Abstract

This study aims to: 1) To find out the influence of learning facilities on the learning interest of students of SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta, 2) To find out the influence of teacher competence on the learning interest of students of SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta, 3) To find out the influence of learning facilities and teacher competence on the learning interest of students of SMK Diponegoro 1 Jakarta This research uses quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques in the form of multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 25. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling with a total sample of 152 students. This study used a survey method in the form of a questionnaire to see the competencies on students' learning interests. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that learning facilities and teacher competencies together have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment and government expenditure on the economic growth of districts/cities in the province of West Java. Data obtained indirectly obtained by researchers through other parties. Data in the form of annual investment and government spending, as well as Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), were collected from 2015 to 2020 and covered 12 districts/cities in West Java. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of investment on economic growth, there is a negative and significant effect of government spending on economic growth, there is a simultaneous effect of investment and government spending on economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the competitiveness of batik SMEs in Bogor City. Data were obtained from interviews with 3 batik SMEs in Bogor City using descriptive qualitative methods using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that if you carry out a strategy carried out by each SMI using the SO strategy, that is a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in each IKM in the city of Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is getting a valid knowledge about the problems formulated regarding the effect of self-efficacy, parental attention and peer social support on learning motivation in students of SMK Negeri 31 Jakarta. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative, while the total population is 204 students. The sample technique used simple random sampling, which amounted to 135 students obtained from the results of the calculation of the Slovin formula above with an error rate of 5%. Collecting data using a questionnaire by utilizing the google form. Based on the test results of the determinant coefficient analysis, it is known that the R square in the summary model is 0.623. It was concluded that 62.3% was the effect of self-efficacy variables, parental attention and peer social support together on student learning motivation, while the remaining 37.7% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is the act of an individual to consume goods and services in excess, which prioritizes wants over needs. Through the development of information technology, students can carry out consumption activities through the palm of the hand, namely a smartphone telecommunications device. If students do not have an understanding of the finances of using e-wallet applications wisely and or poor economic literacy, students will be very easily influenced and carried away into consumptive behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the consumptive behavior of students with a hedonic lifestyle as an intervening variable. The population of this research is all students of the Faculty of Economics class of 2020, Jakarta State University as many as 688 students. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5 percent as many as 253 students. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling, taking sample members from the population at random because the members of the population are considered homogeneous. The data collection method used a questionnaire (Google Form). The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that e-wallet and hedonic lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior. Then economic literacy has a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior. It was also found that the hedonic lifestyle was able to mediate the effect of e-wallet and economic literacy on consumptive behavior. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the hedonic lifestyle is able to mediate the effect of e-wallet and economic literacy on consumptive behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta batch 2020. Abstract

Academic resilience has a vital role to ensure students have high resilience in completing their academic studies. This study aims to determine the direct influence of Peer Social Support, Adversity Quotient, and Self-Efficacy on the Academic Resilience in Class X Students at SMKN 48 Jakarta. The method used is quantitative through statistical analysis on multiple linear regression with the IBM SPSS version 24.0 program. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified sampling with the Slovin formula at an error rate of 5%, namely 166 students. Then data collection was carried out based on a survey and filling out a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of instrument test, analysis requirements test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test. Through the results of regression analysis, the research equation is Y = 9,484 + (0,138X1) + (0,230X2) + (0,163X3) + 0,765 with a contribution percentage value of 41,4%. Based on data calculations, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant between Peer Social Support, Adversity Quotient, and Self-Efficacy on Academic Resilience either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the data descriptions of self-efficacy, self-regulation, grit and academic stress in office management and business services (MPLB) students at SMK Negeri 16 Jakarta. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 176 students in classes X, XI and XII, Department of Office Management and Business Services (MPLB). The technique for determining the sample in this study used a stratified random sampling technique using the Issac and Michael table with an error rate of 5% so that the sample in this study was 122 students. The results of the descriptive analysis from this research found that the self-efficacy variable had the largest mean value with a score of 3.762 and the lowest value with a score of 3.516. Followed by the self-regulation variable which has the largest mean value with a score of 3.811 and the lowest score is 3.525. Furthermore, the grit variable has the largest mean value with a score of 4.066 and the lowest value with a score of 3.574 and the academic stress variable has the largest mean value with a score of 3.057 and the lowest value with a score of 2.492.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation and work discipline on job satisfaction at PT Meindo Elang Indah. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study was 180 employees. The technique in determining the sample in this study used the proportional random sampling technique with an error rate of 5% so that the sample in this study amounted to 124 employees. The results of the analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) show that the work environment variable has a significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline, the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction through work discipline, and work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction through work discipline.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine the impact of online food delivery, financial technology, and digital marketing on the revenue of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) culinary sector, using a quantitative methodology. This study involved a sample of 100 MSEs in Bekasi City that have integrated online food delivery services, financial technology solutions, and digital marketing strategies into their operational framework. Data analysis includes, instrument validity and reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, classical assumption assessments, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing through partial analysis (t-test). The findings of this study indicate: (1) Online food delivery services have a significant impact on business revenue; (2) The use of financial technology has a significant impact on business revenue; and (3) The implementation of digital marketing strategies has a significant impact on business revenue. The results of this study underline the important roles played by online food delivery, financial technology, and digital marketing in improving the revenue generation capacity of MSEs in the culinary sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature research is expected to help hypotheses for future authors in determining research related to employee affective commitment. Research articles on the role of green leadership, employee engagement and ESG implementation in building employee affective commitment are scientific literature articles in the scope of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct literature reviews of relevant previous articles. The data used in this study are secondary data, which are sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters Journals, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Springer, Web of Science, Sinta Journals, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Green Leadership influences in Building Employee Affective Commitment; 2) Employee Involvement has an effect in Building Employee Affective Commitment; and 3) Implementation of Environmental Social and Good Governance has an effect in Building Employee Affective Commitment.
