Abstract

This study aims to discuss the phenomenon of child-free hadith perspective. This study uses a qualitative approach through the takhrij and syarah hadith methods with ijmali analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the hadith related to child-free research is assessed as hasan li ghairihi so that it has acceptable consequences (maqbul) and can be practiced for Islamic justification. The discussion of the results of this study explains that the hadith of the Prophet. does not support the child-free attitude except for the case of a married couple experiencing infertility. In fact, cases of infertility need medical assistance to psychological and spiritual assistance. This study concludes that the relevant hadith perspective is used to highlight the symptoms that arise in society, including the child-free phenomenon. The recommendation of this research is the need for in-depth research related to the child-free phenomenon with a more holistic approach.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the inspiration of the hadith related to improving critical thinking skills. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the takhrij and syarah hadith methods through the analysis of Higher Order Thinking Skills. The results of this study indicate that the hadith studied is maqbul ma'mul bih in the sense that it is accepted and can be used as a justification for practicing Islam. The discussion of this research explains that the studied hadith directs generations of students of knowledge to strengthen the spirit, mind, and body and are required to be able to analyze, evaluate, and create according to the parameters of Higher Order Thinking Skills. This study concludes that the hadith of the Prophet SAW. save valuable inspiration when excavations are carried out with relevant theories to strengthen critical thinking skills in responding to the challenges of the era of disruption of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the principle of mandatory halal certification labeling on used goods. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The results of this study indicate that the halal certification label for used goods is useful as consumer protection and at the same time an advantage for producers in maintaining consumer loyalty. The necessity of a halal certification label can be understood through the basic principles in Islamic commerce, namely shidiq, amanah, tabligh and fathonah. This study concludes that the mandatory halal certification label already has a foundation of universal Islamic commerce principles so that it plays a role in providing guarantees to consumers in the provision of healthy, clean, good, and safe goods.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct a literature review of the results of research on Islamic banking literacy. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The results of this study indicate that several research results confirm the urgency of literacy, religiosity, and Islamic branding of Islamic banking. The results of the discussion explain that literacy, religiosity, and Islamic branding have a positive effect on people's perceptions of the use of Islamic financial services, but religiosity is not significant compared to the influence of Islamic branding. This study concludes that literacy levels have a significant effect on people's perceptions of the use of Islamic banking financial services. This study recommends Islamic banking institutions to carry out strategic cooperation, especially with Islamic higher education institutions in implementing the agenda of strengthening public literacy for Islamic banking industry products in Indonesia.

Abstract

The flexing action was rife on social media and was widely criticized. This study aims to discuss the case of flexing according to the view of the hadith. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying thematic methods. The formal object of this research is Islamic morals and social media ethics which are formulated based on hadith themes. The object of this research is flexing behavior in the context of the post truth era. The results of this study indicate that hadith themes can be formulated within the theoretical framework of Islamic morals and social media ethics. The discussion of this study explains that flexing is not relevant to the moral aspects of Islam which include honesty, humanity, and peace and is not in line with the ethical aspects of social media which include education, profession, and impact. The conclusion of this study is that flexing behavior is full of negative impacts so that it is contrary to Islamic morals and social media ethics which are formulated according to the thematic framework of hadith along with the post truth era.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about religious tolerance. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about religious tolerance in the history of Bukhari no. 38. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of the hadith is of authentic quality that meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Bukhari no. 38 relevant to be used as motivation to develop religious tolerance in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about brotherhood. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about brotherhood, in the narration of Bukhari no. 2262. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of quality hadith hasan li ghairihi that meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for the practice of Islam. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Bukhari no. 2262 is relevant to be used as a motivation for the development of universal Islamic brotherhood.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the transmission of hadith about cleanliness in responding to global climate change. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of dirayah and riwayah hadith, while the material object is the hadith about cleanliness in Muslim history No. 328 in the context of global climate change. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of quality hadith hasan li ghairihi that meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for justification for practicing Islam. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Muslim No. 328 about cleanliness can be transmitted in the contemporary era to be involved in responding to increasingly extreme global climate change.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the hadith about the obligation to study with regard to efforts to realize the idea of society 5.0 in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the science of hadith, while the material object is the hadith about the obligation to study in the history of Ibn Majah No. 220. The results and discussion of this study indicate that the status of quality hadith hasan li ghairihi that meets the qualifications of maqbul ma'mul bih for Islamic experience in an effort to realize the idea of society 5.0. This study concludes that the hadith narrated by Ibn Majah no. The relevant 220 is used as the basis for realizing the idea of society 5.0 through technological adaptation, creating happiness and well-being, and placing humans at the center. The idea of community 5.0 is not impossible to realize in Indonesia.
