Abstract

This study aims to discuss the inspiration of the Qur'an and hadith in the design of infused water for the restoration of the health of the elderly Covid-19 survivors. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is design thinking. While the object of this research material is the inspiration of the Qur'an and hadith about infused water. The context of this research is the recovery of the health of elderly Covid-19 survivors. The results of the research and discussion show that the Qur'an emphasizes a healthy lifestyle and encourages humans to consume good foods such as dates, while the hadith teaches the making of nabiz in the form of water soaked in dates. The content of this sacred text became the inspiration for designing infused water for the recovery of the health of elderly Covid-19 survivors. The conclusion of this study is that the inspiration of the Holy Qur'an and Hadith texts in designing infused water with design thinking procedures has resulted in benefits for the recovery of the health of elderly Covid-19 survivors.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the shari'a of slaughtering and distributing sacrificial meat in the interpretation of Imam Shafi'i. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying descriptive-analytical methods through literature studies and field studies. The formal object of this research is the interpretation of Imam al-Shafi'i fiqh. While the object of this research is the slaughter and distribution of sacrificial meat. The context of this research is mosques in several locations in West Java, Indonesia. The results of the research and discussion show that the law of sacrificial worship is understood by the sunnah mu'akkad following the Shafi'i school which takes the interpretation of bi al-matsur in the interpretation of the Koran by carrying out the slaughter and distribution of various sacrificial meats based on the implementation in 1442 H in three locations. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of qurbani shows practices that are in accordance with the rules of Imam Syafi'i law, although there are also practices outside the rules, such as the sale of the skin and bones of the sacrificial animal in one location, where this is a consequence of the dynamics of sharia in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the Islamic values contained in the Munggahan tradition to welcome the holy month of Ramadan in Sundanese culture. The method used is a qualitative method of literature study and field study with a descriptive analysis of what is felt by the author in everyday life. The descriptive analysis technique is to produce complex and clear data. The research discussion includes the understanding of the Munggahan tradition, the Munggahan tradition according to Islamic law and the Islamic values contained in the Munggahan tradition of welcoming the holy month of Ramadan in Sundanese culture. This study concludes that the Munggahan tradition in Sundanese culture is an ancestral cultural heritage that is maintained by the Sundanese people to the present, as an effort to preserve Sundanese culture which is part of the cultural wealth in Indonesia, which has many benefits and contains Islamic religious values. In Islamic law, this uploading tradition is allowed. Although in Islamic law, the Munggahan tradition does not contain texts in the Qur'an, but the Munggahan tradition does not contradict, nor neglect the syar'i propositions, and the existence of this tradition is accepted especially in the Sundanese, and has a lot of wisdom and benefits. Apart from being a culture, the Munggahan tradition also has Islamic values, namely the values of faith, practice, worship, local wisdom and the value of ukhuwah Islamiyah. With the Munggahan tradition, it is hoped that it can maintain the treasures of Indonesian culture which also adheres to Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the parenting style in Zainuddin Fananie's view. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is Zainuddin Fananie's modern education, while the material object is Islamic parenting. The results and discussion of this study indicate that Zainuddin Fananie's view of parenting for children at home emphasizes the education of the spirit, mind, and body. This study concludes that parenting in Zainuddin Fananie's view emphasizes compassion which is related to objectivity and wisdom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis padangan teritorialitas Abu Hanifah dan non-teritorialitas Imam Syafi’i. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analitis hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa asas teritorialitas Imam Abu Hanifah menegaskan bahwa seorang muslim pasti terikat untuk melaksanakan hukum Islam sepanjang orang tersebut berada di wilayah hukum di tempat syariat diberlakukan, sedangkan teori non-teritorialitas Imam al-Syafi’i menuturkan bahwa seorang muslim pasti selamanya terus terikat untuk pelaksanaan syariat di mana pun orang tersebut berada, baik pada wilayah hukum di mana syariat diberlakukan maupun pada wilayah hukum di mana syariat tidak diberlakukan. Abstract

This study aims to develop an epistemological framework for Islamic legal philosophy related to the prevention of global warming. This research uses a qualitative approach with the analytical method of Islamic law. The results of the research and discussion show that global warming is a new empirical fact in the discussion of Islamic law so that an epistemological construction of Islamic legal philosophy is needed to explore wisdom and establish principles, foundations, legal objectives, principles and rules as raw materials. Islamic law regarding handling the impacts arising from global warming. This study concludes that inductive reasoning on the facts of global warming within the framework of the epistemology of Islamic legal philosophy along with deductive reasoning on the raw materials of Islamic law will give birth to provisions in Islamic law regarding the handling of global warming that are doctrinal and at the same time empirical-realistic. Abstract

This study aims to discuss the ratio of mauquf hadith and ijtihad of friends in the case of mut’ah marriage being forbidden. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the research and discussion show that the ijtihad of Umar ibn al-Khathab's friend regarding mut’ah marriage is a mauquf haqiqi hadith as the ratio of ijtihad mutlaq mustaqil and is a famous mauquf hadith as the ratio of ijtihad jamai', and the ijtihad of Umar's friend is the atsar of the Prophet SAW. the mauquf lafdzi category which is marfu hukmi because it has the support of the Prophet's provisions. This study succeeded in concluding that there is a ratio between the mauquf hadith and the ijtihad of a friend in the case of Umar ibn al-Khatthab's ijtihad in the Shari'a prohibiting mut’ah marriage which is accepted as an argument for Islamic practice.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss strengthening the skills of writing scientific papers in student boarding schools. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method. The results of the research and discussion show that kiyai leadership, scientific publication best practices, training and mentoring can play an effective role for student boarding schools and even to leverage the productivity of scientific publications. This research concludes that training and mentoring are relevant to the agenda of strengthening students' skills in writing scientific articles in student boarding schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet SAW. About the Utilization of Miswak in Toothpaste. This research method is qualitative through the approach of takhrij and syarah hadith with chemical analysis. The result and discussion of this study concluded that the use of miswak in toothpaste made teeth cleaner and protected from plaque for a long time. This study recommends developing the benefits of miswak through the chemical field

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad ï·º about how water and fire became the basis of the change of civilization. This research method is qualitative through the approach of takhrij and syarah hadith with the analysis of energy materials. The results and discussion of this research are to prove that the Prophet Muhammad ï·º once said that humans will be connected to water and fire, and evidenced by the presence of hydroelectric power plants which are the largest suppliers in the manufacture of electrical energy for life. This research concludes that the hadith about water and fire is of poor quality according to the takhrij of the hadith, but this hadith has a lot of support from other hadiths of authentic quality and the hadith syarah explains the basics of water and fire for the continuity of life.
