu wadah komunitas Usaha Mikro di kecamatan Tamalanrea yang menjadi mitra tempat kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan pada KKN Unhas gel. 99. Hasil analisis situasi dan kondisi menunjukkan terdapat tiga hal yang perlu penanganan khusus di POSKO Jasuda untuk keberlangsungan ataupun peluang berkembangnya unit usaha di dalamnya. Ketiga hal tersebut adalah perlunya reintroduced BMC (Business Model Canvas), pendampingan digital hybrid dan perbaikan sistem informasi eksisting. Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah reformasi ulang dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen unit POSKO agar dapat berfungsi efisien untuk UKM binaan; Melakukan reintroduced BMC ke para UKM binaan yang merupakan fundamental analisis kelayakan usaha; dan Memberi mentoring perbaikan usaha dan IT skill bagi para staf di unit POSKO sehingga komunitas dapat mengembangkan dan membesarkan para unit UKM binaan. Selain itu SIM eksisiting di POSKO akan di upgrade untuk memenuhi kebutuhan UKM dan mengembangkan sistem marketing social media bagi setiap tenant. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diintegrasikan dengan program KKN Universitas Hasanuddin khususnya pembekalan umum (Persiapan Modul Latih, Perekrutan/pendaftaran dan pelatihan/pembekalan mahasiswa). Pembekalan internal dilakukan terpisah dan dilaksanakan masing-masing oleh skema tematik KKN, menyesuaikan bekal bagi peserta KKN sebelum bergabung dengan mitra. Aktivitas bersama antara mahasiswa dan masyarakat UKM di POSKO Jasuda, mulai dari pelatihan pengenalan model BMC,  proses shaping unit UKM yang sejalan dengan program SIM Advancing dan Coaching Training serta pendampingan selama 1 bulan. Peserta KKN dibagi dalam 10 kelompok untuk mendampingi tenant dan 1 kelompok untuk POSKO Jasuda.  Hasil pengabdian KKN-PPM ini menunjukkan impact yang luar biasa terhadap kapasitas maupun keberlangsungan tenant yang semuanya berskala usaha mikro.Kata Kunci: teknologi ICT, BMC, KKN-PPM Dikti

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT.Primissima di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Sampel yang digunakan random sampling. Semua sampel berjumlah 259 responden diruag PT.Primissima di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan angket / kusioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Solusi Produk dan Layanan Statistik (SPSS) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur, uji T dengan nilai signifikansi α <0,05, Uji F serta uji keofesien determinasi. Untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh tidak langsung antar variabel digunakan Uji Sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Budaya Organisasi terhadap Organisational Citizenship Behavior, terdapat Pengaruh secara parsial yang signifikan dari variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari variabel kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja, terdapat Pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari variabel budaya organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui kepuasan kerja Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), kepuasan kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng (4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten SoppengPenelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng. Sampel menggunakan metode total sampling, yaitu semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Semua sampel berjumlah 34 respondenpada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara langsung kepada pihak – pihak yang terlibat dengan masalah yang sedang dibahas serta memberikan kuesioner kepada pegawai yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa regresi linear berganda, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2).Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng (2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng (3) pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng (4) disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, dan pengawasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Pengawasan Kerja, dan Efektivitas ABSTRACTThis research aims (1) find out and analyze the influence of work discipline on the work effectiveness of employees at the Soppeng District Education Office (2) to find out and analyze the influence of leadership style on the work effectiveness of employees at the Soppeng District Education Office (3) to find out and analyze the influence work supervision on the work effectiveness of employees at the Soppeng District Education Agency (4) to find out and analyze the influence of work discipline, leadership style, and work supervision on the work effectiveness of employees at the Soppeng District Education OfficeThis research was conducted at the Soppeng District Education Office. A method of data used is live interview to the many involved in the problem under discussion and give a questionnaire for employees according to research conducted. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis.Research results shows that all of variables have positive and significant influence, thus education and training is an influence service quality to employees at BKPSDM Office of  Soppeng Regency. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain explanations about the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. The method which used in this study is descriptive type in purpose to give a fact about the implementation of positioning mutation in the goverment of Soppeng regency in case of appointment the civil servant and find out about the implication of the implementation of positioning mutation in the government of Soppeng regency. Data is analyzed qualitatively. Data collecting technique which is observation and interview library study and documentation. The results of study showed that employees are in accordance with the principles profesionalism among base on competence, work performance, and objective condition only regardless of gender, religion, rece, or groups. Mutation were held in 2016, namely in August in government shows no political implications and administrative governmance. Keywords: mutation, government.

Abstract

Marketing is an activity that can penetrate space and time. This study aims to determine to know the influence of Relationship Marketing and Brand Image Against Customer Loyalty at PT Telkom Witel Makassar. This type of research is causal (causal relationship research), which is trying to find the relationship of influence between relationship marketing and brand image with customer satisfaction and loyalty ASTINet users. The results showed that Relationship marketing and Brand image have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Relationship marketing and Brand image also show a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction customer loyalty. Likewise with customer satisfaction that menunukkan positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Keywords: Relationship marketing, Brand image, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of visual merchandising, display product, and store atmosphere on impulsive behavior of consumers Matahari Department Store in Makassar City. Data used in this study were obtained from the questionnaire distribution. The number of samples used are 92 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Hasanuddin University. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis method with hypothesis testing that is F test (simultan) and t test (partial). The results of this study indicate that variables visual merchandising, display product, and store atmosphere simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying variable Matahari Department Store in Makassar. While the most influential or dominant variable to consumer impulse buying variable Matahari Department Store in Makassar City is variable display product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix toward Customer Satisfaction And Customer Loyalty Novotel Novotel Grand Shayla City Center. This research uses descriptive approach and verifikatif research. Descriptive research is a study that aims to obtain a description of the characteristics of variables (marketing mix strategy, loyalty and satisfaction). Verifikatif research is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship between variables through a hypothesis testing using path analysis method with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 applications.The results showed that partially marketing mix have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, marketing mix have positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, and satisfaction have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. The influence indirectly indicates that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of marketing mix to customer loyalty in a positive and significant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes, promotions, and quality of service to the decision of credit card users PT. Bank Mega Tbk In Makassar. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with the aim of studying the research naturally about the influence of attitude, promotion, and consumer service with the decision of credit card usage of PT. Bank Mega Makassar. In this study, researchers are not directly involved in the situation and setting of phenomena to be studied, this is because in this study the phenomenon that occurs in the subject of this study will be poured in the form of questionnaires. The result of the research shows that partially attitude and quality of card service have positive effect to credit card user decision. While promotion of credit card user decisions is negative and not significant.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the external and internal environment that affects the business and management strategies and development of the middle-class housing business is right for PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development in order to continue to survive and develop. This research was conducted at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development- Bukit Baruga Estate, located in Antang village, Manggala sub-district, Makassar city. Selection of this location is done intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development is one of the longest established developers since 1992 and is also a local developer located in Makassar which currently has many major competitors from local developers and outside developers. The results of this study find that to deal with external threats immediately implement an aggressive strategy strategy that seeks to improve internal conditions of weakness and external threats by utilizing a number of internal strengths possessed and existing external opportunities.
