Abstract

Dalam artikel ilmiah ini dilakukan studi literatur untuk mengumpulkan hasil penelitian dan kajian teks yang relevan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis isi. Melalui analisis dan interpretasi data, ditarik kesimpulan dan disertai saran. Selain itu, berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan buku terkait kepemimpinan visioner di era digital diulas dalam studi literatur. Kepemimpinan visioner menekankan pentingnya memiliki visi yang jelas untuk menciptakan organisasi yang efektif dan kompetitif. Kepemimpinan yang kuat sangat penting dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan melaksanakan operasional kerja yang berpedoman pada visi organisasi. Pemimpin yang visioner mempunyai tujuan dan visi yang jelas terhadap lembaga yang dipimpinnya sehingga mampu menjadi lembaga yang maju dan berdaya saing. Untuk menjadi pemimpin yang visioner, seseorang harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menyambut kemajuan dengan optimisme yang teguh, meskipun terdapat banyak tantangan dan hambatan. Dengan menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang efektif, pemimpin pendidikan Islam memiliki kekuatan untuk menghasilkan kemajuan yang signifikan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Pada saat yang sama, kesediaan pemimpin untuk menerima perubahan dan inovasi berfungsi sebagai katalisator transformasi positif ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Karya tulis ini disusun sebagai pemenuhan tugas perkuliahan sekaligus sebagai bahan edukasi bagi kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah merupakan sosok sentral dalam mengatur segala aspek yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan di suatu lembaga, khususnya dalam menghadapi dan menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang muncul selama proses pendidikan. Dengan keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang efektif dalam mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya. Fokus utama karya tulis ini adalah pentingnya inovasi dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan dan konflik yang muncul di lingkungan sekolah. Pemimpin yang inovatif diharapkan mampu memberikan ide kreatif, mengambil keputusan bijak dengan cepat, serta menyelesaikan masalah dengan solusi yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi kepala sekolah tentang pentingnya mengembangkan strategi dan pendekatan inovatif dalam manajemen konflik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui urgensi kepemimpinan partisipatif di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data.Melalui analisis dan interpretasi data dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan buku terkait urgensi kepemimpinan partisipatif di sekolah. Hasil penelitian, urgensi kepemimpinan partisipatif di sekolah, yakni sebagai berikut; mampu menciptakan iklim kerja yang baik, membangun komunikasi dua arah , dapat memberikan motivasi, dan mampu bekerjasama serta dapat mengambil keputusan yang tepat. Kepemimpinan partisipatif mampu membangun komunikasi dua arah, kemudian mampu memberikan motivasi, sehingga tercipta iklim kerja yang kondusif. Dengan iklim kerja yang kondusif akan terjalin kerjasama yang baik antara kepala sekolah dan guru serta staf sekolah.

Abstract

The Tadrijiyan method, rooted in gradual and repetitive learning, is recognized as an effective approach for Quran memorization. However, challenges remain in implementing this method at TPQ Masjid Darussalam in Prajegan Village, Sukorejo District. This study aims to develop and implement a training program for Quran teachers using the Tadrijiyan method to enhance their teaching effectiveness. The research employed Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving stages of problem identification, action planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, followed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings indicate that the Tadrijiyan method significantly improved teachers' ability to guide Quran memorization, resulting in increased student motivation and better memorization outcomes. Teachers reported greater confidence in applying structured and systematic teaching techniques. The study concludes that the Tadrijiyan method effectively supports Quranic education at TPQ Masjid Darussalam and recommends its broader application in similar educational settings. Future studies should explore its implementation in diverse contexts and consider developing more comprehensive teaching modules.

Abstract

Nambangrejo Village has unique village assets, which can be categorized into several categories: tradition, art, traditional knowledge and culture. These assets of Nambangrejo Village are unique and different from other areas. Such as Mirah Hamlet and Golan Hamlet, which until now are still thick with traditions of not being allowed to marry between the two, even just meeting, this folklore is still believed until now. In terms of culture, Nambangrejo also has Reog Art, which is also a village asset. In terms of micro-economy, Nambangrejo also has umkm processed products whose resources can still be developed further. While from the religious sector, Nambangrejo Village also has Banjari art. Therefore, this service was carried out with the intention of identifying the potential of Nambangrejo Village using the Asset Basse Community Drive Development “ABCD” method to maximize local potential, especially Nambangrejo Village with the aim of sustainable potential development. Departing from such village assets, group 03 formulated the activity “Personal Branding Assistance Through Social Media to Increase Local Potential in Nambangrejo Village” by applying the ABCD method. The output of this research is to produce human resources (HR) of the Nambangrejo community who have knowledge and personal branding to project Nambangrejo Village sustainably.

Abstract

The diversity of religions and cultures in Indonesia presents its own challenges in maintaining harmony in the school environment. The school principal has an important role as a leader who is able to create an inclusive and conducive atmosphere for the realization of religious harmony and moderation. This research aims to analyze the role of the principal's inclusive leadership in building harmony between religious communities and implementing the values of religious moderation in schools. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation and literature study.. The research results show that school principals who implement inclusive leadership tend to be successful in creating an environment that respects differences and promotes interfaith dialogue. The policies taken, such as organizing interfaith activities and involving students in moderated discussions, are effective in instilling the values of tolerance and mutual respect. In addition, inclusive school principals are able to identify and resolve potential conflicts by prioritizing a fair and transparent approach. These findings show that inclusive leadership contributes significantly to creating a tolerant and harmonious school culture amidst diversity. This research concludes that the principal's inclusive leadership plays an important role in promoting religious moderation in schools. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for school principals and education policy makers in designing strategies that support an inclusive, safe and tolerant school environment..

Abstract

Leadership in the educational environment plays a very important role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere. As with participatory leadership, the role of the school principal is not only as a decision-maker but also as a facilitator who encourages the participation of teachers and students. This approach is expected to promote the involvement of all parties in the decision-making process related to education. Teacher involvement is a key element in creating an effective learning environment. In addition to teachers, student involvement is also very important in making decisions related to school policies.The method used in this article is a literature study, which is a data collection approach by reviewing and understanding theories from various literature sources relevant to the research topic. Data collection is done by searching for and constructing information from various sources, such as books, journals, and previous research.The role of the principal in making and taking decisions, with responsibility for results that align with the issues at hand, and the involvement of teachers in decision-making, has a significant impact on improving teacher quality, such as mastery of subject matter and teaching techniques, as well as from the aspects of morale, work ethics, and motivation in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Additionally, involving students in decision-making allows them to think critically and analytically. This participatory leadership is very important for the principal in the decision-making process because it involves teachers and students, thereby forming a shared goal that creates a conducive and comfortable learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies of school principals in improving teacher professionalism at Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Panjeng (YPIP) Panjeng. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that the principal at YPIP Panjeng implements leadership strategies, including structured academic supervision, teacher empowerment through training, and the development of collaborative school culture among teachers. The principal also adopts a transformational leadership style that focuses on motivation and support for teachers. However, challenges such as limited funding for training and resistance to change from some teachers remain obstacles in the implementation of these strategies. This study concludes that effective school leadership can enhance teacher professionalism, but continuous efforts are required to overcome the existing challenges for optimal results

Abstract

This article aims to describe the synergy between Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in Sahang Village, Ngebel District, Ponorogo Regency, as an effort to strengthen religious service and nationalism. The Audience (A) of this study is the community of Sahang Village, particularly members of Muhammadiyah and NU. The Behavior (B) expected is the establishment of collaboration in education, social, economic, and youth activities. The Condition (C) of this research is implemented through the Community Service Program (KPM) using a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation methods. The Degree (D) shows that the synergy between Muhammadiyah and NU can strengthen ukhuwah wathaniyah (national unity), reduce potential social segregation, and increase youth participation in religious and national activities. Thus, the collaboration of these two organizations becomes an important strategy in building social harmony and reinforcing national values at the village level.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan menumbuhkan budaya belajar positif melalui pemanfaatan gadget yang sehat di SDN Sempu Kecamatan Ngebel Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan menggunakan pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Pendekatan ini menitikberatkan pada identifikasi dan pengembangan aset lokal untuk mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi secara tepat guna. Hasil yang dicapai antara lain meningkatnya motivasi belajar, keterampilan literasi digital, dan kedisiplinan siswa dalam menggunakan teknologi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi komunitas sekolah dan masyarakat dapat menciptakan ekosistem belajar yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai budaya lokal.
