Abstract

Pemilu merupakan pilar utama demokrasi yang membutuhkan pengelolaan data secara efisien dan akurat untuk menjamin transparansi dan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data hasil Pemilu yang disediakan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) melalui algoritma decision tree menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner. Dataset yang digunakan diperoleh dari Kaggle dan mencakup berbagai informasi terkait hasil Pemilu. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pengidentifikasian pola data, analisis prediktif, serta evaluasi performa model dengan pendekatan berbasis data. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi, precision, dan recall untuk mengukur sejauh mana algoritma decision tree mampu menghasilkan prediksi yang relevan dan akurat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma decision tree dapat mengidentifikasi pola data penting yang berkontribusi pada analisis prediktif hasil Pemilu. Selain itu, metrik evaluasi memberikan gambaran yang jelas tentang keandalan model dalam memprediksi data dengan tingkat presisi dan akurasi yang signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru bagi pengelolaan data Pemilu di masa depan serta mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan berbasis data dalam sistem demokrasi.

Abstract

The development of automation technology in modern industry demands an increase in technical competence for vocational students, particularly in the field of pneumatics. The widespread application of pneumatic systems in industrial processes makes mastering this technology essential for students in the machinery department. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of pneumatic system training for Machinery Department students at the Vocational High School (SMK) PGRI Jatibarang in enhancing their knowledge and skills. The method used in this research is a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test format. Students were provided with theoretical materials, guidance, and hands-on practice on pneumatic equipment. The analysis results show an average N-Gain of 0.863, which falls into the high improvement category, indicating that this training significantly impacts students' understanding of pneumatic systems. The implications of this research suggest that practice-based training and material reinforcement can serve as effective strategies in vocational education to prepare students for industry demands, emphasizing the importance of hands-on approaches in technical skills learning.

Abstract

PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School is one of the vocational schools on Jalan Mayor Dasuki No. 159 Jatibarang, Indramayu Regency, West Java Province. Based on the results of observations on PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School students who are PKL at the Politeknik Negeri Indramayu (Polindra), there are problems regarding understanding technical drawings. In order to improve the skills of PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School students, especially in understanding technical drawing to increase the competitiveness of graduates. The PKM team conducted a group discussion forum (FGD) with vocational school stakeholders, especially vocational school students who were doing internships at the D4 Manufacturing Design Study Program. The PKM team collected data and explored the problems that existed among the intern students. After conducting the FGD, the PKM Team conducted technical drawing training for students at the PGRI Jatibarang Vocational School, Indramayu Regency. The results of this training show a fairly effective increase based on pretest and posttest scores with N-Gaing.

Abstract

The digital era has brought major changes to the education, including Science learning at the junior high school level. However, science learning at the junior high school level still needs several challenges, such as a lack of variety in learning media, low interest in learning science, and limited students' ability to understand science concepts. Based on these problems, the Physics Laboratory of Universitas Trisakti held a Community Service (PkM) activity in collaboration with MGMP IPA of Tangerang. Service activities are carried out in the form of training for science teachers with training materials to improve brain memory abilities and training on the digitalization of science learning with ThingLink interactive media. Teachers are often faced with various challenges in teaching, including the complexity of science material, the rapid development of science and the high workload of teachers. Training to improve brain memory abilities can help improve teachers' ability to remember information, focus and concentrate. Furthermore, training on digitizing science learning using ThingLink is considered important to carry out. ThingLink is a digital platform that allows the creation of interactive science learning content, simulations and virtual experiments that are interesting and easy for students to understand. This PkM activity can increase teacher competency and professionalism in teaching, so that it can improve the quality of science learning in the classroom. This training can be carried out sustainably by collaborating with more educational partners.

Abstract

PT TIJ is a women's bag company located in Cilodong - Depok which has grown with family management. Companies need to share knowledge regarding plans to increase bag production capacity to meet customer demand. This Community Service Activity (CSA) is a continuation of outreach and mentoring activities. Based on the evaluation results of previous PkM activities and the results of discussions with the company during mentoring, it can be seen that the production line experiencing production capacity problems is the bag assembly line. The company needs further activities to achieve the company's production targets which continue to increase both in variety and production capacity. Industrial partners are expected to have an understanding of the concept of production capacity and its calculations as well as strategic plans to increase production capacity following increasing demand. PkM activities aim to provide counseling and assistance regarding calculating production capacity and strategies for increasing production capacity on bag assembly lines. The implementation of PkM has been carried out well and has been confirmed to be able to improve company performance through improving production capacity management. Furthermore, PkM is expected to focus on improving the company's human resources.

Abstract

A Case Study on a Web-Based Roti Online Sales Information System Cakes and Pastries by RO Despite RO Bakery & Cake's best efforts, digital technology has failed to keep up with the industry's rapid expansion. Several problems arise because of business operations that are still primarily manual. The time it takes for the sales administrator to get sales data from each shop and the frequent occurrence of missing or damaged papers are two common problems. An information system is required by RO Bakery & Cake to generate online papers and sales reports to streamline the company's operations and ensure timely delivery to the administrative staff at headquarters. The research was carried out using a waterfall model, which consists of the following stages: (1) data collection (through observation, interviews, and literature reviews); (2) data analysis; (3) system design based on analysis results; (4) system development (using PHP and an object-oriented programming paradigm) and (5) black box testing to ensure the system is functional. The result of this research is a web-based bread sales information system that has 2 users, namely admin and spg outlet. Each user has different access rights according to their respective job duties and responsibilities. The benefits of this research are expected to reduce the risk of delays and damage during the product request process because documents are received by the admin through the system in real time. In addition, the admin can view and present sales data in the form of tables and graphs as support in deciding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti (PAI-BP). Strategi pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang memiliki pengaruh besar dalam mengoptimalkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian lapangan dengan desain kuantitatif berupa eksperimen satu grup. One sample t-test digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data guna mengetahui efektivitas strategi pembelajaran didasarkan pada tahun ajaran sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dengan nilai t 11,600. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PAI-BP pada materi tentang asmaul husna antara Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Hasil tersebut memberikan informasi bahwa strategi pembelajaran kontekstual efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar yang diperkuat juga dengan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata dari semula 70,59 menjadi 85,52. Peningkatan tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar bagi para pendidik untuk berupaya mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif, sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Pernikahan menjadi persoalan yang sangat utama dan penting dalam agama islam, bahkan karena pentignya Rasulullah SAW bersambda Barang siapa menikah, maka telah melengkapi separuh dari agamanya. Pengabdian masyarakat yang akan kami lakukan adalah dalam bentuk edukasi dan konsultasi kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan hukum. Pelaksanaan kegitan pengabdian ini dengan mengunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan Tanya jawab. Langkah-langkah kegiatan 1) perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, dan 3) evaluasi.  Proses pelaksanaan kegitan dapat berjalan dengan baik karena adanya kerjasama antara tim Pengabdian masyarakat dengan mitra. Dalam hal ini mitra berkontribusi penuh dalm menyiapkan waktu, alat, bahan serta kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang digunakan selam kegiatan pengabdian. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa kasus pernikahan dini di Kampung Cideng, Kresek, Kabupaten Tangerang tidak terlalu banyak, dan melalui penyuluhan ini masyarakat semakin memahami pentingnya kematangan usia perkawinan

Abstract

Abstrak. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, termasuk di sektor bengkel motor. Namun, di balik operasionalnya, para pekerja menghadapi tantangan berat, terutama dalam hal beban kerja mental dan fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat beban kerja mental para mekanik menggunakan metode NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index), yang menilai enam aspek utama: tuntutan mental, tuntutan fisik, tuntutan waktu, kinerja pribadi, usaha, dan tingkat frustrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek usaha (Effort) memiliki skor tertinggi dengan rata-rata 364, disusul oleh tuntutan fisik (328) dan tuntutan waktu (124). Operator dengan beban kerja mental tertinggi memperoleh skor NASA-TLX sebesar 82, sementara yang terendah adalah 72. Beban kerja yang tinggi ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, seperti banyaknya pekerjaan yang harus diselesaikan dalam waktu terbatas, tuntutan hasil kerja yang sempurna, serta kurangnya tenaga kerja sehingga karyawan harus bekerja lebih keras. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, beberapa solusi dapat diterapkan, seperti menambah tenaga kerja, menyederhanakan proses pencatatan, serta memberikan insentif bagi pekerja lembur. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan kesejahteraan pekerja meningkat dan produktivitas bengkel tetap terjaga.Kata Kunci: Beban kerja mental, NASA-TLX, mekanik bengkel, stres kerja, produktivitas.Abstract. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, including the motorcycle repair sector. However, behind their operations, workers face tough challenges, especially in terms of mental and physical workload. This study aims to measure the level of mental workload of mechanics using the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method, which assesses six main aspects: mental demands, physical demands, time demands, personal performance, effort, and frustration level. The results showed that the Effort aspect had the highest score with an average of 364, followed by Physical demands (328) and Time demands (124). The operator with the highest mental workload obtained a NASA-TLX score of 82, while the lowest was 72. This high workload is caused by various factors, such as the amount of work that must be completed in a limited time, the demand for perfect work results, and the lack of manpower so that employees have to work harder. To overcome this problem, several solutions can be implemented, such as increasing the workforce, simplifying the recording process, and providing incentives for overtime workers. With these measures, it is hoped that worker welfare will improve and workshop productivity will be maintained.Keyword: Mental workload, NASA-TLX, workshop mechanic, work stress, productivity.
