Abstract

The election of outstanding regional heads brings hope for the future of leadership in Indonesia. One of the regional heads is the Regent of Bojonegoro for the 2008–2018 period. This study aims to determine the implementation of leadership that can bring changes to public organizations such as the Government of Bojonegoro Regency. By using qualitative methods and case study approaches, this research seeks to reduce Suyoto's leadership experience to the essence of implementing leadership needed by public organizations. Through codification using NVivo, ten themes were found, namely looking for solutions or innovative, pro-people, good characters, not being distant, having a forgiving nature, being caring, visionary, being a public bus driver, listening to feedback, and being a role model. The results show that leaders need to have the right traits and skills, which are based on the drive to serve. This result should be imitated by other regions in choosing their leaders. But the difficulty lies in the urge to serve, because the urge is not obvious from the very beginning of the election of a leader, but will be tested once the leader gains power.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, the effect of work stress on turnover intention, and analysis the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention of the Public Infrastructure and Facilities Handling officer, Ciracas District. This study uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 24. The sampling technique uses probability sampling with several samples, a total of 195 respondents. This research is survey research in the form of a questionnaire to see the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, then job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and job satisfaction and work stress together have a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, menganalisa pengaruh dari stress kerja terhadap turnover intention, dan menganalisa pengaruh dari kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention pada petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum Kecamatan Ciracas.Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data berupa analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 24. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 195 responden. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian survey berupa kuesioner untuk melihat pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, selanjutnya stress kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, serta kepuasan kerja dan stress kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perubahan dunia kerja yang terdampak dari adanya Covid-19, setiap perusahaan perlu meminimalisir risiko yang dapat muncul dari adanya perubahan tersebut. Hadirnya burnout syndrome dapat menjadi sebuah risiko yang dapat mengancam kualitas hidup perusahaan dan produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis burnout pada karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan work family conflict. Penelitian ini tergolong tipe penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode sensus (sampel jenuh). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 responden. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang selanjutnya dianalisis melalui teknik analisis regresi linear berganda (multiple linear regression). Berdasarkan perolehan data dapat disimpulkan beban kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Stres kerja (X2) berpengaruh postitif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Work family conflict (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan. Secara simultan beban kerja (X1), stres kerja (X2), dan work family conflict (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout (Y) pada karyawan.

Abstract

University is one of the centers of intellectual development in order to improve competitiveness, performance, and quality. However, universities need to make improvements, especially in research, because it is often found that lecturers and students have difficulties in writing articles and publications, especially those experienced by students on private campuses such as Muhammadiyah University of Palopo, Nahdlatul Ulama University of Indonesia, and Al-Azhar Islamic University Mataram. This activity is one of the efforts to overcome these problems. With this activity, it is hoped that participants can be helped in making articles by learning about accessing indexed national and international journals and using Quillbot software for paraphrasing

Abstract

Fokus dalam analisis ini ialah 1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT X. 2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT X. 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dimana menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi berganda yang dibantu dengan program SPSS. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai PT X sebanyak 204 pegawai dengan jumlah sampel 135 pegawai yang didapat menggunakan metode proporsional random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study analyze the effect of financial conditions and company size on the transparency of voluntary disclosure in financial statements. The financial conditions in this research are profitability and leverage, while company size is measured using the company's total assets. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The population in this study consists of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022, selected using purposive sampling, resulting in a total of 84 data points over four years. The results of this study indicate that profitability and leverage influence voluntary disclosure, whereas company size does not affect voluntary disclosure.

Abstract

This activity is an effort to encourage and empower educators to become more professional. This is intended to make efforts to build a solid education, and be able to continually make improvements towards quality. The target audience is high school / vocational teachers of Amal Mulia Education Foundation, Bogor. This training was carried out in several materials, among others, What was the study of class action? Learning models that can be developed in classroom action research, differences in classroom action research with formal research, the initial steps of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, systematics of classroom action research proposals and examples of classroom action research. From the results during the training, the participants' enthusiasm took place so that it walked live, and the products of PTK titles produced from each participant were then compiled.

Abstract

Community Service this training on business prospects for ornamental plants and superior fruit nurseries was carried out in Cisaat village, Sukabumi-Subang sub-district, where some tourist villages have superior ornamental plants and superior fruit that can be cultivated. Utilization of fertile land can be increased so that it becomes a potential agro-business tourism to be developed and become a superior product. This community service also provides business analysis training. The competencies obtained in this community service are 1. Farmers can select and produce superior seeds, 2. Farmers are able to develop nurseries with various media, 3. Farmers can develop nurseries by utilizing agricultural land, 4. Farmers can analyze production costs and business prospects. The method implemented is in the form of training with people who own land but it is not used optimally, as well as ornamental and fruit plant farmers. With training on business prospects, development of superior ornamental and fruit plants. Provision of seeds so that further development can be carried out for farmers. The next hope is that farmers will be able to produce superior ornamental plants and fruit in tourist villages with BumDes.

Abstract

Tax aggressiveness is an act of tax planning to minimize the tax expense both legally (tax avoidance) and illegally (tax evasion). This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity and financial distress on tax aggressiveness with firm size as the moderating variable. The analysis used multiple linear regression (MLR) and moderate regression analysis (MRA). The population in this study is represented by state-owned enterprises (BUMN) and companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sampling technique of this study was using a purposive sampling technique. The results show that liquidity negatively and significantly affected tax aggressiveness. Financial distress had a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Firm size did not affect tax aggressiveness. Firm size can moderate the effect of liquidity on tax aggressiveness, and firm size cannot moderate the effect of financial distress on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, financial distress dan firm size terhadap agresivitas pajak yang dimoderasi oleh firm size. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan tahunan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Total sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari 45 data yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil menunjukan bahwa secara parsial, likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak, financial distress berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak dan firm size tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Dalam hal moderasi, hasil membuktikan bahwa firm size mampu memoderasi pengaruh likuiditas terhadap agresivitas pajak dan firm size tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh financial distress terhadap agresivitas pajak.
