Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membahas penggunaan analisis dalam penelitian hadis melalui metode syarah dengan pendekatan ilmu-ilmu sosial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dengan menerapkan analisis isi. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini meliputi hadis sebagai subjek penelitian, pengembangan metode syarah hadis, dan penelitian hadis dengan analisis dari pendekatan ilmu-ilmu sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan analisis dari pendekatan ilmu-ilmu sosial sangat terbuka lebar penerapannya dalam penelitian hadis dengan metode syarah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya perumusan model analisis dari pendekatan ilmu-ilmu sosial dalam penelitian hadis secara lebih luas melalui asosiasi ilmu hadis Indonesia.

Abstract

Social media space can shape social construction, including being able to construct moderate Islamic ideas. However, the embodiment of the media space promoted by moderate Islam in shaping the social construction of religious moderation is still questionable. This study aims to discuss the idea of moderate Islam in the media space for the social construction of religious moderation in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach by applying the descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is the theory of social construction, while the material object is the idea of moderate Islam. The scope of research is the social media space. The rest of this research's context is the social construction of religious moderation in Indonesia. The results and discussion in this study indicate that the social construction of religious moderation in Indonesia is formed based on the social construction of digital media which is framed by moderate Islamic ideas in the social media space of Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. This study concludes that the idea of moderate Islam in the media has manifested in Indonesia's social construction of religious moderation. This study recommends that Islamic institutions and organizations manage the social media space creatively and innovatively as a solution to mainstreaming religious moderation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas ekspektasi pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum bagi pencapaian keunggulan pendidikan tinggi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan dengan studi kasus pada pengajaran mata kuliah Metode Penelitian di Jurusan Ilmu Hadis Fakultas Ushuluddin UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini mencakup evaluasi pembelajaran, capaian mata kuliah berbasis perencanaan pembelajaran, dan proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kerja keras melampaui ekspektasi pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum yang terstandar menjadi urutan paling utama bagi pencapaian keunggulan pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan urgensi penyusunan kurikulum dengan ekspektasi yang terukur dalam rangka mewujudkan keunggulan pendidikan tinggi di tingkat nasional menuju keunggulan di level internasional.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the opportunities of science and technology in hadith research. This research method uses qualitative research through literature study with a content analysis approach. The results and discussion of this research include the hadith science methodology, the development of the hadith validity method and the hadith text criticism method with a multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach, and scientific and technological opportunities in hadith research for the need for integration of science. The conclusion of this study is that research on hadith with a transdisciplinary approach opens wide opportunities for science and technology that are currently developing for the realization of the integration of science. This study recommends the importance of applying a transdisciplinary approach to science and technology opportunities in the development of hadith research in Islamic higher education

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss the commandment to filial piety to parents in the hadith. This research method uses a qualitative type through literature study by applying content analysis. The discussion of this research includes the meaning of filial piety to parents, the hadith of the commandment of filial piety to parents, and the obligation of children's behavior to parents. This research concludes that filial piety in the sense of respecting parents is an obligation in Islam, the command to filial piety according to the hadith is understood as jihad, and behavior towards parents includes when the parents are still alive and when they have died. This research is expected to have benefits for the enrichment of Islamic knowledge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas kontroversi seputar hadis amalan bulan Rajab di kalangan masyarakat muslim. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang menerapkan studi pustaka untuk melakukan interpretasi terhadap teks hadits dengan menggunakan pendekatan syarah hadis. Hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini mencakup pengertian dan makna sejarah penamaan bulan Rajab dalam Islam, hadits-hadits mengenai amalan bulan Rajab, dan analisis hukum amalan bulan Rajab yang kontroversial di kalangan umat muslim. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan referensi-referensi yang tersedia serta hadis-hadis yang menjadi kontroversi dalam amalan Sunnah bulan Rajab dengan tegas menyatakan tidak terdapat amalan khusus pada saat bulan Rajab tetapi sangat dianjurkan setiap umat Islam sebagai hamba Allah untuk selalu meningkatkan ketakwaan kepada Allah dan meningkatkan amalan ibadah kapanpun dan dimanapun berada. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk penelitian lebih lanjut tentang amalan sunnah bulan Rajab melalui teori hadis dengan pendekatan living hadis secara lebih mendalam.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an epistemological framework for Islamic legal philosophy related to the prevention of global warming. This research uses a qualitative approach with the analytical method of Islamic law. The results of the research and discussion show that global warming is a new empirical fact in the discussion of Islamic law so that an epistemological construction of Islamic legal philosophy is needed to explore wisdom and establish principles, foundations, legal objectives, principles and rules as raw materials. Islamic law regarding handling the impacts arising from global warming. This study concludes that inductive reasoning on the facts of global warming within the framework of the epistemology of Islamic legal philosophy along with deductive reasoning on the raw materials of Islamic law will give birth to provisions in Islamic law regarding the handling of global warming that are doctrinal and at the same time empirical-realistic. Abstract

This study aims to discuss the high order thinking skill approach in the sharah hadith method with regard to contemporary issues for the formulation of applied theology. This research method uses a qualitative type through literature study by applying the high order thinking skill approach. The results and discussion of this research include sharah hadith about kalam, tauhid science to applied theology, and from theology to service according to the high order thinking skill approach. The conclusion of this study is that the high order thinking skill approach allows being applied in the sharah hadith method with regard to contemporary issues for the formulation of applied theology. This study recommends the urgency of applying high order thinking skills as a research approach to contemporary issues in Islamic diversity.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi teori terkait dengan hubungan antara nilai-nilai budaya konsumen dengan potensi membangun pemasaran hubungan. Penelitian tentang hal ini penting karena pada saat ini para pelaku bisnis harus menyadari bahwa membangun hubungan bisnis jangka panjang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan keuntungan seumur hidup. Selanjutnya, pelaku bisnis juga harus mengetahui bahwa nilai-nilai budaya hidup di masyarakat, melekat pada perilaku individu dan mempengaruhi keputusan untuk tetap berhubungan atau tidak berhubungan dengan relasi bisnisnya. Penelitian ini berbasis pada kajian berbagai teori dan hasil temuan penelitian yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan pola-pola membangun pemasaran hubungan. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya yang hidup di masyarakat berpotensi membangun pemasaran hubungan. Penelitian ini banyak kekurangan, diantaranya adalah hanya menggunakan data sekunder dan artikel hasil kajian teori. Tentunya hal ini menjadi keterbatasan penelitian ini yang bisa di tindaklanjuti oleh peneliti berikutnya untuk menguji secara empiris hasil temuan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the perspectives of sociologists and hadith scholars on the practice of interfaith marriage in Indonesia, as well as to evaluate the social and religious impacts of the interaction between these two perspectives within the context of a Muslim society that is plural yet tends to be legally conservative in religious matters. This research is significant because interfaith marriage frequently generates dissonance between the constitutional rights of citizens and shar‘i norms, while also serving as a site of value negotiation amid the increasing intensity of interreligious interactions. The method employed is descriptive qualitative research using a sociology of hadith approach, combining an analysis of both classical and contemporary hadith literature with theories of the sociology of religion. Data were collected through a literature review encompassing hadith collections, exegetical and jurisprudential works of scholars, academic publications, as well as legal and policy reports. Data analysis was conducted using thematic content analysis, hermeneutics, and comparative analysis in order to identify points of convergence and divergence between sociological and normative-hadith perspectives. The findings reveal that the sociological perspective positions interfaith marriage as a complex social phenomenon—closely related to social integration, identity negotiation, and value conflicts—whereas the hadith perspective emphasizes the preservation of faith, household stability, and protection of lineage, with only limited and conditional space for permissibility. The interaction between these perspectives produces multidimensional effects, ranging from social resistance and the marginalization of couples to the creation of interfaith dialogue spaces within inclusive urban communities. The implications of this research lie in the need for policies that bridge religious norms and positive law, including through interfaith dialogue, public education, and pastoral guidance for interfaith families. The originality of this study lies in its integration of sociological analysis with hadith studies to contextualize the issue of interfaith marriage, offering an analytical framework that connects religious texts with socio-historical dynamics, and providing practical contributions for policy development in plural societies.
