Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Timur, mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Timur, serta mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru melalui kompetensi guru SMA Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini berjumlah 204 guru se-kecamatan Cakung dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 135 guru, dengan penentuan sampelnya menggunakan rumus slovin dengan toleransi kesalahan sebesar 5%. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi digital terhadap kinerja guru; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kompetensi guru terhadap kinerja guru; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel literasi digital terhadap kompetensi guru; (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kompetensi guru; (6) kompetensi guru mampu memediasi pengaruh literasi digital dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh LMS google classroom dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas 10 di SMA Insan Kamil Bogor. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperiemen semu dengan bentuk non equivalent control group design. Pada desain ini di dalamnya terdapat kelas kontrol dan eksperimen yang ditentukan tidak secara random. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 89 siswa kelas 10 SMA Insan Kamil Bogor, teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel kelas eksperimen 24 siswa, serta kelas kontrol sejumlah 24 siswa atau secara keseluruhan berjumlah 42 siswa. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar menggunakan soal latihan ekonomi dan motivasi belajar dengan kuesioner atau angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LMS google classroom berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Adapun motivasi belajar berpengaruh secara positif namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Planning from various aspects is crucial in running a business. Planning is done so that an entrepreneur can achieve optimal results and profit. One type of planning that can be utilized in line with the increasingly widespread development of digital marketing is from the side of Social Media and the Financial Management Plan. But unfortunately, not many entrepreneurs, either those who are just starting a business or are currently running a business, apply this type of planning. In fact, by using good planning, an entrepreneur can maximize brand promotion and financial management that they manage. The community service team provides templates and training on the utilization/use of the Social Media Plan and Financial Management Plan Templates to students interested in entrepreneurship (studentpreneurs). The training was conducted through Zoom Meetings at three universities in Southeast Asia (Universitas Negeri Jakarta – Indonesia, Universiti Malaysia Sabah – Malaysia, and Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University – Thailand). As many as 85.7% of participants have never used a template similar to a Social Media Plan; 2) There are 77.1% of participants who have never used a template such as a Financial Management Plan; 3) 100% of participants felt that the two templates were handy, and they were interested in using the templates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, minat belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 8 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 orang dari siswa kelas XI dan XII Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 8 Jakarta. Teknik penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini berdasarkan tabel Issac dan Michael dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% adalah 123 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan SEM PLS dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung. Mendapatkan hasil bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar, dan minat belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar pada siswa Manajemen Perkantoran SMKN 8 Jakarta.

Abstract

MSMEs play a vital role in national economic development through economic growth, job creation, and equitable distribution of benefits. The aim of this community service is to enhance the human resource competencies of MSMEs within the Islamic Boarding School in a sustainable manner. The role of the santri as managers requires both theoretical guidance and practical mentoring in developing operational procedures that meet their needs, focusing on enhancing the required competencies. The method applied, involving interactive training and direct practice by 50 managers, demonstrates high enthusiasm. Thus, community service through training for santri to enhance their competencies is crucial for the future. The outcome of these activities includes fostering self-evaluation among santri to improve their competencies through work standards and workflows. Additionally, the unique aspect of this initiative involves enhancing their understanding of building strong teams and developing sustainable business strategies through the managers' role as organizational drivers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence Student Learning Motivation. Data collection using online forms with the Census method and the analysis method used is Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with a Research Sample of 238 Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2023. Based on the results of this study, 10 factors were obtained that influence student learning motivation, self-confidence factors, self-doubt factors, Intrinsic Motivation, Academic Motivation or Motivation to Learn, Emotions Related to Academic Achievement, Confidence in Academic Ability, Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation factors, Self-Confidence in Learning Ability, Knowledge Transfer Confidence. Confidence in Learning Ability. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there are 10 factors out of 31 indicators that motivate student learning. Factors that influence students' learning motivation are self-confidence factors, self-doubt factors, Intrinsic Motivation, Academic Motivation or Motivation to Learn, Emotions Related to Academic Achievement, Confidence in Academic Ability factors, Extrinsic and Intrinsic Motivation factors, Self-Confidence in Learning Ability, Confidence Knowledge Transferability. Confidence in Learning Ability.

Abstract

The focus of research in the context of this factor analysis is to identify and explore the dimensions that affect the work productivity of lecturers at Mercu Buana University Jakarta, Indonesia. This study aims to identify the main dimensions that affect the work productivity of lecturers at Mercu Buana University Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), which has several critical steps. The results showed that crucial dimensions affect the work productivity of lecturers at Mercu Buana University Jakarta. Factor analysis shows a significant relationship between variables such as quality of work results, efficiency, effectiveness, and how lecturers work in the university environment. The relationship structure between these variables illustrates the essential components that play a role in understanding the work productivity of lecturers. These findings provide deeper insight into the factors that influence lecturer performance in the academic environment of Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence og financial literacy and financial inclusion on the sustainability of Jakpreneur MSMEs in West Jakarta with fintech utilization as an intervening variable. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survei method involving 397 Jakpreneur MSME actors in West Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The result indicate that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Fintech has a positive and significant effect on MSME Sustainability. Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Fintech. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant effect on Fintech. Financial Literacy has a positive and significant indirect effect on MSME Sustainability through Fintech. Financial Inclusion has a positive and significant indirect effect on MSME Sustainability through Fintech. These findings highlight that improving financial management capability, access to formal financial services, and the adoption of financial technology are key factors in strengthening the resilience and growth of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of human and social capital-supporting human resource (HR) practices and structural capital-supporting culture on innovativeness, as well as the mediating role of knowledge management (KM) processes in tourism-based Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Lebak Regency. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 387 employees across 30 BUMDes through a structured questionnaire survey. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26 software. The findings indicate full mediation of KM processes between human capital-HR (HCHRP), social capital-HR (SCHRP), bureaucratic culture (BOC), and innovativeness. KM processes partially mediated the effect of innovative-competitive culture (IOC) on innovativeness. KM processes exhibited a strong predictive capacity for innovativeness, suggesting that HR practices supporting human capital and an innovative-competitive culture significantly contribute to KM processes and employees’ innovativeness in BUMDes, respectively. This study provides practical insights for HR and knowledge managers in BUMDes to leverage HR practices and organizational culture to enhance both employee and organizational innovative performance. Furthermore, the study contributes to the literature on intellectual capital and knowledge.

Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in supporting sustainable economic growth. Teachers and students often lack a deep understanding of how education can drive economic growth through the development of relevant skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This training aims to improve teachers' and students' understanding of the relationship between education and economic growth. Using information related to economic growth as a source of learning materials can train teachers in developing learning strategies based on current sources. This activity also equips students with an understanding that economic growth can be used as a source of information to improve practical skills that can enhance their competitiveness in the workplace and can use economic growth as case study material. Furthermore, this training also aims to facilitate collaboration between educational institutions, businesses, and industry to create a more applicable learning ecosystem oriented to job market needs.
